The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of ensuring the financial and economic security of the state in an aggressive external environment. The concept of financial and economic security should contain the priority goals and objectives of ensuring security, ways and methods to achieve them, adequately reflecting the role of finance in the socioeconomic development of the state. Its content is designed to coordinate nationwide actions in the field of security at the level of individual citizens, business entities, industries, sectors of the economy, as well as at the regional, national and international levels. The methodology includes a number of scientific and theoretical methods of analysis. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the state in an aggressive external environment were identified.

The main purpose of the article is to analyze the system of digital management of labor resources in the context of ensuring personnel security and economic development. The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. Algorithms implementing distributed shared memory (DSM) were developed for ensuring consistency. The performance of DSM algorithms is dependent on system and usage parameters. However, ensuring these algorithms to tolerate faults is a problem that needs to be researched. In this study, we proposed fault-tolerant scheme for DSM system and analyzed reliability and fault-tolerant overhead. Using our analysis, we can choose a proper algorithm for DSM on error prone environment.

The effectiveness of an ensuring the facility safety depends on the ability to train the worker efficiently and strategy of facility control. This requires the instructor's awareness of the worker's current knowledge, in the specific areas of the worker's lacks of knowledge, and preferred methods of training. This paper presents a development of knowledge based on CBT system which will reduce the role of instructor from the training loop and be used the high technological method such as computer animation technique.
