The 'Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' selection system began with the government's selection and announcement of 'Top 100 Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' in 1997 in accordance with Article 6 of the Quality Management and Safety Control of Industrial Products Act and Article 5 (Selection of excellent quality management enterprises, etc.) of the Act's Enforcement Decree. The content of the research and analysis results is summarized as follows: 1. The participation and confidence of enterprises in the differentiation of the assessment system for the excellent quality competitive enterprises selection system is high: from the initial year to the present, 10% of enterprises have participated in the system for over 10 years and since 2000 participating enterprises have been on a steady rise. 2. The distribution of participating enterprises is not limited to any specific region but is spread nationwide, while the participation scale and business types also are being evenly distributed. 3. From the perspective of management performance, as compared with the average of domestic manufacturing businesses or that of U.S. manufacturing businesses, an analysis found that among management results, the excellent quality competitive enterprises achieved far higher sales growth and operating profit rate on sales, however their own capital ratio and debt to equity ratio appeared to be slightly higher.

PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is one of innovative manufacturing paradigms which leverages e-business technologies to allow a company's product content to be developed and integrated with all company business process through the extended enterprise. In these days, most construction companies also make an effort to enhance their systems for creating, sharing and managing information to improve business efficiency through entire lifecycle of project execution. Because of different needs, business process and diverse engineering activities such as design, structural analysis, installing simulation, documents and data managements, a new paradigm for construction companies is needed to manage and share the entire workflow, and information in total project lifecycle. In this paper, we conducted user requirement and business process analysis of constructions to design C-PLM system which is a PLM system for effective management of civil project and engineering activities. Also, we implement C-PLM system based on commercial PDM system, and applied it to civil project as case studies.

Currently, corporations have introduced the knowledge management system that utilizes knowledge effectively for practical purpose and development of core ability. However, existing knowledge systems have failed to share the knowledge content due to lack of elements that encourage the members to participate in the system. In this study, we designed a novel knowledge management system that employs the structure of social network service (SNS). More precisely, screen layout according to function and several algorithms to improve user friendliness and produce integrated knowledge content are recommended. The proposed SNS-based knowledge management system encourages the enterprise members to participate in the system to produce and share valuable knowledge contents.

Purpose: Today, we often hear complaints from customers: poor quality, poor service, expensive prices, etc. Customer complaints are an indication that the company's products and services do not meet customer requirements, which in turn causes customer complaints. An important content of corporate marketing practice is how to use the opportunity of handling customer complaints to win the trust of customers and gain a competitive advantage. According to the concept of marketing, the way for an enterprise to obtain profits is to continuously meet the needs of customers. However, with increasingly fierce market competition and the overall formation of a buyer's market, providing high-quality products and high-efficiency and high-level services have become the eternal theme of enterprises. Therefore, meeting the actual needs of customers and effectively handling customer complaints are issues that we must take seriously. Research design, data, and methodology: This article mainly analyzes the causes of customer complaints, proposes relevant solutions for different types of complaints, builds a customer complaint management system, improves the efficiency and ability of handling complaints, and provides more references and basis for enterprises to solve customer complaints. Conclusions: To further improve the quality of enterprise products and service standards, to help enterprises increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, and to enable enterprises to gain advantages in the increasingly competitive global market.

At present Content Management Systems (CMS) with various and diverse web contents have been in wide applications. But, for CMS of each enterprise has its own metadata which is very different from others, it causes the serious problem of web contents repetition. Also, it's a difficult technology to support protecting copyright of web contents which are in separated CMSs. Therefore, in this paper, we solved the problem of contents repetition through metadata integration between mutually heterogeneous CMSs. We also propose the technology of web contents authentication code for avoiding contents repetition and applying digital rights protection by supporting safe ship in vast quantity of contents.

The enterprise find a solution to the problems such as a reduction of manufacturing period, accurate analysis for customer demand, improvement for customer service and rise of manufacture accomplishment. Internet is a good solution to such problems. Internet offers WWW(World Wide Web), remote control, file transfer and e-mail service. Among the services, WWW takes large portion because of convenient GUI, easy information search and unlimited information registration. Remote Monitoring Server(RMS) system that uses network service is constructed for chip mounter. Hardware base consists of RMS, chip mounter and C/S(Customer Service) server. Software includes DBMS and various modules in server home page. This provide product number, bad product number, trouble code, content and countermeasure in real-time information module, user information in setup module, detailed error information in fault diagnosis module, fault history in fault history module and customer information in customer service management module.

With the global ESG management craze, domestic and foreign companies voluntarily declare sustainable management and actively respond by establishing strategies. The Financial Services Commission mandates the disclosure of sustainability reports representing ESG management sequentially and will expand to SMEs in the future. Information disclosure of sustainability reports is mainly done through international standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, and many domestic companies use GRI Standards guidelines. This study examines the composition system of sustainability reports and compares public and private companies with GRI Standards to analyze sustainable management by type. This study revealed that public enterprises focused on social and labor, while private enterprises focused on the economy and environment through TF-IDF modeling. In addition, the electronic and information communication industries focused on product responsibility. Unlike previous studies that quantified and analyzed sustainability management according to grade, the current study analyzed sustainability reports, which are unstructured data. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide valuable theoretical and practical implications for researchers and supervisors interested in ESG management.

The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of the studies on Korean social welfare administration over a recent 10 year period. Employing both network analysis and content analysis, which are representative statistical strategies to identify research trends, we analyzed 221 articles published in the Journal of Korean Social Welfare Administration from 2005 to 2014. The major findings were as follows; First, we found two clusters -"social (welfare) service" and "social welfare organization"- in the studies of social welfare administration. In addition, more than 80% of articles are mainly related with human resource management, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and so forth. Second, the newly emerging academic subjects such as social enterprise and community network appeared to be done independently of traditional subjects. Third, the proportion of quantitative studies being focused on human resources was overwhelmingly high compared to the other types of studies; therefore, there are a few studies using qualitative or mixed method, evidence based practice, and discourse studies. In addition, the studies of the rural areas, which are a blind spot of the social service delivery system, and the studies about information management, financial management, marketing, organization innovation rarely appeared, despite their significance.

Web is greatly contributing in providing a variety of information. Especially, as media for the purpose of development and education of human resources, the role of web is important. Furthermore, E-Learning through web plays an important role for each enterprise and an educational institution. Also, above all, fast and various searches are required in order to manage and search a great number of educational contents in web. Therefore, most of present information is composed in HTML, so there are lots of restrictions. As a solution to such restriction, XML a standard of Web document, and its various search functions is being extended and studied variously. Moreover, any technology, AJAX, and the old and new technology has two sides. The technology already exists, and it was not even considered before, because new technology is combined technologies. AJAX is a lot of Web 2.0 and Web technologies complement are combined. This paper proposes a search system able to search XML, AJAX in E-Learning or various contents of non-XML.
