As the Internet usage such as Web3.0, future internet, and internet of things increases, the big data through information exchange between the users and web servers increases. Analyzing those web data, the commercial web sites use the analytic results for marketing and campaign, and non-commercial web sites also use the results to improve the user's services satisfaction. In this paper, the quantitative index is presented to analyze the web sites, and optimized web site design method is also presented through the correlation analysis of index and significance test. From the results for 138 web sites, it is observed that strong plus(+) correlation for visits-unique visitors and page views-average visit duration exists. We also observe the minus(-) correlation between bounce rate and page views per user(or ratio of new visits). In specific, to reduce the bounce rate for users, the strategy to increase the page views and ratio of new visits rather than visits and unique visitors is needed.

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, spiritual leadership, and work-life balance and its impact on innovative behavior through the mediating effect of employee engagement on the state-owned sharia bank of Central Java Province. The total sample of this study is 226 respondents taken from state-owned sharia bank in 6 Regencies/Cities in the former Karisedenan of Central Java. Samples are taken using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique is using the division of regions based on clusters (cities) and is carried out using a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that the indirect influence of all independent variables on innovative behavior through the mediating effect of employee engagement is found to be significant. This study views employee engagement from the perspective of religiosity-based social exchange theory so that religious values in the interaction relationship can be fairly applied and respected by the employees of the state-owned sharia bank. Managers can socialize the importance of spirit behavior to employees so that it can be their everyday attitude and becomes their guide for work. Leaders can become role models in straightening intentions while working as well as conditioning the conscience to always think positively at work by strengthening work engagement in sharia banking institutions.

The purpose of the East Asian Young Astronomers Meeting (EAYAM) is to provide a chance for young astronomers from or working in China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan to meet, learn about each other's scientific research, exchange ideas and cultural views, and find out more about leading research facilities in the different member regions. I report on the inaugural EAYAM held in Taiwan in 2003, and the future of this meeting. The purpose of the EAMA Schools is to teach young astronomers how to make best use of the research facilities of member regions. The first EAMA school is currently being organized to better inform young astronomers on using the SUBARU telescope.

FIDIC $(F\acute{e}d\acute{e}ration Internationale des Ing\acute{e}nieurs-Conseils)$ is the worldwide federation of consulting engineering member associations dedicated to developing relationships between the consulting engineering profession and governments, funding agencies, banks, industry, commerce, contractors, suppliers and other construction industry professions. Today FIDIC membership numbers nearly 70 member associations from all parts of the globe. The members of each national association comply with FIDIC's code of ethics which calls for impartial advice, competence and fair competition. FIDIC acts as a forum for the exchange of views and information and actively encourages the discussion of matters of mutual concern among member associations. FIDIC prepared regulations concerning tenders, it is a method of choice of investment contractor, which serves to optimum of utilization of investment funds. FIDIC procedure is the most often used in international tenders.

An approach to providing computational support for concurrent design is discussed in the context of an automobile wiring harness design problem. Key issues include the development of an architecture that supports collaboration among specialists, the development of hierarchical representations that capture different characteristics of the design, and decomposition of tasks to achieve a tradeoff between efficiency and robustness of the system. We present an architecture in which the main design tasks are supported by agents-asynchronous and semi-autonomous modules that automate routine design tasks and provide specialized interfaces for working on particular aspects of the design. The agent communication and coordination mechanisms permit members of an engineering team to work concurrently, at different levels of detail and of different versions of the design. The design is represented hierarchically, with detailed models maintained by the participating agents. In conjunction with the architecture and design representations, issues pertaining to the exchange of information among different views of the design, management of dependencies and constraints, and propagation of design changes are discussed.

There have been several efforts for the investigation of the formal development team which was formed in the IAI to develop a common 2D standard specification between ISO/STEP and IAI/IFC since 2002. As a result, a drafting model has been included in the IFC2.x2 model. However, to be used actively in the construction practice for construction drawing exchange, the IFC model should be extended to the paper space for multiple views, drawing output, and delivery of drawings. Therefore, in this paper, the methodology of relating STEP and IFC has been investigated and schema extension of paper space(drawing sheet, presentation view, view pipeline), complex entity(leader), and dimension(associative) have been achieved. The resulting, IFC model will enable a basic harmonization with KOSDIC. SCADEC, and STEP-CDS by retaining the current IFC architecture. In addition, IT systems for the construction industry can be beneficial from the developed data model.

The purpose of this study was to review the studies related to concept learning forcusing on the meanings, kinds, and characteristics of concepts. Then the characteristics of the concepts were analyzed in the three positions: metaphysics, epistemology, and psychology. It was identified that the word 'concept' were confused with the other words such as conception, construct, idea, notion, identity. It was also found that researchers defined the concepts by the use of various meanings. The instructional strategies for scientific concepts were also analyzed in this study. The study found that the instructional strategies for concept learning were developed according to the views about the nature of concepts. Described on the paper are three types of instructional models for science concepts suggested by constructivists as follows: concept formation, concept differentiation, and exchange. They developed the models based on the current research on the misconceptions of major scientific concepts.

The accurate analysis of the outside sky conditions is necessary to increase the efficiency of blind PV system. To conduct the accurate analysis, this paper suggested a method to analyze the sky condition using a specific image processing technique. While a fisheye lens has a wide field-of-views, it causes a large distortion to the sky images. Therefore, this paper calculated the exchange ratio of sky images to consider a lens distortion. As results of the study, there was a difference of 7% to cloud area ratio F4 and F11. Also, it had a different result depending on the position of the cloud.

Rapidly increasing internet use has brought beneficial development in many aspect and provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. We try to provide the desirable direction for Internet ethics by mobile SNS. SNS has not only economical values but also social communication toll to exchange and share views of specific issues with other users. Social influential and personal emotion factor is a factor of community relation. Thus SNS contribute to self-construction, interpersonal relations and public sphere. This internet ethics of mobile Era will makes people recognize the correct internet ethics information and do it, suggest the solution for interpersonal internet environment.

This study was designed to evaluate the current orientation and further to develop an effective orientation curriculum of new nurses by analyzing questionraire taken from 45 numbers of all nurses who have worked for 18 months below at one hospital located in C city on July, 1995. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The subjects showed the high necessity of "emergency nursing", "cardiopulmunary resuscitation", "disinfection and infection" and "interpersonal relationship" in order, but relatively low necessity of "doctor supports" and "medical insurance affair" for the practical orientation. Therefore, the orientation should provide prepondently an education Which they really need, on the basis of their education experiences and/or requirements. 2. Practical training, individual teaching and performance will be an effective orientation more than theorical education. The educator should be selected from unit based persons being capable of providing technical education to trainee. Also, in order to develop the teaching method and to improve the corresponding ability, a special program is required for educators. 3. It will be desirable that task training is given at least one month before working at their unit. In addition, orientation schedule should be made to concentrate trainee on their task training fully. 4. The subjects showed that half of them had spent four to six months for work adaptation. A meeting of new nurses may be helpful not only to acclimate themselves to new circumstances. but also to provide an exchange of views and an emotional relationship. Furthermore, unit based staffs should exerts efforts to maintain the educational circumstances and warm concern for new nurse's adaptation.
