With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, companies pursue innovation and opportunities, and corporate performance is also newly defined. As a result, the demand for new leadership is stronger. This paper conducted an empirical analysis to examine the role of team efficacy between entrepreneurial leadership and team performance. Using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 Statistics Package, 530 members in 79 work teams in China collected data was analyzed. The results showed that entrepreneurial leadership has a positive (+) effect on team performance, and team efficacy has a partial mediating effect between entrepreneurial leadership and team performance. This study deepened the understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and revealed the importance of entrepreneurial leadership in organizations. Future research can focus on multi-level research involving self-efficacy and individual entrepreneurial intent.
This study aimed to examine relationships between founders' entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior, team boundary spanning, and perceived performance in early-stage startups. The following results were recorded: (i) the indirect effects of entrepreneurial leadership on perceived performance via team learning behavior were statistically significant (β=.309, p<.05). (ii) relationships between team learning behavior and perceived performance were strengthened by team boundary spanning behavior (β=.259, p<.05). In this study, three practical implications are provided as follows: (i) startups need to seek team learning readiness and external learning stimulus to facilitate generative and transformative team learning; (ii) accelerators need to develop an entrepreneurial leadership program for founders; and (iii) startups need to explore external information by interacting with investors, R&D institutions, and other startups to strengthen the impact of team learning behavior on performance. Furthermore, two directions for future research are suggested as follows: (i) future researchers need to test causal relationships between entrepreneurial leadership and team learning behavior based on a newly designed time-series measurement plan; (ii) the actual effects of entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior and team boundary spanning on financial performance need to be tested two or three years later when the financial performance of early-stage startups usually becomes evident.

The results show that hackaton program has significant impact on the willingness of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the entrepreneurship education through team learning positively influences the effectiveness of team learning and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship curriculum. To do this, we analyzed the questionnaire data of 149 students who took the entrepreneurship course that was conducted by the team learning method focused on problem solving task among the entrepreneurship courses opened in the venture autonomous major. First, we examined the effect of team learning effectiveness and entrepreneurial education satisfaction on the effectiveness of the team learning by individual's intention for startup, diversity of team members, and supporting activities of assistants as independent variables. For this, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine whether independent variables influenced the effectiveness of team learning, and whether the effectiveness of team learning mediates between these independent variables and entrepreneurial education satisfaction. The results of this study support the hypothesis that supporting activities of assistants will influence team learning effectiveness. However, the hypothesis that individual's intention for startup or team diversity influences team learning effectiveness was rejected. On the other hand, the results of the regression analysis show that individual's intention for startup has a significant effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. In addition, the effectiveness of team learning was found to be influential on the educational satisfaction, and it was verified that the effectiveness of team learning was mediating between the supporting activities of assistants and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. Especially, as a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the significance of the supporting activities of assistants decreased remarkably. This suggests that the mediating path that affects the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education is very meaningful through the effectiveness of the team learning although the supporting activities of assistants are partially mediated. As a result of this study, it was found that the supporting activities of assistants are important in the team learning entrepreneurship education and it is also confirmed that the individual's intention for startup is also important. Especially, supporting activities of assistants were found to be an important factor affecting the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education through the effectiveness of team learning. Therefore, I think that it is essential to designing a practical education course that meets individual's intention for startup in the entrepreneurship education of university students and networking with the participation of internal and external experts or entrepreneurs. In addition, I think that it is necessary to think more thoughtfulness about the composition of team members in the team learning, and to provide more meticulous support to the effectiveness of the team learning.
This study analyzed how the entrepreneurial orientation of Korean CEO influenced to the performance of companies in entertainment business. The research verified the direct influence that the entrepreneurial orientation of entertainment business affected the companies' performance, and examined the diversity of TMT and the control effect of corporate governance. This study contributed to previous researches in two ways. The first, the study verified the concept of entrepreneurial orientation on entertainment business which was only focused on manufacturing or IT industry although the entrepreneurial orientation received attention as a significant research issue on middle and small venture businesses. Second, the research also verified the characteristics of CEO and executives bringing the concept of TMT's diversity in entertainment companies which were dependent on person's capacity. As a result of the research, the entrepreneurial orientation (innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) of entertainment entrepreneurs led to a positive effect on financial performance. The research showed that the more TMT was diverse or ownership oriented management, the more broadened the positive effects.
Many researchers conducted studies on the relationship between entrepreneur's characteristic, capability, strategy and performance of new venture. However, the development of scientific technique and the complexity of the business environment have stimulated entrepreneurial teams rather than individuals. Therefore, the necessity of theoretical and practical study on the effect of the characteristics of an entrepreneurial team on the new venture companies was suggested. Initial research on entrepreneurial team diversity has primarily addressed the impact of demographic diversity on performance. In order to verify the research model of this study, 287 delegates of new venture companies that participated in the projects at the 18 Centers for Creative Economy & Innovation in 17 regions of the country conducted validity and reliability test based on the questionnaire to which they answered. The result shows that only gender diversity among demographic diversity affected non-financial performance. Information diversity influenced career diversity on financial performance and diversity in education on non-financial performance. Also, the higher the previous sharing experience, the better the financial performance. Value diversity has negative effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications are derived. Also suggested are methodological limitations and future research directions.

Purpose: This study aims to clarify the concept of entrepreneurial leadership by reviewing the relevant existing studies, and to examine changes in entrepreneurial leadership research through review and statistical analysis on the articles published in Korean and international journals. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Among the papers published between 2010 and 2020, 8 Korean studies and 42 international studies (UK and US) that clearly identify entrepreneurial leadership as research topic were analyzed. Results: Examinations on the yearly trends, keywords, and research methods reveal that research on entrepreneurial leadership is increasing recently with the emphasis on the statistical analysis. Keyword analysis shows high frequency of team and innovation for domestic research, while overseas research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and gender associated keywords. Conclusions: This study has confirmed that overseas studies employ various methodologies, focusing on statistical analysis and that the effect of entrepreneurial leadership are in progress. For domestic cases, studies on entrepreneurial leadership are limited in number. Research topics and methods are areas that need further improvements. Research on entrepreneurial leadership has recently begun, requiring diversity in the subjects and methods for future development

University Students go through the development process of expertise in a single field based on theoretical knowledge they have learned in the university. Their plans to develop their careers could lead to a shift in business as they choose to find jobs and start businesses throughout their lives. The attitude of career decision making process has been changed from learning in the form of receiving and memorizing existing knowledge to learning in a more proactive and autonomous manner, and there is a growing need for informal learning. In this study, the informal learning is investigated to clarify the impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. New implications are deduced by the introduction of start-up business to the traditional approach based on the employment ability. In addition, the importance of team-work has been increased in the field of eduction and business. The impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention is studied based on the satisfaction level of team-based learning. Survey was conducted on 163 university students in North Chungcheong Province from March to June 2019 and the results of the study were summarized as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the informal learning of university students has a significant impact on their employment competency, but not on their entrepreneurial intention. Second, the employment competencies have perfect mediating effect on the informal learning and the entrepreneurial intention. Third, the satisfaction on the team-based learning did not have a significant impact on the employment competency of university students by informal learning, but it had a positive effect on the dependency between employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. In these days, start-up education at universities has been strengthened. Throughout this research, the need for informal learning is confirmed to enhance the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention of the university education program. In addition, team-based learning is introduced actively to utilize a variety of information from the university students.
We review two specific risk management strategies of venture capitalists (VCs): deal syndication and domain specialization with respect to their explicit role in adjudging and managing the overall magnitude of information asymmetry risks. These are analyzed for three distinct categories of VC firms as classified by their funding stage focus (early vs. late), ownership type (foreign vs. domestic) and the human capital composition of the core VC team (entrepreneurial vs. investor). The analysis is based on both secondary data and primary data for active 72 VC firms in India. Syndication is moderately important for entrepreneurial VC firms, but not at all important for early-stage focused and foreign VC firms. This finding is distinctly different from what has been conventionally observed in the literature. Among the various arenas of domain specialization, high-technology focus is important for all segments of VC firms. In the context of investment-stage focus, foreign VC firms exhibit growth-stage specialization, while entrepreneurial VC firms concentrate on earlier investment stages.

Recent global economic recession and recession of employment have made various efforts to revitalize entrepreneurial ecosystem by presenting entrepreneurial spirit and creative talent development as national top priority strategy in major developed countries. Based on data from the Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report (GETR), which has been conducted by the Venture Small Business Division and the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation since 2015, the study will be conducted by the entrepreneurs of 10 countries in 2015 and 2016 The components of mental ecosystem were compared and verified. The results showed that entrepreneurship education effect and entrepreneurial environment showed positive relationship with entrepreneurship of individual and organization. Also, entrepreneurship education effect, entrepreneurial environment, individual entrepreneurship. On the other hand, organizational entrepreneurship was not found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurial type (livelihood / opportunistic entrepreneurship). In this study, entrepreneurship education as a lifelong education is required in order to enhance entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea and to increase the quality of entrepreneurship which is increasing quantitatively. Finally We emphasizing the importance of creating a favorable entrepreneurial environment and offer some suggestions.
