본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과프로그램 품질관리를 위한 인증평가제의 도입을 검토하는 데에 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석과 전문가 회의와 같이 두 가지의 절차를 병행하여 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 학생들의 학습역량 강화 지원을 위하여 다양하게 운영되고 있는 비교과프로그램의 품질관리를 보다 공식화된 수준과 체계화된 흐름에 따라 시행하기 위한 인증평가제의 도입 관련 수반조건이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 「비교과인증평가에관한내규」는 비교과프로그램의 상시 모니터링과 연차 성과평가 간 연계적 흐름을 실제화하는 데 주요한 시행 기반이 될 뿐 아니라, 덕성여자대학교를 비롯한 비교과통합관리 지원체계를 구축하고 있는 각 대학별로 공통 사항에 해당된다는 측면을 분석할 수 있었다.

이 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 가상참고서가 협동구축을 위한 기본 방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 연구는 이 목적을 위해 첫째, 가상참고서가의 이론적 토대를 정립하고 그 필요성을 도서관의 문화주체적 관점에서 논의하였다. 둘째, 국내 대학도서관의 가상참고서가 운용실태를 9가지 평가지표를 통해 분석함으로써 협동구축의 당위성을 이끌어 냈다. 마지막으로 가상참고서가의 협동구축을 위한 구체적인 방법과 절차를 대학도서관 관련 기구 및 단체들의 역할과 연관하여 논의하였다.

Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) was introduced to the domestic construction market in 2005. Now, seven years later, the BTL model is most active for educational facilities. In 2011, 93 educational facility projects entered the maintenance stage. Considering the characteristics of today's BTL projects for educational facilities, the main issues are the initial performance and maintenance of educational facilities and the service-providing status for the 20-year operational management period, in relation to providing safety and convenience to students, the facility users. Seeking a solution, local education offices and departments in charge of BTL under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology have been exploring various methods of evaluating operational maintenance performance from various perspectives. For educational facility BTL projects, however, the appropriateness of initial operation performance evaluation, rather than considering the 20-year operational management period, is controversial in regards to sustainability. On this account, performance evaluation items in four areas-operational maintenance evaluation, facility performance status evaluation, maintenance subject evaluation, and sustainable change response evaluation-should be extracted. An indicator of facility performance evaluation is presented in this study through an AHP survey targeting experts, as part of establishing an operation performance evaluation system for educational facility BTL projects.

치관 국제적으로 전방차량을 따라 순항하거나 전방 장애물을 인식해 경고를 주는 등 교통 및 도로 상황에 대응하여 운전자에게 안전운전을 지원하는 기능을 갖춘 첨단안전차량(Advanced Safety Vehicle: ASV)이 개발되어 시판되고 있다. 국제표준기구(ISO) ITS기술위원회(TC2O4)의 도로/차량 경고 및 제어시스템(Vehicle/Roadway Warning and Control System) 분야(WGl4)에서는 ASV의 각종 기능과 관련한 국제표준을 제정하기 위한 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 각 국가들은 ASV 핵심기능들을 대상으로 그 나라의 도로 및 교통 환경 하에서 실차 주행시험을 통해 기능의 안전도 및 적합성을 평가하는 연구개발을 진행하고 있다 우리나라에서도 건설교통부 ITS 연구개발사업을 통해 ASV 핵심 기능의 하나인 감응식순항제어(Adaptive Cruise Control: ACC)에 대한 국내의 주행 적합성을 평가하기 위한 종합 시험평가 프로그램이 개발 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 진행중인 국제표준을 근거로 국내의 도로/교통조건에 따른 차량주행 시나리오를 통해 개발된 ACC 종합시험평가 프로그램을 소개하고 이에 따라 실시된 시험결과를 분석한다 이를 통해 결과적으로 ACC의 곽내 주행을 위한 안전기준의 필요성을 제시한다.

In this paper, we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.

본 연구에서는 향후 전개될 신규 IT 서비스에 대하여 정보보호 요구사항 분석 및 정보보호 수준을 측정하기 위하여 신규 IT 서비스의 정보보호등급인증제를 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서 국내외 등급인증 제도를 분석하고 일반적인 정보시스템 정보보호 평가와는 차별되는 IT 서비스 자체의 특성을 반영한 평가모형을 개발하고 실제적인 추진체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 IT 서비스의 정보보호 수준을 객관적으로 평가하는 데 활용될 수 있으며, 국내 IT 서비스 제공기업들의 정보보호 수준제고를 위한 정책수립의 합리적인 의사결정 도구로 응용될 수 있다.

The government has performed various countermeasures and policies for the efficiency of Construction Industry. However the analysis of the policy performance is not satisfied. In the study we benchmarked the construction performance evaluation system and indicators which was performed by advanced countries like the United States and the United Kingdom. So we suggested indicators for measuring performance of public construction cost saving strategy performed in 2008 by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. This paper will provide the basis for establishing future construction policies or plans.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation method for online design education. Online education has established itself as the primary form in the educational field, however, there are unsatisfactory response from instructors and students due to rapid conversion of online education. Due to the transition of educational method, online class contents have become optimized and online educational experiences became accumulated. However, clear education criteria is essential. This study states importance of two parts: establishing an evaluation system based on design thinking for online design education and finding appropriate online platforms for interaction between instructors and students. The research results provide implications for ensuring the efficiency of design education and are expected to contribute significantly to the future education field.

We, at The Korea Democracy Movement Archives opened temporarily at SungKongHoe University(SKHU), have currently collected about 100,000 recorded materials of democratization movement related with labor, farmer, civilian, human rights, peace, unification, young people, student and women's movements by investigating, collecting and receiving donations from civil organizations and individuals, and about 70,000 data out of this 100,000 data were converted into computer files. The Korea Democracy Movement Archives(temp) at SKHU has a significance in that it is the first archive opened by an organization. Furthermore, the opening of this Archive means the expansion of awareness on recording culture and accumulation of the achievements of the democratization movement in Korea. However, many obstacles still remain in the establishment of this Archive in a full-scale. This article examined many theoretical and realistic obstacles posed to the archivists, who are the professionals responsible for record management, in process of establishing the Archive, and the role and future perspectives of the archivists at The Korea Democracy Movement Archives(temp). The first obstacles in the process of organizing and separating the recorded materials at the Archive is a difficulty in the description of classifying the different movement organizations. The second obstacle is a difficulty in specifically applying the international standard, ISAD(G), of record description in the process of establishing the description items. Through many trials and errors, we need to try to confirm the description befitting. The Korea Democracy Movement Archives through continuous adjustment and complementary measures. The third obstacle is a difficulty in estimating the range and physical and quantitative amount of the recorded materials since the collection of recorded materials is complete. Thus, the answers to these problems lie in continuous efforts to establish a creative classification system befitting the democratization movement in Korea in the process of many trials and errors and endeavor. The evaluation classification done by archivists is a creative act forming record heritage, and archivists need to form record heritage reflecting the evaluation system of a certain period. Moreover, they transmit the shape of the current era in a maximum scale to the future by using the minimum amount of records. An archivist is responsible for two tasks, i.e., preserving a record and making other people to utilize the record by working with record. However, We, at The Korea Democracy Movement Archives(temp), have an additional task of contributing to the democratization movement in korea that has not ended by collecting, preserving and making people to utilize the fragments of memory in the recent history of Korea by establishing the Archives.

The budget management in Korea is one-year budget system which is just following int he steps of last years budget plan. This system towards traditional item-by-item and restriction-centered budget system. The budget distribution without establishing and considering rational policy goals and directions have brought inefficient resource allocations. In order to promote the implementation of transportation planning, there are some alternatives like introduction of top-down planning system preparing for the provincial self-government era. In this study, the most efficient alternatives to promote the existing management system is referring by foreign countries transportation planning examples(BVWP system in Germany). First of all, mid-long term transportation and budget planning should be established and then make decisions of resource availability and allocation. In order to provide ration budget planning, introduction of Transportation Planning Programming Budget System(TPBS) has been judged as one of the method of unifying the sysematic transportation improvement planning and budgeting. All transporation planning and related activites can not be expressed in quantity and due to the limitation of excessive cost of analyzing transportation planning and ranking priority, here after, the continuous study to minimize the evaluation cost and introduction of TPBS should be done.
