전기식 냉동기에서 냉매의 공급온도에 따른 액화천연가스의 톤당 냉열 가격 산출에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Price Evaluation Per 1 Ton of Liquefied Natural Gas According to the Refrigerants Supply Temperature in the Electric Refrigerator)

  • In this paper, cold heat price contained in the 1 ton/h of LNG has been evaluated using PRO/II with PROVISION release 10.2 from Aveva company when LNG is used to liquefy several refrigerants instead of using vapor recompression refrigeration cycle. Normal butane, R134a, NH3, R22, propane and propylene refrigerants were selected for the modeling of refrigeration cycle. It was concluded that LNG cold heat price was inversely proportional to the refrigerant supply temperature, even though LNG supply flow rate is not varied according to the refrigerant supply temperature.

Analytical model for flexural and shear strength of normal and high-strength concrete beams

  • In the present paper, an analytical model is proposed to determine the flexural and shear strength of normal and high-strength reinforced concrete beams with longitudinal bars, in the presence of transverse stirrups. The model is based on evaluation of the resistance contribution due to beam and arch actions including interaction with stirrups. For the resistance contribution of the main bars in tension the residual bond adherence of steel bars, including the effect of stirrups and the crack spacing of R.C. beams, is considered. The compressive strength of the compressed arch is also verified by taking into account the biaxial state of stresses. The model was verified on the basis of experimental data available in the literature and it is able to include the following variables in the resistance provision: - geometrical percentage of steel bars; - depth-to-shear span ratio; - resistance of materials; - crack spacing; - tensile stress in main bars; - residual bond resistance including the presence of stirrups;- size effects. Finally, some of the more recent analytical expressions able to predict shear and flexural resistance of concrete beams are mentioned and a comparison is made with experimental data.

Investigating Teachers' Perception of the Educational Resource Sharing System in Korea: A Qualitative Research

  • The aim of this research is to understand the perceptions of primary and secondary teachers regarding educational resource sharing systems(ERS) by using a qualitative approach. This study conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with 20 primary and secondary school teachers. Interview data were analyzed through inductive content analysis method. The results are as follows. First, teachers placed significant emphasis on high-quality, convenient functions, and reward system for sharing resources. Specifically, teachers identified the necessity for a diverse array of materials, systematic categorization of these resources, and the provision of monetary compensation as essential components. Second, the study participants advocated strategies for revitalizing ERS including enhancing accessibility, constructing user-friendly features, increasing awareness, and establishing a reward system to incentivize the resource sharing. In particular, teachers proposed strategies such as developing mobile-based services and AIdriven data recommendation system. These results provide actionable insights for stakeholders engaged in the design, implementation, and evaluation of resource sharing platforms.

컨설턴트의 비언어커뮤니케이션이 고객 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Research on the Effects of a Consultant's Nonverbal Communications on a Client's Evaluation)

  • 21세기 디지털 융복합 시대의 중심으로 성장하고 있는 컨설팅산업은 지속적인 발전을 하고 있으나, 이와 더불어 컨설팅 기업 간의 경쟁도 점점 더 치열해 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객과의 접점에서 지식서비스를 제공하고 있는 컨설턴트의 중요 역량인 커뮤니케이션 역량 중, 비언어커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이를 통해 고객이 지각하는 컨설턴트 평가에 유의한 영향이 있는지와 나아가 컨설팅 기업에 대한 신뢰에도 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대해서 연구해 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 컨설턴트의 비언어커뮤니케이션 중 신체언어, 청각언어가 고객평가 요인 중 신뢰성 평가에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였으며, 컨설턴트의 비언어커뮤니케이션 중 신체언어, 공간언어, 외양언어가 고객평가 요인 중 적격성 평가에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 그리고 컨설턴트의 비언어커뮤니케이션 중 신체언어, 청각언어, 외양언어가 고객평가 요인 중 정중성 평가에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 그리고 이러한 고객의 긍정적인 평가는 서비스 제공기업에 대한 신뢰와 장기관계 지향성에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Assessment of Universal Design for Seoullo 7017 in Seoul, Korea - Using a New Seven Universal Design Principles -

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate Seoullo 7017 based on Universal Design (UD) principles and guidelines. To derive UD principles applicable to the site context, we used the 2017 Seoul Universal Design Guideline and assessment index provided by the Universal Design Research Center and established 11 evaluation criteria. With respect to research methods, a literature review and on-site field survey were applied, through which we derived UD principles and evaluation criteria to identify UD problems. The 11 evaluation criteria consist of pedestrian space, facilities, access, main entrance, parking lots, trails, restrooms, convenience facilities, information facilities, rest areas, and playgrounds, and these were associated with UD principles for evaluation. As a result, the main entrance had the highest UD score, while parking lots had the lowest in terms of equity, safety, simplicity, and accessibility. Restrooms received a lower UD score because of poor conditions of security and alert systems. Rest areas were found to be uncomfortable for disabled people. With respect to the internal trails, we found the lack of braille block and irregular placement of planting pots made blind people uncomfortable when walking. In terms of UD principles, flexibility received the highest score, followed by amenity, equity, simplicity, tolerance, accessibility, and safety. Flexibility received the highest score, owing to the provision of proper information about convenience facilities and trails, while safety received the lowest, based on poor access to parking lots, inadequate paving materials and colors, and a lack of 24-hour security systems. We hope this research contributes to improving the universal design, so that people are not discriminated against in the use of the park in terms of age, sex, or physical disability. We expect the study to help facilitate empirical studies to verify UD principles and provide improved quality of UD for Seoullo 7017.

공공도서관 청소년자료실의 공간 평가요소 분석 및 사례조사 연구 (A Study on Space Evaluation Factors and Case Analysis of Teen Space in Public Libraries in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관 청소년자료실 공간에 대한 평가요소를 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 청소년자료실 공간 현황 및 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 미국 청소년도서관서비스협회의 청소년 공간 가이드라인과 선행연구를 바탕으로 6가지 공간 평가항목 - 편의성, 접근성, 안전성, 다양성, 쾌적성, 영감성 - 을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 서울시 5개 공공도서관의 청소년자료실을 대상으로 사례조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 공공도서관의 청소년을 위한 공간을 구성함에 있어 안내 및 편의시설, 정보자원에 대한 접근, 이용자 지침 정비, 다양한 공간 활용 및 운영, 쾌적한 도서관 이용환경 제공, 청소년에게 학습동기 부여 및 요구되는 모든 자원의 지원이 가능한 공간이 요구됨을 파악하였다.

중국 자율주행차 테스트베드 관련 표준 분석을 통한 K-City 고도화 방안 수립에 관한 연구 (Study on the Development of K-City Roadmap through the Standard Analysis of the Test-Bed for Automated Vehicles in China)

  • The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MoLIT) and the Korean Automobile Testing and Research Institute (KATRI) are supporting the development of Lv.3 automated vehicle (hereinafter, AV) technology by constructing an automated driving pilot city (as known as K-City) equipped with total 5 evaluation environments (urban, motorway, suburban, community road, and autonomous parking facility) which is a test bed exclusively for AV (2017~2018). An upgrade project is in a progress to materialize harsh environments such as bad weather (rain, fog, etc.) and reproduction of communication jamming (GPS blocking, etc.) with the purpose of supporting the development of Lv.4 connected & automated vehicle (hereinafter, CAV) technology (2019~2022). We intend to proactively establish a national level standard for CAV test-bed and test road requirements, test method, etc. for establishment of a road map for the construction of the test bed which is being promoted step by step and analyze and, when required, benchmark the case of China that has announced and is utilizing it. Through this, we plan to define standardized requirements (evaluation facility, evaluation system, etc.) on the test bed for the development of Lv.4/4+ CAV technology and utilize the same for the design and construction of a test bed, establishment of a road map for the construction of a real car-based test environment related to the support for autonomous driving service substantiation, etc. through provision of an evaluation environment utilizing K-City, and the establishment of a K-City upgrade strategies, etc.

철근(鐵筋)콘크리트기둥의 신뢰성(信賴性) 설계규준(設計規準)에 관한 연구(研究) (A Study on Reliability Based Design Criteria for Reinforced Concrete Columns)

  • 현행(現行) 콘크리트 표준시방서(標準示方書)에서 WSD 또는 USD로 설계(設計)되는 R.C. 기둥의 설계규준(設計規準)에서 보다 합리적(合理的)인 설계(設計)가 될 수 있는 신뢰성(信賴性) 설계규준(設計規準)을 제안(提案)하는 것이 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 핵심(核心)이다. Cornell의 MFOSM 이론(理論)에 의(依)해 R.C. 기둥 저항(抵抗)의 불확실량(不確實量) 산정(算定) 알고리즘을 유도(誘導)하여 저항(抵抗)의 불확실량(不確實量)을 산정(算定)했으며, 하중(荷重)의 불확실량(不確實量)은 우리의 실정(實情)을 고려(考慮)한 적절(適切)한 값을 선택(選擇)하여 신뢰성(信賴性) 해석(解析) 및 설계규준(設計規準)을 산정(算定)했다. 현행(現行) WSD와 USD 설계법(設計法)의 신뢰성(信賴性) 수준(水準)을 분석(分析)하고 외국(外國)의 경우와 비교(比較) 검토(檢討)함으로써, 우리 나라에 알맞는 목표신뢰성지수(目標信賴性指數) ${\beta}_0=4.0$을 택(擇)하여 LRFD 설계규준(設計規準)에 의(依)한 저항(抵抗)-하중계수(荷重係數)를 제안(提案)했다. 또한 철근(鐵筋)과 콘크리트의 허용응력(許容應力)을 산정제안(算定提案)했다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 제안(提案)한 신뢰성(信賴性)을 설계규준(設計規準) 및 허용응력(許容應力)은 일정(一定)한 신뢰성(信賴性)을 주는 보다 합리적(合理的)인 설계(設計)가 되게 하므로 현행(現行) R.C. 기둥의 설계규준(設計規準)에 신뢰성(信賴性) 설계(設計) 개념(槪念)을 하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

만성 신부전 환자간호의 질평가 도구개발 (Development of An Evaluation Tool for the Quality of Patient Care Chonic Renal Failure)

  • Provision of better nursing care to patients is a difficult but important task. The first problem for nursing quality improvement is development of evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care. This study tries to develop a patient care tool for patients with chronic renal failure. This study as a procedural evaluation of patient care, tries to show what, how, at what order to provide care to patients with chronic renal failure. This study is divided into process of development of tool, its reliability and validity. Among process of development of tool is focal group, small expert group and expert evaluation group. To develop approprieteness of tool, nurses working is four major hospitals is Seoul were selected. To evaluate the credibility of subjects, 19 patient who were hospitalized and discharged within 3 months were selected. The period for collecting data for reliability and valiability evaluation was between Sept. 20 to Oct. 18, 1995. The development process of this study is as follows ; 1. Make preliminary list of the tool by focal group consisting of 8 clinical nurses. 2. Modify and add preliminary list by 4 expert nursing panel. 3. Calculate content validity of the tool by 23 nursing expert panel of judge. 4. Verity relability and validity of the tool. 5. Finalize an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in chronic renal failure patient. The result of this study were as follows ; 1. Development of evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in chronic renal failure. 1) The evaluation of this study was developed 5 standards, 28 criteria. and 130 indicators 2) Nursing care evaluation scores for chronic renal failure patients were average 68.8. 2. Verity reliability and validity of the tool. 1) 5 standards were divided into 4 point scale and according to 28 creteria, indicators of standard were 3.72 and of criteria were 3.77 2) Inter - rater reliability (consentaneity score) of the tool by pearson correlation coefficient betwwen rates were r= .72, r= .75 and interreliabilities by single - facet crossed design were r= .96. 3) The alpha coeffecient relating to internal consistency was .7259 over 27 items of 28 criterias of developed tool. Through this study, I'm sure that the developed tool for the quality of patient care in chronic-renal failure patient will show the way of more improvement of the quality of nursing care and effective nursing intervention.

지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼 사용성 평가 기준 개발 및 적용 연구 (Usability Evaluation Criteria Development and Application for Map-Based Data Visualization)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼에 적합한 평가 도구를 개발하고, 이를 현재 상용되고 있는 지역간 정보를 나타내는 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼을 대상으로 휴리스틱 사용성 평가를 수행하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Nielsen(1994)의 사용성 평가 10가지 원칙과 함께 지도 기반 플랫폼의 사용성 평가 기준을 다룬 선행연구들의 결과를 비교·분석하여 (1) 가시성, (2) 실세계와의 일치, (3) 일관성 및 표준, (4) 사용자 제어 여부와 친화성, (5) 융통성, (6) 디자인, (7) 호환성, (8) 오류 방지 및 해결, (9) 도움말 제공 및 문서화로 9가지의 평가 항목을 개발하였다. 또한, 개발한 평가 항목의 실효성을 확인하기 위해, 국내외 5개의 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 플랫폼을 대상으로 전문가 4명을 초빙하여 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 평가 결과, 전문가들은 제안한 지도 기반 데이터 시각화 사용성 평가 기준을 사용하여, 수치화한 점수와 주관적 의견을 포함한 5개 플랫폼의 사용성을 순위화한 평가 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 지도 기반 시각화 플랫폼을 개발하고 평가함에 있어서 전반적인 가이드라인의 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
