Consultant and owner play a very important role in the construction sector which is one of the main sectors in economic development. There are many stakeholders in a construction project including but not limited to: owner, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and supplier. The consultant is the party who is to stay in close touch with the project owner, which both consultant and owner are considered as the main key stakeholders to make the project happen. It's not a simple task for a consultant to just implement the same style of management and control within various projects that are of a different background and character of owners. Thus, the adjusting plan management and control to the owner environment has been an essential technique to drive the project to success. The objective of this paper is to identify the significant management techniques for adjusting a plan of management and control to the owner environment in Thailand. The methodology is the identification throughout the analogous to abduction from literature review and our empirical observations of Future Engineering Consultants Co, Ltd. We have been in consultation for twenty-five years (25) in Thailand with 209 projects from both public and private owners. As a result, there are (1) Project management styles, (2) Personal style, (3) Owner expectation management, (4) Scope Management, (5) Time Management, (6) Cost Management, (7) Quality Management, and (8) Environmental Management. The input are: a clear defined goal, showing respect by giving good service, maintaining high quality, keeping in touch with owners, and resources. This would give the output of the project's success by meeting the owner's expectation and requirements.

This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

The purpose of this study was to propose the participation of consultant pertinent to ground situations. The careful consideration of participating consultant reduces life cycle cost. duration and improves quality. The first step is studying Curtain-wall construction process by researching the documents, and Second step is analyzing Curtain-wall construction's problem through having a interview with a concerned experts (Architect, Gene-con, Sub-con. Consultant). Then we study how consultant solves the problem, propose the way of participation of consultant. The way of participation consist of three phases. the first one is to participate in design & construction process and the second one is to participate in design process, the third one is to participate in construction process. These participations are decided by evaluating project, design phase. construction phase. The verification of these participating strategies was implemented by the interview with the experts.

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

In order to examine the transition of zooplankton community by the Saemangeum sea dyke, the temporal and spatial distribution of zooplankton community with relation to environmental variables was investigated using data collected in 2004 and 2005. Sixty-one zooplankton taxa were identified. Average abundance (except Noctiluca scintiliam) ranged from 236 to 1810 indiv. $m^{-3}$, and was the highest in May 2005 and the lowest in february 2005. Dominant species were Acartia hongi and Paracalanus indicus, and cirripedia nauplii and zoea were dominant groups. After the closure of the 4th sea dyke, brackish species such as Tortanus derjugini and Pseudodiaptomus inopinus are widely distributed while the abundance of N. scintillans decreased in the northern area inside the dyke. In canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) for examining the relationships among zooplankton, stations and environmental variables, the northern area inside the dyke was distinguished from the other areas and was represented by Acartia spp, and brackish copepods.; Also, this area was characterized by high chlorophyll a concentration and COD, and low diversity.

Various marine plankton were observed in the ballast water of vessels entering Incheon and Busan harbors. The ballast water of which age ranged from 2 to 54 days originated from the coastal waters of New Zealand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Pakistan, and from the Pacific Ocean. The total number of marine plankton taxa in 9 ballast tanks of different ships was 170: 90 phytoplankton, 24 protozoa and 56 zooplankton. The most diverse taxonomic groups were diatoms in phytoplankton, ciliates in protozoa and copepods in zooplankton. Classifying the specimens by size, above 50% of the number species of phytoplankton belonged to the size range between 50 and 150 Un. Protozoa and metazooplankton were found frequently in the size range between 50 and $120{\mu}m$ and 500 and $1,000{\mu}m$, respectively. The relationship between the species number and the age of ballast water was not significant. This is because of difference of filtration amounts derived from discordance of collecting samples. Among plankton observed in ballast water, some harmful algae and non-indigenous aquatic species were identified. Therefore, we need to investigate whether these species can inhabit in Korean coastal waters in further study.

Project Management Consultant (PMC) plays a vital role in the overall performance of any project. Selecting right PMC for right project is the most crucial challenge for any construction owner. Thus, PMC selection is one of the main decisions made by owners at the early phase of construction project. It is not easy for the project owner to select a competent PMC due to the fuzziness, imprecision, vagueness, incomplete and qualitative criteria of the decision. This paper presents a model for selecting PMC contractor using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). And a fuzzy number based framework is proposed to be a viable method for PMC contractor selection. A case study to illustrate the application of the model is also presented in this paper.

This paper investigated the impact of consultant capability, CEO commitment, and firm size on consulting performance. And we analyzed whether the CEO commitment factor showed mediated effect in the causal relationship between consultant capability and consulting performance, and analyzed that firm size showed the moderation effect on the relationship of Consultant capability, CEO commitment, and Consulting performance. The results of the analysis showed that the consultant knowledge had a significant effect on the CEO commitment and the CEO commitment had a significant effect on the consulting performance. CEO commitment showed that mediated the influence of consultant capability on the consulting performance. And as a result of the moderation effect test, there were significant differences in the size of firms depending on the path according to the group of large companies and SMEs.

This paper investigated and studied the influence of consultant's competence on CEO's values. There are many studies about relation between consultant's competence and company's accomplishment, but there are lack of research about how consultant's competence effected CEO's Value. The data source used in this study is a questionnaire survey involving 177 CEOs of SME who have experience in consulting. Based on this collected data, we conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and hypotheses were verified through correlation analysis and regression analysis. This study shows that consultant's competence affected CEO's values in some ways, and also contributes to both academic and practical implications about corporate management that related sustainable growth between consultant and client.
