Enterprise security management system: Enterprise Security Management (EMS) is centralized integrated management of other kind of security solutions such as intrusion cutoff system, intrusion detection system and virtual private network. With the system, it is possible to establish security policies for entire IT system through interlocking of solutions. A security system of company network is progressing as a ESM(Enterprise Security Management) in existing security solution foundation. The establishment of the security policy is occupying very important area in ESM of the security system. We tried to analyze existing ESM system for this and designed security solution structure for enhancing the inside security. We applied implementing directly IDS system and tested. This test set the focus about inside security

With the paradigm shifting from the principal of manufacturing efficiency to business globalization and rapid adaptation to its environments, more and more enterprises are being virtually organized as manufacturing network of different units in web. The formation of these enterprise called as Virtual Enterprise(VE) is becoming a growing trend as enterprises concentrating on core competence and economic benefit. This paper proposes the cooperation methodology for VEs which can be organized by the selection of manufacturing partners, and managed by the information flow infrastructure.

Economy of Ukraine is characterized by the rapidly increased level of financial failures at a corporate level. Conditions of doing business in Ukraine become tighter year after year and it should motivate the business owners not only to watch more accurately the state in which their business is but also to introduce new, more precise, more tight systems of crisis management and economic security. The experience shows that in order to stay afloat and not to suffer losses companies should pay more attention to different areas of economic security, such as production potential, financial indicators, logistics, staff, etc. For this purpose companies should use a system of valuation of the most important for their activity indicators and transform their values in an integral one in order to use this assessment in making managerial decisions. Such a valuation is one of the components which the article presents. The article also reveals the key points which characterize crisis management as an integral part of enterprise development and economic security. There are specified the essence and problems of crisis management and proposed the ways of raising the level of economic security of a company based on the example of an industrial and commercial enterprise. The key focus of the enterprise's economic security management is defined as constructive responses to threats from the external environment and, as a result, ensuring stable functioning and effective realization of untapped potential in the future. The current assumption is to explain the scheme of strategic management of an industrial and commercial enterprise and to calculate the methodology of an express assessment of the level of enterprise economic security, taking into account the components of crisis management. To assess the level of economic security of the enterprise, it is proposed to use the method of point assessment, which is based on a multi-level system of indicators, which covers the main areas of the enterprise's activity.

급하게 일어나는 인터넷의 활성화는 그 어느 때보다 효율적인 엔터프라이즈 망 운영 방안을 필요로 하고 있다. 효율적인 망 운영을 위해서는 장기간의 트래픽 분석을 통해 망의 특성을 정확히 반영한 운영 정책 적용이 필요하다. 하지만 기존에는 급격하게 증가하는 장기간 트래픽 데이터의 처리가 불가능했고, 다양한 분석 결과를 낼 수 없는 단기간 분석만 이루어졌다. 최근 빅 데이터 분석 플랫폼과 도구의 개발로 인해 장기간 트래픽 분석이 가능하게 되었고, 이를 이용해 망의 특성을 정확히 반영할 수 있는 장기간 트래픽 분석을 통한 엔터프라이즈 망 자원효율화 방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 엔터프라이즈 망에서 발생한 장기간의 트래픽을 수집하고 저장 및 관리하는 방안에 대해 제안한다. 또한 분류기준을 정의하였으며, 수집된 빅 데이터 트래픽을 각 분류 기준으로 분류한 뒤 다각적인 통계 분석을 통해 망 자원을 효율화 하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법을 학내 망에 적용하여 실험하였으며, 통계 분석 결과 시간과 공간, 그리고 사용목적에 따라 Quality of Service(QoS)정책을 달리 적용해야 함을 확인하였다.

The authors of the study highlight the conceptual foundations of the investment mechanism of innovation of enterprises in the context of strategic development. Such indicators of investment attraction for the enterprise as investment attractiveness, investment activity of the enterprise, critical mass of investments, minimum sufficiency of investments and others are singled out. It is proved that the balance of investment resources is facilitated by the action of the investment mechanism of innovation activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of strategic development tasks. Investment processes and their intensification have an impact on the expansion of production capacity of economic entities in strategic development and on improving the efficiency of existing capacities. The investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievement of tasks of strategic development contains system of complex actions which provides: definition of the clear purpose and tasks for the mechanism and achievement of the purposes of the enterprise; assessment of the investment potential of the enterprise; definition of tasks of innovative development of enterprises and investment resources necessary for this purpose, etc. The tasks of the investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of tasks of strategic development and its economic, organizational and information components are singled out, as well as levers of influence and regulators of the investment mechanism of innovation in the enterprise.

The article examines the problems of ensuring the effectiveness of the economic security system in the face of increasing competition. The relevance of the study is determined by the intensification of competition between enterprises and the threats arising from this phenomenon. The methodological basis is the methods used: analysis and synthesis - to identify the main trends in the development of tools for economic security of the enterprise; systematization - to highlight the main characteristics of the economic security of the enterprise in the intensification of competition; generalization - to form the general conclusions of the study. The purpose of scientific research is to substantiate the feasibility of using the tools of the economic security system to increase its efficiency in the face of intensifying competition. The main components of the economic security system of the enterprise, which have the greatest impact on the formation of an effective level of economic security. The defining characteristics of the system of economic security of the enterprise are investigated. Special characteristics of the economic security system of the enterprise are considered. The offered directions of tools of maintenance of system of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions: objective, subjective external, subjective internal. For each area, specific tools for ensuring the system of economic security, which affect its efficiency, have been identified.

In the last decade, the 2.4 GHz band of IEEE 802.11 WLANs has become heavily congested due to the explosive increase in demand of Wi-Fi connectivity. With the current deployment of enterprise WLANs, channel switching mechanism continues to exhibit inefficiencies because it cannot adapt to real-time channel condition and the inability to support seamless channel switching. Software Defined Networking (SDN) as an emerging architecture is promising to introduce flexibility and programmability for wireless network management. Leveraging SDN to existing enterprise WLANs, channel switching method can be improved significantly. This paper presents a software-defined enterprise WLAN framework with a load aware automatic channel switching solution, which utilizes AP load and channel interference factor (CIF) to provide seamless channel switching. Two automatic channel switching algorithms named Single Switch (SS) and Double Switch (DS) are proposed to improve the overall user experience and the experience of users with highest traffic load respectively. Experiment results demonstrate that our solution can efficiently improve user experience in terms of jitter, transmission delay and network throughout when compared to the conventional channel switching mechanism.

A radical environmental change of enterprise and varieties of customer needs demand that the value-added activities of enterprise should be restructured and coordinated. But it is not sufficient that the reengineering processes are restricted withen a firm, so the value-added processes should be expanded into intercompany. The integrated organizational structure between enterprises refer to supply chain network. In this paper we present characteristics, structure concepts, and axiomatic model of supply chain network.

본 연구의 목적은 창업생태계를 네트워크적 측면에서 접근하여 창업자와 투자자의 네트워크에 대한 인식, 특성 등을 분석함으로서 네트워크와 기업간 성과창출과의 상관관계를 파악하는데 있다. 실증분석을 위한 연구 대상으로 정책적인 모범사례로 평가 받고 있는 TIPS사업을 선정하였고 조사 수집된 자료에 대해 소셜 네트워크 분석과 통계분석을 하였다. TIPS사업에 참여하는 창업기업과 투자자의 네트워크의 연결성이 기업의 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제 하에 실시한 분석 결과, 다른 투자자와의 관계가 많을수록, 매개적 위치를 차지하고 있을수록, 다른 투자자들과의 직간접적 연결거리가 짧을수록, 영향력 있는 투자자와 연결되어 있을수록, 연결성이 큰 그룹에 소속되어 있을수록 해당 운영사가 투자한 창업팀의 후속투자 유치 가능성도 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 투자자의 네트워크 연결성이 강할수록 투자자가 투자한 스타트업이 후속투자 유치에 성공하면서 생존, 발전할 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 창업팀과 운영사 모두 투자 유치 또는 기업 발굴 시에 기업과 투자자 간의 내부 인적 네트워크가 중요한 역할을 한다고 생각하고 있었으며, 인적 네트워크 가치가 기업가치 평가나 투자 결정에서 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 생태계 내의 네트워크가 창업기업의 성장에 긍정적인 인식을 통해 네트워크 중심의 생태계 발전방안에 대한 많은 연구가 있기를 기대한다.
