Now, the Korean footwear industry needs the concrete enhancement of its competitive edge for regaining of its previous well known reputation. For this purpose, this study emphasizes the cooperation between the members through the supply chain of Korean footwear industry, as a c-SCM(Collaborative Supply Chain Management) by aid of information system. The key issue will be how well to coordinate operations flow not only through internal process stages, but also through entire external supply chain stages. In other words, the target goal must be the system optimization through the entire supply chain beyond the local optimization of internal supply chain process. We, at first, analyze the traditional structure of supply chain in Korean footwear industry and find out critical problems, and then, we develop the collaborative information framework in conjunction with several collaborative process modules. The suggested collaborative production & supply planning system was designed for sharing information and it is based on ebXML(electronic business eXtensible Markup Language) framework. In this way, the enhancement of the efficiency and competitiveness can be expected through the synergy effect of coordination of information and material flow, the reduction of lead times, and production costs.
Since the global financial crisis, criticism against the integrity of financial institutions proposed new financial regulations such as Basel III. These systems are expected to have impacts multilaterally on management and structure of mid- and long-term financial industry. It is also believed that financial institutions will inevitably review business model to respond to these enhanced regulations. The ongoing global financial regulation pursues regulation scope extension, introduction of global regulatory capital system, introduction of global liquidity, etc. As for quantitative index, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is promoting QIS which is discussed mainly on implementation time from the juridical point of view. This study aims to present domestic banking industry's structural changes depending on regulation enhancement of foreign countries after global financial crisis, and suggest strategy that improves competitiveness of products. Looking at the research result, global financial regulation requires compliance with the regulations through treaties but it shows negative time center around banks. Furthermore, it is also pointed out financially advanced countries' passive attitude on regulation enhancement is problem. Therefore, regulations differentiated between developing and developed countries, dualistic regulations on financial industry, participation of advanced nations, etc are the postulation to change the structure of financial industry.
The exhibition activity that a company is rendering to their consumers for the purpose of advertisement, sales promotion and enhancement of company inage get more and more internationalized and specialized. A company is changing from mass production system to small quantity production of various kinds to meet consumer's individualization and differentiation. Also, a company is experiencing a major change in their marketing strategy. As the society is entering on Information Age, the contents that a company intends to give consumer may be different individually. If a consumer is informed wrong information of the goods, a company needs a place to meet consumer face to face where the consumer feels and understands the substance of the goods. This is the current characteristics of Exhibition Media. Based on the result of the current Special Exhibition home and abroad along with background and characteristics of special Exhibition, this study sets a following task reflecting the general trend of social, cultural and economic atmosphere. First, Current Exhibition Industry will be diversified into more Specialized Exhibition, while our Exhibition Industry is very shaky under severe international competition. Also, Exhibition Plan that involves with architecture, interior, graphic, industrial design and advertisement, etc., needs international competitiveness while enhancing identity of Exhibition Plan along with comprehensive marketing strategy in the future. Second, Among most of the local special Exhibitions which invite the general public are normally invited for company public relation contrary to those of U.S.A. and Europe. This signifies of our industrial and social structure's by-product. As the future exhibition become Information Com$$\mu$ication Exhibition which requires specialized technical explanation, the correct description of the goods should be set as a Judgement basis of Exhibition Plan. Third, In parallel with increase of the Exhibition, the equipment expenses of a company goes up continuously. In view of this, a study $$\mu$t be oriented for re-use and curtailment of expenditure of those equipment. Also, as the use of Assembly System B on the rise as a result of diversification of special Exhibition, a study on the development of new material & design for Exhibition Equipment only B required.
The train transportation has a lot of advantages-energy efficiency is high, it is eco-friendly, safety is better than normal roads and it is possible for people to arrive on time. In these days, the valuation of ride comfort, which is only limited to road transportation, is newly recognized in order to having competitiveness from other transportation. Especially, in the development of the Korean high-speed railroad business, the ride comfort enhancement of train is very important problem to be solved. Currently, there are international standards of ride comfort such as UIC13, ISO2631. In Korea case, although it has own standard like KS R9216, it mainly depends on the physical parameter such as vibration and noise. So recently, in the valuation of ride comfort, the movements of living parameter technique introduction are increasing on the base of Japan and many developed countries of Europe techniques. Presently, the method of train ride comfort is mainly based of vibration, that is, mechanical parameter adding selection of variable acceleration and noise. This paper would like to show biological parameter; heart rate and blood pressure variation. This method is more direct, based on human body response, than mechanical parameter method. In this experiment, the variability of heart rate and blood pressure of passengers according to tilting angle change of Train, the Korean tilting train, we are supposed to know that the extent of tilting on the simulation has influence on variability of heart rate and blood pressure, which are living parameter of heart's blood.

The incorporation of innovative technology systems into domestic construction practices has catalyzed an organic evolution of the industry, significantly enhancing the level of domestic construction technology and intensifying competitiveness. In particular, the on-site implementation of these groundbreaking construction technologies has proven effective in diminishing construction costs and accelerating project timelines. Nevertheless, despite a period of 33 years since the inception of this new construction technology system, both the volume of designated construction technologies and their practical application on construction sites remain static. As a consequence, this study introduces a strategic plan to dissect and overcome the barriers faced in the adoption of new construction technology across a multitude of sectors. The chief outcomes encompass the inception of a new construction technology utilization surveillance system, an assessment of distinct technologies, refinement of the post-evaluation system, and the creation of a new technology market system. This systematic enhancement is anticipated to foster the practical application of new construction technologies within the industry.

Korean government has planned a large scale multidepartment-participated national R&D program to advance and improve her science and technology and the quality of life In the level of advanced(especially G-7) countries in the forthcoming 21st century. It is called as "Highly Advanced National projects" or "G7 projects", which was initiated in 1991 with 18 sub-programs to date. It has planned to be continued until 2001 with its total fund of 4, 591 billion Won, comprised of 2, 033 billion Won from the public sector and 2, 558 billion Won from the private sector. Evaluation activities, the country has carried out to date, for national R&D programs including HAN projects are focused mainly on the assessment of scientific and technological results to decide that a specific program should be continued, terminated, or modified. Thus, it is necessary for national R&D programs to be evaluated socioeconomically for the purpose of assessing the nationwide economic and social impact from the program. Socioeconomic evaluation would be told how and where the program contributed to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. It would be useful for the means of (ⅰ) fulfillment of public accountability to legitimate the program and to reveal the expenditure of pubic fund, and (ⅱ) managemental and strategical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects. Since the HAN projects consists of 18 subprograms, it is difficult In evaluate all the subprograms simultaneously. Despite, each program is being performed under the category of HAN projects, so the common socioeconomic issues are existing, The followings are main results of the study. First, the hierarchical structure of the socioeconomic evaluation are constructed; Evaluation Perspective, Evaluation Bounds, and Evaluation Aspect. Second, based on the goals of the HAN projects, the evaluation perspectives are established as (ⅰ) the strengthening of industrial competitiveness, (ⅱ) the enhancement of national scientific and technological capability, (ⅲ) the improvement of quality of life. Third, the evaluation bounds for each evaluation objective are defined to specify the affected area. Finally, the evaluation aspects for each evaluation bounds are formulated containing essential elements describing the evaluation bounds.
The Korean dairy industry has been developed continuously for the past seventy years both in quality and quantity; now the total amount of dairy products accounts for 13 percent of that of livestock production - a remarkable turnover. Korea now stands at the 13th economic power around the world and it is inevitable that we must pursue an open-door policy at a global level; the dairy industry should also strengthen its potentialities in the long term in order to compete with advanced dairy countries. It is predicted that the impact of DDA agreement and FTA negotiations on the domestic dairy industry will be great; so it is urgently needed that we should reconsider the current status of the dairy industry and comprehensive mesures for dairy industry development to improve its international competitiveness. Such measures comprise the three aspects: first, reforming the policy of dairy industry-related systems, second, improving the productivity and third, expanding the consumption of dairy products. In terms of the system reforming, the most important things are, above all, the planned production relevant to market needs, the milk supply and demand management, and the raw milk transaction method. Secondly, the appropriate scale of management is important for the enhancement of productivity together with the modernization of dairy facilities. Thirdly, step-up effort is needed to expand the milk consumption; especially, more milk should be provided to the students by improving the standing milk ration system in middle and senior high schools. The government should make more effort to support and develop new dairy products tuned to consumers' taste, accelerating the publicity of diverse and steady milk consumption together with related organizations.

Agriculture has played a significant role in the national economy, contributing to food security, driving economic growth, and safeguarding the dietary habits of the population. Korean agriculture has been compelled to focus on intensive farming due to its limited cultivation area, excessive input costs, and the limitations of agricultural mechanization. In the Republic of Korea (R.O.K), the concept of environmentally friendly animal agriculture began to be introduced in the early 2000s. This concept ultimately aims to cultivate sustainable animal agriculture (SAA) through environmentally friendly production practices, ensuring the healthy rearing of animals to supply safe animal products. Despite the government's efforts, there are still significant challenges in implementing environmentally friendly agriculture and SAA in the R.O.K. Therefore, the objective of this review is to establish the direction that the animal agriculture sector should take in the era of climate crisis, and to develop effective strategies for SAA tailored to the current situation in the R.O.K by examining the trends in SAA in the U.S. The animal agriculture sector in the U.S. has been working towards creating a SAA system where humans, animals, and the environment can coexist through government initiatives, industry research, technological support, and individual efforts. Efforts have been made to reduce emissions like carbon, and improve factors affecting the environment such as the carbon footprint, odor, and greenhouse gases associated with animal agriculture processes for animals such as cattle and pigs. The transition of the U.S. towards SAA appears to be driven by both external goals related to addressing climate change and the primary objectives of responding to the demand for safe animal products, expanding consumption, and securing competitiveness in overseas export markets. The demand for animal welfare, organic animal products, and processed goods has been increasing in the U.S. consumer market. A major factor in the transformation of the U.S. animal agriculture sector in terms of livestock specifications is attributed to environmentally friendly practices such as high-quality feed, heat stress reduction, improvements in reproductive ability and growth period reduction, and efforts in animal genetic enhancement.
