  • An existent hoist drive system is using each different drive equipment in control of Hoisting, traveling(T/L), traversing(T/S) driving, so there are much energy losses because of excessive weight. Also, power circuits are using relay contact, so working environment are frequent secession accident etc.. by shock on unfavorable condition, and there is danger of safety accident, maintenance has frequent problem and so on. To solve these problem, it is integrated each driving power supply in drive system for hoist control and drive, utility power supply etc.. by single device in this research. The power circuit is consisted of non-contact circuit applying to bidirectional voltage controller circuit using thyristor that is power semiconductor switching device

  • A newly developed Expert System (ES) for the tuning of thermal power plant control equipment is described. The system is furnished with the rules for controller tuning which were obtained by analysis and arranging the data and knowledge from the experts or tuning records. Based on these rules, automatic tuning or setting of the control parameters is performed in real-time base. The performance of the test equipment, a combination of ES and a boiler simulator, was examined in the automatic tuning test for steam pressure, steam temperature, and load controllers of a constant-pressure once-through boiler model. It was confirmed from the test results that the system is quite promising for future application to actual plants, since the tuning results obtained by the proposed system were similar to those by tuning experts.

  • As the trend of the automation is increasing, the usage of the programmable automation equipments like programmable controller(PC), numerical controller(NC), distributed control systems(DCS) and robot controller is greatly expanding in the area of the industrial equipments. But the development of the programing language for the programmable automatic equipment is rarely accomplished. In this paper, we propose design and implementation technique of the real-time mechanism control language by adding time constraint constructs and timing analysis constructs ot conditional statement and iteration statement of a programming language. Moreover, we made it possible to predict plausibility of time constraint constructs of a real time application program at compilation time and developing execution time analysiss technique.

  • To show a retina shape and thickness on the computer, a laser has been used in Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope (SLO) equipment using the travelling difference. This method requires exact synchronize control of laser travelling in optic system to show this image. In this study, a synchronize control of the galvanometer to make 3-dimentional retina image. To obtain a clear 3-dimentional image, this exact synchronism is very Important for making perfect plane scanning.

  • This paper has comprehensively reviewed fine dust control technology from emission sources. Owing to the stringent national regulation, domestic industries have made consistent efforts to develop the high efficiency facilities since 1960s. In these days, harmful particulate pollutants including dioxins and PAHs as well as $PM_{2.5}$ are also of critical interests in government and civic groups. In addition, simultaneous treatment of gas and particles is being widely studied. It is believed that hybrid facilities which integrate a few advanced equipment may meet the atmospheric guidelines.

  • In this work, we developed an equipment for automatic quality control of fuel pump motor using vibration analysis. The equipment automatically performs a series of tasks such as aligning and conveying the motor, attachment/detachment of an accelerometer, data acquisition, vibration analysis, and classification, etc. Compared to previous manual operations, the developed system is able to provide considerable savings in both time and cost.

  • In this paper a second-order iterative learning control algorithm with feedback is proposed for use in real equipment systems requiring accurate and robust control. The convergence condition of the proposed algorithm is provided, and a simulation result is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. It is shown that, by adding a feedback term in learning control algorithm, convergence speed, robustness to disturbances or system parameter variations can be improved.proved.

  • This paper presents the stabilization and design of a pan-tilt control part for the directional pan-tilt system for shipboard directional equipment. In order to control each control axis with compensation for ship motion, the 2 degree of freedom(2DOF) PID controller is designed and its parameters are tuned using a real-coded genetic algorithm(RCGA). Simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of the 2 DOF PID controller tuning.

  • The practical use of superconducting magnets is limited to medical equipment, energy equipment and the like. Therefore, it does not fully utilize the superior features of superconducting magnet or magnetic force. In order to overcome this blockage condition, The international Forum on Magnetic Force Control (IFMFC) was launched in Tokyo in 2010 by the magnetic separation researchers in Japan, Korea and China. The policy is to hold around the country every year, to apply the application to the engineering field of magnetic force utilization and information exchange about the development of applied science to mutual visit of researchers and to develop the application field of superconducting magnets in particular. The main object is to review the field of application of magnetic force with respect to published papers at 8 IFMFCs, and to introduce the trend of research forum utilizing strong magnetic force which is rare in the world. The United Nations is asking each country to achieve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) targets for 2030. This IFMFC review will be utilized in this field.

This method requires exact synchronous control of laser travelling in optic system to show a clear 3-dimensional image of retina. To obtain this image, this exact synchronism is very important for making the perfect plane scanning. In this study, a synchronous control of the galvanometer using deadbeat torque observer to make 3-dimensional retina image is presented. For the more, a very simple mathematical model of the galvanometer is approved by experimental result.
