이 연구는 호텔 브랜드자산이 마케팅 성과 변수로서의 기업신뢰와 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 호텔 브랜드자산이 기업신뢰에 미치는 영향을, 호텔 브랜드자산이 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향을, 기업신뢰가 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀 분석하였다. 호텔 브랜드자산은 지각된 품질, 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 인지도를, 기업신뢰는 신용도와 전문성을, 고객시민행동은 고객애호도와 고객협조를 하위요소로 구성하였다. 분석 결과, 호텔 브랜드자산 중 지각된 품질은 기업신뢰와 고객시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 자산 관리에 있어 고객의 호텔 서비스 품질 지각 수준이 기업신뢰와 고객시민행동이라는 마케팅 성과에 매우 중요한 요소임을 입증하였다. 브랜드 이미지는 기업 신뢰 중 전문성에만 긍정적 영향을 미쳐 기업신뢰에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 고객시민 행동의 고객애호도와 고객협조에는 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 브랜드 인지도는 기업신뢰의 신용도와 전문성 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 데 비하여, 고객시민행동의 고객애호도와 고객협조 모두에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 기업신뢰 중 기업신용도는 고객애호도와 고객협조 모두에 긍정적 영향이 있음을, 기업전문성은 고객협조에만 유의한 영향을 보였다.

기업은 기업의 비즈니스 정보를 보호하기 위해 정보보호 관리체계 구축, 정보보호 시스템 구축 및 운영, 취약점 점검, 보안 관제 등 다양한 정보보호 활동을 하고 있다. 기업 비즈니스를 위한 다양한 정보보호 활동들을 체계화한 것이 기업 정보보호 거버넌스라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 시스템화할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하기 위해 기존의 기업 정보 포털(EIP) 모델에 대해 알아보고, 이에 기반한 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델은 기업의 다양한 정보보호 활동인 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하여 정보보호부서의 활동을 지원하고 기업의 정보보호 활동이 정보보호부서만의 활동이 아닌 최고경영자부터 임직원까지 직접 참여할 수 있도록 통합된 환경을 제시한다.

가족기업의 승계 개념에 대한 연구가 다방면에서 이루어져 온 반면, 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 논의와 정책적 접근은 거의 이루어진 바 없다. '19년부터 정부차원에서의 소상공인 가업승계 개념에 대한 정책을 수립하여 시행되는 가운데 소상공인 분야에 있어 가업승계에 대한 개념 수립을 위한 연구체계가 필요한 시점으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가업승계의 기존 논의를 바탕으로 소상공인에 적용하고자 하였으며 결과적으로 소상공인 또한 다른 조직과 마찬가지로 동일한 내적 요인인 기업가 정신과 장인 정신에서 파생되는 요인들이 승계를 지속하는데 중요함을 파악할 수 있었다. 다만, 소규모 조직 특성상 체계화나 조직화 이전의 단계로 인해 발생하는 권한의 모호성과 여러 역할을 수행하는데서 발생하는 역할 모호성이 기존 연구와는 다른 요소임을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구는 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 실증 연구에 앞서 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 정의와 개념화를 사례를 통해 제시함으로서 해당 분야의 연구 필요성에 대한 기초를 제시하고자 하였다.

Both enterprise information systems and CAD utilizes the BOM (Bill of Material) as the means of collaborative integration during the product design and production since the BOM has been commonly used for design, production planning, procurement, and production works. Therefore, BOM can be the referential data when it expresses not only the part lists but also product information required by product development process. Outfitting design is one of major design works in marine vessel design since marine vessels have various outfitting systems and huge number of parts. Also, the outfitting BOM has the evolutional forms that change from the initial design to the production design. In order to express the product information and part list in the enterprise BOM and the evolutional BOMs in each lifecycle, enterprise BOM of outfitting that consists of structure BOM and display BOM is suggested. Thereafter, we have developed the prototype of enterprise BOM in which some features of the outfitting BOM are implemented.

As Electronic Commerce is getting larger, the volume of Internet-based commerce by enterprise is also getting larger. This phenomenon applies to Internet EDI, Global Internet Business, and CALS information services. In this paper, a new type of cryptographic key recovery mechanism satisfying requirements of business environment is proposed. It is also applied to enterprise information infrastructure for managing employees' task related to handling official properties of electronic enterprise documents exchange. This technology needs to be complied to information management policy of a certain enterprise environment because behavior of cryptographic key recovery can cause interruption of the employees' privacy. However, the cryptographic key recovery mechanism is able to applied to any kind of information service, the application areas of key recovery technology must be seriously considered as not disturbing user's privacy It will depend on the policy of enterprise information management of a specific company.

보건복지부는 "보건복지 내부업무 포탈 및 EAM시스템 구축" 이라 명명된 Enterprise Portal 프로젝트를 공공기관 최초로 추진하여 기존의 정보시스템들이 업무 및 지식 기반 하에 유기적으로 상호 연계 및 연동되는 체계적이고 확장성이 뛰어난 포탈시스템으로 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 보건복지부 정보화 비전 및 추진 현황에 대한 설명과 EP(Enterprise Portal)시스템 도입의 개념 및 장점에 대해 기술하고, 보건복지부가 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하게 된 추진 배경과 기존 시스템(전자결재, 지식관리, 문서관리, 커뮤니티, 게시판, 검색)에 어떻게 적용하였는지에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 아울러 Enterprise Portal 시스템의 적용으로 인한 실제적 효과 및 고려해야 할 문제점에 대해 기술함으로써 향후 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 공공기관/기업체에 추진 방안 및 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

In recent times, the legal management of construction enterprise has become one of important theme in the domestic construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to consider rational methodology of legal management of construction enterprise. To achieve this objective, this paper performs a case study about the major cause and significant characteristic of the legal management. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1) actual condition of legal management of construction enterprise in korea, 2) the influence and extended suggestions of legal management.
