함승조원의 거주성 향상을 위한 함정 환경진동규격 분석연구 (A Study on the Standard of Navy Vessel's Environmental Vibration for Improvement of the Habitability of Crew)

  • The shipboard working environment of navy vessel is very inferior to the ground working environment. For this reason, the crew of a navy vessel suffer from an occupational disease such as lumbar pain, hearing loss, etc. Although standard for navy vessel's environmental vibration is applied, the criterion of the environmental vibration is too high. So it doesn't help to improve habitability of crew. In this study, for improving its habitability of crew, the current vibration level of navy vessel was examined and the standard of navy vessel's environmental vibration was investigated.

  • Urban subways usually make environmental problems because subway vibrations are transmitted to building structures. However, when the buildings are designed, vibrations due to subway are not usually considered in advance. This results in many environmental vibration problems after buildings are constructed. This study was carried out to set up and evaluate a pre-assessment technique for the environmental impact of urban subway vibration on newly planned buildings near a subway line. for this purpose, semi-emperical method was set up and vibration measurements were made on site in accordance with construction schedule. Computer simulation was also performed using ANSYS software to predict the building vibration and compared with the measured results for evaluation of the pre-assessment technique.

  • In China, environmental noise policies are composed of correlated laws adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and promulgated by the President of the country, regulations promulgated by the State Council and/or local government, standards issued by the Standardization Administration Committee (SAC) under the State Council. The laws mainly include the 'Environmental Protection Law' and the 'Law on Prevention and Control of Pollution From Environmental Noise' Regulations are often applied to a special noise pollution phenomenon of wide influence. They are generally only effective in a given area and/or a specific period. Tens of correlated standards specify the noise level limits of different functional zones of land use and of different equipment, machines, devices, appliances etc., and the measurement methods. In this presentation, a brief introduction to these policies and their operations is given and discussed. The conclusion is that the policies supply an effective legislative basis for environmental noise prevention and control in China, but still a lot of work should be conducted and completed to strive for a quiet society.

  • Recently, many indoor driving ranges are being built near residential areas because golf is one of the popular sports. Consequently, environmental noise occurs in the residential areas. This study is to predict the noise near the indoor golf driving range by the computer simulation(commercial software Raynoise 3.0) for various cases of noise control methods.

  • This paper presents an information system of noise and vibration caused by people as a major source of the environmental problem in residential areas with which people are dissatisfied. Therefore, it is important to monitor the influence of noise and vibration in residential areas. Generally, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) play an important role in noise and vibration mapping. The purpose of this paper is to investigate noise and vibration effects in an urban area and develop a new information network in GIS. Noise and vibration measurements were carried out at a road randomly chosen near INJE University. The obtained values are graphically represented with GIS. Therefore, it is possible to predict noise and vibration in GIS when establishing effective urban plans.

  • The energy efficiency and environment-friendly aspect of the railway system would be superior to other on-land transportation systems. In a preliminary feasibility study stage, the energy efficiency and problems related with environment are usually not considered. The railway noise and vibration which could be reasons of environmental problems are focused and studied in this paper. The investment for railway systems could be encouraged by the considering of main environmental elements evaluated with the modified noise and vibration standard for environment-friendly railway construction.

공사 중 발생하는 소음.진동 저감을 위한 설계단계 체크리스트 (Checklist of Design Phase for Reducing the Noise and Vibration occurring in Construction)

  • 건설과정에서 발생하는 소음 진동에 대한 민원은 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동은 대부분 시공단계에서만 관리되고 있다. 이는 시공단계에서 발생하는 소음 진동 관리의 한계라고 판단되며, 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동을 저감하기 위해 설계단계에서의 관리가 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문의 목적은 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동 관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 설계단계에서 고려할 수 있는 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동의 관리항목을 제시하고 이를 설계자가 직접 평가할 수 있는 평가시트와 관리 항목의 이해를 돕기 위한 매뉴얼을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 연구문헌을 검토 분석하여 설계단계에서 고려해야 할 공사 중 소음 진동의 관리항목을 식별하였고, 항목의 적정성을 검증하기 위해 환경전문가와 면담을 실시하여 9개 항목을 확정하였다. 항목간의 중요도 산정과 우선순위 식별을 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 설계단계에서 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동을 관리하는데 가장 효율적인 항목들은 저소음 저진동 공법선정, 발파공사에 의한 소음 진동 저감방안, 소음 진동방지시설 설치 및 배치계획 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 성과는 공사 중 발생하는 소음 진동을 효율적으로 관리하여 환경분쟁 및 민원을 사전에 예방하고, 성공적인 건설사업을 위해 유익하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • As the number of the apartments is increasing, many environmental problems are also occurred. There are lots of studies on that problems. Especially, a lot of studies about environmental noises are going along continuously. And they found out advanced results. In this study, we investigated the residents' subjective responses about environmental noises by survey, and verified the trend of the environmental noise conditions in apartment house. The results of this study will be useful to provide guideline to make policy of environmental noise and criteria.
