Current principles of designating a smoking area within a non-smoking area rely on mere compartmentalization. This causes non-smokers aversion against smokers and smokers complaints about anti-smoking policies, which means both of them are not satisfied with the current scheme. In addition, such a system, far from the original intent of the law, does not provide appropriate respect for people's rights. The biggest problem of the current scheme is that smoking areas are not separated from non-smoking areas. Japan has continued installing independent smoking areas since 2002 and witnessed a decrease in the smoking rate. The country's success is attributable to: the state's active intervention in connection with enterprises; continuous environmental improvements and creation of goods; 'smoking etiquette' campaigns; and the sociality and group consciousness of Japanese people. It is recognized that the synergy of the designation of independent smoking areas and such multi-faceted efforts has led to the nation's accomplishment. Hence, it is required to install independent smoking areas in non-smoking areas in Seoul in order to respect the rights of smokers and non-smokers and resolve conflicts between them. It is not suitable to merely model after Japan's case, however, studies and guidelines that are tailored to Korea's own environment and social atmosphere are required. To ensure that the people recognize the necessity for smoking areas, a social consensus is formed and proper smoking areas are established in a systemic manner, a system for that purpose should connote a symbol of the social consensus and consequent guidelines should take physical elements, human activities and semantic assignment into consideration. This study aims to present basic guidelines to install separated smoking areas, which will keep distance between smokers and non-smokers, form a social consensus and establish a sound smoking culture. These would ensure that the rights of both smokers and non-smokers are fully respected and that government policies are trusted by the people.
The conventional boundaries between art and technology are being torn down by the development of science in the 21st century. It is fulfilling the convergence to emphasize two-way communication. This research is to study the aesthetic experience of the space design which appeared in the playful space of art and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression and characteristics of the art and technology applied for the playful space, to present the intrinsic value of aesthetic experience, and finally to focus on the necessity of aesthetic experience in modern society. In the Playful space of art and technology, research methods and settings of the range to study the aesthetic experience are as follows: First, establish a theoretical consideration about the concept and characteristics of the aesthetic experience, based on Philosophical theories. Second, analyze the meaning of art and the expression elements and characteristics by using technology. Third, discuss the concept of play and features of aesthetic experience in the playful space. Fourth, investigate analysis of the case studies, focused on the architecture and space design announced through the media recently. Finally, proposes the value for the applicability of aesthetic experience that appears playful space works affect us. In response to the development of IT technology in the 21st century and the advancement of the public human rights consciousness, it has become necessary to continuously evolve the office environments to support the changes of organizational structure and work methods of the police investigation departments. As a facility standard, continuous researches on standardized design space models and guidelines of the police investigation departments are needed. In respond to the organizational changes for the convenience of the working police investigators and the protection of the human rights of the visiting public, the environmental improvement projects for the office of the investigation department of the police stations are going on since 2014. In this study, analyzation and verification of the 3 cases of pilot projects for the improvement of police investigation departments would be done, based on the policy research project in 2014: 'the standard design direction of police officers for the protection of human rights and benefit of police investigation process.' The purpose of this study is, first of all, the actual situation survey for presenting the standard design space model and guidelines of investigation department of the police department. Secondly, the validation of the spatial model adequacy for for the past 3 years' case study of the police investigation department's environmental improvements by the application of standardized design space models and guidelines. The result of this study would be to enable the more effective police department investigation environment improvement policy by presenting the standard design space models and guidelines of the investigation departments of the police facilities.
As men have started to show more desire to express themselves through clothing and accessories also they learn by themselves and take diverse experiences about fashion. At the same time, men's fashion-consciousness is growing together. The role of male consumers' is becoming significant in the fashion market, and there has been more research on their clothes and fashion is increasing, however research on the male casual clothing for their 30~49 years old group is still insufficient. This study aims to examine the casual brands for men in their 30~40s and their characteristics among other men's brands recently appearing in Korea. The results of the study found: first, regarding the questionnaire to give men's casual brand names, 30s males' answers showed clearer recognition about the casual brand than those of 40s males. secondly, the factors affecting attitude of male consumers' towards casual brands are designed 'aesthetics', 'surroundings' and 'price', and the men in their 40s put more important than men in their 30s on 'aesthetics' and 'surroundings'. third, when men were actually buying casual brand, they then took five characteristic factors into account namely: 'the external environment', 'functionality' design 'aesthetics', 'symbolic' and 'price'. Men in their 30s did not show much difference in actual purchase characteristics in regards for the brand factors but men in their 40s showed interest when asked about 'buying product with noticeable brand logo or trademark' item among 'symbolic' factors than men in their 30s (p< .01 of significant difference).
This study investigates the impact of International Monetary Fund(IMF) Age on the household behavior of food consumption and analysis the related factors(demographic variables, family life style) to find out the reasonable consumer's consciousness and food market conditions. The results are as follows. 1. General life style and food life style, considered as family life style, were classified into 7 types and 9 types respectively as family life style by factor analysis. 2. The rationality of using and disposing stage on food life has increased, the rationality of the planning stage on food life has decreased since the IMF age began. But the rationality of overall food consumption has hardly changed. 3. The amount of purchasing was decreased, discount store was favorite place to buy food, and safety and freshness were major determinants in purchasing for most of food items. But this was different with food items. The various information sources were used impartially to buy food, cash was used mainly, and the degree of using the discount ticket/coupon was a little low. 4. Income level is an influential factor on the rationality of the planning and purchasing stage on food life, while environment-oriented food life style has influenced on the rationality of using and disposing stage. The purchasing amount of grain products, meats, milk products, bread and snacks, drinks, alcoholic drinks, water and convenience goods has influenced by demographic variables, eating out had been influenced by general life styles, and fruits, healthy foods, processed foodstuffs, favorite foods, vegetables seaweeds, import foods and seafood had been mainly influenced by food life style since IMF age began.
Some radiology majors at three-year colleges in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-Do Province were selected for the research. The survey was conducted by explaining its objectives and distributing the self-administered questionnaires from March 7 to 30, 2011; then, the final analysis was carried out on 122 copies, drawing the following conclusions : 1) 31.1% of the radiology majors were motivated to enter their department by good employment after graduation, and 37.7% were getting information from their parents or relatives in selecting their major. 2) The majority of the respondents wanted to get a job in a big city after graduation on the basis of good pay. 3) Department selection was significantly affected by transportation, department and school image, and school facilities, and the effects were higher among females. 4) Department satisfaction was significantly affected by professor satisfaction, prospects for the department, and support for employment activities, and the effects were higher among females. 5) School satisfaction was significantly affected by satisfaction with school selection decision, good selection, and school environment, and the effects were higher among females. 6) Females were found to have higher professional consciousness as a radiologist, showing statistically significant differences: "the occupation as a radiologist will continue to be developed" at $3.97{\pm}.837$ for males and at $4.55{\pm}.663$ for females and "the occupation as a radiologist is stable and will be help get a life-long job" at $3.82{\pm}.9.08$ for males and at $4.41{\pm}.787$ for females.
본 연구는 기존의 건설기업 정보화 수준평가 관련 연구에서 나타나고 있는 연구의 한계점과 건설기업 정보화 특성을 고려하여 건설기업의 경영목표에 따라 정보화 수준을 측정할 수 있는 모형을 설계하였다. 세부적으로 건설기업의 업무특성과 새로운 건설 정보화 수준 평가모형 개발을 위한 요구사항을 정리하고, 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 정보화 수준 평가모형의 구성요소 및 측정방법을 설계하였다. 개발된 건설기업 정보화 수준모형은 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이 방법과 함께 국내 200개 건설기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 방법을 통하여 정보화 수준평가 모형의 적합성(신뢰성 및 타당성)을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설기업의 경영목표를 개선하기 위한 정보화 추진전략을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
The rental housing has played a key role to supply a decent living space for the low-income households. The owner of the rental housing should maintain and manage the building physical condition. On the other hand, rents should use the housing without any damage and pay a certain fare for the rent. A rent is classified into two types : private and public. The public rent is mainly to supply a living space for non-available home owner with a low-rent fare. Many of public rent are built and supplied by the public institution or local government. The supplier would take a responsibility to maintain the building and components, reflected by the maintenance plan and repair scope. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time in building components of the public rental housing such as lighting, electrical cable, paintings and etc.. The repair time is analyzed with three calculation methods which are solved by the probability and empirical approach. Results are as follows : First, the repair time of the electrical facilities are maintained with 11yr, 10yr and 7 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent respectively. The roof proof has a repair time with 14yr, 11yr and 8 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent housing respectively. Second, Most of the components has a prior length of the repair time in permanent, public and redevelopment rent sequently. There is a difference in repair time according to the rental types. Therefore, it would continue to research the difference in aspect of the living style, building physics, living consciousness and etc.
The methodology of the Oriental philosophy is deductive and that of the of Occidental philosophy is inductive. Therefore study on the Oriental philosophy must start from right comprehension of fundamental premise before detailed analysis. The writer studied the meaning of the cosmology which forms the basis of Sa-sang constitutional philosophy and the propriety of visceral assignment by Sa-sang constitution which forms the theoletiacal basis of Sa-sang constitutional medicine. The results are following ; 1. The cosmology of Lee jae-ma has the existent principle but don't have the side of the formative principie. 2. The cosmology of Lee jae-ma is not that searchs for the objective rule of nature but that centers around a human being by subjective understanding system. 3. The cosmology consists of four elements, that is mind(心), body(身), events(事), and nature(物). Among them mind and body means a human being, nature means the natural environment containing time and space, events means not that of nature but that of human being. 4. The mind and body as Yin-yang(陰陽) means the state which objects and self become one. 5. The mind as the Great-Absolute(太極) has the possibility of two interpretation, Firstly it means the state of the source of life which nature and human being become one, and secondly it means that the mind of a human being becomes the cosmos or the center of the cosmos. 6. In the visceral assignment by Sa-sang constitution the position of heart, the Great-Absolute in center is immanent within four viscera and the function of it is that the undifferentiated unitary organic body, after it is diffrentiated still serves as the unitary organic whole by mutual connection, adjustment, unification and supervision. 7. The Great-Absolute in center is divided into the Great-Absolute of mind and that of body. And the Great-Absolute of body consists of the heart and the system of blood vessel, that of mind means the self-consciousness(自我).
Purpose: In this study, we revealed the influence of customer buying factors in the purchase process of eco-friendly product. Especially, we focused on the information acquisition, alternative evaluation, and after-purchase activity process based on Korea-China customer's survey. Methods: In the information acquisition process, we investigate the channels of information acquisition about eco-friendly product, a reliability of information, and an impediment of acquiring product information. At the stage of alternative evaluation, we extract various causes that affects pre-purchasing process and perform the AHP analysis to identify critical causes. At last, we compare several factors which affects before and after purchasing process. Results: Especially, an average utilization and cognition score of eco-friendly products of Chinese consumers is higher than Korean consumers' score. In addition, critical buying factors of Korean consumers are a product quality, an evaluation of existing users. However, that of Chinese consumers are safety of products and environmental benefits of products. Conclusion: In recent years, as the rapid economic development of China, environment pollutions like heavy smog and yellow dust have been occurred frequently. In that manner, Chinese consumer's environmental consciousness is rapidly increasing; not only try to be active participant in eco-friendly activities, but also eco-friendly purchasing activities. In addition, Chinese consumers recognize eco-friendly products as good products made with advanced technology.
