실시간 IoT 정보 활용 피난시스템의 피난성능 연구 (A Study on the Evacuation Performance of Evacuation System using Real-time IoT Information)

  • In order to reflect complex and diverse building types, resident characteristics and disaster factors, it is necessary to introduce a flexible situation-based response system based on real-time information. Intelligent CCTV, hybrid sensor, location scanner, and customized broadcasting device were examined to introduce for the real-time response intelligent response system and its feasibility was verified through field test. In addition, based on the real-time information, the evacuation simulation was executed by assuming the dormitory building and the resident of the school, and the safety of the evacuation and the shortening of the pinnacle time were confirmed. The feasibility of real time information based evacuation comparing with the existing evacuation system were verified in the case of evacuation.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the possibility of adopting beacons to implement the fire evacuation guidance system in order to reduce the evacuation time for a fire in complex buildings. A beacon-based evacuation system can quickly detect a fire's origin, optimal path of evacuation involved with the exits and the location of evacuees using information collected by the proposed system. The assessment is conducted by integrating different scenario models including fire simulation. Based on the research result, beacon is an effective tool to warn potential hazards or to provide early detection and a safe escape.

Improved Social Force Model based on Navigation Points for Crowd Emergent Evacuation

  • Crowd evacuation simulation is an important research issue for designing reasonable building layouts and planning more effective evacuation routes. The social force model (SFM) is an important pedestrian movement model, and is widely used in crowd evacuation simulations. The model can effectively simulate crowd evacuation behaviors in a simple scene, but for a multi-obstacle scene, the model could result in some undesirable problems, such as pedestrian evacuation trajectory oscillation, pedestrian stagnation and poor evacuation routing. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes an improved SFM for complex multi-obstacle scenes. The new model adds navigation points and walking shortest route principles to the SFM. Based on the proposed model, a crowd evacuation simulation system is developed, and the crowd evacuation simulation was carried out in various scenes, including some with simple obstacles, as well as those with multi-obstacles. Experiments show that the pedestrians in the proposed model can effectively bypass obstacles and plan reasonable evacuation routes.

  • When an emergency situation happens in buildings, the top priority is to ensure the occupant from danger as soon as possible. Achieving that goal is a multifaceted and difficult task. However, current evacuation systems have many deficiencies in dealing with the emergency in multi-level structures. The shortage of abilities to continuously update database, predict the future situation and provide the information to users with contextual information is the limit in current systems. Thus, it is very crucial to introduce Evacuation Information System (EIS), which is able to respond quickly to the emergency, and transfer the information to both the administrator and the occupant. The main purpose of this paper is to build EIS on the basis of the indoor Geographical Information System (GIS). When the emergency happens, EIS gives the instruction to Emergency Response Model (ERM) at once. ERM carries out the order and calculates the optimal evacuation routes, then sends the result to EIS. At last, EIS transmits evacuation messages to the occupant who implements evacuation plan. This paper highlights the benefits of EIS in two aspects. One is that EIS can update the data continuously to support evacuation strategy-making. The other is that it can transmit evacuation messages to both the administrator and the occupant.

  • 최근 건물의 대형화, 고층화, 복잡화가 이루어지고 있으며, 건축물 화재 발생건수와 이로 인한 인명 및 재산 피해의 증가함에 따라 화재피난 시뮬레이션을 통한 건축물의 안전성 점검의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외산 프로그램에 의존하고 있는 화재피난 시뮬레이션 분야에 한국인의 특성을 고려한 시뮬레이션 시스템을 구현하고자 하였다. 그 결과 3차원 공간 정보 기반으로 공간의 토폴로지를 생성하고, 피난 경로를 탐색하는 화재피난 시뮬레이션을 구축하였다.

  • 최근 우리나라의 건물은 구조와 형태가 대형화, 초고층화 되어가고 있어 재난에 대한 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 재난 발생 시 불특정다수에 대해 신속하고 정확한 피난유도가 이루어지지 않는다면 그 피해는 막대할 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 지향성 스피커에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로 피난유도 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 재난 상황은 화재의 경우로 한정하여 연구하였으며, 이 시스템은 화재 발생 시 피난자들에게 재난 발생상황 및 피난에 유용한 정보들을 효과적으로 제공하여 정확하고 신속한 피난유도를 가능하도록 한다.

  • Nowadays, the most of commercial buildings are build-out with complex architecture and decorated with more complicated interiors of buildings so establishing intelligible escape routes becomes an important case of fire or other emergency in a limited time. The commercial buildings are already equipped with multiple exit signs and these exit signs may create confusion and leads the people into different directions under emergency. This can jeopardize the emergency situation into a chaotic state, especially in a complex layout buildings. There are many research focused on implementing different approached to improve the exit sign system with better visual navigating effects, such as the use of laser beams, the combination of audio and video cues, etc. However the digital signage system based emergency exit sign management is one of the best solution to guide people under emergency situations to escape. This research paper, propose an intelligent evacuation route GUIDE that uses the combination centralized Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and digital signage for people safety and avoids dangers from emergency conditions. This proposed system applies WSN to detect the environment condition in the building and uses an evacuation algorithm to estimate the safe route to escape using the sensor information and then activates the signage system to display the safe evacuation route instruction GUIDE according to the location the signage system is installed. This paper presented the prototype of the proposed signage system and execution time to find the route with future research directions. The proposed system provides a natural intelligent evacuation route interface for self or remote operation in facility management to efficiently GUIDE people to the safe exit under emergency conditions.

  • 화재 대피시스템에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있지만, 실내공간에서 대피자의 위치 인식에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 최신 연구에 따르면 실내에서 대피자 위치 파악에 고주파 활용이 효과적일 수 있음을 제시한 바가 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 고주파 특성과 스마트폰을 활용한 대피자 위치 인식 기술 및 화재 대피 안내시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 전체 시스템은 앱 서버, 위치 인식부, 대피경로 탐색 및 출력부, Wi-Fi통신 기반의 스피커 출력부를 포함해 개발했으며, 화재 상황 데이터를 기반으로 실험을 수행하여 시스템의 실효성에 대한 가능성을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 화재 시 고주파를 활용한 대피자 위치 감별을 사용하는 화재 대피 안내시스템의 기초연구로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

승객 위치정보 기반 지하철 분산대피 안내 시스템 (Distributed evacuation guide system based on positioning information of passengers in the subway station)

  • 본 논문은 승객 위치정보 기반의 지하철 분산대피 안내 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 최근 지하철 역사는 지하철 승강장 역할 뿐만 아니라, 환승, 쇼핑몰, 영화관 등의 다양한 편의 시설과 결합하여 대형화, 복잡화 되어 가고 있다. 이러한 지하철 역사의 복잡도 증가에 비해서 비상시를 대비한 대피경로, 대피안내 등의 대비체계는 부족한 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 현재 지하철에 설치되어 있는 Access Point(AP)와 실제 통계 자료를 이용하여 지하철 각 객차의 전체 승객 수를 추정하고, 추정된 승객 수와 지하철 역사의 출구 정보를 기반으로 각 객차의 승객 대피 경로를 방향 지시등과 스마트폰의 Push 알람을 통해 제공함으로써, 비상 시 가장 위험한 지하철 승객의 신속하고 안전한 대피시스템을 제안하였다. OpenWrt 임베디드 OS가 설치된 AP를 이용하여 접속자 수를 추정하는 실험을 수행하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 승객 수를 추정한 결과 신뢰구간 파라미터 $1{\sigma}$, $2{\sigma}$, $3{\sigma}$에서 15%, 17% 그리고 23%의 평균 에러율을 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 본 시스템의 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • This study intends to develop an evacuation simulation system based on BIM in a real-time manner. The proposed system, an add-on module for Revit Architecture and one of the most popular BIM authoring tools, supports the architectural design as well as real-time evacuation simulation of the design alternatives. This paper introduces the developed system, named SafeBIM, and the design process on which it is based. To evaluate the possibilities of the proposed system in the educational field of architectural design, this study included a feasibility test with college students in an architectural design studio.
