Climate change imposes a huge treat on the sustainability of our environment. One of the major reasons for the increasing impacts of climate change is the emission of greenhouse gases. Therefore, cooperative greenhouse gas emission reduction schemes with a general consensus are needed in order to reduce the impacts of climate change. Due to the strong link between greenhouse gas emission and economic development there is disagreement among countries on the designing and implementation of emission reduction plans. In this paper the authors proposed a two-stage concession game to analyze emission reduction plans and determine a balanced emission range that improves the utilities of the bargaining parties. Furthermore the game was applied to a hypothetical example. Our results from the case study indicated that even though the utilities of the bargaining parties is highly affected by emission reductions, after making concessions their utilities can be improved given their emission reductions are within in a certain desirable range. The authors hope that this article provides insights which could be useful for understanding emission reduction plans and their consequences on the negotiating parties.

The purpose of this study aims to the improvement prospect of green insurance industry in Korea. Green insurance includes all classes of general insurance business including unoccupied property insurance and empty building insurance, business insurance, personal insurance, etc. Green policies often cover expensive systems that are not covered under most property policies. The same is true for some underground property, which is also exempted from many property policies. At least insurers already offer products designed to fund rebuilding damaged properties to meet certain environmental and building standards. While the products are in their infancy, insurers and brokers say the huge interest in environmental issues will increase demand. Green buildings that improve energy efficiency and air quality and reduce waste are designed to reduce their effects on the environment and the health of building occupants. Buildings account for 39% of U.S. carbon dioxide emissions, according to the Department of Energy. Insurers say that, as sustainable buildings become more common, green insurance will become more popular and some of its features might become a standard part of property policies.

본 연구는 경영 및 환경 운영체계 구축에 필요한 이론적 논리와 기업의 사업수행에서 돌출 될 수 있는 경영 및 환경 의사결정 간섭인자의 효과적인 분석 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 의사결정 간섭인자는 손실감소 방법과 비용 면에서의 경영관리에 대한 경영자의 환경측면분석 방법에서 결정된다. 따라서, 환경측면분석의 효과를 경영 및 환경의사결정 모델을 통하여 제시하고, 사업의 수행과 자원의 흐름에 따른 환경친화적 요인의 선택에 필요한 경영 기술적 접근방법을 제시한다. 마지막으로 의사결정 요소에 대한 원칙적 한계 및 접근단계와 평가기준을 정립해보았다. 본 연구를 수행한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약해 본다. (1) 환경정책의 변화에 따른 경영결정 접근방법, (2) 목표의 운영과 개발방법, (3) 환경경영에 따른 성과와 개선치, (4) 환경과 경영의 통합의사결정 체계

Environmental pollution including air, land, and water has become one of the most critical issues in global interest. The damages due to environmental pollution lead to serious disasters. Nations have realized the importance of environment protection and have been starting to force organizations to implement environmental management system (EMS) as way of protecting environment. ISO 14001 requirements that are the most popular standard as EMS have been developed to support continuous improvement to environment management. It has been revised once since publication and ISO 14001 : 2004 version is currently available. Organizations globally started to acquire the certificate of EMS to observe environment related laws, accept customers' and stakeholders' request, increase market share, and fulfill implementation motives. This article examines the audit data that were collected for several years from manufacturing companies including shipbuilding, machinery, metal, automobiles, and chemical companies in southeastern Korea on the basis of ISO 14001 : 2004 requirements. The audit data were classified into minor nonconformities based on factors such as business size, business type, and EMS implementation period. We conduct hypotheses test using statistical methods in order to see if there are any significant differences based on the factors. We draw conclusions for the results of hypotheses test and address the necessities of energy, greenhouse gas, green management, and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency of EMS implementation.

COVID-19 pandemic has brought the world into economic recession. This study aims to present an analysis of the readiness of creative e-commerce in Indonesia. Data was collected from various locations that may represent the Creative Industry in Indonesia. The quantitative method has been applied as a research approach by gathering questionnaires from 383 business owners selected using the cluster random sampling method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that E-Commerce Readiness is very important in times of uncertainty such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of readiness will determine the continuity and sustainability of a company or business in a volatile business environment. E-Commerce Readiness can be evaluated based on Technology Readiness, Organizational Readiness, and Environmental Readiness. Not all perspectives are taken into consideration in making decisions about the implementation or improvement of E-Commerce in the pandemic period. Technology Readiness is seen as the most significant impact on a company's ability to cope with volatility, while Environmental Constraints encourage businesses to adopt E-Commerce and take it to the next level. On the other hand, Organizational Readiness has no effect on the E-Commerce readiness of the company because the company or organization does not consider this aspect.

본 연구에서는 Fly ash로 매립된 지반에서 쇄석다짐말뚝을 적용하여 지반개량 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 지반조사 및 콘 관입시험을 통해 Fly ash 매립층의 심도, 강도정수를 산정한 후 STONE C 프로그램을 이용해 개량된 지반의 강도정수 및 이론식을 이용해 대상지반의 지지력과 침하량을 예측하였다. 현장에서 실시한 평판재하시험 결과 쇄석다짐말뚝으로 시공된 Fly ash 지반의 지지력은 설계하중을 상회하였으며, 침하량은 모두 기준치 이내로 만족하였다. 시공 후 콘관입시험에 의한 개량효과를 확인한 결과 GCP시공에 따른 복합지반 형성 및 주변지반의 밀도증가에 따라 콘 관입저항치($q_c$)는 250%~500%가량 증가된 것으로 나타나 Fly ash매립지에서 쇄석다짐말뚝의 지반개량효과가 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

A fundamental concepts of business environment changes and the importance of stakeholder's value creation is changing in the business. This study ISO9004: 2009 quality management system of Category 5: Strategy and Policy, Category 10: improvement, innovation and learning (Note) SBK target was to develop a model that is the company's sustained success. Three concepts of the new revision of ISO9004" in response to environmental changes," "learning", "innovation" (Note) SBK applied to the project settings and talent establish long-term vision was to establish the process as the organization's learning content was TDR for the creation of exceptional and innovative programs were introduced. As a result, (Note) SBK three years of continuous business performance indicator has grown dramatically to more than 50% continued success is going to create business models. But 100 years to accomplish the vision, ISO9004 model needs to extends the entire category as a management system to achieve the optimization needed.

For a recent most companies to make efficient business management, we are using a groupware service of integrated information system of the entire group. Groupware service integrates the cooperation in excellent synergy and duplicates has been business functions of the business, through the improvement of multi-purpose business processing capacity, there is an advantage of reduced operating costs. However, if the parent company and subsidiary, or to handle common tasks such information agency, which may cause differences in the format of the data passed in the case of a need to provide a document. Therefore, in this paper, in order to solve the heterogeneity problem in data between groups, the data system of the hub base of the cloud is provided. The proposed system is intended to improve the groupware environment including the interoperability of integrated standardized environmental data sharing service.

As environmental issues have been become critical concerns of business, many domestic small and medium enterprises(SME's) are rapidly accepting environmental management systems(EMS) that confirm ISO 14001 guidelines. The purpose of this paper is to present the results of an empirical study carried out on a sample of certified SME's with the aim of identifying obstacles encountered in adopting ISO 14001 standards and the impact of environmental systems on corporate performance after implementation of the ISO 14001 registration process. Data from this study show that the vast majority of respondents reported environmental improvements related to the implementation of an ISO 14001 EMS, especially in the area of employees' participation of the environmental management and responsibilities for reducing negative impacts, energy and resource conservation, materials reuse, and raising top management commitment. The greatest obstacles for implementing the ISO 14001 standard are lack of cooperation and a scarcity of resources such as personnel, money, and time. Results of this study serve as a reference point understanding the problems in the implementation of ISO 14001 in other small and medium firms.

With the increasing use of chemicals in domestic businesses, the possibility of fire explosion and poisonous material leakage accidents is also increasing. Accordingly, the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) has implemented the process safety management (PSM) system for a long time. However, process safety report submission has been providing and operating e-PSM since 2016 to address these problems as it is difficult to increase budget spending due to the need for professional capabilities and commissioning the report to consulting institutions. Therefore, this study conducts questionnaires on whether e-PSM system that is well utilized in the field, focusing on existing PSM business sites. In order to find out the activation method that can solve the deficiency factors by analyzing various inconveniences and problems accurately, we propose three improvement methods as educational aspect, promotional direction of e-PSM system, and institutional aspect.
