With the rapid growth of e-commerce, marketers are able to observe not only purchasing behavior on what and when customers purchased, but also the individual Web usage behavior that affect purchasing. The richness of this information has the potential to provide marketers with an in-depth understanding of customer. Using commonly available Web log data, this paper examines Web usage behaviors at the individual level. By decomposing the buying process into a pattern of visits and purchase conversion at each visit, we can better understand the relationship between Web usage behavior and purchase decision. This allows us to more accurately forecast a shopper's future purchase decision at the site and hence determine the value of individual customers to the siteAccording to our research, not only information seeking behavior but also visiting duration of a customer and participative behavior such as participation in event should be considered as important predicators of purchase decision of customer in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

Risk is the probability of an adverse event given exposure to hazard. There are many reason for unsafety situation without safety operation. The reason is no safety evaluation system in small enterprise. And then this study purposes safety management activities that is evaluation system for total safety efficiency's maximization. Therefore, in this study, this model that can evaluate quantitative activities in small enterprise that maximize safety efficiency wishes to do design using balanced scorecard. In other words, this study aims to suggest a performance measurement model reflecting the characteristics of safety evaluation system, especially the model for return manufacturing related to safety, and to develop the S-BSC(Safety-Balanced ScoreCard) measurement model using a weight lifetime value to which a relative weight is applied by using AHP based on the BSC.

For various historical and technical reasons, the safety of dams has been controlled by an engineering standards-based approach, which has been developed over many years, initially for the design of new dams, but increasingly applied over the past few decades to assess the safety of existing dams. And some countries were asked for risk assessment on existing dam, which included structural, hydraulic safety of dam and social risk. Whereas other countries have developed and adapted as an additional tool to assist in decision-making for dam safety management. Dam risk analysis should need the reliability data of dam failures, the past constructed history and management records of existing dam. It is thought with risk analysis method of dams for structural safety management in domestic that suitable to use consider an event tree, fault tree and conditioning indexes method.

Process mining aims at mining valuable information from process execution results (called "event logs"). Even though process mining techniques have proven to be a valuable tool, the mining results from real process logs are usually too complex to interpret. The main cause that leads to complex models is the diversity of process logs. To address this issue, this paper proposes a trace clustering approach that splits a process log into homogeneous subsets and applies existing process mining techniques to each subset. Based on log profiles from a process log, the approach uses existing clustering techniques to derive clusters. Our approach are implemented in ProM framework. To illustrate this, a real-life case study is also presented.

This paper propose G-code and G-Pedigree system that are development based on the e-Pedigree and EPC, and RFID solutions for logistics management is proposed. The proposed G-Pedigree system to include the forward logistics and reverse logistics all logistics and management systems are appropriate for the event, with security features, security and accessibility of critical data was strengthened. The proposed G-code systems and the EPC code of the existing RFID readers, tags can be applied to, the more you can manage the logistics-related information.

본 논문에서는 이용자중심의 정보서비스를 제공하는 도서관경영과 사서와 이용자간의 관계를 통해 고객 만족도를 높이는 정보서비스 방안을 제시하기 위하여 CRM을 수행하였다. 또한 도서관 고객의 요구사항의 특성과 일반적인 CRM 시스템의 설계를 고찰하고, 도서관에서의 CRM 시스템에 대한 개념적 모델링 설계와 데이터사전, 이벤트 클레스를 작성하여 도서관 CRM 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

전자상거래 시스템은 시스템의 확장, 유지, 보수문제 등의 문제가 개발에 어려움을 주고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 JAVA 와 CORBA를 이용하여 3-Tier주식매매 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 CORBA의 이벤트 서비스를 이용하여 인터렉티브한 환경을 구현하였고, 확장성, 속도, 유연성, 보안성, 유지·보수, 효율성이 뛰어난 시스템을 위하여 CORBA와 JDBC 미들웨어를 이용하여 3-tier 구조 주식매매 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

This paper, introduces a Stochastic Project Scheduling Simulation system (SPSS III) developed by the author to predict a project completion probability in a certain time. The system integrates deterministic CPM, probabilistic PERT, and stochastic Discrete Event Simulation (DES) scheduling methods into one system. It implements automated statistical analysis methods for computing the minimum number of simulation runs, the significance of the difference between independent simulations, and the confidence interval for the mean project duration as well as sensitivity analysis method in What-if analyzer component. The SPSS 111 gives the several benefits to researchers in that it (1) complements PERT and Monte Carlo simulation by using stochastic activity durations via a web based JAVA simulation over the Internet, (2) provides a way to model a project network having different probability distribution functions, (3) implements statistical analyses method which enable to produce a reliable prediction of the probability of completing a project in a specified time, and (4) allows researchers to compare the outcome of CPM, PERT and DES under different variability or skewness in the activity duration data.

Laryngeal trauma is an uncommon injury but can be life-threatening event. So, early diagnosis is important for appropriate surgical management and better outcome. Because there have been some controversies about Initial airway management, appropriate diagnostic evaluation, operative indication and timing, operative technique, it is difficult to make a common management pathway in laryngeal trauma. A case of laryngeal trauma with thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone fracture is presented with a brief review of literature.
