The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation is increasing and CSR activity has become a core activity for firms. The increase on CSR activity expenditures also increases the need for strategic. When firms implement CSR strategically, firms need to consider consumers' perspectives toward CSR. This research investigated how Korean fashion companies integrate consumers' CSR expectations into CSR implementation. Through a qualitative study, we researched a firm's consideration of consumers which are reflected in detailed procedures of CSR implementation. We conducted in-depth interviews with executives and managers in charge of CSR and found the following results. First, motivations for CSR implementation were both strategic and moral along with consumers who play a crucial role in CSR motivation. Second, firms conducted various strategic CSR activities differentiating themselves using a specific resource. Third, self-CSR evaluation was not active and structured. Few companies were collecting consumer responses to CSR activities. Last, executives and managers have difficulties to perform CSR activities due to gaps between ethical consumption consciousness and the ethical consumption behavior, measurement of CSR effect, and lack of understanding of strategic CSR. The results of our study show that firm's consideration of consumers is insufficient despite executives and managers who strongly agree with the need for strategic CSR.

Background : To propose effective strategies for successful implementation of QI in health care institutions, by identifying facilitating factors and barriers to conducting QI programs. Methods : In order to examine empirical evidence on the success factors or barriers to QI implementation in hospitals, a literature study was performed on the basis of MEDLINE search. Among the identified literature. 13 provided reliable findings and basis comprehensive discussion on this issue and thus were selected for in-depth analysis. A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted for hospital CEOs and QI directors of hospitals with 400 beds or greater to investigate what attributes of their organizations they perceived as success factors or obstacles to QI implementation. Result : The analysis of selected literature and survey results presented that the primary factors considered to be most important as successful implementation of QI were: strong support from hospital CEOs, setting higher priority for QI activities, continuous and persistent efforts in QI activities, and active participation of clinical staffs. The barriers identified in this study were : the lack of orientation and understanding of QI concepts, low level of interest and participation of physician in QI programs, the lack of evaluation and rewarding system for QI activities. Conclusion : By identifying factors that affect facilitation of QI, the study results will be of great use for either institutions being in the early stage of evolving QI or those looking for better strategies to achieve more active and persistent QI implementation in their institutions.

Recently, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced a plan to reduce the proportion of economic evaluation in non-metropolitan areas and strengthen balanced development evaluation through the reorganization of the preliminary feasibility study system. In addition, the social value of the quality of life, such as job, environment, and safety, which may be affected by the implementation of transportation facility investment projects, was reflected as the main item of policy evaluation. In this study, the ripple effect of the project in terms of social value was reviewed for the Gangil-Chuncheon. The effect of highway opening was investigated by reviewing the feasibility report, post-evaluation report, and statistical indicators. Recently, the Gangil-Chuncheon highway is getting used by around 110,000 people per day. The number of tourists in Chuncheon rapidly has increased from 5 million a year to more than 11 million now. In addition, it was confirmed to produce effects such as population migration, net inflow and land price increase, improvement of living convenience, and expansion of emergency medical care. Although this ripple effect was influenced by various socio-economic factors as well as the opening of the highway, it is clear that it is difficult to occur without the opening of the highway. It is judged that the evaluation of indirect benefits and social values due to the opening of the highway can be quantified through continuous research and data construction. Post-evaluation of construction works, including project efficiency evaluation and ripple effect evaluation, is performed for construction works with a construction cost of more than 50 billion won. In the future, we will continuously improve the evaluation system in order to evaluate the indirect benefits and social values of public investment projects.

The intention of this paper is to give a better understanding about the implementation of sustainable manufacturing practice in the textile companies in Indonesia as one of the promising sectors in the manufacturing industry. The data was collected by taking a case study approach in one of the leading textile companies in Indonesia. Questionnaire and interview techniques were used to gather in-depth information about the implementation of a sustainable concept in the company. The result reveals that the extent of the implementation of Sustainable Manufacturing Practices (SMP) in the companies are at a level of moderate to high. From the three dimensions measured which are environment, economy, and social dimensions, the evaluation result shows good performance in terms of the implementation of sustainable concepts, like low level of gas emission, high percentage of renewable energy usage, cost reduction rate, high quality of life, etc. From this result, the authors then develop a sustainable manufacturing model in the wider coverage to be implemented not only in the textile industry but is expected to be implemented in manufacturing sectors as well. This model consists of at least seven basic archetypes which are divided into three dominant areas: technological innovation, economical, and social areas which aim to bring better performance in the manufacturing industry of Indonesia.

본 논문은 숲속 야외 마루의 실시간 이용 현황을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 기계학습을 통한 예측 서비스를 제공하는 야외 마루 관리 서비스의 구현 및 성능 평가 결과를 담고있다. 개발한 하드웨어 프로토타입은 모션 감지 센서를 이용해 야외 마루의 점유 여부를 감지한 후 위치 정보, 날짜 및 시간, 온도 및 습도 데이터와 함께 클라우드 기반 데이터베이스로 전달한다. 수집된 야외 마루의 실시간 이용 현황은 이용자들에게 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 제공된다. 성능 평가 결과 하드웨어 모듈에서부터 모바일 애플리케이션까지 평균 1.9초의 응답 시간을 보여주었으며, 정확도는 99%를 보여주고 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러 수집 데이터에다 기계학습 기반의 SVM(Support Vector Model) 모델을 적용한 야외 마루의 가용성 예측 서비스를 구현하고서 이를 모바일 및 웹 애플리케이션을 통해 제공할 수 있도록 하였다.

효과적인 교수활동을 위해서는 교수자가 학습자의 현 수준을 정확히 파악해야 한다. 학습자의 수준 파악을 위해서는 일반적으로 진단평가를 활용한다. 그러나 시간상의 제약으로 인해 교수자가 필요로 하는 모든 경우에 학습자의 수준 파악을 위한 진단평가를 실시하기는 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교수자 교수방법의 효율화를 위한 웹 기반 진단평가시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 교수자가 웹을 통해 원하는 평가문제를 수시로 입력하는 것이 가능하며 학습자는 자신의 수강과목의 일정에 따라 시공간 제약 없이 개별적으로 온라인 진단평가를 수행할 수 있다. 또한 제안하는 시스템에서는 각 학습자의 평가결과를 자동으로 처리하여 교수자가 학습자의 현재 수준을 분석하고 교육 수준을 결정할 수 있는 다양한 통계 자료를 제시해준다.

본 연구는 1997년부터 2019년까지 KCI 등재지에 게재된 493편의 국내 수학과 교육과정 논문을 LDA 토픽 모델링을 사용하여 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 수학과 교육과정 연구는 8개의 토픽으로 분류할 수 있었으며 그 중 '교육과정 이행과 평가'의 비중이 가장 낮았다. 또한 교육과정 적용 시기에 따라 토픽들은 다르게 출현했으며 수학과 교육과정에서 강조하는 중점 방향과 부합하는 경향성을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 수학과 교육과정의 발전을 위한 시사점들을 도출하였다.

최근 전국적으로 시행을 추진하고 있는 안전속도 5030 정책은 이동성의 저하 및 통행 불편 등으로 인해 일부 시민들의 불만이 증가하는 경향을 보여 정책을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 교통사고, 통행속도 등 정량적인 정책평가 기준에서 벗어나 도로를 이용하는 시민들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로를 이용하는 시민을 운전자 집단과 비운전자 집단으로 분류하고 이를 대상으로 안전속도 5030 정책 시행에 따른 제한속도의 적정성 평가와 도로서비스 질의 만족도 평가(MDS), 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA) 등 시민의식 분석을 실시하였다. 시민의식 분석결과, 도로서비스 질 중에 특히, 이동성, 경제성, 환경성에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타났는데, 이에 만족도가 낮은 도로를 대상으로 제한속도와 도로서비스 질의 개선방안을 제시하여 안전속도 5030 정책의 성공적 추진을 도모하고자 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to investigate opinions and experiences of hospital CEOs' and QI managers toward the National Hospital Evaluation Program which was implemented in 2004 and to recommend various strategies to improve the program. Methods: We conducted a mail survey with CEOs and QI　managers' of 78 hospitals with 500 beds or more that participated the 2004 National Hospital Evaluation Program. Results: About 70.8% of the participating CEOs and 64.0% of the QI　managers felt that the objectives of the evaluation program weren't fully achieved. Most respondents said that the current program required a partial or an overall change. Evaluation Criteria was the most often cited area for a change. Many respondents pointed out the importance of including clinical quality indicators in the evaluation tool. Conclusions: To upgrade hospital services with better quality, it is most important to first reach consensus on objectives and approaches of the evaluation program among various players. For a consistent planning and implementation, it is urgent to set up a more systematic organization and financing mechanism. Also, evaluation approaches, including evaluation criteria, methods, patient satisfaction assessment, as well as ways to summarize and publicize each hospital's performance should be improved.

본 연구는 만3~4세 누리과정에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 따른 실행수준을 분석하고자 만3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 인식과 만족도의 전반적인 경향과 실행수준과의 관계, 실행수준에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보았다. 연구방법은 서울과 경기도 내 어린이집 보육교사 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료분석은 인식과 만족도의 전반적인 경향을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를, 실행수준과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 계수 방법을, 실행수준에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 다중회귀방법을 사용하였다. 그 연구결과 첫째, 만3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 전반적인 인식은 보통 보다 조금 높은 것으로 나타났으며 실행수준과 정적인 상관관계를 나타났다. 특히 실행 및 지원인식은 이론적 근거 및 성격과 높은 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 만3~4세 누리과정에서 만족도의 전반적인 경향은 보통이상인 것으로 나타났다. 만족도 역시 실행수준과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 특히, 교육과정의 만족도는 실행수준의 평가와 관계가 있으며 실행 및 지원의 만족도는 자료와 관계있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만3~4세 누리과정에 대한 보육교사의 인식 중 실행 및 지원 인식은 실행수준에 유의한 정적 영향력을 나타냈으며 만족도에 있어서는 교육과정의 만족도가 평가 실행수준에 정적인 영향력을 나타냈다.
