The efficiency analysis of TIN construction considering DEM standard error (DEM 표준오차를 고려한 TIN 구축의 효용성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • TIN is applied in pondage calculation and topography analysis. And much processing time and storage capacity are needed because TIN contains information as elevation, slope and aspect. In the construction of TIN using contour, weed tolerance that is used for the simplification of line is influenced on the sampling distance of contour. The processing time and storage capacity of TIN are calculated in according to the weed tolerance of various size in this research. And we estimated OEMs standard error that is created from TIN to present reasonable weed tolerance and decided the size of weed tolerance that satisfy DEM standard error. We got TINs weed tolerance that satisfy DEM standard error(5m) was 70m and DEMs resolution is 20m as estimation result.

  • In thin paper, error tolerance of each array element which satisfies error tolerance of beam pattern is decided by using the Monte-Carlo method. Conventional deterministic method decides the error tolerance of each element from the acceptance pattern by testing all cases, but this method is not suitable for the analysis of large number of array elements because the computation resources increase exponentially as the number of array elements increases. To alleviate this problem, we applied new algorithm which reduces the increment of calculation time increased by the number of the array elements. We have validates the determined error tolerance region through several simulation.

  • In this paper, the error tolerance of each array element to ensure a given specified error level for the array pattern is analyzed using the Genetic Algorithm. In the conventional deterministic method for synthesis of sonar way problems the computational resource required in the simulation grows rapidly as the number of way elements increases. To alleviate this numerical inefficiency, the Monte-Carlo method may be considered as an alternative technique for array syntheses. However, it is difficult to apply the method to the synthesis of array patterns because of its relatively lower accuracy in spite of moderate computational complexity. A new analysis method for estimating error tolerances in sonar arrays is Proposed since the Genetic Algorithm has significant promise to efficiently solve way synthesis problems. Through several numerical tests in linear and planar arrays, it is demonstrated that the proposed method can provide accurate results for error tolerances of sonar arrays.

  • This paper addresses an analytical approach to the mechanical error analysis and tolerance design of a four-bar path generator with lubricated joints. The mobility method is applied to consider lubrication effects and the four-bar path generator is stochastically modeled by using the clearance vector model for methanical error analysis. To show the validity of the proposed method, the mechanical errors obtained by applying the method to a four-bar path generator are compared with those by Monte Carlo simulation. Based on this analytical method, an optimal tolerance design problem is formulated and solved for the four-bar path generator.

A Study on the Time Required and Error Tolerance Limits for Flight Data Computation (비행자료산출을 위한 소요시간과 정답오차범위에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the present paper is to determine the time required and error tolerance limits for flight data computation. The results of statistical analysis showed that the calculator side computation required about 50 seconds for each question and wind side computation needed about 115 seconds for each question. In case of error tolerance limits, it was found that the error tolerance limit for altitude computation war 90 feet and two knots of interval was recommanded for the speed computation in calculator side, and one degree of interval for heading computation and five knots interval for speed computation in wind side.

  • Sppur gear trains are used widely in high precision machines because gear trains have an advantage of exact transmission of angular velocity. Especially, gear trains are used in high quali8ty photocopying and photography OA machines. In general, gears have errors in manufacturing and assembling process and the errors are limited by tolerances. As the result, the tolerances cause the performance error. Therfore, it is important to predict transmission error caused by the tolerances for the tolerance design. Earlier tolerance design methods use mainly experimental and geometrical techniques. In this paper, a method for gear train analysis with tolerance is proposed. Because the method uses dynamic contacts, it is possible to consider irregularities and assemble errors of gears. In addition, the method can predit dynamic loads on the teeth of gears.

  • This paper described fault tolerance system running on distributed multimedia. We implemented the error manager service so that the users participated in distribute multimedia collaborative work may refer synchronized error objects as the same view to others. distributed multimedia environment are based on IP-USN(Internet Protocol - Ubiquitous Sensor Network) and M2M(Machine to machine). This is a system that is suitable for detecting, sharing and recovering software error in distribute multimedia CSCW(Computer Supportes Cooperated Work) environment. With error synchronization system, a group cooperating users can synchronize error applications.

  • According as radiation therapy technique develops, standardization of radiation therapy has been complicated by the plan QA(Quality Assurance). However, plan QA tools are two type, OADT (opposite accumulation dose tool) and 3DADT (3 dimensional accumulation dose tool). OADT is not applied to evaluation of beam path. Therefore tolerance error of beam path will establish measurement value at OADT. Plan is six beam path, five irradiation field at each beam path. And beam path error is 0 degree, 0.2 degree, 0.4 degree, 0.6 degree, 0.6 degree, 0.8 degree. Plan QA accomplishes at OADT, 3DADT. The more path error increases, the more plan QA error increases. Tolerance error of OADT path is 0.357 using tolerance error of conventional plan QA. Henceforth plan QA using OADT will include beam path error. In addition, It will increase reliability through precise and various plan technique.

  • This study performed a response analysis according to the transmission error of the yaw drive. To perform the response analysis, the excitation source of the transmission error was modeled and the outer ring of the first stage bearing and the outer ring of the output shaft bearing were used as measurement positions. The response results were analyzed based on the vibration tolerance values of AGMA 6000-B96. As a result of the response of the first stage bearing outer ring, the maximum displacement of the first stage planetary gear system was 5.59 and the maximum displacement of the second to fourth stage planetary gear systems was 4.21 ㎛ , 3.13 ㎛ , and 25.6 ㎛ . In the case of the output shaft bearing outer ring, the maximum displacement of the first stage planetary gear system was 1.73 ㎛, and the maximum displacement of the second to fourth stage planetary gear system was 1.94 ㎛, 0.73 ㎛, and 2.03 ㎛. According to AGMA 6000-B96, the vibration tolerance of first stage is 17.5 ㎛, and the vibration tolerance of the second to fourth stages is 58 ㎛, 80 ㎛, and 375 ㎛, which shows that the vibration tolerance is satisfied and it is safe.
