A school building complex means building both the learning spaces of students and convenience space of community within school lands. The projects have has a positive effect on saving the national budget as well as expanding the learning spaces. The absence of standard agreement contracted through discussion of participants, however, has made many problems in the operated projects. Through analysis on the previous researches and conference, the paper finds main problems discussed in the operating step. And, the feasibility study is carried out in order to analyze the appropriateness of on the existing agreements on the problems. Finally, the paper presents the standard agreement for the school building complex projects. The practitioners can prevent the existing problems from new projects through using the proposed agreement. Furthermore, it is expected that the school building complex projects will be activated.

In this study, we propose an integrated CAD(Computer Aided Design) library database in a heterogeneous commercial ECAD(Electronic CAD) environment. To effectively solve engineering problems focused on BOM data extraction we use a software system called schematic capture and company-wide standard electronic part information loaded on different commercial ECADs. We unify many commercial ECADs into one schematic capture and a variety of PCB(Printed Circuit Board) design tools. For this purpose we develope a model for linking CAD symbol library with company-wide standard part information. We also develope a schematic design data conversion scheme and show how to extract PBA level BOM data using our customized schematic capture. This system is being operated in an X-Window based engineering work station and commercial RDBMS base.

The Environmental Site Assessment System(ESAS) in Korea which became effective as of 2002 is very similar to the ASTM standard practice in United States. Unlike the United States, however, we do not have Phase I ESA, enough environmental professionals with approved training and practical experiences, and detailed guidelines for a governmental action. As a result of comparison the ESAS with the ASTM standard practice, the ASTM standard practice is focused on the Innocent Landowner Defense and has a difference in data search process as well as legal and methodological ways from the ESAS. Therefore, the Transaction Screen Process in ASTM E-1528 standard practice is suggested to reduce the risk potentially produced under on-site assessment and to achieve efficient on-site assessment. In addition, social and executive supports are discussed to more activate on-site assessment. In near future this study is expected to be standardized more in detail with activation of on-site assessment and it is also expected to increase the role and responsibility of environmental professionals considerably.

Scanners play an important role in digitally reproducing the color and imaging of original documents used in public offices; however, the current system lacks a standard for digitized documents created by scanners, complicating efforts to create a digitized system. In particular, macrography cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability of digitalized color documents, pictures, and photographs created by scanners. To this end, we develop a standardized evaluation tool and test target to certify digitalized documents created by a scanner in the domestic environment. In this study, we enhance the accuracy and reliability of scanned data to create an advanced standard evaluation tool for scanners. Moreover, to produce a scanner certification standard, we overcome existing problems related to the growing market. We anticipate that this new standard will see a high degree of application in the current environment.

This study was surveyed to investigate the condition and satisfaction of foodservice environment. the survey was conducted based on an instrument which was developed by reviewing previous research. The instrument was provided to 57 nutritionists at the elementary schools in Taegu area, and its contents include the standard and relevance of kitchen center, the layout type and the standard of satisfaction for the cooking equipment, washing machine, kitchen table and kitchen facilities. Data obtained from survey were analyzed by SAS. These results show that the combination layout type among four types of cooking center in the arrangement gives the highest standard of satisfaction to nutritionists. The amounts of equipment holding are related to its arrangement in the standard of satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was to construct an efficient management system in developing and supplying a 'management standard diagnostic table' for the improvement of chestnut cultivation farmhouse. 'Chestnut management standard diagnostic table' were based from the actual condition of chestnut management in Chungcheongnam-do, selected 'appraisal factor item and by consulting 'agricultural plant standard diagnostic table' and various kinds of data which had already been developed. This research also consulted the classification systems and degree of importance. The developed 'Chestnut management diagnostic table' consisted of 3 first classified items, 19 second classified items and 2 product indicator items.

Based on air quality monitoring data('89~'97) operated by the Department of Environment, we provide various fundamental statistics for ground ozone. The purpose of this paper are to review the national ambient ozone standard, to study spatial distribution of ozone. Since we, in Korea, calculate average ozone level, to examine the occurrences of ozone level 3 times a day (1~8, 9~16, 17~24 hours), the method does not seem to be scientifically sound comparing to a running average method adapted by the USEPA. When we counted the number of cases with 8-h average O3 level exceeding 60ppb(8-h average standard in Korea)and 80 ppb (that in the U.S.A) and also when we calculated 8-hour average ozone level based on th US method, some regions were classified as non-attainment areas. Especially in Seoul, results of spatial distribution analysis showed that high level ozone over 80 ppb was observed at Kuui-Dong and Pangi-Dong in the eastern part and at Ssangmun-Dong in the northeastern part. Also, occurrences of ozone episode defined as number of days then ozone level exceeding 80 ppb for 3 consecutive hours were extensively reviewed in this paper.

After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.

Noise and vibration problems at the construction site, expansion of construction scale and frequency of urban construction is increased, has given the damage to local residents. Also, the result of civil complaint about noise and vibration that occurred in 2011 was 56,244; it is showing an increasing trend of more than 4% annually. In particular, the construction noise and vibration, the civil complaints of around construction site accounts for 64.6%(36,353), are harmful to the tranquility of living environment. As a result, the government has managed to strengthen the regulatory standard of construction noise (65dB(A), Day-time) from 2011. However, the regulatory standard of construction noise and vibration does not meet and also complaints related the construction noise and vibration not decreased. Because the management system can be applied to the construction site is insufficient and a shortage of manpower. In this study, investigated the status and problems of the regulatory standards related to construction noise and vibration, we propose an efficient management plan of construction noise and vibration.
