When the wireless PKI is applied to 3G/4G mobile network which requires mutual authentication among all entities, the wired PKI procedure is not feasible for validating visited network's certifications because of the wireless environmental limitations. Also, if we depend on WAP based PKI, we cannot support confidence about certification validation since the information offered from visited network is not authenticated. Therefore, in this paper we consider various and unique characteristics of mobile environment for certification validation at 3G/4G mobile networks based on wireless PKI and then propose two certification validation procedures.

Issuance of certification and licensing for toxicologists authorized by the Japanese Society of Thxicology (JST) became effective on July 24, 1997. The certification system consists of examination, eligibility requirements for the applicants, authorization/license by the board of trustees of JST, and the re-certification of previously authorized qualification. In the last 2-3 years, about 30-40% of candidates for the examination have succeeded. The Committee has estimated that the level of the examination would be sufficient to determine qualified toxicologists. This updated status and a detailed explanation are to be presented at the workshop. In global terms, the JST special committee agrees that "harmonization of certification/registration procedure for qualified toxicologists means to ensure/set the minimum requirement for the global authorization of qualified toxicologists". The following items in global authorization are ad-dressed for further discussion: (1) What's the benefit\ulcorner (2) Toxicological safety assessment standards, and (3) the JST position for authorization.orization.

Many countries have run their own certification systems in order to reduce the environmental loads from buildings. Domestically, various systems are applied according to building types from Building Energy Efficiency Rating System since 2001 to Green Home Construction Standard and Performance since 2009. However, these systems provide the applicants with confusion and waste by exposing them to several systems simultaneously, some of which are mandatory. Therefore, this study aims to ensure the flexibility among those systems and eliminate the possible waste by suggesting mutual accreditation method of evaluation results. To achieve this purpose, firstly, the thirteen similar evaluation items are identified between Housing Performance Grading Indication System and Green Building Rating System. Then, the mutual accreditation method is developed by comparing detailed evaluation criteria and credits for those thirteen items.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

국내 건설산업은 에너지와 자원의 사용 및 오염물질 배출과 같은 환경 부담을 줄이고 쾌적한 환경을 조성하기 위한 목적으로 건축물의 환경성을 평가하는 녹색건축 인증제도를 시행하고 있다. 하지만 인증획득 절차의 시간이 오래 걸리고 과정이 복잡하며 인증 항목별로 자재의 경제성을 고려할 수 없는 점으로 인해 실무에서는 인증에 어려움을 겪는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 녹색건축인증의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 녹색건축 인증제도 인증 항목 중 실내공기 오염물질 저방출 제품의 적용을 그 대상으로 하고 생애주기비용 개념을 고려하여 자재 데이터베이스를 구축하였으며 경제성 평가의 최적화 기법으로는 유전 알고리즘을 활용하여 최적의 자재를 선정할 수 있는 경제성 평가모델을 개발하였다. 이를 실제 비주거용 건축물 사례에 적용하여 기존 비용과 비교한 결과 평균 74.5 %의 비용 절감률을 나타내어 본 모델을 녹색건축인증에서 경제적 효율성이 있는 도구로써 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

While prior work has noted the importance of knowledge creation in gaining competitive advantages, much less is understood about why firms do not actually use what they create. Building upon institutional approaches to organization studies, we offer a new framework to explain the gap between knowledge creation and utilization. We test our framework in an empirical context of sustainable innovation and environmental technologies where ideas of environmental sustainability have recently gained public popularity and shaped how interested audiences make evaluative assessments of firms. In such a context, firms are apt to perceive the social attention toward sustainability to be a normative pressure, which causes them to create new knowledge and develop technologies consistent with the pressure. Using data from the government-initiated certification system for green technologies, our study finds that firms do not always fully implement new environmental technologies they develop in response to the certification program, the situation we refer to as knowledge decoupling. We also examine a set of conditions under which knowledge decoupling becomes more or less amplified. Taken together, our findings show how a firm's knowledge creation and utilization is shaped by its external institutional environment as well as internal learning processes.

As more serious environmental problems of buildings, many researchers have recognized the importance of preserving the environment where we live as well as a necessity of developing architecture with eco-environmentally. As a result, our country and some advanced countries have tried to solve these problems in that developed green building assessment tools for estimating environmental performance of buildings. Among many kinds of buildings, hospital which have been relation with human beings has been laking in basic raw materials of researching hospital's environment. Especially, there are few materials about indoor environment of hospital. So, the facilities of patients not only have to depend on the quality of natural environment but be also taken into account of patients. The purpose of this study is to prepare the basic data to develop the items of indoor environmental assessment for hospital to improve the quality of hospital's indoor environment. To come to a conclusion, we used a method of comparing domestic green building certification criteria, LEED v.2.2 and GBTool 2005. Then, we analyzed them for the case studies. Consequently, we could grasp basic data to assist in effecting domestic green building certification criteria for hopital. Furthermore, we have made a progressive research about setting grades of it.

Today, as a globalization continues and international trading blocks are formed, world markets are intensely competitive and abound in product variety, volume, complexity and environment. An environmental management system comprises the environmental elements of the overall management system. The basic input to a management system is information from stake holders, the operational system and the environment, the outputs are decisions and informations. Specifically, green comsumer's needs and expectations are changing and diversifying, resulting in a changed global environment for industry. Due to these changes, many companies are striving to achieve the ISO 14000 environmental management system certification. In this paper, I will present the strategy of environmental management, system strategy and continue to build a unique environmental management system by analyzing companies that will be achieved the ISO 14000 certification. After companies establish an ISO 9000 quality system these companies should focus on improve toward their own quality systems and continue to build ISO 14000.
