코어 다중가공에서 공구마모 예측을 위한 기계학습 데이터 분석 (Machine Learning Data Analysis for Tool Wear Prediction in Core Multi Process Machining)

  • As real-time data of factories can be collected using various sensors, the adaptation of intelligent unmanned processing systems is spreading via the establishment of smart factories. In intelligent unmanned processing systems, data are collected in real time using sensors. The equipment is controlled by predicting future situations using the collected data. Particularly, a technology for the prediction of tool wear and for determining the exact timing of tool replacement is needed to prevent defected or unprocessed products due to tool breakage or tool wear. Directly measuring the tool wear in real time is difficult during the cutting process in milling. Therefore, tool wear should be predicted indirectly by analyzing the cutting load of the main spindle, current, vibration, noise, etc. In this study, data from the current and acceleration sensors; displacement data along the X, Y, and Z axes; tool wear value, and shape change data observed using Newroview were collected from the high-speed, two-edge, flat-end mill machining process of SKD11 steel. The support vector machine technique (machine learning technique) was applied to predict the amount of tool wear using the aforementioned data. Additionally, the prediction accuracies of all kernels were compared.

Antioxidant, Antimicrobial, and Curing Potentials of Micronized Celery Powders added to Pork Sausages

  • Meat industries utilize plant material such as celery in cured meat products. Extraction of valuable bioactive compounds, nitrates and nitrites often involves processes that increase cost or lack sustainability. Thus, this study investigated the effect of ball-milled celery powders (CP) on the physicochemical, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties along with curing efficiency in comminuted meat product. Pork sausages loaded with CPs with different average particle sizes: 265 ㎛ (T1), 68 ㎛ (T2) and 7 ㎛ (T3) were compared to those added without and with sodium nitrite (150 ppm). The a⁎ values were increased for sausages with larger particle size. The L⁎ values decreased for all CPs. Residual nitrite for all particle sizes increased in the earlier stages and decreased at the end of storage period. The curing efficiency also increased for larger size particles with an increase until day 9 followed by a gradual decrease. Superfine CP had a tendency to improve the antioxidant activities. The antimicrobial activity of CPs was not comparable with nitrite added sausages. The textural parameters remained unaffected by particle size. Thus, instead of extracts or juices, micronized CPs could be used to improve the antioxidant activities and curing efficiency of label friendly reformulated meat products.

  • The ion implantation technology changes the chemical state of the surface of a material by implanting ions on the surface. It improves the wear resistance, friction characteristics, etc. Plasma ion implantation can effectively reinforce a surface by implanting a sufficient amount of plasma nitrogen ions and using the injection depth instead of an ion beam. As plasma ion implantation is a three-dimensional process, it can be applied even when the surface area is large and the surface shape is complicated. Furthermore, it is less expensive than competing PVD and CVD technologies. and the material is The accommodation range for the shape and size of the plasma is extremely large. CNC 밀링에 의한 볼록곡면 가공시의 가공특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the characteristics of the convex surface machining in CNC milling)

  • In order to suggest the proper cutting conditons of the CNC milling machining for the free-form surface, some experments were carried out. In the experiments, the influence of cutting conditions on a inclined spherical surface were examined by geometrical analysis. In this study, the roundness and cutting force were measured to know the effect of several cutting conditions on the machined surface and the cutting characteristics were carefully investigated. The results obtained in this study are aw follows. 1) If the tool ha s enough rigidity, we can get better dimensional accuracy in up-ward cutting than down- ward cutting. 2) A great roundness error is appeared on the surface declined under 30 degress to the horizontal plane in circular machining by a bal end mill. 3) If the thrust force is increased, the stability of tool is decreased. And the phenomenon is apperared in great in down-ward cutting than up-ward cutting.

방울토마토(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) 생산단계에서 Fluopicolide 및 Metrafenone의 잔류허용기준 설정 (Establishment of Pre-Harvest Residue Limits (PHRLs) of Fluopicolide and Metrafenone in Cherry Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.))

  • 본 연구는 생산단계 방울토마토 중 fluopicolide 및 metrafenone의 경시적 잔류변화를 조사하여 반감기를 산출함으로서 생산단계 잔류허용기준을 설정하고자 수행하였다. Fluopicolide 및 metrafenone 농약을 안전사용기준에 준하여 각각 포장 1, 포장 2 지역으로 나누어 기준량 처리하였으며, 약제처리 2시간 후를 0일차로하여 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10일차에 시료를 채취하여 분석하였다. 두 약제 모두 LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 분석하였으며, MLOQ(Method Limit of quantitation)는 0.005 mg/kg이었다. 분석결과, fluopicolide 회수율은 92.7∼94.8%이었고, metrafenone의 회수율은 82.6 ∼88.0%이었으며, 두 약제 모두 표준편차는 10% 미만이었다. 방울토마토 중 각각의 농약에 대한 반감기는 fluopicolide의 경우 15.0일(포장 1)과 12.8일(포장 2)로 나타났으며, metrafenone의 경우 18.9일(포장 1), 21.5일(포장 2)로 나타났다. fluopicolide 및 metrafenone에 대하여 방울토마토 수확 10일 전 잔류량이 각각 0.27 mg/kg, 2.29 mg/kg이하로 나타난다면 수확 시 잔류량은 MRL 수준 이하일 것으로 판단된다.

밀양(密陽) 고법리(古法里) 고분벽화(古墳壁畵)에 나타난 복식(服飾) 연구(硏究) (The Study of Costume in a Mill Yang Kobumri Mural Painting)

  • When restoring a tomb of Songeun, Park Ik that damaged by typhoon in Kobubri, Chungdomyon, Mill Yang, Kyoung Nam in October 2000, a flower designed stone and fresco was discovered. Soneun Park Ik passed the civil service examination in Kongmin dynasty and was consecutively occupied Sajaedogam(司宰少監; regarded as one of second highest official rank). The fresco realistically depicts custom of ordinary people in end of Koryo, beginning of Chosun dynasty that it is considered as an important research material in study of ostumes. Therefore, this research intend to contribute to study of costumes in general public of Koryo that has insufficient study materials through study and analyze of costumes in the fresco with literature research. The number of figures in the fresco is presumed as 26-27 in all but clearly observed figures is only five women and four men and partly damaged figures are two men and two women. Women are worn relatively long yoo that can cover hip as an upper garment and Sang(裳) as trousers. The upper garments are all adjusted to right and has Jikryoung gik (straight collars) but there are strip attached collars or double collars among the Jikryoung gik. The length of Sang reaches to ankle and a waistband is trailed to below the knees. Most of hair are combed in the two sides and made a ring, moreover worn ceremonial coronet, which imply the ceremonial parade. Distinguished from the frescos of Koguryo, there are no women wearing Po(袍) also Yoo with Dae(帶) and without were coexisted. The mens costume is mainly appeared in two types. One(元) is Danryoungpo, Po with round collar and wearing a lozenge shaped crest with a brim, the other is Jikryoung Po, Po with straight collar, and wearing Ballib(拔笠), the latter is a costume of two man presumed as envoys. In the case of Danryoungpo, its length reached to ankle that shows decorum and in Jikryoungpo its length is below the knees that seem to offer practicality for envoys to guide a long journey. Both man and women are in decent cloth with a crest, which simple costume for ordinary people as a Chaksoopo that has comfortable length for movement and narrow sleeves. Songeun Park Ik actively worked under regency of One dynasty that influence of Mongol is seen in mans crest. There are some changes but including womens costume most of cloth are followed Korean traditional costume style.

한국산소맥(韓國産小麥) 및 소맥분(小麥粉)의 이화학적(理化學的) 특성(特性)과 제품적성(製品適性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 제(第) 1 보(報) : 한국산(韓國産) 소맥(小麥)의 제분특성(製粉特性) - (Studies on the Physicochemical Characteristics and End-Product Potentialities of Korean Wheat Varieties - I. Milling Characteristics of Korean Wheat Cultivars and Breeding Lines -)

  • 한국산(韓國産) 소맥(小麥)의 품질특성(品質特性)을 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)하여 Buhler experimental mill에 의(衣)해 '80년(年) 및 '81년(年)에 걸쳐 일련(一連)의 제분성(製粉性)을 검토(檢討)한 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 공시(供試)된 소맥(小麥)의 제분율(製粉率)(straight-grade flour yield)은 품종(品種)에 따라 $56{\sim}72%$로 평균(平均) 65% 내외(內外)였으며, 소맥분(小麥粉)의 회분함량(灰分含量)은 평균(平均) 0.44%이었다. Milling score는 '80년과 '81년도에 각각(各各) 평균(平均) 78.97 및 77.85, Ash value는 평균(平均) 665.3 및 683.5이었다. Patent flour의 단백질함량(蛋白質含量)은 약(約) $7{\sim}16%$로 품종(品種)에 따라 변이(變異)가 컸으며 연차별(年次別) 평균(平均)은 각각(刻刻) 10.55%, 10.25%이었다. 표준품종(標準品種)인 조광(早光) 및 올밀 그리고 원광(原光)의 제분특성(製粉特性)은 품종(品種) 또는 연차간(年次間)에 차이(差異)는 있었지만 일정(一定)한 변화(變化)의 양상(樣相)을 보였다. 각(各) 제분특성간(製粉特性間)의 상관(相關)은 제분율(製粉率)과 milling score, ash value와 회분(灰分) 및 단백질함량(蛋白質含量)과는 정(正)의 유의상관(有意相關)을 보인 반면(反面), milling score와 회분(灰分), 단백질함량(蛋白質含量) 및 ash value와는 역(逆)의 유의상관(有意相關)이 있었다.

90% 췌장 절제 백서에서 둥굴레뿌리의 물추출물이 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Water Extract of Polygonatum Odoratum (Mill) Druce on Insulin Resistance in 90% Pancreatectomized Rats)

  • 현재까지 인슐린의 작용력을 향상시키는 약으로 시판되고 있는 것은 thiazolidinediones이 있고 그외에도 몇가지 종류의 물질에 대해서 그 효과를 조사하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 당뇨병의 치료에 효과가 있다고 알려진 한약재로부터 추출한 POD의 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 체중이 $338{\pm}35\;$ 인 Sprague Dawley 백서를 두군으로 나누어 한군은 sham 수술을 하여 정상군으로, 다른 한군은 90% 췌장 적제술을 하여 당뇨군(Px)으로 정하였다. Px 백서는 90% 췌장제거 수술을 한 후 2 주동안 혈당을 측정하여 공복 혈당이 9.4 mmol/L이상인 백서를 선택하였다. Sham 백서와 당뇨 백서는 다시 각각 2군으로 나누어 한군은(n=10) 하루에 POD을 0.3 g/kg 체중의 용량으로 식이에 섞어 공급하였고, 다른 한군은(n=10) 위약(P)을 8 주 동안 투여하였다. 식이는 40%지방 식이를 자유롭게 섭취하도록 하였다. 7 주 째 되었을 때 인슐린 저항성을 측정하기 위해 경동맥과 경정맥에 도관을 삽입하였고, 8주째에 $15{\sim}18$시간 금식후 EH clamp 실험을 실시하였다. POD와 P를 투여하기 전에 Px 백서의 혈당은 $9.9{\pm}0.6\;mmol/L$이었고, 정상군의 혈당은 $6.4{\pm}0.5\;mmol/L$이었다. EH clamp를 할 때 체중은 Px 백서에 비해 Sham백서에서 높았으며, 혈당은 POD 투여와 당뇨에 의한 차이가 있었다. Px 백서가 Sham 백서에 비해 기초 인슐린 농도가 낮았고, Sham 백서에서는 POD군이 P군에 비해 낮았다. 체내 포도당 제거 속도는 Sham+POD군이 $53.9{\pm}7.7$, Sham+P군이 $38.7{\pm}13.6$, Px+POD군이 $36.0{\pm}10.6$, Px+P군이 $29.2{\pm}6.8\;mg/kg$ 체중/min이었다. 체내 포도당 제거속도는 POD군이 P군에 비해 높았고, Px군이 Sham군에 비해 낮았다(P<0.01). Soleus 근육의 글리코겐 양은 POD군에서 P군에 비해 높았다. Px 백서에서는 soleus과 quadriceps 근육의 글리코겐 양은 정상군에 비해 낮았다. Soleus근육의 glycogen synthase의 활성은 P군에 비해 POD군에서 높았고(P<0.05), Px 백서가 Sham 백서에 비해 낮았다(P<0.05). Px 백서의 quadriceps 근육내 중성지방 축적량이 Sham 백서에 비해 높았는데, P에 비해 POD를 공급하였을 때 중성지방의 축적양이 낮아졌다. 결론적으로 POD은 당뇨와 정상 백서에서 인슐린 저항성을 감소시킴을 알 수 있었고 이러한 인슐린 저항성의 감소 현상은 근육에서의 glycogen synthase 활성과 관련이 있을 것으로 생각되었다.

Occurrence of Three Strains of Cucumber mosaic virus Affecting Tomato in Kuwait

  • Three strains of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) have been found to cause a lethal disease, referred to as fern leaf syndromes and mild mosaic symptoms in tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) crops grown in Kuwait. CMV strains were detected and identified based on host range, symptomatology, serology, electron microscopy, and ribonucleic acid (RNA) electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gels. A high degree of viral genomic heterogeneity was detected among CMV strains isolated in Kuwait, with no apparent correlation to symptomatology in tomato host plants. Two different virus satellites of 'CMV associated RNA 5', designated CARNA 5, were detected in two virus strains that caused both lethal disease and mild symptoms, designated CMV-D1 and CMV-S1 respectively. CARNA5 was not detected in the third CMV strain that caused fern leaf syndromes designated CMV-F. All the three isolated strains were serologically indistinguishable from each other and may belong to one serotype according to Ouchterlony gel diffusion tests. These strains transmitted via aphids (Myzus persicae Sulz) in a non-persistent manner. Physical properties of the virus strains were very similar where thermal inactivation test showed that virus withstood heating for 10 min at $70^{/circ}$, dilution end point was $10^{-4}$, and the longevity in vitro at room temperature was less than 5 days for all virus strains. CMV-D1 and CMV-F were the most devastating diseases spreading in both greenhouse and field-grown tomato where aborted flower buds failed on fruit setting due to the viral infection. This is the first report to isolate three different strains of CMV in Kuwait.

울산지역 학교의 실내공기질 평가 (Assessment of the Indoor Air Quality at Schools in Ulsan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the concentration of indoor air pollutants at 63 elementary schools, 41 middle schools and 51 high schools in Ulsan from the beginning of May to the end of December, 2008. To assess the indoor air quality of the various classrooms, the 8 indoor air pollutants such as $CO_2$, CO, $NO_2$, $O_3$, $PM_{10}$, TVOCs, HCHO and TBC were measured and analyzed. The mean concentrations of $PM_{10}$ and TBC in the elementary schools were significantly higher than those of middle and high schools (p < 0.01). For the HCHO, the multi-use practice rooms showed an average 1.5 times higher than general classrooms. In schools located in urban areas, the concentrations of CO, $O_3$, $PM_{10}$, HCHO and TBC were lower than in the vicinity of industrial complexes. The exceeding rate of the school air quality maintenance limits in the 6 air pollutants by law were 6.7%, 3.5%, 1.7%, 18.2%, 13.0% and 18.4% for $CO_2$, $NO_2$, $O_3$, $PM_{10}$, HCHO and TBC, respectively. Based on these results $PM_{10}$ and TBC have to be in the order of priority of need to improve the classroom air quality in elementary school of Ulsan.
