Recent trends place an emphasis on school health care, the ultimate goal of which is to protect, maintain, and promote students' health. School health care is a program that integrates health care services, health education, health counseling, and local social health services. The student health examination (SHE) system is a part of school health care and schools and communities must be available to provide professional health services. Pediatricians also have important roles as experts in both school health care and the SHE system. In this article, the history of school health care, its legal basis, and the current status of the SHE system in Korea are reviewed. Furthermore, sample surveys from the past few years are reviewed. Through this holistic approach, future directions are proposed for the improvement of SHE and school health care.

The study objected to the 36persons out of 55 persons who have registered under the association of the professor of department of Dental Laboratory Technology to grasp contents of May, 1992, and objected to the 74persons out of 100persons who have registered under the association of an a lumni of Department of dental Laboratory Technology, Jisan Junior college to grasp contents about improvement of dental laboratory technology, Jisan Junior College to grasp contents about improvement of the national practical examination in the dental technician of the present day of May, 1994 and its results which we have acquired by this study were as follows : There are lots of opinions who have required the necessities to enforce for a national practical examination in the dental technician. A sense of satisfaction forward the system of a national practical examination in the dental technician appeared as unsatisfaction and it's unsatisfaction decreased from evaluation me operation method, the makes of questions, selection of a markers, distribution of marks of a practical examination. The operation method of a practical examination have appeared the opinions which they wished the present system. A date of operation a practical examination have appeared the opinion of which they preferred late in February. The distribution of marks of a practical examination have appeared the opinions which they wished the present system. The problem of the makes of questions of carving test which derived by an out flow of cast appeared which 52.7 percent(58 persons), lack of objectivity and lack of a standard evaluation appeared which 40 percent(44 persons), and lastly appeared. 5.5 percent(6 persons) with partiality of a questions. The problem of the makes of question of Q-test which derived by lack of a standard evaluation appeared which 44.5 percent(49 persons), lack of objectivity appeared which 39.1 percent(43 persons).

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of voluntary activity or midterm examination on self-esteem, health-promoting lifestyle, immunoglobulin in Nursing college student. Voluntary activity provides positive emotion(higher score of self-esteem) and midterm examination provides high level stress to students. Emotion and stress affect immune system. Seventy-five and seventy-eight subjects were assigned to voluntary activity and midterm examination group. In analyzing data, paired and unpaired t-tests and ANCOVA were used. The results were as following : 1.1 Self-esteem of after-voluntary activity was increased significantly than before-voluntary activity. 1.2 Health-promoting lifestyle of after-voluntary activity was not increased significantly than before- voluntary activity. 1.3 Immunoglobulin of after-voluntary activity was not increased significantly than before-voluntary activity. 2.1 Self-esteem of after-midterm examination was not decreased significantly than before-midterm examination. 2.2 Health-promoting lifestyle of after-midterm examination was decreased significantly .than before-midterm examination. 2.3 Immunoglobulin of after-midterm examination was not decreased significantly than before-midterm examination. 3.1 Self-esteem of voluntary activity group and midterm examination group was not different significantly. 3.2 Health-promoting lifestyle of voluntary activity group and midterm examination group was different significantly. 3.3 Immunoglobulin of voluntary activity group and midterm examination group was not different significantly.

본 연구는 제도적 맥락의 관점에서 우리나라가 왜 감사제도가 아닌 검사제도를 사용하고 있는지 살펴보고 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 제도적 맥락은 제도적 유산, 동인, 제도적 제약, 행위자의 역할 및 변화된 제도의 절차로 분석하였다. 연구는 국내외 사례에 대한 문헌조사를 바탕으로 뉴질랜드, 호주, 영국, 미국 및 우리나라의 재무부와 감사원 홈페이지에서 체계적으로 관련된 자료를 수집하여 실효성 있는 제언이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 분석결과 우리나라는 제도적 제약으로 감사제도가 아닌 검사제도를 유지하면서 검사의 의미확대, 검사주체의 능력강화, 검사내용의 정비, 공시제도의 강화 등을 통하여 재무제표의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 감사제도를 활용하고 있는 선진국에 비하여 여전히 미흡한 제도이다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 행위자의 능력강화, 내부통제 제도 마련, 의견제시 및 외부공시 강화 등을 제도적 보완사항으로 제시하였다. 추후 이러한 보완사항에 대한 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어지기를 바란다.

Exam administration agreement was signed by the Korean Professional Engineers Association (KPEA) and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) at the 2nd National Convention of Professional Engineers on 6 September 2008. Korean engineers can take U.S. Professional Engineer examination under proctor of KPEA in Korea from next April. It helps to broaden for Korean young engineers to have a chance to work and to be recognized as a professional engineer in the U.S. This is a brief introduction of U.S. Professional Engineer system and examination.

The Korean national system should be harmonious with this international tendency, in order to overcome the high degree of international economic competition. In this article, the current state of the international and national systems are critically compared and discussed with the intention of proposing improvements to the Korean national system. The Korean Welding Society has revamped its system so that its certificates might be recognized by the welding institutions in foreign countries such as the European Welding Federation (EWF) and still be recognized by the Korean Government. Their desire to join the system of International Institute of Welding (IIW).

The time of examination of buyer in international sales contract is very significant, because the time is related with the period of claim in buyer's aspect. From the legal point of view, the time of delivery, the time of examination and the time of quality decision should be in accord. But the buyer, whose main place of business is located in importing country, wants to examine the goods in his own country. Therefore in CIF or FOB Contract, the place of delivery and the place of examination are divided. Thus the CISG, the Common Law System and the Civil Law System including Korean Law stipulate the buyer's examination at the destination if the sales contract involves carriage of the goods. This author, from the buyer's perspective, would like to make the following suggestions in regard to the time of examination when the sales contract is made. First, the time of examination and the time of quality decision should be in accord, even though the time of delivery is different. Second, the buyer should clearly indicate the time, the place, the inspector, the particulars and the burden of proof in regard to examination when contracting. Third, the buyer should also clearly indicate the period of notice for the lack of conformity in Claim Clause of sales contract, which should be counted from the time of examination. Fourth, the buyer should remember that he many lose the right to rely on the lack of conformity of the goods if he does not give the seller notice thereof within the stipulated time or reasonable time. Finally, if the buyer wants, to examine the goods at the place of shipment, it is desirable for the buyer to designate internationally recognized inspection organization like SGS.

On the process of research in the plan on oriental medical participation in the industrial health sponsored by BK21 project, we carried out the oriental medical health examination program for workers during former half-year We reached the conclusion as follows, 1. The oriental medical health examination program is contents and formalities that should be determined by present industrial health system, based on the oriental medical system and scholastic character, and included probability of the western and oriental medical cooperation. 2. The oriental medical health examination program can promote capability of individual health management and productive power of workers, and it is capable to manage on the self-conscious symptoms and macroschophically approach to their environment 3. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, is flow as questionare, understanding of working environment, information of result and later management. It is composed of three fields as follow , first, use of pulse diagnostic apparatus, understanding of the health promotion life style, and diagnosis of the oriental medical doctor, second, analysis of constitution, third, photographing for understanding of the musculoskeletal disorders, questionare for musculoskeletal self-conscious symptoms, and diagnosis of oriental medical doctor. 4. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, progressive from the view point of health, makes the oriental medical doctor's roll more important. It is the first trial at the western and oriental medical cooperation and characterized by excellence about musouloskeletal disorders. But it need to be improved in aspects of time and specialist on the health examination, diagnostic apparatus, control of examinant and later management. So we think that it needs research on the employment of health examination specialist, establishment of later management system, development of significantly diagnosable standard and assessable form on the health examination, and contents of health examination on the western and oriental medical cooperation.

The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.
