최근 정보 통신 기술이 발전함에 따라, 내장형 시스템은 여러 산업 분야에 적용되고 있으며 더욱 복잡해지고 있다. 이로 인해, 내장형 시스템의 개발 비용과 시간도 덩달아 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 내장형 시스템의 개발 비용 및 시간을 절감하기 위해서 내장형 시스템의 동시적 개발을 위한 이산 사건 시스템(DEVS) 형식론에 기반 요구사항 평가 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항 명세를 DEVS 원자 모델의 형태로 기술하는 방법을 제안하며, 이를 개발하여 만든 요구사항 모델과 요구사항 평가 대상 시스템을 비교하는 평가자 모델 및 이들을 활용하는 평가 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 요구사항 평가를 위해 만든 요구사항 모델을 내장형 시스템의 동시적 개발 과정에 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 요구사항 평가 방법에 대한 사례 연구로 키넥트 깊이 정보 처리 시스템에 대한 요구사항 평가를 진행하였다.

Requirement management is an essential process that has a significant influence on the project success. Due to the evolutionary development nature of requirement, the effective management for requirement must include change process and configuration control. This paper describes how to implement effective requirement management process to the Korea Tilting Train eXpress development with the application of a model based systems engineering tool.

In this work, we first introduce two main approaches to writing requirements and then propose a method based on Natural Language Processing to improve requirement authoring and the overall coherence, cohesion and organization of requirement documents. We investigate the structure of requirement kernels, and then the discourse structure associated with those kernels. This will then enable the system to accurately extract requirements and their related contexts from texts (called requirement mining). Finally, we relate a first experimentation on requirement mining based on texts from seven companies. An evaluation that compares those results with manually annotated corpora of documents is given to conclude.

The research and development stage can improve the goal level of the project through systematic operation and management of systems engineering. The test evaluation tasks in the R&D process have a lot of connections with the system engineering in terms of requirement management, and the methodology for deriving the requirements when establishing the test evaluation items has been consistently required. In this paper, we propose the process of effectively establishing and using QFD (Quality Function Deployment), a tool to manage customer requirement, and drawing up HOQ (House of Quality) in the search and exploratory development stage of the self - propelled mortar project.

Needs of fuel's performance evaluation for the dual-cooled fuel pellet (annular shape) necessitate the irradiation test in the test reactor. Irradiation test rig for the HARARO reactor, which is a special-purposed equipment used for material, irradiation and creep test, must satisfy the operational requirement on the hydraulic characteristics and structural integrity. In this paper, pressure drop and flow-induced vibration test for the newly developed non-instrumented test rig were carried out using FIVPET as a out-pile evaluation test. The test results show that the new test rig satisfy the HANARO operational requirement with sufficient margin. The spectral response characteristics of the flow-induced vibration of the test rid were also discussed.

We develop the evaluation method of functional requirements for excavator design. The functional requirement of the product can be deduced from voice of customer. QFD method is used in order to convert customer requirement to functional requirement. The measure of information index is used to evaluate quantitatively the product quality characteristics. The correlation score between customer requirements and functional requirements and benchmarking score of competitors are basic data for the measure of information.

한국전자통신연구원은 위성항법의 다양한 응용프로그램과 항법알고리즘을 위한 시험 및 평가환경을 제공하는 소프트웨어 위성항법 이산화 IF 신호시뮬레이터를 소프트웨어 기반 GNSS 공공활용기술통합검증시스템 개발 과제의 일환으로 개발하고 있다. 소프트웨어 위성항법 신호시뮬레이터는 GPS 및 갈릴레오 디지털신호를 제공하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소프트웨어 위성항법 이산화 IF 신호 시뮬레이터의 요구사항 및 개념설계에 대하여 기술하고 있다.

정보보호 수준을 향상시키기 위해 정보보호시스템 평가$\cdot$인증에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있으며 선진국에서는 정보화 역기능 위험 방지를 위해 제도적 일환으로 자국의 환경에 적합한 평가$\cdot$인증제도를 마련하여 정보보호시스템을 평가해 오고 있다. 그러나 상이한 평가기준의 적용으로 인한 시간 및 비용 소모의 문제점이 발생되었으며 이를 해결하기 위한 노력으로 현재 정보보호 시스템 평가를 위한 상호인증을 위해 공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)과 공통평가방법론(CEM : Common Evaluation Methodology)을 사용하고 있다. 선진화된 평가제도의 조기 정착과 효율적인 평가 준비 및 수행방법을 위한 정보보호시스템 평가 참여자들의 평가기준 및 방법론에 대한 유연하고 능동적인 해석이 필요하다.

The requirement verification is the integral part of the weapon system R&D to reduce cost and schedule. And, a systems engineering is an interdisciplinary engineering management process that evolves and verifies an integrated, life-cycle balanced set of system solutions that satisfy customer needs. Therefore, this study analyzes the national defense need and acquisition management process, investigates the systems engineering verification activity. Through the requirement verification example in terms of technical evaluation this study presented the requirement verification approach in the weapon system R&D.

정보시스템 감리에서 발생하는 감리인의 주관적인 판단은 감리 의견에 대한 신뢰성을 저하시키는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 정보시스템 감리에서 요구사항의 중요성과 감리 평가에 대한 객관성의 향상을 위하여 요구사항 우선순위를 통한 감리 정량화 모델을 제시하였다. 요구사항의 가치는 동일한 레벨에 있지 않다는 전제하에 고객 요구사항 기준으로 평가하였다. 또한 요구사항 우선순위 기준에 대한 세부적인 평가 지표를 발주자 측면 요소인 서비스 중요도와 기능 만족도, 사업자 측면 요소인 비용과 일정으로 세분화하여 객관적인 감리 수행 결과의 정량화를 가능하게 하여 감리의 객관성을 향상시키도록 하였다.
