Stereoselective Electron Transfer Reactions between Optically Active${\Delta}-cis-[Co(en)_2(NO_2)_2]^+$and rac-$[CO(Y)^{2-}$(Y=EDTA. PDTA, CyDTA) (광학활성인${\Delta}-cis-[Co(en)_2(NO_2)_2]^+$과 라세미-$[CO(Y)^{2-}$(Y=EDTA. PDTA, CyDTA)간의 입체선택적 전자전달반응)

  • The electron transfer reactions between cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+ and rac-[Co(Y)]2-(Y=EDTA, PDTA, CyDTA) have been investigated in the presence of hydrogen ion. From the kinetic data, it has been found that electron transfer reactions between cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+ and rac-[Co(Y)]2- proceed via inner-sphere pathway by catalysis of hydogen ion. The stereoselectivity in the electron transfer reactions between optically active △-cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+ and rac-[Co(Y)]2- produced 6.0, 2.9, 3.0% e.e.(e.e.=enantiomeric excess) of △-[Co(EDTA)]-, △-[Co(PDTA)]- and △-[Co(CyDTA)]-, respectively. Based upon this observation, it seems that △-cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+ is associated with rac-[Co(Y)]2- at first, and followed by the electron transfer reaction. Therefore, it was suggested that stereoselective electron transfer reaction between △-cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+ and rac-[Co(Y)]2- proceed through both inner-sphere by the proton catalysis and outer-sphere with ionic association.

  • 본 논문은 가정용 8kWh 에너지 저장 시스템(ESS; Energy Storage System)을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 신재생 에너지원으로 태양광, 에너지저장 장치로는 리튬 배터리가 적용되는 시스템으로, 단상 계통과 병렬로 연결되어 태양광 및 배터리의 직류전력을 상용 주파수 및 전압의 교류전력으로 변환하는 제어가 가능하며 또한, 계통의 교류전력을 배터리에 필요한 직류전력으로 변환하는 양방향 시스템이다. 제안하는 ESS의 제어 및 모니터링을 위하여 추가로 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 및 HMI 제어기를 사용하였다. HMI는 ESS를 원하는 형태로 동작시킬 수 있으며, 현재 시스템의 동작모드, 전력량, 배터리 정보 등의 표시 및 장애 이력을 관리한다. 그리고 HMI, PCS, 및 BMS는 서로 CAN통신으로 정보를 교환하도록 설계하였다.

  • ETL(Extraction, Transformation, Loading)작업은 데이터웨어하우스 시스템 구축 및 유지관리 뿐만 아니라 차세대 정보시스템 구축의 핵심 프로세스에 해당한다. 특히 차세대 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 ETL 작업의 성능은 시스템오픈의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 차세대시스템 구축의 데이터 전환을 위해 수행되는 ETL작업은 대용량데이터에 대한 다양한 형태의 데이터변형 과정을 수반하며 반드시 정해진 시간안에 완료되어야 한다. 또한, 수 많은 원천 집합을 추출하여 타겟시스템의 형태에 맞게 변형 및 적재하는 작업은 한정된 컴퓨팅 자원내에서 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 자원성능을 고려한 ETL작업 스케줄 최적화는 데이터전환 작업에 있어 필수적인 고려사항이 된다. 이 연구에서는 가용한 물리자원을 최대한 활용하여 ETL 프로세스의 처리능(throughput)을 최대화 하는데 초점을 맞추어, ETL프로세스를 페트리넷을 이용해 모델링하는 기법을 제시한다. 이 모델에는 ETL 프로세스가 수행될 서버의 컴퓨팅자원이 토큰화(tokenize)되어 포함된다. 이 모델을 기반으로 가용자원을 최대한 활용하면서도 자원병목이 발생하지 않는 수준으로 ETL 작업이 수행될 수 있도록 프로세스를 제어할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

A Study on Visual Mise-en-Scene of VR Animation (VR 애니메이션 의 시각적 미장센 연구)

  • Mis-en-Scene is a direction method of image aesthetics for constructing screen and space. Mis-en-Scene is important factor not only in plays and movies, but also in animations, and it is a strong method to induce audience to immerse in the works and to continue the immersion. This study examined animation's Mis-en-Scene based on theories of Mis-en-Scene in movies, how Mis-en-Scene is directed and expressed in virtual spaces, and what factors and characteristics induce audience to immerse in the works and continue the immersion through analysis on visual Mis-en-Scene factors of a specific case, VR animation . It was found that as visual Mis-en-Scene factors, character and props, background, unique quality and friendliness of character, natural movement and acting, symbolism and utilization, and variety and consistency of background induce and sustain immersion. It is thought that this study would helpful for related areas based on the findings which suggest that there is a need for differentiated measure and method to catch audience's eyes and sustain immersion utilizing characteristics of vidual Mis-en-Scene factors in VR animation in the future.

Root Colonization by Beneficial Pseudomonas spp. and Bioassay of Suppression of Fusarium Wilt of Radish (유용 Pseudomonas 종의 근면점유와 무우 Fusarium시들음병의 억제에 관한 생물학적 정량)

  • Fusarium wilt of radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is caused by the Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. raphani (FOR) which mainly attacks Raphanus spp. The pathogen is a soil-borne and forms chlamydospores in infected plant residues in soil. Infected pathogen colonizes the vascular tissue, leading to necrosis of the vascular tissue. Growth promoting beneficial organisms such as Pseudomonas fluorescens WCS374 (strain WCS374), P. putida RE10 (strain RE10) and Pseudomonas sp. EN415 (strain EN415) were used for microorganisms-mediated induction of systemic resistance in radish against Fusarium wilt. In this bioassy, the pathogens and bacteria were treated into soil separately or concurrently, and mixed the bacteria with the different level of combination. Significant suppression of the disease by bacterial treatments was generally observed in pot bioassy. The disease incidence of the control recorded 46.5% in the internal observation and 21.1% in the external observation, respectively. The disease incidence of P. putida RE10 recorded 12.2% in the internal observation and 7.8% in the external observation, respectively. However, the disease incidence of P. fluorescens WCS374 which was proved to be highly suppressive to Fusarium wilt indicated 45.6% in the internal observation and 27.8% in the external observation, respectively. The disease incidence of P. putida RE10 mixed with P. fluorescens WCS374 or Pseudomonas sp. EN415 was in the range of 10.0-22.1%. On the other hand, the disease incidence of P. putida RE10 mixed with Pseudomonas sp. EN415 was in the range of 7.8-20.2%. The colonization by FOR was observed in the range of $2.4-5.1{\times}10^3/g$ on the root surface and $0.7-1.3{\times}10^3/g$ in the soil, but the numbers were not statistically different. As compared with $3.8{\times}10^3/g$ root of the control, the colonization of infested ROR indicated $2.9{\times}10^3/g$ root in separate treatments of P. putida RE10, and less than $3.8{\times}10^3/g$ root of the control. Also, the colonization of FOR recorded $5.1{\times}10^3/g$ root in mixed treatments of 3 bacterial strains such as P. putida RE10, P. fluorescens WCS374 and Pseudomonas sp. EN415. The colonization of FOR in soil was less than that of FOR in root part. Based on soil or root part, the colonization of ROR didn't indicate a significant difference. The colonization of introduced 3 fluorescent pseudomonads was observed in the range of $2.3-4.0{\times}10^7/g$ in the root surface and $0.9-1.8{\times}10^7/g$ in soil, but the bacterial densities were significantly different. When growth promoting organisms were introduced into the soil, the population of Pseudomonas sp. in the root part treated with P. putida RE10 was similar in number to the control and recorded the low numerical value as compared with any other treatments. The population density of Pseudomonas sp. in the treatment of P. putida RE10 indicated significant differences in the root part, but didn't show significant differences in soil. The population densities of infested FOR and introduced bacteria on the root were high in contrast to those of soil. P. putida RE10 and Pseudomonas sp. EN415 used in this experiment appeared to induce the resistance of the host against Fusarium wilt.

  • The study of reaction mechanism for the substitution of ethylenediamine (en) for Cl and Hedta from $[CoCl(Hedta)]^-$ in the presence of $Hg^{2+}$ ion was carried out by uv and CD spectra. From the kinetic data, we proposed that the first ethylenediamine be substituted through the associative reaction path by means of interaction of $Hg^{2+}$ ion with Co(III), and that the second and the third ethylenediamine be substituted stepwise. From the optical purities of $[Co(en)_3]^{3+}$ which was formed after reaction, we suggested the critical stereochemical step and new substitution reaction paths.

  • Skills in tracing of the MR divide into following, approaching, avoiding and warning and so on. It is difficult to have all these skills learned as neural network. To make this up for, skills consisted of each module, and Mobile Robot was controlled by the output of module adequate for the situation. A mobile Robot was equipped multi-ultrasonic sensor and a USB Camera, which can be in place of human sense, and the measured environment information data is learned through Modular Neural Network. MNN consisted of optimal combination of activation function in the Expert Network and its structure seemed to improve learning time and errors. The Gating Network(GN) used to control output values of the MNN by switching for angle and speed of the robot. In the paper, EN of Modular Neural network was designed optimal combination. Traveling with a real MR was performed repeatedly to verity the usefulness of the MNN which was proposed in this paper. The robot was properly controlled and driven by the result value and the experimental is rewarded with good fruits.

Comparative Study On Frame And Mise-en-Scene in Animation, Live-Action Movies & Digital Cinema (애니메이션, 실사영화, 디지털영화의 프레임과 미장센 특성 비교연구)

  • Due to the development of digital cinema, Animations are no longer a peripheral part of movies and become major role in making films, including live action movies. This kind of change makes the distinctive line between animations and live action movies vague. In order to prevent such side-effect, this study is aimed at building solid territory again between the two by reviewing the difference and, based on it, looking for effective cinematic techniques to produce synthesized and digitalized images. First of all, consideration on mise-en-scene is crucially required to tell this line. The mise-en-scene is a director's own unique style in making films. In other words, it is a symbol expressed by him/her. With the mise-en-scene, competitive directors explore huge possibility of image expression and know how to use it audiences can understand. Therefore, I look into a set of studies on the mise-en-scene and methodological problems because it is thought that the mise-en-scene is an important element to distinguish way of expression in animations, live action movies and digital cinema. In addition, owing to these fundamental differences, both movies have their own limitation on representation even though they imitate it each other. Synthesized images produced by both representation may not overcome that limitation and even worse bring up the lack of expression and the increase on unfamiliarity, which reduce audiences' interest. But ironically speaking, digital cinema accept each representation. And it serves as hindrance to narrative's delivery not to balance each of it. Therefore, digital cinema that integrate animations and live action movies should keep an eye on the overuse of images and pursue balanced mise-en-scene.

  • Strigol, a natural product isolated from root exudates of cotton, was found to be an extremely potent seed germination stimulant for the parasitic plant, witchweed. Witchweed seeds can remain dormant in the soil for several years until favorable conditions prevail including exposure to some type of chemical germination stimulant. Several strigol analogues, 3-methyl-4-(2-oxo-3,3a,6,6a-tetrahydro-2H-cyclopenta[b]furan-3-ylidenemethoxy)-but-2-en-4-olide(21), 4-(2-oxo-3,3a,6,6a-tetrahydro-2H-cyclopenta[b]furan-3-ylidenemethoxy)but-2-en-4-oilde(22), 3-methyl-4-(2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-ylidenemethoxy)-but-2-en-4-olide(23), and 4-(2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-ylidenemethoxy)-but-2-en-4-olide(24), were synthesized.

  • In this work by measuring transfer impedance of communication cables using EN50289 its Shielding effect is analyzed. transfer impedance measurement triaxial method using EN50289 is defined in CENELEC, it is unlike triaxial method prescribed in IEC Standard 96-1, can be measured regardless of diameter of coaxial cable and outer conductor. in this paper, transfer impedance measurement device of coaxial cable is designed and made according to EN50289 standard, The analysis determines the reliable working frequency range of coaxial cable and examined the impact of different shielding methods on coaxial cable. The transfer impedance measurements show considerable variations in results with various shielding methods. also the measurement procedure is verified through comparison of calculated and measured transfer impedance of RG-58 cable.
