노동생산성 향상을 위한 유해작업환경관리에 관한 연구 (A study on the management of harmful working environments for Increase of Labor productivity.)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the harmful factors in working environments and to investigate the labor productivity after improvement of environments, surveying 93 industrial establishments of 10 industries located in Youngdeungpo industrial area in Seoul. The results obtained were as follows: 1) The highest noise level of 125dB(A) was indicated at the rolling process of transport equipment manufacturing industry. 2) The best illumination level was shown in precise machinery industry and the worst was indicated in rubber products, metallic products and transport equipment manufacturing industries. 3) Thermal conditions were above threshold limit value (TLV) at more than two processes of all industries except printing industry. 4) The highest dust concentration was determined in textile and wearing manufacturing industry. 5) Organic solvents were detected at 52 processes in 93 industrial establishments and 33 processes of them showed higher than TLV. The results about harmful chemicals were as follows: a) sulfur dioxide ($SO_2$)was determined higher than TLV on welding process of metallic product manufacturing industry and heat treatment process of transport equipment manufacturing industry. b) Carbon monoxide (CO) concentration was 700ppm at heat treatment process of transport equipment manufacturing industry, indicating 14 times of TLV. c) vinylchloride concentration in the air of PVC raw material mixing process and PVC preparation process of chemical product manufacturing industry was determined higher than TLV. d) Hydrochloride (HCl) concentration in the air of wire expanding process of transport equipment manufacturing industry was determined higher than TLV. 7) Higher values of lead concentration than TLV were determined at lead welding metallic product manufacturing industry and type planting process of process of printing industry, $1.8mg/m^3$ and $0.3mg/m^3$ respectively. 9) 22, 968 of 52, 855 workers (i.e. 43.5%) in 93 industries were exposed to various harmful agents. 10) It was found that the improvement of illumination in electric apparatus manufacturing industry (from 20~40 lux to 420 lux) resulted in an increase in productivity of 6.5% per capita and a decrease in faulty products of 19%. 11) Improvement of environments using local exhaust ventilation system resulted in a decrease of harmful substances lower than TLV and an increase in productivity of 11.4%. 12) Improvement of shovelling tools based on ergonomics resulted in a reduction in energy expenditure of 25.3% and an increase in productivity of 32.2% per capita.

하이브리드 태양열 해수담수기의 운전 조건별 성능실험 (Performance of Hybrid Solar Still Under Operating Conditions)

  • 태양열 및 발전기의 배기가스 폐열을 복합열원으로 이용하여 작동되는 하이브리드 태양열 해수담수기의 성능을 증가시키기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 장비는 집열 면적이 $1m{\times}2m$인 단순 태양열 증류기와 수직 다중효용부로 구성되어 있다. 실험은 두 대의 동일한 하이브리드 태양열 해수담수기에 대하여 태양열을 열원으로 실외에서 다양한 운전 조건으로 수행하였다. 실험 결과 하이브리드 태양열 해수담수기의 담수 생산량은 다양한 운전 조건에 의존하였다. 태양열 증류기의 측면 유리에 단열을 하는 것과 낮은 초기 베이진 해수 수위는 태양열 해수담수기의 성능을 증가시켰다. 반사율이 평균 47%보다 낮은 반사휜의 적용은 예상과 다르게 총 생산량을 감소시켰다. 그러나 다중효용부로 공급하는 해수 공급 유량은 실험 범위 내에서 생산량에 명확한 영향을 보이지 않았다.

소형차 전용 도로터널의 화재 위험도 평가기법개발 및 적용성에 관한 연구 (A study on the development and applicability of fire risk assessment method for small road tunnels passing only small cars)

  • 도로터널의 방재시설 설계에 화재 위험을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 정량적 위험도 평가기법이 소방시설물에 대한 성능위주 설계의 일환으로 도입되어 전차종이 통과하는 대단면 터널에 대한 방재시설의 적정성을 평가하는데 활용되고 있다. 그러나 현재 도로 터널에 도입하고 있는 정량적 위험도 평가기법은 대단면 터널에만 적용이 가능하기 때문에 최근 건설이나 계획이 증가하는 소형차 전용 도로터널에 대한 정량적 위험도 평가기법의 개발 필요성이 대두되게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 터널에 대한 정량적 위험도 평가기법을 기반으로 하여 소형차 전용 도로터널에 적합한 화재발생 시나리오를 제시하고 소형차 전용의 모델터널에 대해서 피난연결통로 간격에 따른 위험도를 분석하고 적용성을 검토하였다. 그 결과로 소형차 전용도로터널의 경우, 현행 사회적 위험도 평가기준을 만족하기 위한 피난연결통로의 적정 간격은 200 m로 평가되었다. 또한 소형차 전용터널에 대한 제배연방식에 따른 위험도를 비교한 결과, 제트팬에 의해서 기류제어가 가능한 대배기구방식이 피난안전확보에 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다.

복층터널 연결 수직구용 철재브래킷 구조성능 연구 (A study on structural performance of steel brackets in vertical shaft connected to double-deck tunnel)

  • 복층터널은 도심지에서 대심도로 시공되는 특성이 있으므로 복층터널용 수직구는 급기 및 배기구, 대피통로 계단, 엘리베이터, 배전시설, 접속터널 등의 설치공간의 확보가 필요하다. 또한 복층터널용 수직구는 도심지에 시공되는 특성상 공사영향 최소화를 위하여 터널굴착 완료 후 수직구 내부 콘크리트 구조물의 급속시공이 필요하다. 따라서 수직구 내부 슬래브 및 계단용 콘크리트 시공의 프리캐스트화가 필요하며 이러한 수직구 내부 프리캐스트 구조물 지지를 위한 브래킷의 급속시공기술이 필요하다. 브래킷 형태 사례조사 결과 현장타설 방식, 프리캐스트 방식, 철재브래킷 방식 등이 있는데 본 연구에서는 시공속도 향상을 고려하여 경제성이 양호하고 시공성이 우수한 철재브래킷을 개선한 새로운 브래킷에 대하여, 직선형 매립 앵커볼트와 꺾임형 매립 앵커볼트에 대한 구조성능시험결과 소요하중 지지능력을 확보하는 것을 확인하였고 꺾임형 매립 앵커볼트의 하중지지능력이 보다 큰 것을 확인하였다.

Sand-Blasting법을 이용한 활물질/기판간 결합력 향상에 따른 AGM 연축전지의 성능 및 충방전 거동 (Performance and Charging-Discharging Behavior of AGM Lead Acid Battery according to the Improvement of Bonding between Active Material/Substrate using Sand-Blasting Method)

  • To cope with automobile exhaust gas regulations, ISG (Idling Stop & Go) and charging control systems are applied to HEVs (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) for the purpose of improving fuel economy. These systems require quick charge/discharge performance at high current. To satisfy this characteristic, improvement of the positive electrode plate is studied to improve the charge/discharge process and performance of AGM(Absorbent Glass Mat) lead-acid batteries applied to ISG automotive systems. The bonding between grid and A.M (Active Material) can be improved by applying the Sand-Blasting method to provide roughness to the surface of the positive grid. When the Sand-Blasting method is applied with conditions of ball speed 1,000 rpm and conveyor speed 5 M/min, ideal bonding is achieved between grid and A.M. The positive plate of each condition is applied to the AGM LAB (Absorbent Glass Mat Lead Acid Battery); then, the performance and ISG life characteristics are tested by the vehicle battery test method. In CCA, which evaluates the starting performance at -18 ℃ and 30 ℃ with high current, the advanced AGM LAB improves about 25 %. At 0 ℃ CA (Charge Acceptance), the initial charging current of the advanced AGM LAB increases about 25 %. Improving the bonding between the grid and A.M. by roughening the grid surface improves the flow of current and lowers the resistance, which is considered to have a significant effect on the high current charging/discharging area. In a Standard of Battery Association of Japan (SBA) S0101 test, after 300 A discharge, the voltage of the advanced AGM LAB with the Sand-Blasting method grid was 0.059 V higher than that of untreated grid. As the cycle progresses, the gap widens to 0.13 V at the point of 10,800 cycles. As the bonding between grid and A.M. increases through the Sand Blasting method, the slope of the discharge voltage declines gradually as the cycle progresses, showing excellent battery life characteristics. It is believed that system will exhibit excellent characteristics in the vehicle environment of the ISG system, in which charge/discharge occurs over a short time.

선박용 저속디젤엔진 적용을 위한 PM-NOx 동시저감 배출저감설비 해상실증 연구 (Study on the On-Board Test of After-Treatment Systems to Reduce PM-NOx in Low-Speed Marine Diesel Engine)

  • 본 연구에서는 소형선박용 중·고속 디젤엔진에 적용하여 연구 중인 SCR+DPF 기술을 저속엔진이 설치된 선박에 탑재하여 해상 실증 시험을 수행하였다. 대상 선박(총 톤수 2,881 톤, 정격출력 1,470kW@240rpm ×1)은 국내 연해를 운항하는 일반화물선으로 배출저감설비의 선박 탑재를 위해 도면 개발, 승인 및 선박 임시검사를 수행하였다. 저감성능 확인을 위해서 가스상물질 측정장비는 NOx technical code 및 ISO-8178의 분석방법을 준용하는 장비를 사용하였으며, 입자상물질 측정장비는 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 논의하고 있는 블랙카본 측정 방법 중 하나인 스모크미터를 사용하였다. 시험은 황 함유량 따라 MGO(0.043%), LSFO(0.42%) 2종의 연료를 사용하였으며 실제 운항하는 엔진회전수(130, 160 및 180 rpm)를 고려하여 시험 조건을 설정하였다. 시험 조건에 따라 배출저감설비의 전·후단에서 가스상 및 입자상(매연) 물질을 측정하여 배출저감설비의 저감효율을 확인하였으며 모든 시험 조건에서 NOx의 경우 90% 이상, 입자상물질(매연)의 경우 95% 이상의 저감효율을 확인하였고 엔진 성능의 영향을 줄 수 있는 배기가스 압력은 허용배압 기준인 50mbar 이하를 만족하였다. 본 연구를 통해 해상실증 연구의 중요성과 중소형 저속엔진 선박의 질소산화물 및 입자상물질의 동시 저감을 위한 대응 기술로 SCR+DPF 설비 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

층상 혼합금속산화물 촉매에 의한 $N_2O$ 분해에서 Ceria 첨가 및 CO 환원제의 영향 (Effects of Ceria and CO Reductant on $N_2O$ Decomposition over the Layered Mixed Oxide Catalysts)

  • 온실가스로 알려진 $N_2O$의 촉매 분해는 최소한 670 K 이상의 온도가 요구되는 난해한 공정으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 CO 환원제와 더불어 473 K의 저온에서도 $N_2O$를 전량 분해될 정도로 높은 활성을 나타내는 혼합금속산화물(mixed metal oxide: MMO) 촉매에 Ce을 첨가함으로서 나타나는 $N_2O$ 분해활성에의 영향을 검토하기 위하여 수행되었다. MMO 촉매는 Co 및 Al 외에 Rh과 Pd을 사용하고, 여기에 Ce을 미량 첨가하여 공침전법으로 제조하였으며, 결과적으로 Ce 함량이 증가함에 따라 촉매 표면적은 감소하고 $N_2O$의 직접분해 활성이 감소하는 현상이 나타났다. 그러나 CO 환원제의 분위기 하에서는 이러한 활성 감소를 상쇄하고도 남을 정도의 높은 $N_2O$ 분해활성을 나타냈으며 Ce 첨가비율에 따른 활성저하도 줄일 수 있어서 MMO 촉매의 물리적 안정성 증대를 위해 Ce을 첨가할 경우 CO 환원제에 의한 $N_2O$ 환원 반응계의 활성 안정성도 유지될 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

항공기 기내 청소노동자의 분진, 초미세먼지(PM2.5) 및 블랙카본 노출수준 평가 (Exposure Assessment of Dust, Ultra Fine Dust(Particulate Matter 2.5, PM2.5) and Black Carbon among Aircraft Cabin Cleaners)

  • Objectives: Aircraft cabin cleaning work is characterized by being performed within a limited time in a narrow and enclosed space. The objective of this study was to evaluate the exposure levels to dust, ultra fine dust(PM2.5) and black carbon(BC) among aircraft cabin cleaners. Methods: Active personal air sampling for respirable dust(n=73) and BC(n=47) was conducted during quick transit cleaning(cabin general and vacuum-specific) and seat cover replacement and total dust and PM2.5 were area-air-sampled as well. Also, size distribution of particle was identified with the cleaning workers targeted. Dusts were collected with PVC filters using gravimetric analysis. The concentration of PM2.5 and the particle size distribution were measured with real-time direct reading portable equipment using light scattering analysis. The concentration of BC was measured by aethalometer(filter-based real-time light absorption analysis instrument). Results: The geometric mean of respirable dust was the highest at vacuum cleaning as 74.4 ㎍/m3, following by replacing seat covers as 49.3 ㎍/m3 and cabin general cleaning as 47.8 ㎍/m3 . The arithmetic mean of PM2.5 was 4.83 ~ 9.89 ㎍/m3 inside the cabin, and 28.5~44.5 ㎍/m3 outside the cabin(from bus and outdoor waiting space). From size distribution, PM2.5/PM10 ratio was 0.54 at quick transit cleaning and 0.41 at replacing seat covers. The average concentration of BC was 2~7 ㎍/m3, showing a high correlation with the PM2.5 concentration. Conclusions: The hazards concentration levels of aircraft cabin cleaners were very similar to those of roadside outdoor workers. As the main source of pollution is estimated to be diesel vehicles operating at airports, and it is necessary to replace older vehicles, strengthen pollutant emission control regulations, and introduce electric vehicles. In addition, it is necessary to provide as part of airport-inftastructure a stable standby waiting space for aircraft cabin cleaners and introduce a systematic safety and health management system for all workers in the aviation industry.

환경 인쇄 기술의 발전과 인쇄물의 $CO_2$ 발생량에 관한 연구 (A Study about Development of Environment Printing Technology and $CO_2$)

  • For as to world, the concern about the environment problem is enhanced than any other time in the past because of being 21 century. And the environment problem is highlighted as the world-wide issue. The time of the environment problem intimidates the alive of the mankind and presence of an earth over the time. It becomes the essentiality not being selection in the personal living or the economical viewpoint now to prepare for the climatic modification. As to the company management, the green growth period which it excludes the environment management considering an environment, cannot carry on the company the continued management comes. That is, in the change center of the management paradigm, there is the environment management. Nearly, the greenhouse gas which the publication industry is the environmental toxic material like all industries is generated. The greenhouse gas is ejected in the process of running the manufacturing process and print shop of the various kinds material used as the raw material of the book. Particularly, the tree felling for getting the material of the paper is known to reach the direct influence on the global warming. This study does according to an object it considers and organizes the environment parameter based on this kind of fact as to the publication industry. And it is determined as the reference which is used as the basic materials preparing the case that carbon exhaust right transaction(CAP and TRADE) drawing are enforced in all industries and is sustainable the management of the publication industry and reduces the environmental risk among the company many risk management elements and plans and enforces the publication related policy that there is a value. In the printing publication industry, this study tried to inquire into elements discharging the environmental pollutant or the greenhouse gas. Additionally, in the printed publication production process, it tried to inquire into the effort for an environment-friendly and necessity at the printing paper and the printers ink, regarded as the element discharging the greenhouse gas all kinds of the printing materials, operation of the print shop and all kinds of the machines and recycle process, and etc. These considerations make these industrial field employees aware of the significance about a conservation and environmental protection. They try to give a help in the subsequent study producing quantitatively each environmental parameter emission of green house gas. This makes the calculation of the relative $CO_2$ output reproached ultimately possible. Meanwhile, in a sense, many research protects and improving an environment in connection with the contents of research at the printing publication industrial field is in progress. There will be the voluntary human face that it has to protect an environment but this can not do by the outside factor according to all kinds of environment related law and regulation. Anyway, because of acting on company management as the factor of oppression, the increase of this environment-related correspondence cost could know that the research that the environment loading relates with a procurement and development, environment management system introduction, quality control standard, including, normalizing including a material, and etc. through the part of the effort to reduce the cost low was actively in progress. As to the green growth era, as follows, this paper prescribed the subject and alternative of the print publication industry. It is surrounded by the firstly new digital environment and the generation of the subject. And secondly the printing industry is caused by the point of time when the green growth leaves by the topic which is largest in the global industry and it increases. The printing publication industry has to prepare the bridgehead for the environment-friendly green growth as the alternative for this resolution with first. The support blown in each industry becomes the obligation not being selection. Prestek in which the print publishing was exposed to spend many energies and which is known as the practice of the sustainable print publishing insisted that it mentioned importance of the green printing through the white pages in 2008 and a company had to be the green growth comprised through the environment-friendly activity. The core management for the sustainable printing publication industry presented from Presstack white pages is compacted to 4 words that it is a remove, reduce, recover, and recycle. Second, positively the digital printing(POD) system should be utilized. In the worldwide print out market, the digital printing area stops at the level of 10% or so but the change over and growth of the market of an analog-to-digital will increase rapidly in the future. As to the CEO Jeff Hayes of the Infoland, the offset print referred to that it of the traditional method got old and infirm with the minor phase of the new printing application like the customer to be wanted publication and the print of the digital method led the market. In conclusion, print publishers have to grasp well the market flow in the situation where a digitalization cannot be generalized and a support cannot avoid. And it keeps pace with the flow of the digital age and the recognition about the effort for the development and environment problem have to be raised. Particularly, the active green strategy is employed for the active green strategy.

차없는 거리 선정기준 수립을 위한 방법론 정립 연구 (Methodology of Selecting Criteria for Pedestrian only Street)

  • 1970년대 이후 지속적인 차량의 증가로 배기가스에 의한 환경오염과 보행자 중심의 고유영역이 점차 축소되어 가고 있고, 중심상업지역, 학교 주변의 통학로, 차량이 통행하지 않은 산책로, 골목길 등 불특정 다수가 통행하는 장소에 대한 체계적 관리나 보행자 안전을 위한 최소한의 시설 구축이 미흡한 실정이다. 최근 "보행안전 및 편의 증진에 관한 법률"이 시행됨에 따라 행정자치부를 중심으로 차없는 거리에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 그에 따른 평가가중치의 산정기준은 미흡한 실정이며, 지자체를 통해 자체적으로 이루어지고 있는 차없는 거리 사업추진에 대한 평가는 이용객의 목적 및 규모, 체류시간 등을 통해 정성적인 평가만 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 차없는 거리 선정방법을 제시함으로써 앞으로 조성될 차없는 거리에 대한 선정방법 정립에 목적을 두고 설문조사를 통하여 연구를 수행하였다. 설문조사는 차없는 거리의 유형별 평가지표를 토대로 차없는 거리의 평가를 위한 가중치 제시를 목적으로 도시 통공학과 학사 이상, 교수, 공무원, 엔지니어링 회사 종사자 총 200명을 대상으로 차없는 거리의 평가가중치 제시 및 평가지표 선정을 위한 전문가 설문조사(F.G.I)를 실시하였다. 차없는 거리의 유형별 평가목표와 목표별 항목을 분류하여 가중치를 부여하고, 각 항목에 따른 세부지표별 가중치 제시를 통해 그 결과값을 점수화하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 차없는 거리 유형별 평가가중치는 차없는 거리 조성을 위한 선정기준 수립방법의 일환으로, 향후 차없는 거리 평가방법 및 선정 기준 수립시 충분한 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
