국내학술지에 게재된 생명윤리의식에 관한 간호연구의 동향 (Nursing research trends for the consciousness of bioethics published in korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내학술지에 게재된 생명윤리의식에 관한 간호연구를 분석하여 동향을 파악하기 위함이다. 분석 자료는 2017년 11월 2일 전자 데이터베이스 RISS를 통해 검색하였고 총 30편의 논문을 수집하였다. 분석 결과, 연도별 논문 수는 70%의 논문이 최근 5년 동안 발표되었고, 단독저자가 40.0%로 나타났다. 연구 설계는 상관관계를 포함한 서술적 조사연구가 76.7%이었고, 연구 대상은 83.1%가 학생으로 나타났다. 자료 수집 방법은 모두 설문지를 사용하였고, 윤리적 측면 고려를 제시한 연구는 90.0%로 나타났다. 실험연구에서 13.3%의 연구가 교육의 효과를 검증하는 유사실험연구이었고, 종속변수에는 생명윤리의식, 도덕적 민감성, 비판적 사고성향, 도덕 판단력이 포함되었으며, 10순위에 포함되는 주요어 중 1순위는 생명의료윤리로 나타났다. 결론적으로 향후 간호사를 대상으로 하는 확대 반복연구, 질적 연구, 그리고 생명윤리의식 교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

공유경제서비스에 대한 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과 서비스효용이 서비스만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Consumer's Ethical Self-Identity and Service Utility based on Sharing Economy Service on Service Satisfaction and Intention to Recommendation)

  • 본 연구는 공유경제서비스의 일환으로 O2O서비스에 대해 긍정적인 측면만 있는 것이 아니라 기존기업 및 노동시장에 야기되는 최근 갈등 상황에서, 소비자의 O2O서비스 만족도와 추천의도에 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성, 서비스효용이 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 즉 타인이나 사회의 책임으로부터 능동적이며 협력을 기반으로 하는 공유경제서비스의 기본이념과 연결되는 소비관점으로, 이전 연구들과는 다르게 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성을 살펴보는데 본 연구의 의의가 있겠다. 이를 위해 최근 이슈화가 되고 있는 공유경제서비스의 한 예인 카셰어링 서비스를 중심으로 149명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하고 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과, 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성, 서비스효용 모두 서비스만족도에 영향을 미치며, 추천의도에서는 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성과 쾌락적 효용만이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공유경제서비스에 대한 윤리적 소비와 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성과 같은 소비자의 윤리적, 사회적 관점을 중점으로 각 요인들의 영향력을 살펴보았다.

우리나라 의사양성체제의 역사와 미래 (History and Future of the Korean Medical Education System)

  • Western medicine was first introduced to Korea by Christian missionaries and then by the Japanese in the late 19th century without its historical, philosophical, cultural, social, political, and economic values being communicated. Specifically, during the Japanese colonial era, only ideologically 'degenerated' medicine was taught to Koreans and the main orthodox stream of medicine was inaccessible. Hence, Korean medical education not only focuses on basic and clinical medicine, but also inherited hierarchical discrimination and structural violence. After Korea's liberation from Japan and the Korean war, the Korean medical education system was predominantly influenced by Americans and the Western medical education system was adopted by Korea beginning in the 1980s. During this time, ethical problems arose in Korean medical society and highlighted a need for medical humanities education to address them. For Korean medical students who are notably lacking humanistic and social culture, medical humanities education should be emphasized in the curriculum. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, human physicians may only be distinguishable from robot physicians by ethical consciousness; consequentially, the Korean government should invest more of its public funds to develop and establish a medical humanities program in medical colleges. Such an improved medical education system in Korea is expected to foster talented physicians who are also respectable people.

의과대학생들의 생명 개념 인식에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Explanatory Study of Medical Students' Perception of Life Concept)

  • This study surveyed 506 medical students on their perception of life concept using an open-ended questionnaire. A constant comparative analysis of participants' written responses was conducted. The results revealed 3 main types and several sub-types of life concept. The main types included: humanities & sociology type, scientific type, and humanities sociology & science mixed type. The humanities & sociology type had 6 sub-types: religious values, ethical values, limited time, social characteristics, consciousness spirit soul, and mixed type. The scientific type had 4 sub-types as follows: respiration & metabolism, genetic & reproduction, homeostasis & emergent property, and mixed type. The most prevalent type was the perception that life concept, ethical values in humanities & sociology type. The understanding of the concept of life is essential to medical students' learning and improvement of professional competence. These results may suggest a meaningful direction for medical education regarding the concept of life.

미국 소수인종 문학에 유머로 위장된 환상의 윤리학: 존 레기자모의 『괴물』 중심 연구 (Fantasy Ethics Disguised with Humor in American Minority Literature: John Leguizamo's Freak)

  • This paper argues that John Leguizamo disguises ethical intention with humor in his one-person show, Freak. The argument proceeds in three stages. First, on the basis of Slavoj ${\check{Z}}i{\check{z}}ek^{\prime}s$ theory that fantasies teach us how to desire discussed in The Sublime Object of Ideology, I analyze how and why Leguizamo exaggerates and thus de-constructs the ideological fantasies about Latin Americans in Freak. Through this analysis the ridiculous exaggeration of the fantasies and their deconstruction emerges as the means to surface the trauma caused by the fantasies, internally and externally curing and reconciling the audience. Second, I apply ${\check{Z}}i{\check{z}}ek^{\prime}s$ theory of the quilting point introduced in Looking Awry: An Introduction to Jacques Lacan through Popular Culture to reveal how "blots" in Freak form "black holes" in the audience's consciousness to smash their established view of the reality, inducing them to encounter with "the real." The investigation into Leguizamo's use of humor as the quilting point illuminates how he invites the audience to look awry beyond the popular fantasy at "the real" America. Third, on the ground of Emmanuel Levinas's theory that theaters are the space of ethics, namely "ethotopos" to emphasize responsible actions discussed in "Ethics as First Philosophy," I assert that Leguizamo disguises his ethical message with humor so as for the audience to recognize their responsibility for others in America and take action towards change.

지속 가능한 느린 디자인 특성과 현대 패션의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Sustainable Slow Design and Contemporary Fashion)

  • This study examines the correlation between the characteristics of sustainable slow design, The outcome derived from the pro-environmental consciousness in fashion design, and the trends of modern fashion design. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, slow design for sustainability shows an environmental consciousness and stresses the ethical aspects of fashion design that take into account the wellbeing and sustainable development of human society. It also focuses on the continuos present in which the consistent pace of life endures, rather than pursuing speedy changes of fashion by titillating desire. Second, the five characteristics of slow design have been extracted from the analysis of the examples of fashion industry and other fashion-related areas. They are sustainability, recyclibility, handicraft, naturalness, and simplicity. Third, these characteristics of slow design have much to do with modern fashion genres. For instance, classical style fashions such as Chanel suit and Burberry coat have the same qualities of sustainability, while at the same time the Vintage fashion, which reinterprets the fashions from bygone eras in modern style, has the tendency of recyclibility, and the Hippie style, a resurrection of hand-touch spirit that emerged as a secondhand style expressionism resisting uniform mass production, has not only the quality of handicraft but also recyclibility.

전문경호비서의 직업윤리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vocational Ethics of Security and Secretary Service)

  • Currently, the departments related to security and secretary service exist in 18 universities and 30 colleges in Korea in order to raise professional security and secretary personnel. Among the 18 four-year colleges in Korea, only two of them have the ethics course include in their curriculum. Also, among the 31 two-year colleges, only three of them have the ethics course included in their curriculum. Besides, as some private security and guardian companies were recently utilized in illegal actions of the rich and ruling class, contradicting their original purpose of existence, many people point out their downfall as a ?forced private army.? As a professional job, if security secretaries take advantage of the knowledge and top-secret technologies and use them for non-ethical purposes, the effect of the damage is far more serious than other fields of jobs. Therefore, taking this event as a turning point, the contract contents and the task area between the client and the security and secretary company must become more transparent in order to prevent illegal actions, and also for the people working in the security and secretary service area, it is necessary to establish a firm ethical consciousness in order to behave appropriately in their working environment. Therefore, this study examines the proper direction of work ethics of the people working in the security and secretary service according to the professionalization of their field, and also aims to propose an appropriate work ethic system such that they will not become an unfortunate victim of various scandals anymore. To do so, the concept of work ethics in professional jobs was examined; and after the code of ethics that reflect the ethical value system of each professional job was reviewed, the study suggested a specific solution for establishing the codes of ethics for security and secretary service.

의료계열 대학생들의 생명 윤리 의식 (Bioethical Perception between Nursing Students and Medical Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data which is necessary for educating nursing and medical students for establishing a desirable sense of ethics values Method: In this descriptive research, a total of 140 nursing students and 124 medical students were selected. The tools used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test by using SPSS/WIN 12.0 version. Result: When the differences in the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing and medical students were compared, statistically significant differences were found in the category of brain death (t=-3.26, p=.001). Statistically significant differences were found in the general characteristics of religion (F=3.05, p=.018), and participation in religious activity (F=3.34, p=.006). Statistically significant differences were found in the characteristics related to the subjects' ethical values such as satisfaction level of a nurse/doctor (F=7.39, p=.000) occupation, the experience of A Patient's Bill of Rights (F=2.97, p=.020), the intention to attend biomedical ethics (F=5.61, p=.000), and the possibility of increasing ethical problems according to the development in the field of medical science (F=7.92, p=.000). Conclusion: An effort should be made to overcome the differences in the perception of biomedical ethics between nursing students and medical students. Moreover, when investigating the course of an integrated education for the establishment of a desirable sense of biomedical ethics, an alternative plan that could promote ethical values must be considered so that the significant variables can promote bioethical perception.

코로나19 팬데믹 시대, 개인주의 사회의 윤리적 삶을 위한 실천양식: 푸코의 '자기 배려'를 중심으로 (COVID-19 Pandemic Era, Practice Style for Ethical Life in Individualistic Society: Focusing on Foucault's 'care of the self')

  • 본 연구는 푸코가 <주체의 해석학>에서 조명한 '자기 배려'에서 코로나19 팬데믹 시대의 윤리적 삶의 기술들을 도출하는 데 목적을 두었다. 자기 배려는 자기가 자기와 맺는 관계로서 타자와 맺는 관계로 확대된다. 자기 배려는 자기 변형을 통해 타인과의 관계를 재조정하고 사회를 변화시키는 실천 윤리이다. 본 연구는 신자유주의의 또 다른 통치에 대항하여 개인이 실현할 수 있는 자기 배려의 삶을 위한 구체적 실천 양식들을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 구체적 실천양식은 지배적 생각과 거리 두기, 주체적 사유의 연습과 글쓰기로 나를 형성하기, 앎을 일상에서 실천하기, '굽어보는 시선' 의 연습이다. 이러한 자기 배려의 실천 양식들은 자기를 점검하고 변형하는 데 있어 타자와 세계를 의식 속으로 포섭한다. 따라서 자기 배려를 통해 팬데믹 시대의 개인들은 자기에게 충실한, 자기본위적 삶을 구축하면서 사회를 변화시키는 구성원으로서 거듭날 수 있다.

생명의료윤리 교육 프로그램이 간호 대학생의 간호사 윤리강령인식, 간호사 윤리강령 활용 정도, 생명의료 윤리 의식 및 도덕적 민감성에 미치는 효과 (Biomedical Ethics Education for Nursing Students: The Effect on Awareness and Application of Nursing Code of Ethics, Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics and Moral Sensitivity)

  • Purpose: This study examines the effectiveness of an educational program of nursing biomedical ethics for nursing students to increase awareness of the Code of Ethics for Nurses, moral sensitivity, and application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Methods: A quasi-experimental research design and t-test were used. The experimental group (n=31) and control group (n=32) were second-year university nursing students in two major cities. The experimental group received 15 hours of nursing ethics education during the 15-week semester. The training was not provided to the control group. Results: The application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-1.06, p=.017), nurses and patient (t=-2.23, p=.029), obligation of nurse as an expert (t=-2.08, p=.042), nurse and cooperator (t=-2.54, p=.014). The consciousness of biomedical ethics increased significantly in the experimental group (t=4.28, p=.021), newborn's right to live (t=-2.61, p=.011), euthanasia (t=-2.36, p=.021). Conclusion: The results of the study show that providing a nursing biomedical ethics program to nursing students is an effective method to enhance the application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses and Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics. Implementing an intervention program of the Code of Ethics for Nurses in the regular nursing curriculum may reduce conflicts involving ethical decision making by nurses.
