Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the changes in reality shock among new nurses and their influencing factors to identify turnover reduction methods. Methods: A total of 146 new nurses from 6 general hospitals participated in the survey. The survey data were collected from August 5 to November 10, 2015. Results: The mean scores for factors related to turn over were 2.75 for nurse practice environment, 2.84 (4point scale) for reality shock, and 3.08 (5point scale) for turnover intention. A significant difference in the impact of reality shock was observed depending on whether the nurses selected their work unit (F=6.24, p=.003) and whether they could take the possibility of holiday on the desired day at will (t=-2.57, p=.013). Changes in reality shock correlated with turnover intention, with the 'increased reality shock' group demonstrating an odds ratio of 2.37 (CI: 1.41~3.98) for turnover intention. Conclusion: The current findings indicate the need for lowering reality shock and turnover intention by considering nurses' work-related characteristics and improving their practice environments. To further study the changes in reality shock new nurses experienced, additional research is warranted while homogenizing the participants in terms of preceptorship duration and timing of independence.

현재 현상변경 기준안 작성 시 일률적인 규제방식으로 영향검토구역 내의 문화재 이격거리 확보에 국한하여 높이(층수)규제만을 제한적으로 적용하고 있는데, 이는 문화재 왜소화 현상과 주변 경관에 대한 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있어 현상변경 허용기준 안 작성 시 발생될 수 있는 객관성 결여에 대한 보완책이 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구는 대상 문화재 및 주변 환경을 고려한 종합적인 가시율 전산모의분석을 통해 객관적이고 합리적인 현상변경 규제방안 의사결정을 위한 분석 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 천안시에 소재한 문화재 중 건축물 또는 인공구조물 밀집지역으로 현상변경 허가 시 문화재 왜소화 현상이 예상되는 대상지, 자연 지형 지물의 영향이 건축물 또는 인공구조물에 비해 상대적으로 적은 대상지, 영향검토구역 내에 현상변경 기준이 확립되지 않아 새로운 제도의 도입이 가능한 대상지의 조건에 충족하는 천흥사지 당간지주와 직산현관아를 선정하여 다중관찰자 시점을 중심으로 문화재와 주변 경관에 대한 포괄적인 조망권 설정을 위해 정량적인 가시율 분석을 진행하였다.

본 연구에서는 국내 다량우편물 시장의 물량 현황을 고찰하고, 시계열자료를 이용한 물량예측을 목적으로 한다. 특히 다량우편물 수요를 예측함에 있어서 우편 물량의 변화가 경기 변화에 많은 영향을 받는다는 사실과 통상우편의 이메일 대체 현상이 우편 물량 변화에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 판단 하에, 이러한 우편시장 환경의 변화를 고려한 우편 물량 예측을 시도해 보고자 한다.

This Paper presents the technical perspective on the Real Time Pricing(RTP). So far customer has no control on the electricity pricing. But the price hike in California makes changes in the electricity demand and pricing. In such environments. RTP has become an important role in Demand Side Management. Here the system configuration, advantages of RTP are described. Also the relationship between RTP and AMR is considered.

Adaptation in dynamic environments gains a significant advantage by combining evolution and learning. We propose an on-line, realtime evolutionary learning mechanism to determine the structure and the synaptic weights of a neural network controller for mobile robot navigations. We support our method, based on (1+1) evolutionary strategy, which produces changes during the lifetime of an individual to increase the adaptability of the individual itself, with a set of experiments on evolutionary neural controller for physical robots behaviors.

최근 멀티미디어 기술의 변화는 무서운 속도로 진행되고 있다. 디지털 혁명의 물결은 처음에는 미디어 기술의 변화를 불러 일으켰다. 그리고 차차 사회의 전 영역으로 확대되어 사회제도와 무형의 의식까지를 변화시키는, 마치 도미노 현상을 연상시키고 있다 이미 인터넷을 통한 광고는 외면할 수 없는 시장으로 자리를 굳혔으며, 이러한 매체의 획기적인 전환과 대체는 광고의 성격과 형식, 기법에 이르기까지 전면적인 수정과 적응을 요구하고 있다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 거대한 매체 환경 변화의 맥락 가운데서 광고가 어떻게 변화해 가는지에 대해 조망하고, 그러한 변화의 와중에서 광고 관련 분야가 준비해야 할 것은 무엇인지, 어떻게 준비해야 할 것인지를 제안하였다.

Autonomic nervous system keep the balance of internal environments against internal and external environment changes which affect the presence. These works play an important role of keeping our health as balancing homeostasis. But the abnormality of these abilities makes our presence feeble. To obtain these information of body, this paper will propose system-measure model which decides whether one is health or not, studying Heart Rate Variability.

In this paper, we present a fuzzy ICC using a self-tuning method. To provide robustness and adaptiveness over the vehicle nonlinearities and changes of the driving environments, an on-line self-tuning scheme based on 'Interior Penalty Function' was developed. Road test and computer simulation results verify the feasible performance of the suggested ICC algorithm.

Rapid progresses on computer and Internet technology fortell the changes in learning environments in our classrooms, which requires a timely preparation for the near future. The construction and utilization of databases that can be used in education, among other things, is the crucial subject which we need to address to. This paper discusses the various aspects of the construction of educational databases and proposes a way for effectively maintaining them.

This Paper deals with the development of Incheon International Airports and Pusan and Kwangyang Ports as Hub Ports in order to systemize nationwide logistics networks. Now, Korea has core competences in terms of social overhead capital, telecommunication, information technologies, all fields of manufacturing plants, and the other infra-structure. As the environments of North-East Asian countries changes dynamically, at least we should keep up with the situations which require to meet the globalized level of international logistics services in Pusan and Kwangyang Ports to be a competitive Hub Ports in this region.
