Recently the number of women's hospitals of a small scale are increasing in seoul and the other cities although the surroundings of these sites are so inferior. Those hospitals need the space of comfort as like family home. This study suggests that the encirclement space is one of the design methods to make comfort to patients. The encirclement is the form of hugging a baby to a mother's arms. Analysing six woman hospitals, encirclement space is categorized about the six types of square, open square, right-angled, linear, dispersed, etc. The characteristics of "right-angled" is featured as the form of L, and "square" type is characterized as the relationship of functional circulation among doctors, nurses and patients. And all types are organized as the relationship between the encirclement space and the enclosed space about how the functional space and the comfort space are made up. The properties of encirclement space are appeared by the interactions about function, circulation, sight, form, access, recognition through transparent, three-dimensional experience, etc. Encirclement space is recommended as a vital factor to make comfort space for designing women's hospital in city.

In this paper, a hybrid semi-3D path planning algorithm combining Virtual Tangential Vector(VTV) and fuzzy control is proposed. 3D dynamic environmental factors are reflected to the 2D path planning model, VTV. As a result, the robot can control direction from 2D path planning algorithm VTV and speed as well depending on the fuzzy inputs such as the distance between the robot and obstacle, roughness and slope. Performances and feasibilities of the suggested method are demonstrated by using Matlab simulations. Simulation results show that fuzzy rules and obstacle avoidance methods are working properly toward virtual 3D environments. The proposed hybrid semi-3D path planning is expected to be well applicable to a real life environment, considering its simplicity and realistic nature of the dynamic factors included.

Annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly with the descending duodenum encircled by a ring of pancreatic tissue, which may cause partial or complete obstruction of the duodenum. In newborn, the symptoms can be those of duodenal stasis resulting from partial intestinal obstruction secondary to some degree of duodenal stenosis. A male newborn weighing 2.0 Kg was born by C-section delivery at 37 weeks' gestation to a 27-year-old mother who had a hydramnios. He was in relatively good condition at birth except regurgitation of saliva and intermittent apnea. A plain film of the abdomen showed the double-bubble of gas filled stomach and proximal duodenum, and upper gastrointestinal series showed a dilated proximal duodenum, with a complete obstruction of the descending duodenum. Intraoperative finding revealed encirclement of the duodenal second portion by pancreatic tissue. Duodenojejunostomy was performed. After the operation, he had developed two serious complications, neonatal septicemia by Enterobacter cloacae on postoperative day 12 and systemic candidiasis on postoperative day 19, and been managed with ventilatory support, antibiotics, and antifungal agents with recovery.

세계항공시장은 최근 세계화의 흐름속에서 자유화. 규제완화, 민영화 추세에 있으며. 항공자유화를 지역적 단위에서 실현하는 지역블록화 현상이 뚜렷해지고 있다. 본 연구는 세계항공시장의 지역블록화 현상과 그 배후에 작용하고 있는 정치경제학적인 메카니즘을 유럽 단일항공시장 형성을 중심으로 고찰한다. 연구결과 유럽 단일항공시장 형성은 미국이라는 거대한 항공시장의 역내 자유화와 이를 바탕으로 한 미국중심의 범세계적 항공자유화 네트워크 구축에 대응하여 유럽 항공산업의 대미경쟁력 제고를 위한 전략적 고려의 산물이라는 것을 보여 준다. 보다 구체적으로 유럽 단일항공시장은 미국의 유럽 항공산업에 대한 분리지배 및 포위전략에 맞서 유럽항공사들이 세계최대의 항공노선인 북대서양 노선에서 미국항공사들과 보다 효율적으로 경쟁할 수 있도록 하기 위한 유럽연합 차원의 전략적 대응이라는 현상을 보여준다. 최근 유럽 단일항공시장은 주변의 지중해연안국가 및 발칸국가들까지 편입시킴으로써 범유럽항공협력의 지속적인 추진과 유럽공동항공지역의 확대 및 심화를 통해 향후 역외국가와의 교섭에 있어 협상 레버리지를 더욱 높여 나가려는 추세에 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 우리나라를 포함한 동북아 지역도 항공부문의 지역주의를 창설하는 것이 역내 항공산업의 발전 및 역외교섭력 제고면에서 시급하다는 것을 시사한다.

1982~88년 사이 한국건착망 어업의 망선 48척의 어황일보에 의한 조업해구, 어종별 어획량의 자료를 이용하여 5개 해역별로 어획량의 특성을 분석하였다. 이들 해역중 제주도 연안해역(CC)은 양망회수와 어획량은 많으나 양망당어획량이 타해역보다 적으므로, 조업중 어구의 형상에 대해 계측한 자료를 이용하여 저층류에 의한 망형변화에 대해 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 건착망의 평균 CPUE는 31.6톤인데 음 10~4월은 평균보다 높고, 음 5~9월은 낮았다. 2. 건착망 어장 5개 해역중 CC해역은 양망회수비 42.4%로서 가장 높고 CPUE는 25.7톤으로 낮았으며, 각 해역별 CPUE는 1%의 유의수준에서 차가 인정되었다. 3. 고등어 CPUE의 계절변동지수는 음 11~1월에 평균 136.3%였고, 음 5~10월에 평균 63.7%였다. 4. 저층류에 의한 역조시 선망권의 직경은 가장 짧았고, 이때 납줄에 의한 포위면적은 더욱 좁아지며 어군의 포위효율은 낮아졌다. 5. 저층류에 의한 납줄의 형상은, 순조의 경우 유향으로 장원형이 되었고, 역조의 경우 유향과 직교되는 방향으로 장원형이 되면서 포위면적이 급히 축소되었으며, 망의 변형은 역조의 경우 가장 심하였다.

Shin Hong-gyun was born on August 20, 1881. The second son of Shin Tae-geom (申泰儉) in Sangsang-ri, Sinbukcheong-myeon, Bukcheong-gun,Hamgyeongnam-do. His family had been practicing East Asian medicine as a family business. At that time, the families of East Asian doctors who passed the general examination of the Joseon Dynasty had been continuing the East Asian medicine business from generation to generation. Starting with exile in North Gando in 1911, he was located in Wangga-dong, 17 Doo-gu, Changbaek-hyeon. In 1915, he met General Choi Un-san in Bongo-dong, treated the soldiers suffering from cellulitis, and participated in the training process to prepare for the upcoming anti-Japanese war. However, because of a growing difference of opinion with General Choi Woon-san, Shin Hong-gyun left Bono-dong after a year and mets Sorae Kim Jung-geon and joined the founding of Wonjonggyo and Daejindan, an anti-Japanese armed group. It is said that Shin Hong-gyun established many schools in Korean villages destroyed by the Gyeongshin disaster and 14 schools were established under the names of Wonjonggyo and Daejin. After the Japanese established the puppet Manchukuo in 1931, the Manchurian Defense Forces were formed. Koreans and Chinese immigrants to Manchuria worked together to carry out a joint Korean-Chinese anti-Japanese operation towards the Japanese Empire. In 1933, 50 of the Daejindan members joined the Korean Independence Army, and among them, Shin Hong-gyun began to work as a medical doctor in earnest. During an ambush in Daejeonryeong Valley, he could not get a proper meal and, to make matters worse, got wet in the rainy season, so the situation was a challenge in various ways. At this time, Shin Hong-gyun showed his knowledge of herbal medicine, picked black wood ear mushrooms that grew wild in the mountains, washed them in rain water, and provided food to the independence fighters and relieved them of hunger. After the Battle of Daejeon-ryeong, the Japanese army's suppression of the independence forces intensified, and most of the independence fighters escaped from the Chinese army's encirclement and were scattered. Ahn Tae-jin and others led the remaining units and continued the anti-Japanese armed struggle in the forest areas of Yeongan, Aekmok, Mokneung, and Milsan.
