We presented the Enterprise Social Network Service(SNS) as new information technology. Enterprise SNS provided employers with sociable functions like Facebook while supporting general task such as mail, authorization and notice. In this research, we focused on Enterprise SNS and suggested self-disclosure, enjoyment in helping others, perceived organizational support, generativity capacity as antecedent variables of Enterprise SNS usage. In addition, we verified the effect of the mediating role of generativity capacity between Enterprise SNS usage and job performance. For empirically verifying the proposed model, we collected sample data from 225 workers using Enterprise SNS and conducted analysis using a structural equation modeling. We expect that this study provides managers who are interested in introducing enterprise SNS with insights on how to facilitate enterprise SNS usage. Also, this study suggests useful theoretical implications to researchers who are interested in the use of enterprise SNS from the context of knowledge management.

  • Organizations have been implementing mobile applications that actually connect to their backend enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, SCM, etc.) in order to increase the enterprise mobility. However, most of the organizations are still struggling to fully satisfy their mobile application users with the enterprise mobility. Even though it has been regarded as the right direction that the traditional enterprise system should move on, the studies on the success model for mobile enterprise applications in user's acceptance perspective can hardly be found. Thus, this study focused not only to redefine the success of the mobile enterprise application in user's acceptance persepective, but also to find the impacts of the factors on user's usage behavior of the mobile enterprise applications. In order to achieve this, we adopted the Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) as a model to figure out the user's behavior on mobile applications. Among various mobile enterprise applications, this study chose mobile ERP since it is the most representing enterprise applications that many organizations have implemented in their backend. This study found that not all the constructs defined by Davis in TAM2 have a significant influence on user's behavior of the mobile-ERP applications. However, it is also found that most social influence processes of TAM2 influence user's perception of the degree of interaction by mobile-ERP applications.

  • In the existing ISP methods, the important' role of enterprise value is usually ignored or not recognized in the information systems planning (ISP). Besides, in some ISP methods, there is a connotative precondition that the main body of value is always the enterprise stakeholder. Thus, in ISP, the enterprise stakeholders‘ value has been recognized while the value of other main bodies has been neglected, which has resulted in boycott and other problems in normalization construction. Based on the existing ISP analysis frame and ways, this article analyzes the enterprise fundamental principle of enterprise value acting on ISP and defines the formation of enterprise value. On the basis of Keeney's analysis way of value focused thinking for decision-making, we induct the factors of enterprise value into the ISP method and set forth such an ISP process: (1) identify the aggregation of enterprise value; (2) conform the objective structure of enterprise levels; (3) determine the appraisal standard for enterprise fundamental objectives; (4) determine the basic structure for information systems ; (5) confirm the data requirements for information systems; (6) give appraisal and comment.

  • This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Enterprise Trust on Relation-Continuing Intention and the Mediation Effects of Relation-Continuing Intention in the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Enterprise Trust consists of two elements(Enterprise Sincerity, Enterprise Ability), Customer Citizenship Behavior is made up of two elements(Guest Preference, Guest Cooperation) and Relation-Continuing Intention has one element itself. As a result, two things have been found. First, Enterprise Trust has a partly positive impact on Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, both of two elements of Enterprise Trust have positive influences on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior, on the other hand, Enterprise Sincerity, one element of Enterprise Trust has a positive influence on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior but Enterprise Ability, the other element of Enterprise Trust, has no meaningful impact on Guest Preference. Second, Relation-Continuing Intention has a mediating effect between Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, Relation-Continuing Intention has a partial mediating role between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Preference, between Enterprise Ability and Guest Preference and between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Cooperation. However Relation-Continuing Intention has a full mediating role between Enterprise Ability and Guest Cooperation.
