In order to promptly cope with the various requirements of consumers, the environment of product development is being globalized in manufacturing industrials. For this reason, it is necessary to build up an efficient collaborative system for communication between remote area designers. Specially, while Internet and information technologies were merged with the manufacturing or business process, the research for collaborative system has become an important issue. Therefore, we propose a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework using SPS(SharePoint Portal Server) which is an enterprise business solution that integrates information from various system into one solution through single sign-on and enterprise application integration capabilities, with flexible deployment options and management tool. Through a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework, designers can share knowledge assets and have a remote conference with others via web.

E-commerce and business information systems are being introduced in most of enterprises with the development of internet recently. Meanwhile the introduction of enterprise portal concepts and the enterprise informatization provide a necessary premise for insuring a competitive power. Therefore, it became necessary to research on the project of reusing the data of e-commerce. In this paper, we make a domestic maker the subject and implement a XML based electronic catalog(e-catalog) system for electronic commerce(e-commerce) based on web. The implemented XML based e-catalog system can reduce time and expenses needed for making, keeping and distribution in paper catalog systems. It also can correct the data reuse problems in the e-catalog systems implemented by HTML. Exchanging and reusing data used in e-commerce is essential to the integration between business information systems and points to the enterprise portal.

To protect financial information, financial companies establish strategies and plans for information security, operate information security management systems, establish and operate information security systems, check vulnerabilities, and secure information. This paper aims to present an information security portal system for financial companies that can gain visibility into various information security activities being undertaken by financial companies and can be integrated and managed. The information security portal system systemizes the activities of the information security department, providing an integrated environment for information security activities to participate from CEOs to executives and employees, not just from the information security department. Through this, it can also be used as information security governance that can be used by top executives to reflect information security in corporate management.

기업은 eBusiness를 위하여 다양한 기업 솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 이것은 오히려 업무가 복잡해지는 어려움을 겪게 만들게 되었다. 이로 인해 주목받고 있는 것이 단일화된 게이트웨이를 통해 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 EP(Enterprise Portal)이다. EP의 도입을 통해 기업은 경쟁력 향상과 정보의 지식화, 비용과 시간의 절감 및 직원과 고객 모두에 대한 생산성 향상을 꿰할 수 있다. 본 논문은 UML 모델링을 통한 포털의 설계로부터 플랫폼에 독립적으로 XML 문서를 저장할 수 있는 XML 저장관리시스템을 기반으로 한 B2B XML Portal을 설계하였다.

Performing a survey on the employers of S company that have built an EIP and used it effectively, we examined the priority of success factors that are considered as important ones by managers, general users, and system administrators. Then, we examined whether the priorities are different among the users of EIP according to the job, position, and period of use. Further, we looked into how the past and present EIP system of S company implemented the factors that took the first and the second places in priority for each of the four categories; the category of factors considered at the in of determining whether to build the system, the category of system functions provided in general, the category of functions provided with high priority when the system is used after the building, md the category of factors that make effective use of the system once it is built.

본 논문에서는 연구기관의 포털 사례를 분석하고 지식근로자의 업무처리에 적합한 Enterprise 2.0 기반의 업무맞춤 포털모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 자신의 업무에 정렬된 정보 서비스를 선택, 배치 및 One-Click으로 사용할 수 있는 서브모델을 개발하였다. 현재는 사용자들로부터 사용경험을 수집하는 단계에 있으나 사용경험이 누적되면 제안 모델의 효용성을 분석하고 부족한 점은 보완하여 향후에는 보다 완전한 모델을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

E-Business Platform for SMEs in GMS Countries(GMSEB) is a E-business service portal which based on Yunnan, face to ASEAN, connect with China's mainland. lt is established by Kunming Dongxun Sic&Tech Co.,Ltd and E-Business Centre of Yunnan University of Financial & Economics, who get supports from UNESCAP, Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Provincial and Yunnan SMEs Bureau. The portal will bulid a B2B & B2C E-business and. ASP portal to provide service of e-business and enterprise management informatization according with the different languages and situation to China and GMS countries. The paper starts with analysis of the policy in China of promoting GMS cooperation and exchanges, importance of Yunnan and cultural universality in GMS countries. It expounds the necessity of establishing such a regional e-commerce platform. The project explores how to develop the model of e-business and enterprise management informationization for SMEs under the condition of weak economic strength and scarcity of Information Technology talents. To promote the SMEs in GMS countries participate in the integration with the global economy through the international SMEs'E-business Platform, make a fairly rapid progress by full play to its advantages.

엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to imply for the assessing framework of next generation Enterprise Portals'(EPs) function through the lens of organizational knowledge creation. As the emerging "suite" products such as Smart Enterprise Suite (SES) converges EPs with collaboration and content management, EPs are no longer just a gateway to information and content. EPs are emerging as the center of convergence for many complementary technologies. Considering that this trend is common and knowledge creation is one of key goals of EPs, it is important to assess EPs' function through the knowledge creation process. This paper reviews literatures to set initial assessing elements of EPs' function, then adopts Delphi Technique to prove and categorize the elements according to the knowledge creation process. The samples are consisted of 7 professional knowledge management consultants at Entrue Consulting Partners, LG CNS. This paper may be significant in providing a new vision to the evaluation of EPs by combining a theoretical model with a practical situation.
