초등학교 아동의 문제행동 수정을 위한 미술치료 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Art Therapy for the Behavior modification of Elementary School Children)

  • This study aims to examine the effects of art therapy on challenging behavior of schoolchildren. For this purpose, I selected one class of 4th year student of S primary school, located at Jeongeup city, Jeonlabukdo, and selected 4 study subjects through examination of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, characters, school life and K - HTP test. With regard to procedure of this study, I carried out art therapy program at the art class for 60 minutes one time a week for 4 months, a total of 17 sessions from Apr. 3, 2007 to July 24, 2007. I made this program with some modification in reference to Arts Therapy Technique (Counpia Remote Training Center, 2005), Group Art Therapy (Choi Seon Nam. Kim Gap Sook. Jeon Jong Kuk, 2007) and the Effects of Peer Group Art Activity on Sociality Skill of Offensive Children (Park Ju Yeon. Lee Byeon In, 2005). For each child, I compared and analyzed the changes in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, behavior by K-HTP (dynamic house-wood-human figure test) analysis and by school life(KSD) image analysis before and after treatment. I also carried out qualitative analysis on behavioral feature of each child for each session. This study obtained the following conclusions. First, child A showed positive change in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, K-HTP image test and school life. Since he was so active and wanted to obtain good evaluation from anyone that he frequently had quarrel with friends, spoke against others well and beaten others much but was changed and did not speak against others or beat. Second, child B showed clear difference in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, but no significant difference in K-HTP image test and school life. However, I observed substantial changes. While he could not speak frankly to others, felt empty in mind and was offensive in personal relations, he was changed, did not have quarrel with others or speak against others that much and improved his relationship with friends or teachers. Third, child C showed positive change in score of K-CBCL children juvenile behavior evaluation after art therapy program. In comparison of K-HTP image test and school life treatment before and after treatment, he still longed for mothers in mind but found rather stable after treatment. Fourth, child D showed positive chance in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale after art therapy program, but almost no changes in K-HTP image test. But he depicted good relationship and socializing with other friends in school life. While he could not carry his point due to social immaturity and felt depressed, he got more confident. This result of study showed that art therapy had positive effects on correction of schoolchildren.

초등학교 2학년 학생들이 과학학습 상황에서 보이는 행동 특성: 과학학습 동기체계에 관한 현상학적 연구 (Behavioral Characteristics of Second Graders in Science Learning Situations: A Phenomenological Research on a Motivation System about Science Learning)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 2학년 학생들의 SL-BIS/BAS(과학학습 행동억제체계/행동활성화체계)에 따른 과학학습 상황에서의 행동특성을 조사하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 초등학교 2학년 1학급에서 20명을 추출하여 연구를 시행하였다. 연구는 질적 연구 방법 중의 하나인 현상학적인 연구 방법을 따랐다. 연구를 통해 조사된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SL-BIS에 민감한 학생들은 과학학습 상황에서 '실험 결과에 대한 부정적 반응', '실험 활동에 소극적임', '침묵', '단순 반복 질문'과 같은 행동 특성을 보였다. 둘째, SL-BAS에 민감한 학생들은 '실험 결과에 대한 긍정적 반응', '실험에 대한 도전 정신', '학습지 작성에 열심', '구체적 질문을 많이 함', '상호 보완적 모둠 실험 선호'와 같은 행동 특성을 보였다. 이 연구를 통해 제한적이기는 하나 SL-BIS/BAS의 검사결과가 초등학교 2학년 학생들의 과학학습 상황에서의 행동특성을 예측할 수 있다는 점을 질적 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다.

농업·농촌 공익형 직불제 상호준수의무 우선순위 결정 (Priority Decision of Cross-Compliance of Public-Benefit Direct Payment for Agriculture and Rural Area)

  • 현재 정부는 공익형 직불제를 통해 농업의 공익적 기능을 제고하기 위해 노력하고 있지만, 상호준수의무 세부항목에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 평가기준을 이용한 정량적 연구방법인 계층화 분석법과 퍼지 다기준 의사결정법을 이용하여 공익형 직불제 상호준수의무의 우선순위를 결정하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 평가기준은 정책의 효율성, 농가수용성, 실행가능성이고, 평가 대상은 기본형 상호준수의무 후보와 부가형 상호준수의무 후보이다. 조사대상은 사회과학계(16명), 자연과학계(15명), 정책 및 언론단체(13명), 농업인 단체(6명)의 전문가 50명이며, 2019년 7월부터 약 한 달간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 평가기준의 가중치는 농가수용성, 실행가능성, 정책의 효율성 순으로 높게 나타났다. 기본형 상호준수의무의 우선순위는 PLS 기준준수, 폐비닐 및 농약병 폐기준수, 토양검정실시, 유해물질 허용 기준 준수, 교육이수 항목 등이 높게 평가되었다. 부가형 상호준수의무는 미사용지하수 관정 폐공처리, 농업부산물 공동수거 및 처리, 공동공간 관리 및 청소, 빈집 및 불량시설 정비, 휴경기 녹비작불 재배 및 토양환원 항목 등이 높은 순위로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 공익형 직불제의 개편과 함께 논의되고 있는 상호준수의무의 우선순위를 정량적인 방법으로 결정하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 공익형 직불제의 상호준수의무 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

드론 항공영상을 이용한 딥러닝 기반 앙상블 토지 피복 분할 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Deep Learning Based Ensemble Land Cover Segmentation Algorithm Using Drone Aerial Images)

  • 이 연구에서는 무인 항공기(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV)가 캡처한 이미지의 의미론적 토지 피복 분할 성능을 향상시키기 위한 앙상블 학습 기법을 제안하고 있다. 도시 계획과 같은 분야에서 UAV 사용이 증가함에 따라 토지 피복 분할을 위한 딥러닝 분할 방법을 활용한 기술 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구는 대표적인 분할 모델인 U-Net, DeepLabV3 그리고 Fully Convolutional Network (FCN)를 사용하여 분할 예측 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 접근 방식은 세 가지 분할 모델의 훈련 손실, 검증 정확도 및 클래스별 점수를 통합하여 앙상블 모델을 개발하고 전반적인 예측 성능을 향상시킨다. 이 방법은 건물, 도로, 주차장, 논, 밭, 나무, 빈 공간, 미분류 영역을 포함하는 일곱 가지 클래스가 있는 토지 피복 분할 문제에 적용하여 평가하였다. 앙상블 모델의 성능은 mean Intersection over Union (mIoU)으로 평가하였으며, 제안된 앙상블 모델과 기존의 세 가지 분할 방법을 비교한 결과 mIoU 성능이 향상되었음이 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 제안된 기술이 의미론적 분할 모델의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • Background: Viral antigens presented on the cell surface in association with MHC class I molecules are recognized by CD8+ T cells. MHC restricted peptides are important in eliciting cellular immune responses. As peptide antigens have a weak immunigenicity, pH-sensitive liposomes were used for peptide delivery to induce effective cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. In the previous study, as the HBx peptides could induce specific CTLs in vitro, we tested whether the HLA-A2/$K^b$ transgenic mice that were immunized by HBx-derived peptides could be protected from a viral challenge. Methods: HBx-peptides encapsulated by pH-sensitive liposomes were prepared. $A2K^b$ transgenic mice were immunized i.m. on days one and seven with the indicated concentrations of liposome-encapsulated peptides. Three weeks later, mice were infected with $1{\times}10^7pfu$/head of recombinant vaccinia virus (rVV)-HBx via i.p. administration. The ovaries were extracted from the mice, and the presence of rVV-HBx in the ovaries was analyzed using human TK-143B cells. IFN-${\gamma}$ secretion by these cells was directly assessed using a peptide-pulsed target cell stimulation assay with either peptide-pulsed antigen presenting cells (APCs), concanavalin A ($2{\mu}g/ml$), or a vehicle. To generate peptide-specific CTLs, splenocytes obtained from the immunized mice were stimulated with $20{\mu}g/ml$ of each peptide and restimulated with peptide-pulsed APC four times. The cytotoxic activity of the CTLs was assessed by standard $^{51}Cr$-release assay and intracellular IFN-${\gamma}$ assay. Results: Immunization of these peptides as a mixture in pH-sensitive liposomes to transgenic mice induced a good protective effect from a viral challenge by inducing the peptide-specific CD8+ T cells. Mice immunized with $50{\mu}g/head$ were much better protected against viral challenge compared to those immunized with $5{\mu}g$/head, whereas the mice immunized with empty liposomes were not protected at all. After in vitro CTL culture by peptide stimulation, however, specific cytotoxicity was much higher in the CTLs from mice immunized with $5{\mu}g/head$ than $50{\mu}g/head$ group. Increase of the number of cells that intracellular IFN-${\gamma}$ secreting cell among CD8+ T cells showed similar result. Conclusion: Mice immunized with XEPs within pH-sensitive liposome were protected against viral challenge. The protective effect depended on the amount of antigen used during immunization. XEP-3-specific CTLs could be induced by peptide stimulation in vitro from splenocytes obtained from immunized mice. The cytotoxic effect of CTLs was measured by $^{51}Cr$-release assay and the percentage of accumulated intracellular IFN-${\gamma}$ secreting cells after in vitro restimulation was measured by flow cytometric analysis. The result of $^{51}Cr$-release cytotoxicity test was well correlated with that of the flow cytometric analysis. Viral protection was effective in immunized group of $50{\mu}g/head$, while in the in vitro restimulation, it showed more spectific response in $5{\mu}g$/head group.
