To overcome obstacles and to attain the goals of practical training for the students in the department of physical therapy it is necessary to effective an effective system for practical training. And to develop a good System it is essential to monitor the response of the students in practical training of physical therapy and to gather fundamental data. The author made up a questionnaire to the students in the department of physical therapy after the end of practical training course. The questionnaire consisted of 13 questionnaire for the general characterisitcs of the students, 19 questions for the degree of satisfaction (4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the content 3 for the time assignment and 4 for the evaluation) and one open question. As results the students were satisfied with the practicality and fresh experience. But they were relatively unsatisfied with the environment of the practical training and the number and sincerity of the trainers. Especially they were dissatisfied with the correspondence with the objectives of education, conection with the lecture, communication with the trainers, time assignment and evaluation. As a Part of efforts to formulate an effective system fer practical training it is necessary to estabilish concrete goals and detail check lists to guide both trainers and students.

Purpose: This study was focused on the training effects of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) which is based on the AHA guideline 2010 for lay person. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the CPR training for civilian by checking the performance ability of the subjects before and after the CPR education. Method: This study was a single primary experimental study designed with pre and post test. Study subjects were 55 apartment managers who participated in all test on December 5 and December 11, 2011. The tools of this study were CPR performing evaluation sheet and CPR teaching program(AHA). Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, repeated ANOVA and Bonferroni with SPSS 18.0 program. Result: The CPR practice performing ability was significantly increased by test. The CPR practice performing ability of the learning experience group had significantly higher score than that of non-experience group. The self-confidence on CPR practice when faced emergency situation was highly increased after practice training. Conclusion: Practical performance evaluation score has improved step by step. The primary and secondary practical evaluation showed a significant difference in all items and practice-oriented education was found to be effective in CPR training.

증거기반훈련(EBT)은 고속화되고 대형화되는 항공운송시장의 안전 운항을 위해, 실제 항공기 사고, 준사고, 운항, 훈련 데이터(Evidence)를 기반으로 조종사의 역량(Competency) 및 자신감(Confidence)을 향상하고 문제해결을 위한 회복력(Resilience)을 강화하는 훈련·평가 프로그램이다. 이러한 증거기반훈련(EBT)을 전문교육기관의 교육 체계에 적용하고 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 현재의 평가 기준에서 EBT의 핵심역량을 적용한 평가 기준으로의 개선과 실기시험관 및 교관 표준화를 위한 제도 개선, 모의비행훈련장치의 활용이라는 3가지 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Background: The objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is used in the colleges of Korean Medicine, but few studies have validated the OSCE evaluation criteria or post-education questionnaires. Diagnostic ultrasound is used in Korean medicine treatment including acupuncture, acupotomy, and pharmacopuncture to increase the safety and efficacy of treatment. We aimed to develop and validate a OSCE checklist and questionnaire for diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound training. Methods: A OSCE checklist and rubric for diagnostic ultrasound training, and questionnaire was developed using literature research. Eight expert panelists verified each draft item in a single-round survey. Items with a content validity ratio (CVR) < 0.75 were excluded or modified to reflect the experts' opinions. Results: The OSCE checklist and rubric for diagnostic ultrasound training focusing on volar wrist and carpal tunnel syndrome included: 15 items revised according to CVR and expert opinions, the pre-examination procedure, structures to be identified by ultrasound, scans with 2 diagnostic criteria for carpal tunnel syndrome, an explanation of the exam results, and the post exam procedure. The questionnaire consisted of 15 items, including the overall evaluation of training, the effect of the OSCE, and the perception of the ultrasound. All 6 self-evaluation items were not revised, as they had a CVR of ≥ 0.75. Conclusion: An ultrasound OSCE for scanning the volar wrist and diagnosing carpal tunnel syndrome was developed using 15 validated tasks, 15 survey questions about ultrasound training, and 6 questions for self-evaluation. These results may be used in the future for education in diagnostic ultrasound.

The cognitive rehabilitation training is important for treating many cognitive impairment conditions, including Parkinson's disease, stroke, and ADHD. In this study, we developed a new evaluation system to improve the measurement of the conventional evaluation systems for cognitive rehabilitation training. The developed system measured the activity of dopamine(DA) and an autonomic nervous system(ANS) with photoplethysmography and electromyography. The results demonstrated that the cognitive capacity was increased but the activity of DA was decreased with unbalanced ANS by short-term stress. Based on the results, the effect of short-term stress should be recognized for the cognitive rehabilitation training.

원격 교육의 장점으로 인해 원격 연수가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 양적인 증가와 더불어 원격 연수의 문제점도 제기되고 있다. 그 중 여러 연구에서, 원격 연수의 연수 내용, 연수 방법, 연수 평가 등에 대한 문제점에 대하여 공통적으로 개선의 필요성을 말하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 마이크로티칭을 중심으로 인지적 도제 모델, 교사 평가 기법을 이용해서 원격 연수 방법을 개발하여 연수내용, 연수방법, 연수평가에 대한 문제점을 해결하고, 교사의 교수능력을 향상시키고자 한다.

교육과학기술부가 원격교원연수원을 2000년 12월부터 지정 인가해 주기 시작한 이래로 지속된 교원 원격연수의 양적 성장에도 불구하고, 연수시간 확보의 어려움, 통신 인프라 문제, 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용의 어려움, 온라인 평가의 공정성 문제, 콘텐츠 갱신의 어려움, 연수생 관리의 어려움 등으로 인해 기대만큼 고품질의 원격연수가 운영되지는 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교원능력개발평가와 연계하여 교원 원격연수의 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 일환으로 16개 시 도 교육연수원에서 분담 개발한 교원능력개발 원격연수 콘텐츠의 시범연수에 참여한 연수생 및 연수운영자의 원격연수에 대한 만족도와 건의사항, 연수시스템의 활용 숙련 수준을 조사하고 분석하였다.

본 연구는 훈련을 받지 않은 실직자들로 비교집단을 구성하여 훈련을 받은 실직자들과 함께 추적조사를 실시함으로써, 훈련을 받지 않았을 경우의 가상적인 결과와 비교하여 훈련의 성과를 추정하는 준실험적인 평가를 하였다. Cox모형을 통한 추정결과, 훈련참여는 실직자의 재취업 확률을 유의하게 높이는 효과를 가진다. 그러나 훈련내용은 재취업 확률에 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련 참여자가 수강한 훈련 관련분야로의 재취업은 매우 미흡한 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 실업자재취직훈련이 노동시장에서의 이탈을 억제하여 재취업을 촉진하는 효과를 가지지만, 취업능력의 제고를 통한 안정적인 일자리로의 재취업이라는 적극적 노동시장정책의 수행에는 아직 미흡함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 지방자치단체 무기계약직의 평가관리가 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이와 더불어, 교육훈련이 평가관리와 성과의 관계에서 유의미한 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 무기계약직의 평가관리는 성과관리에 긍정적이며 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 조절효과의 크기는 작지만, 교육훈련은 평가관리와 성과의 관계에 있어 유의미한 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 무기계약직을 대상으로 인사관리의 구성요소들 간의 양적관계를 검증함으로써 무기계약직 선행연구들의 연구 범위 및 영역의 확장과 후속연구 수행의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다고 판단된다. 또한, 본 연구는 무기계약직의 인사관리를 담당하는 공무원과 조직이 보다 실질적이고 합리적인 무기계약직을 위한 인사관리 지침 및 방안을 구축하는 것에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
