산업연관분석을 통한 초고온가스로 건설 파급효과 분석 (VHTR Construction Ripple Effect Analysis Using Inter-Industry Tables)

  • The VHTR (Very High Temperature gas-cooled nuclear Reactor) has been considered as a major heat source and the most safe generation IV type reactor for mass hydrogen production to prepare for the hydrogen economy era. The VHTR satisfies goals for the GIF (Generation IV International Forum) policy such as sustainablility, economics, reliability and proliferation resistance and physical protection, and safety. As a part of a VHTR economic analysis, we have studied the VHTR construction cost and operation and maintenance cost. However, it is somewhat difficult to expect the ripple effect on the whole industry due to the lack of information about Inter-industries relationship. In many case, the ripple effect are based on experts' knowledge or uncertain qualitative assumptions. As a result, we propose quantitative analysis techniques for ripple effects such as the production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, and employment inducement effect for VHTR 600MWt${\times}$4 modules construction and operation ripple effect based on NOAK (Nth Of A Kind). Because inducement effect values have been published annually, we predict inducement effect's relation function and estimated values including production inducement effect value, added value inducement effect value, and employment inducement effect value using time series and estimated values are verified with published inducement effects' value. This paper presents a new method for the ripple effect and preliminary ripple effect consequence using a time series analysis and inter-industry table. This ripple effect analysis techniques can be applied to effect expectation analysis as well as other type reactor's ripple effect analysis including VHTR for process heat.

환경비용을 고려한 공공시설물의 환경경제성 평가 -국내 다목적댐 비상여수로 시설 사례연구 - (The Economic Efficiency Assessment of Infrastructure considering Environmental Cost - A Case Study of Emergency Spillway for Korean Multipurpose Dam -)

  • 본 연구는 LCA(Life Cycle Assessment, 전과정평가) 개념을 바탕으로 공공 시설물의 환경성 및 경제성 평가를 위한 의사 결정시 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 사례대상으로 선정된 다목적댐 비상여수로의 위치 및 형식별로 발생 가능한 환경오염물질에 대한 환경 비용을 예측하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 LCA 기 법 및 조건부가치측정 법(Contingent Valuation Method, CVM)의 이론을 고찰하고, 환경 비용 분석모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 공공시설물 환경비용 분석모델을 사례대상인 다목적 댐 비상여수로에 적용하기 위해 전과정 동안 발생하는 환경오염물질에 대한 환경부하량을 산출하고, 이를 비용으로 환산하여 환경비용을 예측하였고, 예측결과를 통하여 비상여수로의 환경경제성을 평가하고 친환경적이고 경제적 인 치적대안을 도출하였다.

공동주택 건물 외부공간 및 옥외시설의 공종별 수선비용 산정모델 (Repair Cost Estimation Model of the Building Exterior and Outdoor Facilities in Apartment Housing)

  • Purpose: Building figuration is imperative to perceive the its value, environmental clean status and form. Therefore, maintenance activities of the building exterior are required to keep the housing condition and value. Each household should pay the repair cost which is brought out in the future. For this repair cost, the estimation model would needed to forecast and provide the required cost. This study aimed at providing the estimation model of the repair cost, using the repair survey data between the 2011 and 2014 in Seoul. Method: For these, it took various estimation function of repair cost such as 1st function, inverse function and so on. These above functions would be applied into the building exterior and outdoor facilities which figure the building shape and characteristics. Result: Results of this study are shown ; First, among 11 estimation models, the power function has a better statistics and goodness-of-fit than any other models. Second, the estimation model with a variable of household has a pattern in upward to the right. On the contrary, the model with management area is little downward to the right. Both of them are depended on the estimated parameter of the power function and the parameter smaller than 1.

돌관공사 시나리오 기반 공기-비용 최적화 모델 개발 (Development of Time-Cost Trade-Off model Based on Emergency Construction Work Scenario)

  • 최근 건설공사의 규모와 복잡성이 현저하게 증가함에 따라 건설비용이 상승하게 되었다. 많은 건설공사가 날씨, 노동력 공급, 장비 구매, 사고 등과 같은 다양한 요소들로 인하여 당초 계획했던 공사기일 내에 완공되지 못하고 있다. 계획된 시간 내에 공사를 완공하기 위하여 돌관공사를 시행하여야 한다. 하지만 돌관공사를 위한 결정들이 현장 소장들의 경험에만 의지하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 이 논문은 작업조의 투입과 작업시간의 조합으로 생길 수 있는 다양한 돌관공사 시나리오 중 최적의 대안을 선정할 수 있는 TCTO 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 개발된 모델은 실무적인 제약조건을 만족시키는 최적의 공정계획을 제공할 수 있다. 더 나아가서 제안된 모델에 자원평준기능을 포함하게 되면 보다 실용적인 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • Generally, as corrosive protection processing of a steel structure, zinc galvanizing and heavy duty coating paint are applied. However, zinc galvanizing has the difficulty of restriction of a size, or on-site construction. Moreover, heavy duty coating paint has a problem with many administrative and maintenance expenses with short problem of adhesion, corrosion generating of a damage portion, and maintenance management cycle. In this study, a salt water spray test, CASS test, and the electrochemistry examination were carried out for the thermal metal spray method of construction for corrosive protection performance evaluation. Moreover, the corrosive protection life of a thermal metal spray method of construction was quantitatively calculated on the basis of this experiment. in consideration of LCC, the economical efficiency of a general corrosive protection method of construction and a thermal metal corrosive protection method of construction was compared. Consequently, although initial construction expense was estimated 16 to $30\%$ high, as for a thermal metal spray method of construction, it turns out that the administrative and maintenance expenses for 100 years became cheap 9.3 to 13 or more times.

건설기계 연간표준가동시간 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimating Construction Equipment Annual Standard Operating Hours)

  • 최근 건설공사의 대형화와 복합화로 인해 건설기계의 사용은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 전체공사비 중 기계경비가 차지하는 비율 또한 점차 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현행 '건설공사 표준품셈'은 기상조건으로 인한 작업불가능일, 법정공휴일, 공사관리조건에 따른 작업중지일 등을 고려하지 않고 있어 실제 운전시간과는 많은 차이를 보이고 있는 실정이며, 따라서 현실적이고 합리적인 건설기계경비 산출기준을 제시해주지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 견설기계의 현실적인 연간표준가동시간을 산정하기 위하여 우선 표준품셈 상의 건설기계를 각 공종별로 분류하고, 각 공종의 작업이 불가능한 기상조건을 설정하였다. 한편 2004${\sim}$2006년의 서울과 부산의 일일 기상자료를 분석하여 기상조건 및 법정공휴일에 의해서 연간 각 작업이 불가능한 일수를 산출하고, 중복일수를 공제하여 각 장비의 연간표준가동시간을 산정하였다. 그 결과 연간표준가동시간은 토공장비, 다짐장비, 기초공사장비는 1,430시간, 운반 및 하역기계(양중장비로 한정)는 2,124시간, 콘크리트 포장기계는 1,156시간, 아스팔트 포장기계는 1,188시간, 콘크리트기계는 1,688시간, 골재생산장비는 2,152시간으로 산정되었다.

하수처리비용을 감안하고 7Q10과 저수량에 기초한 영산강 수질관리방안 연구 (Water Quality Management of the Youngsan River based on the 7Q10 and Q275 considering Wastewater Treatment Cost)

  • Present condition of the Youngsan River pollution is serious. Concentrations of organic materials and nutrients are high and algal bloom takes place frequently. The pollution is mainly caused by domestic wastewater input from urban areas like Kwangju and Naju City. In this study, 6 times of water quality surveys were done for mainstream and tributaries. Delivery ratios of each tributaries are calculated with the water quality and flow data. With Arc/View GIS, sub-basin are divided and pollution loads are estimated. These data are used for water quality modeling. River quality improvement effects are analysed with 5 scenarios including process upgrade of present WWTPs and construction of new WWTPs. These scenarios are applied for the Youngsan River based on the 7Q10 and Q275. And total wastewater treatment cost in the basin is analysed for each scenario.

서해암 방조제 공사 기간중 유실토량 측정시험 (A Study of sea Dike meterials loss due to Scouring and Consolidation Settlement During the Periond of Construction on Construction on the West Cost of Korea)

  • The studies were carried out to find the cause and the quantitative evaluation of sea dike materials loss which is occured during the period of construction works for the tideland reclamation projects on the west coast of Korea. Major subjects to studies were to establish the typical relationships between the tidal flow and the movement of dike materials, the tidal-flow and the erosion, the dike materials and the ratio of material movement(losses), construction methods and the ratio of materials movement (losses). Based on the above subjects, the studies were made for the purpose of obtain the following informations; (1) Collecting and evaluaing the data of dike material losses due to foundation settlement, from designed existing dikes on the west coast. (2) By the field investigation at A-San Sea Dike, Pyong Taek Project, the Comparison would be made by the relationships between the tide velocity and the movement of dike foundation under the natural conditions and the period of construction so that find out the relationship between the dike materials of foundation situation and settlements. With regard to the dike construction works, it is so difficult to calculate the exact quantity of material losses due to the foundation settlements. The major factors that affect the settlement losses of the dike materials are: (1) Topographical variation (2) Swepting the sectional area of dike by the tide velocity. (3) Dumping riprap to the outerside of dike during the period of construction works. (4) Sectional area losses by the cause of occurence of the new tide channels. (5) material losses by the heavy storms. (6) Consolidation settlement by the foundation weakness. (7) Material losses by the earth materials by tide flow. Most hi호 material losses were occured by the Consolidation settlement due to the foundation weakness, the maximum tide velocities due to decrease the cross sectional area of the gaps and erosion of foundation due to the range of tide, Inner and outerside of dike, or dike material loses due to the tide flow. Final conclusion would be obtained by the continuous measurement of consolidation settlement at the stage of final clusure of the dike. (It is scheduled to close on the end of 1972) However, intermediate conclusion can be introduced as follows: (1) The estimation of material(losses) during the period of construction works for the existing sea-dikes up to date were only empirical. The material losses at the general closure for design was estimated at 10% of the riprap, 20% of the earth materials, and 20% of the riprap, 40% of the earth materials at the final closure of the dike. The final closure estimated double quantity to the general closure, but it is still doubt. (2) The ratio of consolidation settlements was found smaller than the calculated quantity. It can be foreseen that settlement speeds is higher thom the calculated speeds. (3) The movement of dike foundation under the natural conditions were not so depends on the geological conditions of the foundation. (4) When the tide velocities was estimated 100 at the normal tide, it was estimated 125 at the high tide and 55 at the low tide. The tide velocities at the low tide shows apparently lower than the high tide and the higher velocities at the deep water depth.

건설폐기물 처리대가 산정을 위한 중간처리시설의 비용산정 모델 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Cost Calculation Model of Recycling Treatment Facility for Estimation of Construction Waste Disposal Fee)

  • 현재 LH공사에서 활용하고 있는 건설폐기물 처리대가 기준은 오래전에 개발된 표준 모델을 활용하여 대가를 산정하고 있다. 따라서 본 모델은 폐기물 처리시설의 기술발전과 환경상황을 잘 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 건설폐기물 중간처리 대가기준에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 공공발주기관과 LH에서 활용하고 있는 원가계산방식의 현황과 차이점을 분석하였다. 또한 폐기물 중간처리업체의 운영실태에 대한 현장조사 및 전문가 인터뷰 등을 실시하여 현재 활용되고 있는 표준모델에 대한 개선모델을 제시하였다. 건설폐기물의 중간처리를 위한 주요 공정은 건설폐기물의 파쇄기 투입, 파쇄, 선별 및 분별, 이송으로 이루어져 있다. 본 모델에 맞추어 공정운영에 필요한 소요인력과 비용을 분석하여 발주를 위한 적산 기준을 제안하였다. 이 개선된 표준모델은 공공기관의 폐기물 중간처리를 위한 원가계산 기준으로 활용될 수 있으며, 폐기물처리비의 증액이 필요한 것으로 판단하였다.

Dynamic Modeling of Building Services Projects: A Simulation Model for Real-Life Hospital Project

  • All infrastructure projects are said to be inter-dependent, uncertain and labour-intensive in nature. There is no exception for building services sub sector. For a real time project such as 'The construction, extension and refurbishment of Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital at Tirupathy, India with total area of 45,000 square feet at an estimated cost of 1100 million rupees, a generic process model is developed to simulate the effect of set of identified variables on construction project. The 'Stocks and Flows' of dynamic model affords relevant insights to project managers, who apply this knowledge when designing better performance through more appropriate project planning. It is concluded from the model-based approach that building services works can be improved through specific better focussed managerial efforts, such as an increasing coordination effectiveness at the planning stage, clarifying prerequisite conditions prior to installations. Otherwise, pending works arising from work clashes can lead to knock-on effects resulting in productivity constraints and pressures, as well as more rework and demolition. Current study reveals that the model enables deep insight into various interdependent processes, their by improving construction performance levels, by addressing the dynamics of design errors and defective works, and recovering delayed schedule.
