학령전기 아동 어머니의 양육태도 (Preschool Children Mother's Child Rearing Attitude Using Korean Parent as a Teacher Test)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a KPAAT(Korean Parent As a Teacher Test) and provide a basic data to develop parent education program. Methods: This is a secondary analysis study using 103 preschool mothers who were chosen from 2 kindergarten and child care center located at Kyounki-Do. Results: 1) Subjects' child-rearing attitude was above average at the point of $2.86({\pm}\;.20)$. 2) 16 sub-dimension(response to question, permissive attitude of play, control, control of play, expectation about child, understanding about learning, support of learning, encouragement of thinking, provision of imaginary play opportunities, support of play, encouragement of accomplishment motivation, propriety of child-rearing, affectional support, fixed idea, confidence about education, limitation) and 6 factors(response to question, permission of play, control & limitation, evaluation & support about child, encouragement of academic accomplishment, facilitation of the development of creativity) were above 2.50 except ($2.24{\pm}\;.29$) sub-dimension. 3) There was no significant difference statistically according to subjects' general characteristics. Conclusion: From this study, KPAAT can be utilized later childhood period. And nurses need to help mothers to have sound child rearing attitude.

대학생의 개인적 가치관과 출산장려정책 인식이 출산의지에 미치는 영향 (The effect of university students' personal values and fertility promotion policy perception on Childbearing willngness)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 대상으로 출산의지에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여, 출산장려정책의 기초자료로 제공하고 교육자료를 구성하는데 기여하고자 시도되었다. 대학생 195명의 자료를 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 다중회귀분석하였으며, 결혼관이 보수적일수록(r=.142, p<.05), 출산장려정책에 대한 인식도가 높을수록(r=.258, p<.01) 출산의지와 유의했다. 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한 결과, 결혼관 중 보수적 결혼관, 출산장려정책 중 청년일자리 대책, 일가정 양립지원 대책의 인식 정도가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 출산의지를 9.2% 설명하였다.

어머니의 양육행동특성들과 초등학생 아동의 인터넷 사용과의 관계 (The Relationship between Maternal Rearing Behavior Characteristics And Elementary School Children's Internet Use)

  • The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between maternal rearing behavior characteristics and elementary school children's Internet use, and to utilize the results as the basic data to develop a program, in which parents learn how to educate their children for better use of the Internet. The subjects were 713 children whose grade are in fourth through sixth in an elementary school. Data were obtained with questionnaires. The instruments employed were Children's Internet Use and Addiction, and maternal rearing behavior characteristics-Rational Guidance, Affection, Authoritarian Control, Overprotection, Achievement Encouragement, and Active Involvement-Scales. The data were analyzed with the SPSS program. They were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and Pearson correlation. The results of this study are as follows: First, 30.2% of the subjects has used Internet for more than three years. 55.6% of the subjects spend less than an hour per day in using the Internet. The two major types of Internet use were playing games(49.9%) and sending e-mails(25.4%). The main reason for playing Internet games was escape from stress(34.7%). 34.5% of the subjects also said that their parents usually encourage them to use the Internet. Second, maternal affection, authoritarian control, and active involvement were significantly different in the types of Internet use. Maternal authoritarian control and overprotection were significantly different in the reasons of doing Internet game. The rational guidance and active involvement of mothers were correlated negatively with children's Internet using time, but their authoritarian control and overprotection were correlated positively with children's Internet using time. Maternal overprotection was correlated positively with parents' encouragement level in the Internet use. Third, the rational guidance, affection, and active involvement of mothers were correlated negatively with children's Internet addiction. In the other hand, maternal authoritarian control and overprotection were correlated positively with children's Internet addiction. Lastly, children's Internet addiction was significantly different by the types of Internet Use and the reasons for doing internet game. Children's Internet using time was correlated positively with children's Internet addiction.

출산장려 정책과 근로시간이 기혼여성의 둘째 아 출산의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Policy on Childbirth Encouragement and Working Time on Secondary Childbirth Intention of Married Women)

  • 본 연구는 정부의 출산장려정책들이 기혼여성의 둘째 아 출산의도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 2010년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 서울시에 거주하면서 6세 미만의 한 자녀를 둔 여성 322명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 비모수 분석 방법인 ${\chi}^2$ 분석과 Mann-whitney's U 검정 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 취업여성의 둘째 아 출산의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수는 연령과 주당 근로일수 그리고 출산지원정책이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 비취업 여성의 경우 연령과 출산장려정책의 유의한 영향이 없었다. 이러한 연구결과를 고려해 볼 때, 출산장려정책은 취업여성과 비취업여성의 특성에 따른 차별화된 정책이 개발되어 제시될 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과와 함께 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

학령전 아동의 학교준비도에 대한 가정환경(HOME)과 성격과의 관계 (The Relationship of HOME and Personality with Preschool Children′s School Readiness)

  • This study is to examine the relationship of HOME and personality with Preschool children's school readiness. The subjects were 138 children(4 to 6 year-old) and their mothers in Seoul, Gyunggi-do, and Chungnam. The instruments for this study were Cooperative Preschool Inventory(CPI), The Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment(HOME), and Children's Personality Test. The data were analyfed by Pearson's r, stepwise regression, ANOVA, Scheffe test for the post hoc test, and Cronbach a for the reliability in SPSS PC program. The major findings with the preschool children's school readiness were as follows. 1) That was significant correlations with HOME(language environment and encouragement of independence) and personality(sociability and familiarity). 2) That was explained significantly by sociability, encouragement of independence, language environment, and stimuli for development. 3) That was no sex-difference and was an increase by age. 4) There were significant differences in preschool children's school readiness, HOME, and personality by familial demographic variables.

여성가장의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 집단프로그램 효과 연구 (The Effectiveness of the Group Program for Improving Matriarch's Self-Esteem)

  • The objective of this research is to improved self-esteem of matriarch, and it focused on the verification of its effect by implementing a group program. The followings are the results. First of all, the matriarchs who participated in the program experienced an increase in their self-esteem, compared to the level before the program. Secondly, as each session passed, the cohesion of the group members became stronger, and both interest ana participation in the program increased. Thirdly, in terms of the individual changes of the group members, they all deviated from the past condition of being overly cautious around each other, and started to display the formation of harmonious personal relationships, showing appreciation and encouragement towards each other.

에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도의 효과 연구 (A Study on Effect of Reading Guidance Program based on Enneagram of Personality)

  • 이 연구는 심리 및 신체적으로 성장단계에 있는 초등학교 6학년 어린이를 대상으로 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도를 실행하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도의 심리적 효과를 검증하기 위하여 초등학교 6학년의 품성 및 인성발달을 위하여 필요한 심리요인들로서 자기격려, 자기효능감, 사회성을 본 실험연구의 검사도구로 채택하였다. 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서수업을 실행하고 효과를 검증하기 위하여 2개 학급을 편의모집하여 각각 실험집단과 통제집단으로 배치하였다. 실험집단은 남학생 14명, 여학생 11명으로 구성되었으며 이들을 대상으로 프로그램을 실행하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단에게 자기격려, 자기효능감, 사회성 척도를 사용하여 사전 사후 검사를 실시하여 발달정도를 측정하였다. 또 실험집단에는 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도를 실험 처치하여 결과를 공분산분석(Anova)을 통하여 통제집단과 비교하였다. 결과적으로 실험집단에서 자기격려, 자기효능감, 사회성 모두 향상되었다.

OECD 국가의 아동가족 현금지원정책과 출산율간의 관계 -아동수당을 중심으로- (A study on the relationship between child/family cash benefits and fertility rate: Focusing on child/family allowance)

  • 본 연구는 아동수당 제도와 출산율의 관계를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 아동수당제도를 도입한 OECD 19개국을 대상으로 1980-2016년까지의 시계열자료를 구성하고 결합회귀분석을 통해 변인 간 관계를 규명하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 변인들의 영향력을 통제한 후, 아동수당제도를 비롯한 현금지원정책은 일정 부분 합계출산율에 긍정적인 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 이러한 효과는 아동수당제도 내 출산 장려기제를 도입한 국가군에서 더 두드러지게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 도입될 한국의 아동수당 제도가 출산장려책으로서 기능하기 위해서는 아동수당제도 내 출산장려기제를 추가로 도입해 다자녀 가구에 대한 혜택을 강화할 필요성을 제언하였다.

한 자녀를 둔 기혼여성의 둘째자녀 출산선호에 관한 연구 (The Second Childbirth Preference of Married Women with a Child)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how married women with a child perceived the low-fertility issue in order to increase the success of policy decisions for increasing the fertility rate and to present alternatives. The study subjects were 327 married women with a child who resided in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. After the survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 program. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the married women who already had one child found it ideal to have two children. In fact, however, 36.4% had determined not to have another child, and only one parent wanted to have a second child in 26.9%. Second, they took a dismal view of the government's fertility encouragement policies, and they considered it necessary for the government to pursue a more down-to-earth measure. Third, economic aid for child rearing and education was identified as the most critical way to boost the childbirth rate. In conclusion, current national policies aimed at increasing the low-fertility rate are redundant if they are only designed to publicize government action. Actions need to be taken to assist married women in taking better advantage of the existing policies.

이식형 포트 삽입 학령전기 아동의 주사공포감소를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of Fear-Reduction Program for Malignant Disease Children with Inserting Implanted Port)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a play education program to reduce children's fear of needle insertion to the implanted port, and to assess the effect of this program. Method: The play education program was composed of play education before needle insertion, encouragement during needle insertion, and a present to reward then after needle insertion. Measurement instruments were the Procedure Behavior Check List(PBCL) and Faces Rating Scale(FRS). Results: The first hypothesis, "the PBCL point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program", was rejected(before insertion : Z=-0.189, p= .850, during insertion : Z=-0.350. p= .727, after insertion : Z=-0.590, p= .555). The second hypothesis, "the FRS point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program education", was rejected(observer 1 : Z=-0.245, p= .806, observer 2 : Z=-0.912, p= .362, self-report : Z=-0.181, p= .856). The third hypothesis, "the Time of needle insertion would decrease after play education program", was rejected(Z=-0.464, p= .642). Conclusion: The effect on fear-reduction of play education program for children with malignant disease inserted implanted port was not significant but continuous education is needed for parents and children.
