대규모 조직에서의 패스워드 관리에 관한 권고 고찰 (A Study On Enterprise Password Management Recommendations)

  • Passwords are used in many ways to protect data, systems, and networks. Passwords are also used to protect files and other stored information. In addition, passwords are often used in less visible ways for authentication. In this article, We provides recommendations for password management, which is the process of defining, implementing, and maintaining password policies throughout an enterprise. Effective password management reduces the risk of compromise of password-based authentication systems. Organizations need to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of passwords so that all authorized users - and no unauthorized users - can use passwords successfully as needed. Integrity and availability should be ensured by typical data security controls, such as using access control lists to prevent attackers from overwriting passwords and having secured backups of password files. Ensuring the confidentiality of passwords is considerably more challenging and involves a number of security controls along with decisions involving the characteristics of the passwords themselves.

ERP에 대한 전형적 인식 오류에 관한 연구 (Research on the Typical Mis-Conceptions on Enterprise Resource Planning)

  • Typical misconceptions on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) among practitioners and researchers are reviewed. Companies can make, buy, or rent ERP solutions, but typically, ERP is conceived as ready-made, off the shelf application software package. The benefits of ERP adoption are frequently generalized without proper clarification of the requisite conditions. The specific outcomes of ERP adoption are not adequately differentiated from those of general computerization. To avoid the side-effects caused by those misconceptions, we 1) clarify the concept of ERP and the methods of sourcing it, 2) specify the requisite conditions for the benefits from packaged ERP solutions, and 3) explain the generic characteristics of ERP, direct effects and resultant possible outcomes of the adoption of ERP.

중소기업 인적자원개발 지원사업에 대한 공급망경영 유효성에 관한 연구 (A study on the influence of supply chain management efficiency on the training supporting project in small and medium-sized enterprises)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose supply chain management efficiency by analyzing moderating effect on the training support project in small and midium-sized enterprise. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi?regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as personal characteristics, supportive environment and training effect. Results: The results of this study are as follows; first, it was found that the effects of personal characteristics and supportive environment were significant on training effect. Second, significant differences were found between supply chain management active group and inactive group. Third, moderating effect of supply chain manage efficiency was found between variables. Conclusion: SME supporting project in training program needs supply chain management efficiency for training effect. Supply chain management needs to be promoted in SMEs not only for performance but also for their workplace learning and learning culture.

고속 엔터프라이즈 네트워크에서 성능 저하 특성 규명 (On the Performance Degradation Characteristics of High-Speed Enterprise Network)

  • 기업이나 대학 등 대규모 기관들은 고속 네트워크를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이와 같은 고속 엔터프라이즈 네트워크 내에서 네트워크 이용률(utilization)이 저조함에도 불구하고 종단간 성능은 네트워크 속도에 비하여 상당히 저조하다. 이러한 원인은 특정 장비에서 아주 작은 시간에 트래픽이 폭주하는 미세폭주(micro-congestion)가 발생하기 때문이다. 미세폭주는 패킷손실(Packet Loss)나 지연(Delay), 패킷역전(Packet Reordering)을 발생시키고 이것이 성능 저하의 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 미세폭주를 발생하는 시점을 검출하는 방법과 미세폭주를 검출한 시점에 트래픽을 수집하여 패킷손실, 지연, 패킷역전과 트래픽의 특성과의 상관관계 분석하여 성능저하를 발생시키는 미세폭주의 특성을 규명한다.

  • 경영자와 연구자들은 경영성과에 대해 관심도 높고 이에 대해 인식하고 있지만, 성숙도나 하부조직 같은 기업정보시스템의 특징이 조직의 경영성과에 어떻게 그리고 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 그래서 본 연구는 정보화수준, 경영환경, 정보시스템의 성숙도와 하부구조가 경영성과(재무적 경영성과와 비재무적 경영성과)에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 대만의 136개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 설문지 표본의 응답자들은 각각의 기업 경영성과업무와 관련된 부서에 근무하고 있는 사람들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에는 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 연구 가설들을 검증하였다.

  • Enterprise Architecture has become a key tool for transforming business process, data, IT and application resources. The "Efficient Adaptation and Management of Information System Act" was established to support the planning and development of the information system in order for the public sector to adopt Information Technology Architecture (EA) into its organization through the act. Until now, the study of EA has been mainly focused on concepts, methodologies and success factors for the implementation of EA. User involvement, which is one of the critical factors in adopting information systems, has been rarely studied in the field of EA research. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of user characteristics on user involvement in EA implementation. After discussing intrinsic motivators and situational motivators as predictors of user involvement, a research model were developed and tested using survey data. The results showed that among intrinsic motivators, perceived competence had a strong positive effect on user involvement. Some implications were discussed for implementing and utilizing EA for public agencies.

A Review of the Efficacy of Ultraviolet C Irradiation for Decontamination of Pathogenic and Spoilage Microorganisms in Fruit Juices

  • Ultraviolet C (UV-C, 200-280 nm) light has germicidal properties that inactivate a wide range of pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms. UV-C has been extensively studied as an alternative to thermal decontamination of fruit juices. Recent studies suggest that the efficacy of UV-C irradiation in reducing microorganisms in fruit juices is greatly dependent on the characteristics of the target microorganisms, juice matrices, and parameters of the UV-C treatment procedure, such as equipment and processing. Based on evidence from recent studies, this review describes how the characteristics of target microorganisms (e.g., type of microorganism/strain, acid adaptation, physiological states, single/composite inoculum, spore, etc.) and fruit juice matrices (e.g., UV absorbance, UV transmittance, turbidity, soluble solid content, pH, color, etc.) affect the efficacy of UV-C. We also discuss the influences on UV-C treatment efficacy of parameters, including UV-C light source, reactor conditions (e.g., continuous/batch, size, thickness, volume, diameter, outer case, configuration/arrangement), pumping/flow system conditions (e.g., sample flow rate and pattern, sample residence time, number of cycles), homogenization conditions (e.g., continuous flow/recirculation, stirring, mixing), and cleaning capability of the reactor. The collective facts indicate the immense potential of UV-C irradiation in the fruit juice industry. Existing drawbacks need to be addressed in future studies before the technique is applicable at the industrial scale.

Design and Implementation of AI Recommendation Platform for Commercial Services

  • In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of a recommendation platform actually built in the field. We survey deep learning-based recommendation models that are effective in reflecting individual user characteristics. The recently proposed RNN-based sequential recommendation models reflect individual user characteristics well. The recommendation platform we proposed has an architecture that can collect, store, and process big data from a company's commercial services. Our recommendation platform provides service providers with intuitive tools to evaluate and apply timely optimized recommendation models. In the model evaluation we performed, RNN-based sequential recommendation models showed high scores.

변화관리특성이 ERP 도입성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Change Management Characteristics on ERP Performance)

  • Recently, implementing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) systems has been one of major concerns of many companies. Despite the trend in the business area, few theoretical researches about the ERP have been published to date. The primary propose of current study, therefore, lies in examining the effects of change management characteristics on ERP performance. Top management support, user participation, and consulting support were selected as change management characteristics. Additionally, ERP implementation characteristics were considered as contingency variables which may moderate the relationships between change management characteristics and ERP performance. Two ERP implementation characteristic variables introeuced in this study were ERP implementation approach and ERP implementation strategy. Hypotheses concerning the relationships among those variables of change management characteristics. ERP performance and ERP implementation characteristics were empirically tested. The findings show that change management characteristics are strongly correlated with ERP performance, and ERP implementation characteristics have contingency effects, partially at least, on the relationship between change management characteristics and ERP performance.

사회적기업의 특성이 재무적 성과와 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향: CEO 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Social Enterprises Characterics on Financial and Social Performance)

  • 1997년 외환위기 이후 대규모 실업 및 빈곤 문제가 심각해지면서, 공공근로 사회적 일자리 창출사업 등을 진행했으나, 저임금, 단기 일자리라는 한계점을 가지고 있어 지속적인 양질의 일자리 창출에 대한 필요성이 점차 제기되면서 사회적기업이 점차 주목받기 시작했다. 최근 사회적기업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 양적 질적으로 성장하면서 사회적기업의 성공과 실패를 결정하는 요인에 대한 관심도 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적기업 특성이 재무적 성과와 사회적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석을 수행하였으며, 한국사회적기업진흥원에 자발적으로 경영공시를 수행한 사회적기업을 중심으로 분석하였다. 사회적기업의 재무적 성과는 당기순이익률, 영업이익률, 총자산이익률을 사용하였으며, 사회적 성과는 총고용 수, 취약계층고용비율을 사용하였다. 사회적기업 특성 요인으로는 대표자 특성(성별, 나이, 사회적기업 운영 경험), 기업규모, 업력, 차입금의존도, 자기자본비율, 인증 경과기간 등을 설정하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 사회적기업 특성과 재무적 성과와의 분석에서 기업규모, 조직형태, 정부지원금, 자기자본비율은 재무적 성과와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, CEO 나이, 기업업력, 차입금의존도는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업 특성과 사회적 성과와의 분석에서는 CEO 성별, CEO 연령, 기업규모 정부지원금은 총근로자수와 유의한 양의 관계를 보인 반면 인증유형, 업종더미는 유의한 음의 관계를 보였다. 한편 CEO 성별과 인증유형은 취약계층취업률과 유의한 양의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부지원금, 기업규모 등은 취약계층취업률과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
