Cervical dysplasia induces morphologic changes in the cervical epithelium which involve changes in the nuclear/cytoplasmic (N/C) ratio. Since the nucleus is one of the significant scattering sources, the N/C ratio change reflects the degree of circular polarization (DOCP) with the depth of signals. Therefore, we used the polarization-sensitive OCT (PS-OCT) technique to measure the polarization changes caused by scattering. Cervical tissues were obtained from a high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (H-SIL) of one woman and from low normal women. We obtained the mean of the DOCP as a function of depth in the cervix and quantified the change ratio of the DOCP using slopes that were determined by linear fits in the epithelium layer. We found that DOCP of H-SIL decayed faster than that of normal tissue because of the higher scattering in H-SIL as expected. This result indicates that the PS-OCT system might be useful in measurements of change ratio of DOCP with depth for screening of cervical dysplasia.

The flower and woman are beautiful but Euler's theorem and the symmetry are the best. Shannon applied his theorem to information and communication based on Euler's theorem. His theorem is the root of wireless communication and information theory and the principle of today smart phone. Their meeting point is $e^{-SNR}$ of MIMO(multiple input and multiple output) multiple antenna diversity. In this paper, Euler, who discovered the most beautiful formula($e^{{\pi}i}+1=0$) in the world, briefly guided Shannon's formula ($C=Blog_2(1+{\frac{S}{N}})$) to discover the origin of wireless communication and information communication, and these two masters prove a meeting at the Shannon limit, It reveals something what this secret. And we find that it is symmetry and element-wise inverse are the hidden secret in algebraic coding theory and triangular function.

Recently the government aims to new markets, new jobs, and economic management based on technology, imagination, and creativity through the 'Creative Economy'. It has also been demonstrated in the creation of economic benchmarking of the developed countries that the performance of the creative economy in the border area with convergence of industry, science, culture and technology can achieve. In particular, women in science and technology play an important role in the case of developed countries. However, it is known that active supports and development policies for women scientists and engineers are insufficient, and the number of woman in science and technology is very low in korea. The ratio of women in her early and mid 30s in economic activity is low because of career break and difficulties from going back to work due to childbirth and parenting. The government should concentrate on the creative education and training, support for women in science and technology to develop the creative economy progressively. we present the investigation of the ICT industry status, role of women in economic participation, and the plan of creating jobs for women in the ICT industry in this paper.

This paper consider the MBTI match type in order to meet the customer's dating in internet and online. The MBTI match type is confirmed through appropriate surveys and identifies the appropriate type of preference for each type. The preference type is different according to each MBTI type, and even though the same preference type is used, the preference type of each of men and women is different. In order to solve these problems, the preference type of each man and woman is weighted, and the weighted weights are used to calculate the fitness between the two. The system that weights the MBTI match type is highly likely to match in an online dating system because it uses the social human nature of people, and can be used in interpersonal relationship systems and teaching and learning systems and calibration systems.

In this paper, we develop the Women's Information and Communications Technology Development Index (WIDI) framework for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States. While there are a number of global ICT indices, there are no standard global data metrics for ICT gender-related statistics in developing countries. Therefore, this research has been conducted by the Asia Pacific Women's Information. This study referenced some of the major global ICT indices and created a framework that used their basic structure and included the various measurement factors such as socio-cultural factors element and ICT policy for woman. The WIDI framework is supported by a back-end survey that was designed by the research team and reviewed by ASEAN taskforce members. Through WIDI, we can compare ICT development status and gender information gap and measure the national information gap. By presenting the basis for policy decisions on eliminating gender disparitie can help improve the social status of women.

Soybean plants infected with Bean pod mottle virus (BPMV) develop acute symptoms that usually decrease in severity over time. In other plant-virus interactions, this type of symptom recovery has been associated with degradation of viral RNAs by RNA silencing, which is accompanied by the accumulation of virus-derived small interfering RNAs (siRNAs). In this study, changes in the accumulation of BPMV siRNAs were investigated in soybean plants infected with BPMV alone, or infected with both BPMV and Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and in transgenic soybean plants expressing SMV helper component-protease (HC-Pro). In many potyviruses, HC-Pro is a potent suppressor of RNA silencing. In plants infected with BPMV alone, accumulation of siRNAs was positively correlated with symptom severity and accumulation of BPMV genomic RNAs. Plants infected with both BPMV and SMV and BPMV-infected transgenic soybean plants expressing SMV HC-Pro exhibited severe symptoms characteristic of BPMVSMV synergism, and showed enhanced accumulation of BPMV RNAs and siRNAs compared to plants infected with BPMV alone and nontransgenic plants. Likewise, SMV HC-Pro enhanced the accumulation of siRNAs produced from a silenced green fluorescent protein gene in transient expression assays, while the P19 silencing suppressor of Tomato bushy stunt virus did not. Consistent with the modes of action of HC-Pro in other systems, which have shown that HC-Pro suppresses RNA silencing by preventing the unwinding of duplex siRNAs and inhibiting siRNA methylation, these studies showed that SMV HC-Pro interfered with the activities of RNA-induced silencing complexes, but not the activities of Dicer-like enzymes in antiviral defenses.

In this study, we conducted a survey on the 20 - to 30-year-olds woman and men in a total of 291 questionnaires to analyze the impact on the level of customer satisfaction and revisit the factors of service quality and hospital selection. Analysis result, found that there was a correlation between the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and factors of re-intervient inquiry when selecting hospitals. In particular, it was found that hospital expenses and hospital map were affected by customer satisfaction and re-investigation companies, and the quality of the service after treatment had the greatest impact on other variables. As such, these results are considered to be of overall concern to the physician's ability to perform the procedure as well as to the service of the staff. Various follow-up studies are needed depending on the region.

This study was performed to quantitatively and qualitatively estimate the effect of keratin essence on hair protection against physicochemical damage. Damaged hairs were obtained from an early thirty woman who dyed her hair two times and did digital permanent treatment of her hair two times. The damaged hairs were divided into four experimental groups, which are the control hair (CH) group without additional beauty treatment, the damaged hair (DH) group by additional dyeing treatment, basic essence-treated hair (BEH) group, and keratin essence-treated hair (KEH) groups according to the research goal. The protection effect of keratin essence against the physicochemical damage was quantitatively compared by difference of chrominance measured using a color difference meter and qualitatively compared by difference of outer morphological structure images pictured using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The brightness and yellowish blue color of KEH were relatively lower but the reddish blue color was relatively higher than other groups of test hairs. Cuticle structure of the previously DH was irregularly deformed and more strongly deformed or partially broken by additional dyeing treatment. On the other hand, the gaps between cuticle scales of the DH were reformed by treatment with basic essence and reformed and filled by treatment with keratin essence in comparison with the DH group. Conclusively, the keratin essence was effective to protect hair structure against the structural damage induced by the dyeing-treatment, by which the coloring efficiency is thought to be improved.

1. L-Tyrosine-${\alpha}$-ketoglutaric transaminase and p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid oxidase are distributed in Aspergillus oryzae. 2. L-Tyrosine oxidation in extracts of acetone powder, cell free extract and culture liquid of Aspergillus oryzae cultivated in the shaking culture are considerably accelerated by the addition of ${\alpha}$-ketoglutaric acid and then formation of glutamic acid was identified by chromatography method. 3. The roles of ${\alpha}$-ketoglutaric acid and pyridoxal phosphate have been shown to be an amino group acceptor in a transamination reaction. 4. Enzyme systems of an extracts of acetone powder and cell free extract also rapidly oxidized L-tyrosine and p-hydroxyphenlpyruvic acid to homogentisic acid. 5. The optimum pH for L-tyrosine-${\alpha}$-ketoglutaric acid transaminase was pH values of 6.0 and 6.5, and that for p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid oxidase was at pH values of 7.5.

The purpose of the study is to promote the expansion of educational environment and students' competence through the application of smart learning. In G University in 2017, 118 freshmen in the department of Chemical-bio engineering who were taking Calculus I class were divided into 2 groups of experimental and control group. The study analyzed the effect of the various learning experience using educational technology and the interaction in the class through SNS on students' visual understanding and academic achievement. The result shows that the students' academic achievement and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. This verifies the potential of smart learning in the field of mathematics in the tertiary level and suggests strategies for high quality smart learning.
