  • 보안 S/W의 보안성 평가기준(CC; Common Criteria)은 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 15408로 제정되었고, 시제품에 대한 보안기능요구사항과 보증요구사항을 표준화된 방법으로 표현하고 있다. 보안 S/W의 보안성은 중요하나 그 품질 또한 간과되어서는 안 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 CC에서 기술하고 있는 보안기능에 대한 S/W 품질평가기준에 대해 연구하였다.

  • This paper seeks to search a improved evaluation system of government sponsored research institutes(GSRI) as a knowledge system It begins with a brief review of the theory of knowledge and knowledge system This is followed by a search of the desirable conditions of the evaluation system of GSRI as a knowledge system These conditions presented are applied within the context of the current evaluation system of GSRI. Finally conclusions are drawn and directions for improvement of the system are outlined.

  • This article is focusing on the improvement of weapon system test & evaluation, aimed at the weapon system in the research development stage. This article suggests improvement directions in three aspects(organization and system, skilled manpower and technology, test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation) as follows. 1) Weapon system test & evaluation organization and system a. Establishment of comprehensive test & evaluation system b. Making regulation for comprehensive test infrastructure management. c. Standardization of test & evaluation process, which can be used in special subject to army, navy and air force. 2) Skilled manpower and technology of weapon system test & evaluation a. Training & education, management of test & evaluation experts. b. Establishment of skill management system of test & evaluation. 3) Test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation a. Establishment of comprehensive improvement direction of test & evaluation installation and equipment. b. Consideration of counter measures to prevent overlapping investment, and to use the test & evaluation resources efficiently. c. Establishment of organic network for the effective use of test & evaluation installation and equipment. d. Establishment of detailed cooperation plan for the commonage of test & evaluation facility and equipment.

Draft Guideline Matching the Treatment Technology to the Soil Contaminated Site Based on the Site Properties in Korea (국내 부지 특성을 고려한 오염토양 정화기술매칭기준안)

  • The programmable logic array to match the treatment technology to the soil contaminated site based on the site properties in Korea was developed. Based on the previous technology screening system of FRTR (Federal Remediation Technology Roundtable) in USA, total 9 evaluation factors indicating the site characteristics were used for the technology matching process and 8 factors among them were quantitatively weighed in the order of importance. The class interval for each evaluation factor was linearly distributed to give the weighed score and 8 scores were summed up to prioritize the treatment technology. The optimal treatment technology for a specific site was determined according to the total score acquired from 8 evaluation factors used in this technology matching process. The reliability test for the developed technology matching system was done by using information of two real cleanup sites in Korea, suggesting that this guideline will be available to determine the most effective treatment technology to cleanup the soil contaminated site and also to assist the government or the company to design a successful and cost-effective site cleanup plan in Korea.

  • This study aims to compare and evaluate the usability of domestic and overseas XR devices. With the recent release of 'Apple Vision Pro', interest in the XR field is increasing rapidly. XR devices are being used in various fields such as defense, medical care, education, and entertainment, but the evaluation system for evaluating usability is still insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to derive improvements in domestic equipment through comparative evaluation of usability for two HMD-type devices and one glasses-type device that are released. In order to conduct the study, 20 participants in their 20s to 30s who were interested in XR devices and had no visual sensory organ-related disabilities were evaluated by wearing VR equipment. As a quantitative evaluation, electromyography through an EMG sensor and the device and body temperature of the device through a thermal imaging camera were measured. As a qualitative evaluation, the safety of wearing, ease of wearing, comfort of wearing, and satisfaction of wearing were evaluated. As a result of comparing the usability of the devices based on the results, it was confirmed that domestic HMD-type device needs improvement in the strap part.

  • Face recognition technology has lately attracted considerable attention because of its non-intrusiveness, usability and applicability. Related companies insist that their commercial products show the recognition rates more than 95% according to their self-testing. But, the rates cannot be admitted as official recognition rates. So, performance evaluation methods and tools are necessary to objectively measure the accuracy and performance of face recognition systems. In this paper, I propose a reference model for biometrics recognition evaluation tools, and implement an evaluation tool for the face recognition system based on the proposed reference model.

  • Dweller's safety is one of the most important factors for the evaluation of building performance. The process of conventional safety design which is normally performed by the codes and designer's experiences is not enough to check the whole possibilities of unexpected accidents in the built environment. It means that the dwellers might be always exposed by the dangerous situation which should have been removed in the architectural design process. In order to solve this problem, this study intends to introduce a rule-based performance evaluation technology based on BIM(Building Information Modeling). The proposed technology focuses on the real time evaluation of dweller's safety in the ordinary life in the designed building alternatives and uses a commercial BIM tool as a design and evaluation platform.

  • Recently, the development of technology has been rapidly proceeding with information technology in various fields. Due to their abstract properties, proper evaluation of intangible assets is very difficult compared to evaluation of tangible assets. Intangible assets are knowledge, technology, and design etc. In general there are two approaches to evaluate the intangible assets such as qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative approach contains scoring approach, profile approach, checklist approach, and quantitative approach. Quantitative approach contains cost approach, market approach, income approach, and real-option approach. As an initial step for evaluation of safe work environments, this study compares and analyzes evaluation methods of intangible assets.

  • Development of forest garden for city dwellers utilizing green space within urban area is nowadays highly regarded as a means to invigorate city and to raise living standard for city dwellers. Thus, development of forest garden has become pressing and important agenda for city governments. Promoting forest garden to solve many environmental and social issues city governments face today requires evaluation criteria to determine whether target green space is suitable to serve as forest garden. In this respect, we believe that evaluation of values of forest garden from previous studies can serve as foundation for developing evaluation index for forest garden. Thus, we aimed to develop evaluation criteria for values of forest garden. First, various evaluation criteria collected from previous studies were assessed by expert groups. Then, the result was studied through AHP technique and we developed evaluation criteria for forest garden based on such result. Especially, evaluation criteria were divided into main and sub-levels for more detailed and precise evaluation system.

Establishment for analytical method of methanol in wet wipes by headspace gas chromatography (가스크로마토그래프-헤드스페이스를 이용한 물휴지 중 메탄올 정량법 확립 연구)

  • This research aims to set up and validate methods of analyzing the methanol in wet wipes and verifies the analysis methods that applied to the wet wipes. We used Headspace (HS) Gas Chromatography (GC) - Flame Ionization Detector (FID) to the establish analysis method of methanol in wet wipes and optimized heating temperature, heating time, GC conditions with column. The result indicated that 3 mL of sample in 20 mL headspace vial can be equilibrated efficiently in headspace sampler at 70 ℃ for 10 min and sample was measured by GC with spli injection mode(10:1). The results show that linearity from 1 to 100 ppm was over R2 0.9995, precision was RSD 1.83 % and accuracy(recovery rate) was 105.44 (±1.05 %) on water matrix and wet wipes matrix removed non-woven fabric. Also, monitoring results of total 20 cosmetics on the market, from 0.00017 to 0.00156 % of methanol was detected from wet wipes.
