  • This study has focused on the introduction each stages of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation for an agricultural company's knowledge management & innovation. We have analyzed the company's background and found some conflicts and problems caused by the stockholders while implementing ERP systems. This case study has noted well how an agricultural company including between a provider and a stakeholder could be able to settle the ERP system with an necessary customizing work into the organization. Finally, ROSEPIA's implemented ERP systems have increased not only productivity but also archived the factuality and data reliability. This study give us an implication of how an export oriented and agricultural company, ROSEPIA made its company innovated and run its organizations through knowledge management using its ERP.

  • Recently a variety of companies as the growing importance of big data are in the process of research and development for large-scale data collection and management. In addition, a situation that collects all necessary data inside and outside the enterprise to improve the manufacturing environment and the service environment. In this paper, we collect to ingest the mouth-time work for companies within the temple. Also, in conjunction with the NFC tag of the smart phone and employee information stored in the database. Utilizing this determines whether or not the employee attendance and the authority to automatically access to the database or resource within the enterprise. The proposed system is considered to be able to increase the accessibility and efficiency of a database or a resource in the enterprise.

  • This study is a case study about the Valero Energy Corporation, the largest American independent refinery company, examining the characteristics of human resource management as a union avoidance strategy. The main research questions here are whether union substitution strategy differs clearly from union suppression strategy in the context of Valero Energy. Since the establishment in 1980, the Valero had maintained non-union tradition. The typical examples of human resource management in the non-unionized American companies are easily found in the Valero, such as strong CEO leadership, manpower policy emphasizing corporate culture and teamwork, direct communication between company and individual employees, no lay-off policy and no outsourcing policy of HRM, salary level around average of industry and best level of fringe benefits in the industry, non-union tradition and well-functioned alternative dispute resolution system and so on. Until now, based on tremendous growth and profitability, the company have applied union substitution method adopted by good companies as concrete method of union avoidance strategy instead of union suppression method that marginal enterprise prefers.

  • Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

  • To promote the efficiency of production process of small and medium sized company, government conducts production information business that collects and analyzes information of production field automatically and helps process' controlling and supervising by supporting costs of purchase, installment, etc. of hard-software and network related to middle and small sized company intending e-Manufacturing of production field with computer and information & communication network. As a result, the number of middle and small sized companies that introduce and manage production information system is increased. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to arrange contents of production information system introduced to solve current problems of middle and small sized companies and analyze effects of small and middle sized companies' introduction through example companies.

  • Through the recent innovative development of information technology Enterprises have applied ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system to their company for piling up their management system efficiency. At present the range of its application has been expanded to small and medium enterprises gradually since the ERP system was mainly applied to the large companies. Usually the small and medium enterprises have lower understanding for information management system comparatively than for production system and mostly they do not prepare their own efficient information strategies for the future. In this study, as the ERP system can bring the most efficient results in case it is properly applied to the character of their company we will analyze the character of small and medium enterprises and suggest an appropriate and efficient ERP application strategy to their management system.

However, sustainable management of social enterprises is very difficult in a rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, for the sustainable management of social enterprise, it is assumed that the duty efficiency of the members of the social enterprise is most important in the limited resource environment, and that the social entrepreneur can increase the efficiency of the work by giving delegation to the members. Therefore, this study investigates how social entrepreneurs influence on the job efficiency of members when giving psychological empowerment to members of social enterprise based on social entrepreneurship. When giving empowerment leadership to members, And it has a significant effect on job efficiency.

A Study on the Effect of ICT Enterprise Executives Affect Organizational Performance and the Consistency of the Values of Members

  • We examined the mediating effect of the consistency of the values of organizational members on the relationship between the values of IT enterprise executives and organizational performance. Hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, which were set up to achieve the purpose of this study, were verified as follows. First, Hypothesis 1 proposed that the values of management will have a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, Hypothesis 2 proposed that the values of management are likely to have a positive effect on the consistency of the values of organizational members. Third, Hypothesis 3 proposed that the consistency of the values of organizational members will have a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. We found that the consistency of the values of organizational members has a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was adopted. Fourth, the consistency of the values of the organizational members proved that the organizations with high consistency of values performed well by mediating the values and organizational performance of management. In other words, according to the values of the management, we can improve an organization's sustainability management system by increasing the value of organizational performance and the values of organizational members. Therefore, we must establish plans that can be shared systematically and strategically about the values of management. In addition, the consistency of the values of organizational members has a direct or indirect influence on improving organizational performance. Therefore, we need to systematically derive and improve various factors that can increase the consistency of the values of organizational members in terms of strategic human resource management, such as organizational vision, core values, talent awards, selection process, and motivation. Therefore, the greatest significance of this study is in its theoretical and practical implications for increasing the sustainability management system by using the influence of the executives' can do to further improve the organizational performance.

  • Recently, studies about process mining for creating and analyzing business process models from log data have received much attention from BPM (Business Process Management) researchers. Process mining is a kind of method that extracts meaningful information and hidden rules from the event log of enterprise information systems such as ERP and BPM. In this paper, repair processes of electronic devices are analyzed using ProM which is a process mining tool. And based on the analysis of repair processes, the method for finding major failure patterns is proposed by multi-dimensional data analysis beyond simple statistics. By using the proposed method, the reliability of electronic device can be increased by providing the identified failure patterns to design team.
