인지진단모형을 활용한 수학 학업성취 결과 분석 -2011년 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 자료를 중심으로- (The Analysis of Students' Mathematics Achievement by Applying Cognitive Diagnostic Model)

  • 본 연구는 2011년 학업성취도 평가 결과를 Fusion 모형이라는 인지진단모형을 적용하여 수학교과에서 학교급별, 성취수준별, 성별에 따른 인지요소 숙달 양상과 다문화가정의 인지요소 숙달 양상을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 초6은 12개의 인지요소에서 '귀납적으로 추론하기', 중3은 10개의 인지요소에서 '연역적으로 정당화하기', 고2는 10개의 인지요소 중 '사칙계산'이 가장 높은 숙달 비율을 보였다. 성취수준별로 인지요소의 숙달 양상을 분석한 결과, 초 중 고 모두 우수학력 집단은 전체 인지요소에서 94%이상의 숙달률을 보였으나, 기초학력이하 집단 학생들은 거의 모든 인지요소에서 초6과 중3의 경우 미숙달 비율이 70%이상이었고 고2는 99%이상이었다. 또한, 초6, 중3까지는 전반적으로 여학생의 인지요소 숙달 비율이 남학생보다 높으나 고2에서는 대부분의 인지요소에서 남학생이 여학생보다 숙달 비율이 높게 나타났다. 다문화가정 학생 집단과 일반가정 학생 집단 간 인지요소의 숙달 양상은 학교급별로 상이하게 나타났다.

Hydroxyapatite 안구보충물삽입술 후 골신티그라피를 이용한 섬유혈관증식 평가: 평면영상과 SPECT 영상에서의 비교 (Assessment of Vascularization within Hydroxyapatite Ocular Implant by Bone Scintigraphy: Comparative Analysis of Planar and SPECT Imaging)

  • 목적: 안구보충물로 사용된 hydroxyapatite 내로의 섬유혈관증식은 이물질 반응으로 인한 염증의 동반없이 의안의 운동성을 유지시키기 위한 운동성 나사못을 삽입하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 안구보충물 삽입술 후에 섬유혈관증식의 정도를 알아보는데 Tc-99m MDP를 이용한 평면영상과 단면영상에서 정성적 평가와 정량적 평가의 비교분석을 함으로서 완전한 섬유혈관증식을 예측하는데 단면영상의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 안구 제거술후 hydroxyapatite를 이용하여 안구보충술을 시행받고 $197{\pm}81$일 후에 골신티그라피를 시행받은 17명의 환자(남:녀=12:5, 연령; $50.4{\pm}17.5$세)의 18예를 대상으로 하였다. 골신티그라피는 Tc-99m MDP 740 MBq를 정맥주사 후 4시간 경과뒤에 이중헤드 감마카메라(ECAM, Siemens, Germany)로 안면부 평면영상을 얻은 후 이어서 단면영상을 얻었다. 평면영상과 단면영상에서의 안구보충물의 방사능 섭취가 비교(nasal bridge)보다 약한 경우를 grade 1, 비슷한 경우를 grade 2, 강한 경우를 grade 3로 평가하였고, 정상안구에 대한 안구보충물의 섭취비를 정량적으로 구하여 운동성 나사못 삽입술 후 시행된 세극등 검사에서 염증반응의 동반 없이 완전한 섬유혈관증식을 보인 환자 군과 염증 반응의 동반과 함께 불완전한 섬유혈관증식을 보인 환자 군으로 나누어 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 평면영상에서 grade 1은 9예, grade 2가 1예, grade 3가 2예로 충분한 섬유혈관증식을 의미하는 grade 2와 3를 보인 경우가 9예 (50%) 이었으나 단면영상에서는 grade 1이 6예, grade 2가 4예, grade 3가 8예로 평면영상에 비하여 grade 2와 3를 보이는 경우가 12예(61%) 이었다. 정성적 평가에 의한 완전한 섬유혈관증식을 예측하는 데 있어서 평면영상은 예민도가 60% (9/15),특이도 100% (3/3), 양성예측률 100% (9/9), 음성예측률 33.3% (3/9), 정확도 66.7% (12/18) 이었고 단면영상은 예민도 80% (12/15), 특이도 100% (3/3), 양성예측률 100% (12/12), 음성예측률 50% (3/6), 정확도 83.3% (15/18) 이었다. 정량적으로 구한 안구보충물 내의 방사능 섭취비는 평면영상에서 grade 1은 $1.19{\pm}0.10$, grade 2는 $2.16{\pm}0.43$, grade 3는 $3.57{\pm}0.74$로 grade가 높을수록 정량적 섭취비가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.001). 단면영상에서 grade 1은 $3.06{\pm}1.22$, grade 2는 $3.71{\pm}0.83$, grade 3는 $12.49{\pm}4.31$로 grade가 높을수록 정량적 섭취비가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.001). 완전한 섬유혈관증식을 보인 환자 군과 불완전한 섬유혈관증식을 보인 환자군으로 나누어 정량적으로 측정한 방사능 섭취비를 비교시 평면영상에서는 $1.96{\pm}0.87$$1.17{\pm}0.08$로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 단면영상에서는 $8.44{\pm}5.45$$2.20{\pm}0.87$로 유의한 차이를 보였다 (p<0.05). 결론: 안구보충물 삽입 후 섬유혈관증식을 평가할 때 평면영상에 비하여 단면영상이 섬유혈관증식 정도를 평가하는데 보다 도움을 주었다.

시설물 안전점검을 위한 E-PAD 기반 상태평가 시스템 개발 (Development of E-PAD based condition evaluation system for facility safety inspection)

  • 국가 주요 시설물의 안전점검 업무가 일원화됨에 따라 업무 효율성과 전문성 강화 등의 효과가 기대되고 있다. 세계적으로 시설물의 물리적 기능적 결함을 초기에 발견하는 외관조사의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 외관조사 방법의 문제와 한계를 극복하기 위해 시설물 안전점검을 위한 E-PAD기반 상태평가 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 시설개요, 작업목록, 외관조사, 결함표로 구성되어 있으며, 현장에서 외관조사망도를 다운받아 조사된 손상 및 정보를 입력하고, 평가 등급을 확인할 수 있다. 본 시스템의 검증을 위해 교량 10개소에 대한 외관조사 데이터를 입력하여 기존 안전등급을 비교하였다. 그 결과 시스템에서 산출된 안전등급과 기존 안전등급이 동일한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 AHP기법을 통해 타당성 분석 결과 기존 방법 대비 기능 10%증가, 비용 36%감소, 가치 30%증가한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 시설물 관리 수준 향상을 위해 체계적인 데이터 구축 및 정보 분석을 위한 시스템으로 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

흉(胸).요추압박골절(腰椎壓迫骨折)에 대한 봉약침(蜂藥鍼) 복합치료(複合治療) 효과(效果) (Effect of Bee Venom Acupuncture Complex Therapy of Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture)

  • Methods : We investigated 28 cases of patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture. We divided patients into two groups : We treated one group with complex oriental medical treatment focusing on Bee Venom Acupuncture therapy, and did the other group with complex oriental medical treatment focusing on acupuncture therapy. To investigate the effectiveness of treatment applied for two groups, we used Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Oswestry Low-back Pain Disability Index(ODI). We compared the VAS score and ODI score of two groups statistically. Results : 1. Female is prominent in distribution of sex, the average age bracket is 70's, and the largest group was Faccidental fall in the distribution of cause. 2. In regard to level of injury, T12 was found to be most prominent, followed in turn by L1, L2. In regard to grade of clinical symptoms, Grade III was most prominent, followed by Grade IV, Grade II. 3. As a result of evaluation by using VAS score and ODI score, treatment score at final was significantly different from that at the baseline in each group. 4. After treatment, Bee Venom acupuncture therapy group showed significant difference on VAS score and ODI score compared with acupuncture therapy group. Conclusions : Bee Venom acupuncture therapy can be available for relieving symptoms related with thoracolumbar compression fracture.

저급탄용 순환유동층 보일러 발전설비의 경제성 평가 (Economic Feasibility of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler Power Plant for Low Grade Coal)

  • The structure and combustion characteristics, and the economic feasibility of the circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC) boiler using low grade coal were introduced. The economic feasibility is evaluated by comparing a 500 MW CFBC boiler power plant using low grade coal and a pulverized combustion boiler power plant with high grade coal. As the result of the evaluation, the pulverized coal combustion boiler power plant has an internal rate of return of 12.95%, 1,395.9 billion Korean won of net present value, and 6.26 years of payback period. On the other hand, CFBC boiler power plant has an internal rate of return of 13.54%, 1,704.3 billion Korean won of net present value, and 6.02 years payback period. Therefore, the CFBC boiler power plant has better feasibility in all aspects, as 0.59% higher of internal rate of return, 308.4 billion Korean won of higher net present value and 0.24 year of shorter payback period.

Thalidomide Combined with Chemotherapy in Treating Patients with Advanced lung Cancer

  • Objectives: To evaluate efficacy and toxicity in patients with advanced lung cancer, including non-small cell and small cell variants (NSCLC and SCLC), treated with thalidomide plus chemotherapy. Methods: Fourteen patients with advanced lung cancer were scheduled to receive chemotherapy combined with thalidomide. All patients in this study received thalidomide (100 mg orally per night before sleeping, produced by Changzhou Pharmaceutical Factory Co.Ltd) after the start of chemotherapy for at least 14 days. Chemotherapy was administered according to the condition of patients. After at least 14 days of treatment, efficacy and toxicity were evaluated. Results: There were 6 female and 8 male patients with advanced lung cancer recruited into this study, including 2 with SCLC and 12 with NSCLC. The median age was 56.7 (44-65) years. Progressive disease was observed in 12 patients (12/14), and stable disease in 2 (2/14). Grade 1 to 2 myelosuppression was observed in 4/14 patients, and Grade 1 to 2 elevation of hepatic enzymes was recorded in 5/14 patients. Adverse effects on the gastrointestinal tract were documented in 2/14 patients, all beingGrade 1. No Grade 3-4 toxicity was recorded. No treatment related deaths occurred. Conclusions: Our results demonstrate that thalidomide combined with chemotherapy is mildly effective and safe for treating patients with advanced lung cancer. However, further evaluation of this combination is warranted.

유방암의 Imprint 표본에서 p53 단백 발현 (p53 Protein Expression in Imprint Cytology of Breast Carcinoma)

  • This study was carried out to determine the usefulness of imprint cytology for detecting p53 protein in breast carcinoma. NCL-DO7 (Novocastra, U.K.) was used to detect p53 protein immunocytochemically. A total of 33 cases was studied, Immunostaining of imprint cytology with NCL-DO7 was positive in 64% (21/33) and showed relatively high coincident rate (80%) with immunostaining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimen p53 protein was related to negative estrogen receptor status, but not to the nuclear grade, lymph node metastasis, or tumor size. The fact that p53 protein expression was not related to nuclear grade might be due to predominance of nuclear grade 3. It was easier to determine the nuclear grade is one of the most important prognostic factors, in imprint cytology than in tissue specimen. p53 protein tended to be stained more strongly in imprint cytology than in tissue. It is concluded that the application of imprint cytology in p53 protein detection can be performed easily, and that it may contribute to the evaluation of prognostic factors in breast carcinoma.

백금저항온도센서를 이용한 국가교정기관의 교정능력 평가 및 실험방법 (Experimental method and evaluation of the calibration capability for the national calibration centers using the platinum resistance temperature sensors)

  • Calibration capability was evaluated using the reference-grade platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) in the temperature range of $-50^{\circ}C$ to $250^{\circ}C$ for the national calibration centers. The reference-grade PRT was calibrated at the several fixed points, which was composed by the freezing points of Sn, In, the melting point of Ga and the triple point of water and Hg, before and after the round-robin test (RRT) experiments. The temperature scale of reference-grade PRT was compared to the local standard PRT's using the system of the national calibration centers. $E_{n}$ values was calculated by the temperature difference between the reference-grade PRT and the local standard PRT, and the best measurement capability. Finally, the capability of the national calibration centers was evaluated by the $E_{n}$ values.

중학교 자유학기제 형성평가 방안 탐색 (An Exploration on Formative Evaluation Methods for Free Semester System in Middle School)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop evaluation methods which would measure student achievement and progress without traditional paper-pencil tests such as mid-term and final examinations. More specifically, the main research focus were to establish general directions of student assessment during free semester, to build evaluation models supporting student's participation and learning, and to report and record various student evaluation results. As research results, we found that student evaluation of free semester should be organized to improve a) experience learning activity, self-regulatory and collaboratory study, b) high-order thinking ability and character-building, and c) teacher-student-parent cooperation. Since traditional paper-pencil tests were restricted in free semester, student achievement should be provided by a way of performance descriptions on transcripts rather than quantitative grade points. Student performance descriptions had to show not only subject knowledge but also students efforts, motivation, and participation. These multiple and educationally meaningful information would be collected by teacher-student-parent communication and collaboration.

계통도 분석법을 이용한 실험보고서 평가의 효과 분석 (A Network Analysis Approach to the Evaluation of Students' Laboratory Reports)

  • The purposes of this study were; 1) to apply the network analysis to evaluation of students' laboratory reports, 2) to test the applicability of the systematic network analysis. For this purposes, 7th grade 88 students from 22 middle schools in Inchon city of Korea were selected and their laboratory reports were evaluated by a evaluation criterion network developed in this study. The evaluation criterion consisted of 4 categories and 10 subcategories. The results of this study suggested that the network analysis approach was suitable one for the evaluation of students' laboratory reports. This was supported by total score distribution, means/weight, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient(0.70), and the subcategories' reliabilities. The resluts of the factor analysis indicated that the evaluation criterion network of this study had two factors.
