  • We developed the equipment palpating cell proliferation using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 30 levels by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage.

  • For the performance test of rechargeable electric tools, it is necessary to test under the same condition as the actual operation condition. They are necessary to control the load torque and to acquire the test data with a computer, and it should be convenient to fix the tool on the test equipment for rechargeable electric tools.   • In these days, The base isolation system is often used to improve the seismic capacity of the structures instead of conventional techniques of strengthening the structural members. The purpose of this study is to evaluate dynamic property evaluation of control equipment using lead Lead Rubber Bearing. In this study, a base isolation test of seismic monitoring control cabinet with LRB(lead rubber bearing) was performed. The cabinet will be installed on access floor in MCR(main control room) of nuclear power plant. Details and dynamic characteristics of the access floor were considered in the construction of testing specimen. N-S component of El Centre earthquake was used as seismic input motion. Acceleration response spectrums in the top of cabinets showed that the first mode frequency of cabinet with LRB(lead rubber bearing) was shifted to 7.5 Hz in compared with 18Hz of cabinet without LRB and the maximum peak acceleration was reduced in a degree of22 percent from 2.35 g to 1.84 g

  • This paper describes the evaluation of structural integrity and dynamic characteristic of inertial load test equipments for performance test of railway vehicle propulsion control system. The propulsion control system of railway vehicle has to be confirmed of safety and reliability prior to it's application. Therefore, inertial load test equipments were designed through theoretical equation for performance test of propulsion control system. The structural analysis of inertial load test equipments was conducted using Ansys v11.0 and it's dynamic characteristic was evaluated the designed using Adams. The results showed that the structural integrity of inertial load test equipment was satisfied with a safety factor of 10.2. Also, the structural stability was proved by maximum dynamic displacement of 0.82mm.

  • In this paper, to bring under robust and accurate control of auto-equipment systems which disturbance, parameter alteration of system, uncertainty and so forth exist, neural network controller called dynamic neural processor(DNP) is designed. In order to perform a elaborate task like as assembly, manufacturing and so forth of components, tracking control on the trajectory of power coming in contact with a target as well as tracking control on the movement course trajectory of end-effector is indispensable. Also, the learning architecture to compute inverse kinematic coordinates transformations in the manipulator of auto-equipment systems is developed and the example that DNP can be used is explained. The architecture and learning algorithm of the proposed dynamic neural network, the DNP, are described and computer simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed learning method using the DNP.

  • 본 논문에서는 형광등 on/off 제어 및 조도를 전력선 통신을 이용하여 원격으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고자 하였다. 각각의 조명기기를 전력선으로 구성되는 네트워크를 구현하였으며 원격 제어 및 조명기기의 on/off 및 조도를 제어하기 위하여 서버를 구성하고 서버에서 각각의 크라이언트를 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 기존 on/off 시스템을 디지털화하여 에러율을 감소시켰으며 회로를 단순화하는데 주안점을 두었다.

국내방역회사 현황 및 문제점조사 (The research on the situation and problem of domestic pest control company)

  • The purpose of this research was to get an alternative idea about the situation and problems of domestic pest control company We performed a questionnaire survey of 105 companies to find the situation and problems of pest control companies with and with out lincensed sanitarians. The investigation revealed the following issues and the conclusions summarized. 1. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have shown to put forth hygenic safety(62%) as first priority as to companies without sanitarians neglect hygenic safety and rank financial benefit(40%) as their priority. 2. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have directions on its use of pesticides but the companies without inspectors rely only on field experiences. 3. Companies with lincensed sanitarians are known to use the safety equipment. To the contrary, companies without sanitarians worked without the proper safety equipment safety gear. 4. Companies with sanitarians been regularly received educational Programs on chemicals used in the pest control. And then companies without did not have my other educational programs for chemicals they used.

  • The on-line optimal control algorithm for central heating system has been researched for minimizing energy consumption while maintaining the comfort of indoor thermal environment in terms of the environmental variables such as indoor heating load and outdoor temperature variation. This study has been done by using TRNSYS Program in order to analyze the central heating system. The optimal control algorithm shows good energy Performances in comparison with the conventional one.

  • Monitoring auto correlated processes is prevalent in recent manufacturing environments. As a proactive control for manufacturing processes is emphasized especially in the semiconductor industry, it is natural to monitor real-time status of equipment through sensor rather than resultant output status of the processes. Equipment's sensor data show various forms of correlation features. Among them, considerable amount of sensor data, statistically autocorrelated, is well represented by Box-Jenkins autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model. In this paper, we present a design method of statistical process control (SPC) used for monitoring processes represented by the ARMA model. The proposed method shows benefits in the power of detecting process changes, and considers robustness to ARMA modeling errors simultaneously. We prove benefits through Monte carlo simulation-based investigations.

Control-to-output Transfer Function of the Open-loop Step-up Converter in CCM Operation

  • Based on the average method and the geometrical technique to calculate the average value, the average model of the open-loop step-up converter in CCM operation is established. The DC equilibrium point and corresponding small signal model is derived. The control-to-output transfer function is presented and analyzed. The theoretical analysis and PSIM simulations shows that the control-to-output transfer function includes not only the DC input voltage and the DC duty cycle, but also the two inductors, the two energy-transferring capacitors, the switching frequency and the load. Finally, the hardware circuit is designed, and the circuit experimental results are given to confirm the effectiveness of theoretical derivations and analysis.
