The apartment housing in Korea has been rapidly constructed by adapting the most suitable construction methods as like wall structure, wet and united construction. But most of short-lived equipments usually filled in the structure which has longer life, and it causes not only to make difficult coping with the deterioration of equipments but also to let buildings remained deteriorate themselves. The buildings can be remodelled to slow down the terms of deterioration or reconstructed to give a new life of themselves, although the disposal of wastes or the lack of natural resources still be problems and unsolved that can occurred in pulling down and reconstructing the buildings. Furthermore, it is the time to need keeping with worldwide trends and movements as like sustainability or 'green growth' movements based on low carbon emissions. The researches for Long-Life Housing apartments which has durability and variation have been advanced up to now. Long-Life Housing apartments can separate their structures from equipments and interior or exterior materials of buildings. Therefore equipments or materials of buildings can be easily repaired and replaced with new ones, even if they are deteriorated themselves. Also, the construction process of Long-Life Housing apartments can be independent from the matter of proprietary rights, terms of durability, decision rights and so on. 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and the 'Regulation of Management of Collective Building' established by each local governments are already legislated for declaring the rights of using and ownership, responsibilities of each parts of apartment buildings. These laws and regulations classify the ownership of each parts of apartment buildings, and divide the ownership with public possession and exclusive possession. Therefore, this study will conduct comparative analysis between 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and 'the Regulation of Management of Collective Building' and find problems which can be occurred in future construction of Long-Life Housing apartments. It will be helpful to revise laws and regulations.

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the beam quality of intraoral X-ray equipments used at Yonsei University Dental Hospital (YUDH) using the half value layer (HVL) and the characteristic curve of intraoral standard X-ray film. Materials and Methods : The study was done using the intraoral X -ray equipments used at each clinical department at YUDH. Aluminum filter was used to determine the HVL. Intraoral standard film was used to get the characteristic curve of each intraoral X-ray equipment. Results: Most of the HVLs of intraoral X-ray equipments were higher than the least recommended thickness, but the REX 601 model used at the operative dentistry department and the X-707 model used at the pediatric dentistry department had HVLs lower than the recommended thickness. The slopes of the characteristic curves of films taken using the PANP AS 601 model and REX 601 model at operative dentistry department, the X-70S model of prosthodontic dentistry department, and the REX 601 model at the student clinic were relatively low. Conclusion: HVL and the characteristic curve of X-ray film can be used to evaluate the beam quality of intraoral X-ray equipment. In order to get the best X-ray films with the least radiation exposure to patients and best diagnostic information in clinical dentistry, X -ray equipment should be managed in the planned and organized fashion.

Recently, ISM(Industrial, Scientific and Medical) equipments that exceed 50 watts were expended at home, medical institutions and industrial sites. Therefore, the equipments that are subject to permission have been significantly increased. So, the present permission system that individually permits each equipment and inspects all equipments has a limitation. Thus, it is also difficult to reflect the environmental changes. In this paper, we reviewed the ISM management system in major foreign countries and domestic, and then proposed an improvement scheme of ISM management system for domestic environment. These results will be useful for revitalization of domestic industry related to ISM equipment and an efficient management of ISM equipments in the future.
This paper is about the establishment of "Initial Response System." Initial response system is most important and should be treated urgently among all preparations for chemical terrorism. The objects of Initial response system are to protect civilians and the first responder who are exposed directly to chemical terrorism. Therefore, this paper suggests two main issues about Initial response system. One is to prepare immediate and exact information service system which assures the safety and survival of exposed people. The other is to build Scene Response System integrated with Command-Control Procedure for early finished situation. Compared to United States, overcoming the Chemical Terrorism requires to improve the contents of two categories: Counter Citizen Response part and Initial Scene Response part. For Counter citizen response part' s sake, the web-sites of Response leader agencies for searching information about chemical terrorism should be modified specifically. These web-sites have to be re-organized in detail. The existing Information service system which has been vaguely informed as "CBRNE Accident" needs to be divided as "CBRNE Accident" and "WMD terrorism." Further, each of them should be specialized in "Chemical', "Biological", and "Radiological" categories. There is a need to rearrange current Emergency Instruction for civilians against chemical terrorism in feasible way. At the same time, it should be applied consistently to all organizations through agreement between experts and related-organizations. For Initial Scene Response part's sake, "Initial scene response procedure (SOP)" and "Operational conception" should be produced through Simulated Exercises and workshops of all organizations related with initial response. These organizations have to cooperate with Ministry of Environment which is the main leader Agency as the center. Next, there is a need to develop a technology and Scene Response Equipments, and to standardize the response equipments which consider the capability of First Responders for chemical terrorism. Especially, improving capability of equipments is required to overcome the vulnerability of Scene Response Equipments.
As developing the medical treatment image portion with the change of these times, PACS, which is able to digitalize image portion data, has a lot of data-based image data. Applying this PACS, we would like to settle down RNSXI(real-name shooting X -ray of inspector) system. We interviewed with P ACS's operators of university hospitals which is using PACS in Seoul about the present conditions whether using of RNSXI or not. And we inquired the RNSXI equipments, applying PACS database, and Interface conditions undertook to do in our hospital. All university hospitals in Seoul are set up the P ACS system. But no hospital use the RNSXI. In our hospital, we can check inspector' name or initials who exposure x-ray with the PACS Viewer by looking over equipments(CR, DR, US, MG, MR, CT) and Interface of the DICOM Header data. However, some equipments like RF and Angio can not check inspector' name or initials. Under the Film/System environment, RNSXI system has been used frequently like that inspector's signature or initial added to a patient data. Though the digital medical treatment was developed, RNSXI system was declined. It is necessary to using RNSXI system in order to improving radiologists' rights, even if it is not under the application of the medical treatment image laws. If RNSXI system use, radiologists should specialize in their major and the Repeat rate should be reduced. In environment of PACS, RNSXI system can be used by linking both the equipments and the Interface with a production enterprise of P ACS. Therefore RNSXI system applying the P ACS datebase should settle down in our medical system for being provided lots of data.
In this study, we explore the long-term demand forecasting of high-price medical equipments based on logistic and Bass diffusion model. We analyze the specific pattern of each equipment's diffusion curve by interpreting the parameter estimates of Bass diffusion model. Our findings are as follows. First, ultrasonic imaging system, CT are in the stage of maturity and so, the future demands of them are not too large. Second, medical image processing unit is between growth stage and maturity stage and so, the demand is expected to increase considerably for two or three years. Third, MRI is in the stage of take-off and Mammmography X-ray system is in the stage of maturity but, estimates of the potential number of adopters based on logistic model is considerably different to that based on Bass diffusion model. It means that additional data for these two equipments should be collected and analyzed to obtain the reliable estimates of their demands. Fourth, medical image processing unit have the largest q value. It means that the word-of-mouth effect is important in the diffusion of this equipment. Fifth, for MRI and Ultrasonic system, q/p values have the relatively large value. It means that collective power has an important role in adopting these two equipments.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the removal efficiency of fine dusts as the configuration condition of machinery and equipments in Clean Room and to analyze the flowing behaviors of fine dusts as the layout of Clean Room. The layout of the Clean Room was classified into side layout type, 2 center line type and center concentration type layout, and the flow rates used in this research were 0.22m/s, 0.44m/s and 0.80m/s. Dust removal efficiency as layout change was decreased 37% for side layout type, 31% for 2 center line type and 20% for center concentration type layout at the flow rate of 0.22m/s, compared with the state without machinery and equipments in Clean Room. The efficiency was decreased 42% for side layout type, 22% for 2 center line type and 8% for center concentration type layout at the flow rate of 0.44m/s, and decreased 20% for side layout type, 18% for 2 center line type and 10% for center concentration type layout at the flow rate of 0.80m/s. According to the result of dust removal behavior, $0.3{\mu}m,\;1{\mu}m\;and\;3{\mu}m$ dust except for $5{\mu}m$ showed the higher change of the behavior in side layout type than in center concentration type layout due to the change of air flow. It was confirmed that removal behavior depends on the layout of machinery and equipments as the dust size decreases.
Rapid roadway snow removal is significantly important due to difficult occurrence estimation of heavy snowfall disasters by global warming and climate change. Local governments of S. Korea have snow removal equipments and vehicles based on past experiences without considering snowfall and roadway characteristics. The objective of this research is to develop the demand estimation procedure for snow removal equipments and vehicles based on regional snowfall and roadway characteristics. This research first classifies regional snowfall characteristics using KMO's ten-year snowfall data. Second, roadway snow removal length is computed for local governments. Real possession data is compared with demand estimation of snow removal equipments & vehicles for each local government with roadway snow removal scenarios. Finally, required demands of snow removal equipments & vehicles are predicted by concerning regional snowfall amount and required snow removal hours. Results from this research are used for developing heavy snowfall disaster management policies for optimal demands and snow removal routes of 229 local governments.

The purpose of this study is to explore a safe, advanced, and environment-friendly demolition equipments and their operation methods. As an initial achievement, the capacity of the existing equipments have been evaluated through technical discussions and demonstrations with some experts in the related industry. From these evaluations, it was concluded that a haptic based remote control with force feed-back mechanism and sensor fusion functions would be the most appropriate to the demolition equipments. Therefore, a novel haptic device that is adequately designed for the demolition equipments is proposed in this paper. Top-down demolition method is also proposed, which is very effective in the demolition of high-rise buildings.

ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by aqueous preparation routes of a precipitation and a hydrothermal process. In the processes, the powders were formed by mixing aqueous solutions of Zn-nitrate hexahydrate ($Zn(NO_3)_2{\cdot}6H_2O$) with NaOH aqueous solution under controlled reaction conditions such as Zn precursor concentration, reaction pH and temperature. Single ZnO phase has been obtained under low Zn precursor concentration, high reaction pH and high temperature. The synthesized particles exhibited flakes (plates), multipods or rods morphologies and the crystallite sizes and shapes would be efficiently controllable by changing the processing parameters. The hydrothermal method showed advantageous features over the precipitation process, allowing the precipitates of single ZnO phase with higher crystallinity at relatively low temperatures below $100^{\circ}C$ under a wider pH range for the Zn precursor concentration of 0.1~1 M.
