규칙적인 수영훈련이 마우스 비장세포의 ROS생성과 림프구 증식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Swimming Training on Lymphocyte Proliferation and ROS Production in Spleen Lymphocytes of BALB/c Mice)

  • Background: Aerobic training can be defined as any physical exercise that increases the heart rate and enhances the body's intake of oxygen long enough to benefit the condition of body. Running, cycling, and swimming are examples of aerobic activities. This type of exercise optimises immune functions. Recently several experimental findings suggested that the regular swimming training increase immune response, but there have been very few reports which compare warm water exercise with cold water exercise in spleen lymphocytes. Methods: This study was designed to examine the effects of regular swimming training on Index, the number of lymphocytes, proliferative activity and production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by splenocytes in BALB/c mice. Thirty six mice (6 week old) were performed 10 weeks of regular swimming training and they were divided into 6 groups according to the regular swimming training (CRG: control resting group, CEG: control exercise group, WRG: warm water trained resting group, WEG: warm water trained exercise group, CORG: cold water trained resting group, COEG: cold water exercise group). Analytical items were weight change, spleen index, the number of lymphocytes, proliferative activity and production of ROS. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation by using SPSS package program (ver. 10.0). Results: The swimming training significantly decreased body weight, and increased spleen index, the number of lymphocytes and proliferative activity in the presence or absence of Con A and LPS added conditions. For the WRG and CORG, the quantity of ROS from splenocytes was higher than CRG, whereas, ROS by spleen lymphocytes was lower following 90 min acute exercise stress. Conclusion: These results suggested that the swimming training not only increases the number of lymphocytes but also increases proliferative activity by splenocytes in vitro.

  • Cervical pain is a rapid increase that is owing to a flexion-extension whiplash injury, unappropriated posture, chronical repetition injury from abdominal position of head and neck, excessive repeating work, chronical deficiency of excercise. Because of that is bring about muscle unbalance, tightness of cervical extensor muscle, weakness of cervical deep flexor muscles, instability of cervical region and reduction of proprioceptive sensor. Recent the role of muscle is more emphasized for preservation of sine stabilization. And cognition of integrated muscular system, importance for the operation and relation is increased to maintain stability of the motor system and pertinent function. Therefore we are going to introduce the sling exercise and stabilization exercise method for advanced efficient of cervical and upper limb and for the muscle strengthening to importance cervical stabilization through neurological program as control the reaction of cervical stabilization. Sling exercise therapy(SET) concept consists of a system of diagnosis and treatment. The system of diagnosis involves testing the muscle's tolerance through progressive loading in open and close kinetic chains. The SET system contains elements such as relaxation, increasing the range of movement, traction, training the stabilizing musculature, sensory-motor exercises, training in open and close kinetic chains, dynamic training of the mobilizing musculature, cardiovascular exercise, group exercise, personal exercise at home Sensory-motor training is an essential element of the SET concept. The emphasis is on closed kinetic chain exercise on an unstable surface, there by achieving optimum stimulation of the sensory-motor apparatus.

유산소운동과 Circuit Weight Training이 직장여성의 호흡순환기능 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Aerobic Exercise and CWT on Cardiorespiratory Function and Body Composition For Female Workers)

  • 유산소운동과 서어킷 웨이트 트레이닝이 호흡순환기능과 신체조성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 P시에 거주하는 직장여성 16명을 대상으로, 8명을 운동군으로 나머지 8명을 통제군으로 하여 운동군에게는 1일 1시간씩, 주당 5일, 8주간의 유산소운동(70%∼80%HRmax)과 서어킷 웨이트 트레이닝(1RM의 40%∼50%)을 실시하였다. 두 군 모두 pretest와 posttest를 실시하여 호흡순환기능과 신체구성의 변화를 비교ㆍ분석한 결과, 운동군에서는 안정시의 심박수는 유의하게 감소하였고(p<.001), 산소섭취량, 환기량 그리고 폐활량은 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). 최대운동시 산소섭취량도 운동군에서는 유의한 증가가 나타났다(p<.001). 또한 운동군에서는 체지방률과 체지방량은 유의하게 감소한(p<.001) 반면 제지방률과 제지방량은 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). 이상의 결과에서 유산소운동과 저항성운동의 복합 프로그램은 직장여성의 심폐기능 향상과 체지방 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

줄넘기 운동 훈련이 심폐기능 항진에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Rope-skipping Exercise on the Enhancement of Cardiopulmonary Function)

  • 줄넘기 운동의 신체 단련 효과를 측정하기 위하여 사병 9명에게 9주 동안 규칙적으로 줄넘기 운동을 시키면서 심폐기능의 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 효과를 측정하기 위해 부하한 운동은 줄넘기, 40 cm 및 45 cm 높이의 계단운동이었다. 1) 심장박동수는 단련에 의해 안정시와 운동후 회복기 전 시간대를 통해 매우 유의하게 감소하였으며 효과는 단련 시작 1주후부터 나타났다. 2) 단편으로 수축기 동맥혈압은 안정시와 회복기 전 시간대에서 거의 유사하게 감소하였는데 이러한 효과는 단련 한달경부터 나타났다. 3) 회복기의 호흡회수는 단련에 의해 별 변화가 없었으나 단지 줄넘기 운동 회복 초기에만 유의하게 감소하였다. 4) 심폐기능 상의 단련 효과는 검사시 부하하는 운동량이 경할수록 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 9주간의 줄넘기 운동으로 심폐기능 특히 심장순환계 기능에 뚜렷한 향상이 온다고 할 수 있겠다.

Effects of the Early Sensorimotor Training on Vastus Medialis Oblique Muscle Activation in Patients after Partial Medial Meniscectomy

  • Background: Early rehabilitation after partial meniscectomy is important to recover the balance of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis and prevent pathological problems in the lower extremities and the whole body. Objective: To compare muscle activations for patients after partial meniscectomy. Design: Dual-group Pretest-Posttest Design from the Quasi-Experimental Research. Methods: Twenty participants after partial meniscectomy were recruited and were randomly divided into a Q-setting sensorimotor training group (QSMTG) and Q-setting exercise group (QSEG). Muscle activity of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis was measured before and after intervention. Results: In the two groups, the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis activations increased significantly (P<.05). The Q-setting sensorimotor training group showed more increases than the Q-setting exercise group, and there were significant differences between the groups (P<.05). The activation ratio of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis had increasingly significant differences in the Q-setting sensorimotor training group (P<.05), and there were no significant differences between the groups (P>.05). Conclusion: Q-setting exercise with sensorimotor training was a useful method that improved the balance of vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and vastus lateralis (VL) activity after meniscectomy.

3D NEWTON 운동과 짐볼 운동이 요부 근력 및 근지구력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of 3D NEWTON Exercise on Lumbar Strength and Endurance)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to verify the most effective spinal stabilization exercise program by comparing the activities of muscles contributing to spinal stabilization during 2 types of exercises using 3-D NEWTON and a Gym-ball. Methods: We divided sixteen healthy students to two groups in D city were recruited and each subjects performed two type of exercise. Exercise 1 was performed 3-D NEWTON spinal stabilization training during 4 weeks (n=8). Exercise 2 was performed special training program that use a Gym-ball during 4 weeks (n=8). Results: The group of 3-D NEWTON applying lumbar stabilization kinetic program was increased 18.8s after training. Conclusions: It was revealed the statically significant difference between 3-D NEWTON and Gym-ball lumbar stabilization exercise groups. Therefore it has been turned out that 3-D NEWTON and Gym-ball lumbar stabilization exercise has an effect on the abdominis and trunk muscle strengthening and balance.

운동패러다임 변화로서의 공압 트레이닝 (Pneumatics (Air powered) Training as an Exercise Paradigm Shift)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공압 트레이닝 방법의 원리와 적용 방법 등 새로운 트레이닝 개념을 소개하는데 있다. 특히 공기라고 하는 눈에 보이지 않는 무형의 저항을 이용한다는 새로운 소식도 함께 전달하면서 트레이닝 방법에 대한 시야확대에 기여하고자 시도되었다. 시대의 흐름에 따라 트레이닝법의 변천을 제시하였고, 왜 이러한 형태로 변화되는지에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 즉, 중량저항을 시작으로 유압식, 등속성 운동, 그리고 공압에 이르기까지 왜 이러한 훈련방법을 적용해야하는지에 대한 당위성을 제시하였다. 또한 공압 트레이닝의 우수성을 제시하였다. 가까운 미래에는 지금보다 더 우수한 트레이닝 방법이 생겨나게 될 것이다. 결론적으로, 첨단 트레이닝에 대한 관심과 적용이 스포츠 발전에 많은 기여를 할 것이다.

건강한 젊은 성인에서 8주 규칙적인 저항성 트레이닝이 산화질소(NO) 농도와 평균동맥압(MAP)에 미치는 영향 (Effects of 8 Weeks Resistance Training on Nitric Oxide (NO) Concentration and Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) in Young Men)

  • 결과적으로 본 연구에서 서로 다른 두 집단(RTG, ATG)의 비교시 저항성 트레이닝 집단(RTG)보다 유산소 트레이닝 집단(ATG)에서 산화질소(NO) 농도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 이는 지속적인 유산소 형태의 트레이닝이 간헐적인 저항성 형태의 트레이닝 보다 더 많은 산화질소(NO)가 생성 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 심박수(HR)와 혈압(BP), 평균동맵압(MAP)의 감소에도 저항성 트레이닝(RT)보다는 유산소 트레이닝(AT)이 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 유산소 트레이닝(AT)에 비해 저항성 트레이닝(RT)에서 유의하진 않았지만 산화질소(NO) 농도가 증가된 것은 주목할 만한 결과이다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 단기간일 지라도 혈관이완 및 자율신경계 도움을 줄 수 있는 것은 유산소 트레이닝(AT) 임을 알 수 있었고 이는 일반적으로 운동을 선택할 시(근력과 근비대를 제외한 운동) 도움을 줄 수 있다고 사료된다. 또한 추후 연구에서는 12주 이상의 장기간의 트레이닝을 통해 저항성 트레이닝(RT)이 혈관이완의 직접적인 척도인 산화질소(NO) 농도에 관한 연구가 필요시 된다.

수중운동이 여성노인 장애물보행 시 하지 협응에 미치는 영향 - 훈련 및 훈련잔여효과 중심으로 - (Effects of a Water Exercise on the Lower Extremities Coordination during Obstacle Gait in the Female Elderly - Focusing on Training and Detraining Effects -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the training and detraining effects of a 8-week water exercise on lower extremities coordination during obstacle gait in the female elderly. Eight elderly participants (age: $76.58{\pm}4.97$ yrs, height: $148.88{\pm}7.19$ cm, body mass: $56.62{\pm}6.82$ kg, and leg length: $82.36{\pm}2.98$ cm), who stayed at the Seoul K welfare center, were recruited for this study. All participants had no history of orthopedic abnormality within the past 1 year and completed the aquatic exercise program which lasted for 8 weeks. To identify the training and detraining effect of 8 weeks of water exercise, a 3-D motion analysis with 7 infrared cameras and one force plate sampling frequency set at 100 Hz and 1,000 Hz, respectively, was performed. A two-way ANOVA was performed to find training and detraining effects among diferent obstacle heights. In this study significant level was set at .05. Significant training effects of LTS (lead foot thigh and shank) coordination in all obstacle height were found (p<.05). It is also found that the training effect of LTS remained 37%, 58%, and 25% in obstacle height of 30%, 40%, and 50%, respectively. Lead foot showed the greater detraining effect of coordination compared with trail foot, and SF (shank and foot) coordination revealed better detraining effects of coordination compare with TS (thigh and shank) in both feet. Based on the findings, a 8 week water exercise give an positive effects to the elderly in terms of segment cooperation which potentially helps reducing their accident falls. The magnitude of detraining may also help the elderly to find the retraining moment.

The effect of self-determination of home training participants on exercise satisfaction and reuse (Focused on students enrolled in Police Department)

  • 본 논문에서는 홈트레이닝에 참여하여 체력을 단련하고 있는 경찰관련학과 학생들의 자기결정성과 홈트레이닝 만족도와 재이용과의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남지역 D, S, K대학교 경찰행정학과, 경찰무도학과 재학생중 홈트레이닝에 참여한 경험이 있는 학생 349명을 대상으로 조사하였다. SPSSWIN VER 25+, AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자기결정성, 운동만족, 재이용 요인간의 관계를 검증한 결과, 첫째, 홈트레이닝 참여자의 자기결정성 하위요인인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성은 홈트레이닝 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 홈트레이닝 참여자의 운동만족은 홈트레이닝 재이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
