With environmental problems and pollutions accumulated by continuous towns or cities developments events, it is becoming necessary to develop in consideration of environmental effects. This consensus leads to prepare a plan system and instrument for ecological city development, which can be a series of planning indicators. To develope a series of process for environmental friendly development, this study has three main goals as follows; development of policies and programs for environmental friendly development, suggestion of environmental friendly urban design models and standards, development of planning indicators and design guidelines Korean land use plan is operated by both zoning system and detailed plan system. But the available kinds of zoning type are too limited to apply to various and vernacular places. In addition to, the detailed plan is understood to be another regulation which constricts the freedom of building right. In this study, Plan System of Environmentally Friendly Space was studied for domestic affairs In German, Plan System of Environmentally Friendly Space is the field have been progressed before. so In this study, example of German was researched intensively, and Plan System of Environmentally Friendly Space was developed, applicable for the real state in domestic. This study was focused on methodology of landscape planning and planning for afforestation. Landscape planning is performed on condition detail investigation of existent state of nature and local characteristic, and Investigation of Planning for afforestation is more detailed than that of Landscape planning. In the basis of methodology of landscape planning and planning for afforestation, Plan for Environmentally Friendly Urban Habitation Model was developed. Plan for Environmentally Friendly Urban Habitation Model was applicable for state of land use planning. Site was selected Chuk-chun in city yang-in, taking the circumstances into consideration. So landscape planning correspond to land use planning was made out. Adjustment of Land use planning and Landscape planning was very important. Undergoing this process, Plan for Environmentally Friendly Urban Habitation Model was performed.

It is not an overstatement to say the factory are the number one cause in creating environmental load. However, only a few studies have been done upto this date on environmentally friendly factory. Thus, This study is to present the characteristics of environmentally friendly factory. A survey of current literatures and cases show the characteristics of environmentally friendly factories and buildings and environment assessment method and plan. To better measure the environmentally friendly qualities as written in literature across the globe, classification system was constructed. The classification system was made and important factors were found based on the precedent paper on environmentally friendly building plan and environment assessment method at building and cases and abroad in the literature review. The classification used 4 different sectors : Land & Transportation, Architectural Planning Technique, Environment & Equipment, Energy & Material. Within these 4 sectors 33 discrete factors are applied to the factory according to literature and case review and specialist advice.

According to the New Town Development Plan, Gang-buk area, a symbol of slum in Seoul will be changed new residential area. There are a lot of challenges for success this project. First of all, new ways of city plan "pre-plan and development" and "environmentally friendly development" are necessary to carry out this plan. Another important idea is how to overcome conflicts such as unbalanced development, a traffic jam and environment problem. Also, Government and a citizen agree that this project have to accept eco-protectable and sustainable development theory. For increasing green area ratio and keeping eco-diversity, planting at roofs and water circulation system in residential complex are compulsory. Green network based on environmentally friendly development provides a natural energe stream on eco-system and protects a city from air pollution, hot air island phenomenon and a flood.

This study focuses on importance level analysis of environmentally-friendly planning factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AMP). This study verify different planning principle makes comparison matrix by a relative comparison value, verified consistency after yield weight to analyze more objective importance for apartment complex estate environmentally-friendly planning factor. In order to decide importance of apartment complex estate environmentally-friendly planning factors multiplying weight of verified planning principle with weight of planning factors. The results are as follows; First, importance of preservation of green tract of lands, Preparation of Biotop, Tree planting of sites, Propriety of development density high except Circulation and practical use of water. Next, valued planning factors constituent appeared to Energy efficient building plan, Rubbish recycling, thermal utilization of solar energy, Artificial tree planting of buildings etc. importantly. Finally, plan constituent that importance is underrated most appeared by Practical use of building materials and equipment, Centralization of energy and resources, Preservation of corridor etc.

본 연구는 임산물 가운데 생산과 수출 양면에서 가장 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 밤을 대상으로 친환경 밤에 대한 소비자 구입의향 및 행태를 통계학적으로 종합 분석하여 친환경 밤의 소비확대를 도모할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우리나라 소비중심지인 서울(350명)과 수도권의 신도시 일산(150명), 분당(150명) 등 총 650명의 가정주부를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 친환경 밤에 대한 소비촉진 활동은 모든 소비자를 대상으로 하기보다는 일차적으로 대도시에 거주하고 있는 3~4인 가족, 연령층은 30~40대의 젊은 주부계층, 교육 수준은 대졸학력 이상, 윌평균 수입액은 450만원 이상 고소득, 친환경임산물을 구입한 경험이 있는 소비자 등을 특정 표적대상으로 하여 소비확대 방안을 마련하는 것이 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 친환경임산물 판매처의 안정적인 확보와 함께 소비자가 인식하고 있는 친환경 밤에 대한 가치와 품질이 가격에 반영되는 가격설정이 필요하다. 이는 본 연구에서 실시한 소비자들의 종합적이며 결집된 지표인 친환경 밤에 대한 지불의사금액을 기초로 가능할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Development of index for evaluation of environmental nature and its application for the purpose of construction of industrial complex with environmentally friendly. Industrial complex comes to be recognized as a disgusting zone according to the increasing environment consciousness of residents. And the objection about the exploitation of geographically unwanted land site is increased during development process and it is possible to cause Nimby phenomenon. Therefore, ecology and environment-oriented strategies tends to be adopted for industrial complex development. Furthermore, the maximization of profit mainly directed by enterprises as of today cannot guarantee its future and the efforts of adopting environmental constancy and harmony as a new objective are made progressively. For the development of city and region, in particular such as residence complex, farming and special city, the discussion of environmental consistency, new paradigm with environmentally friendly is briskly under progress, but the relevant discussion for the development of industrial estate is not done so much. Just only few studies are realized from the viewpoint of industrial ecology but its level remains in the understanding of the concepts and presentation of development direction. This study is to prepare for the foundation of the construction of industrial estate with environmentally friendly under the current condition of Korea against coming future environment era and to try to develop of evaluation range and index which are the basis of evaluation of environment. I applied the above evaluation index to the residents of actual industrial estate to understand their consciousness of decreased environment. And I obtained 7 evaluation ranges and 37 evaluation indexes for the relevant residents. Among them, I get the value less than the average in 19 index items. And they represent very sensible reaction about environment pollution including decrease of waste materials. This study has several limits but is meaningful in that the development of evaluation index for environmental nature in industrial complex is done, and that the basic discussion of the plan and design for environmentally friendly industrial estate is made under the above evaluation and that 37 evaluation items are applied to the reality.

The purpose of this study is to establish future directions of environmentally-friendly restoration of Yangjae underground stream and reflect various opinions of inhabitant in the plan and design process. The opinions from the citizens include the economic and environmental suitability of the restoration projects and preference for the future directions of restoration. The citizens are favorable to removing the existing parking lot and want to have jogging course, walking path and bike road in the stream. Different opinions and resulted in preferred facilities and diminishing existing park along the stream depending on the restoration influencing zone. As a result, citizens agree in restoration but they have different opinions about the feasibility of new facilities, streams restoration and central park reduction locally. It is desirable to reflect the opinions of citizens in the process of plan and design of restoration project.

The hot-wave of campaign for fashion brands has itself become a fashion trend now. In order to participate in this popular trend, every brand has launched a new campaign of developing T-shirts each season with a social issue as the design concept. Such a campaign plan is related to the brand's image-making. Each brand has its own slogan based on various themes related to social issues. Since the environment is the hottest social issue these days, most campaigns' T-shirts also focus on the image of environmental-friendliness. The purpose of this study is to elucidate environmentally-friendly fashion culture in daily life so that "environmental-friendliness" would be positively cognized by people in everyday life. For that, the design of these T-shirts following the environmental campaign will be developed and their utilization potential will be clarified. The detail contents of the study are as follow. First, the meaning of the environmental campaign and trends of environmental campaigns in Korea and overseas will be explored in order to identify their theoretical contents. Second, the environmental campaigns will be classified by case. Analysis of the expression and characteristic of each case will determine the utilization plan. Third, design directions will be suggested based on the characteristics produced from the case study. As the study conclusion, five environmental campaign T-shirts will be produced.

Farm economy is getting worse because of the free trade trends in agriculture sector and unreasonable application of market economy principles to agricultural products. And The worldwide issues of environmental pollution as well as want of food, water and energy make human future be anxious. In addition, consumers raise questions in argument about safety of foods produced by traditional farming or imported. So I propose the urban-rural living community movement(URLCM) as an alternative plan for sustainable domestic agriculture. URLCM based on environmentally friendly agriculture and community consciousness will be able to solve many of present issues on agriculture and rural society through incessant interchanges between urban and rural community. This URLCM has to be basically founded on principles of symbiosis-coexistence and life circulation. So those that have to be driven forward arc organizing producers and consumer cooperatives, making environmentally friendly rural region and products, combining with consumer cooperatives, training the participants and so forth.

지구온난화로 인한 IMO 친환경 규제 강화, 유럽 Fit for 55 법안 등을 배경으로 선박 친환경 연료 보급 인프라 구축 및 정책 분석이 어느 때보다 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 선박 친환경 연료공급에 관한 선행 연구 및 정책과 규제 및 산업 대응 동향, 친환경 연료 공급 인프라 현황 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 정채적 시사점을 도출하였다. 결과적으로, 친환경 규제 강화로 인해 친환경 선박보급 못지않게 친환경 연료 보급 인프라 구축이 중요하다. LNG는 현실적인 대안이지만, 장기적으로는 무탄소 연료로 전환이 필요하며 이와 관련된 공급 인프라 구축에는 장기적인 관점에서 국내 산업 여건을 고려하여 생산에 유리한 연료에 집중하여 지원하는 선택과 집중 전략이 필요하다. 따라서 정부는 친환경 연료 개발 및 보급 지원, 규제 개선 및 인센티브 제공, 민간 투자 유도, 해외협력 강화 등을 통해 인프라 구축을 적극 추진해야 한다. 본 연구는 친환경 해운산업으로의 전환을 위한 정책 방향을 설정하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 친환경 연료 경제성 비교를 비롯하여 국내에 유리한 연료 선정에 관한 기초연구를 진행할 예정이다.
