이 논문에서는 공학단체의 윤리강령에 대한 전체적인 지형도를 검토한 후 미국과 우리나라의 8개 공학단체들이 보유한 윤리강령을 기본규범에 초점을 두어 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 발견한 주요 사항을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미국의 공학단체들은 오래 전에 윤리강령을 제정한 후 몇 차례에 걸쳐 개정해 왔지만, 우리나라에서는 최근에 들어서야 윤리강령을 마련하고 있다. 둘째, 미국의 공학단체들은 상호학습을 통해 내용상 유사성이 높은 윤리강령을 보유하고 있는 반면, 우리나라 공학단체들의 윤리강령은 내용상의 편차가 크다. 셋째, 우리나라의 몇몇 윤리강령은 미국에 비해 내용이 빈곤하고 존재 여부 조차 인식되지 못하고 있다. 넷째, 미국의 공학단체들은 윤리강령에서 공공, 고용주나 고객, 전문직에 대한 책임을 포괄적으로 다루고 있는 반면, 우리나라의 경우에는 이러한 점이 충분히 고려되지 않고 있다. 다섯째, 미국의 공학단체들이 보유한 윤리강령은 공공의 안전, 건강, 복지를 가장 중요시하고 있지만, 우리나라의 경우에는 그러한 문제의식이 뚜렷하게 드러나지 않고 있다. 여섯째, 미국의 공학단체들은 지속가능한 개발을 비롯한 새로운 사회적 쟁점에 대해 적극적으로 대응하면서 윤리강령을 지속적으로 보완하고 있다.

Ethics involves distinguishing between what is right or wrong thereby making a correct choice. An organization should treat its internal as well as external stakeholders ethically. This research gives valuable insights on the prevailing ethical climate and potential organizational challenges in institutionalizing ethics and its management in the manufacturing sector. The present study is designed to analyze four parameters of ethical climate in the manufacturing sector with reference to different managerial levels, to identify the critical factor of the ethical code of conduct and to find correlations between four parameters of ethical climate. Descriptive research has been used and data are collected from 200 employees of three Indian companies of manufacturing sector using a well designed questionnaire. Analyzing data with SPSS, It has been found that overall good number of people believe that MBE (Management of Business Ethics) process is well implemented. People are well aware and trained and involved in the ethical process. Senior management is very much committed to promote the ethical environment in the organization and thus company values are well communicated to the employees. Concern resolution mechanism is well established in the organization. MBE in the organization is more prevalent in higher-level employees. Senior management commitment and reinforcement is very critical for CoC (code of conduct). Correlation between all the 4 parameters is positive and significant. But the parameters are not highly correlated with each other. Organizations need to work upon these parameters to promote an ethical climate in the organization by awarding or felicitating exemplary ethical behavior. More emphasis should be given on senior management commitment and reinforcement of the ethical behavior across all levels.

지금까지 인터넷 윤리는 단순히 도덕적 이해, 예의에 대한 지식 혹은 상식의 일종으로 인식되어왔다. 그러나 최근에 개인정보의 불법유출, 저작권 침해, 해킹을 동반한 악성코드와 같은 인터넷 역기능이 급증함에 따라 인터넷 윤리의 범주가 불가피하게 확장되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 인터넷 윤리의 교육 내용은 법과 제도뿐만 아니라 인터넷 윤리의 예방과 대응에 관한 전문 지식을 포함해야 하는 상황을 맞이했다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 윤리 자격 시험을 살펴봄으로써 인터넷 윤리의 다양한 범주에 걸쳐 교육 성취에 영향을 주는 변인들을 분석하고 인터넷 윤리를 강화하기 위한 적용 방안을 제시한다.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to identify the cause and problem of one plagiarism and suggest a solution. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the Center for Research Ethics Information, this study analyzed the total of 17 cases from October 3, 2017 to June 16, 2020. Results: As seen in the case of this study, the Supreme Court's verdict on plagiarism requires clear sources, whether it is plagiarism or self-plagiarism, and the criterion for plagiarism is the time of writing the work, and the final judgment will be conducted by the court. Evidence-based sources indicate that the researcher or professor provides a lot of anticipation to the academic development and readers who read it. In addition, it is necessary to revise and submit the thesis judge's point of view in the thesis for doctoral dissertation within the proper and reasonable scope. The implications are also very large. Lastly, the reason for dismissal of a doctoral dissertation plagiarized at the time of recruitment is recognized Research ethics should be institutionalized in educational institutions or research institutions. Conclusions: Research ethics education should be strengthened in universities and research institutes. Research ethics is a code of ethics that must be ruled by everyone who explores.

본 연구는 민간조사 전문직업화의 실태를 분석하여, 이를 기초로 향후 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의와 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문직업화 과정을 밝히는 구조적인 접근방식의 전문직 특징인 전문협회, 전문지식, 교육과정, 자격제도, 윤리규정의 네 가지 요소를 중심으로 민간조사업의 전문직업화 실태를 분석하였다. 실태분석 결과를 바탕으로 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위해서는 법인화를 위한 관련 협회들 간의 적극적인 노력, 전문지식 편중성의 극복, 전문교과 과정의 편성 운영, 공인화된 자격제도로의 전환, 윤리강령의 제정 등이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.
