네덜란드와 노르웨이의 난민 학위·자격 평가인정제도 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Evaluation and Recognition for Refugees' Qualification in Netherlands and Norway)

  • 2011년 시리아 내전 이후 전 세계적인 난민 증가와 더불어 국내 유입 난민이 증가하면서 이들에 대한 법적 지위 인정과 더불어 취업, 교육 지원, 학위·자격 인정 등이 사회적 이슈로서 대두하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2000년대 초반부터 난민의 학위·자격에 대한 평가인정제도를 운영하고 있는 네덜란드와 노르웨이 사례를 일정한 분석틀(제도추진배경, 주요내용 및 인정 절차)을 토대로 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 양국 모두 증빙서류를 갖추지 못한 난민의 학위와 자격을 평가인정하는 것이 해외 학위·자격 평가인정제도의 공신력을 떨어뜨릴 수 있는 우려가 있음에도 불구하고, '리스본 인정 협약'에 담긴 '난민의 인권 보호' 취지에 따라 난민 학위·자격 평가인정제도를 운영하고 있었다. 제도운영 면에서는 양국 간에 차이가 있었지만, 양국 모두 '사전경험학습 평가인정제'를 적용하여 '난민'의 입장에서 유연하게 평가인정을 실시한다는 공통점이 있었다. 이러한 점은 향후 국내에서 난민 학위·자격평가인정제도를 설계할 때 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

방사선사 해외취업 및 국내 연계교육에 대한 요구도 : 방사선과 재학생을 중심으로 (Requirements in the Overseas Employment and Domestic Connected Education for Radiological Technologists : Refers to Students Enrolled in the Department of Radiation)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 방사선사의 해외취업 및 국내 연계교육에 대하여 방사선과 재학생의 정보습득 실태와 요구도를 파악하여 향후 방사선과 교육의 국제화를 위한 교육적 개입전략에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 도움이 되는 시사점을 도출하고자 방사선과 재학생 688명에게 설문조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. '방사선사 해외취업이나 이를 위한 연계교육에 관한 정보습득이 없다는 경우'가 487명(70.8%)이고 그 이유로 '교육의 기회가 없기 때문'이 424명(61.6%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 해외취업을 위한 교육방법으로 '유학을 하지 않고 학교자체에서 연계하여 실시하는 것을 선택한다'가 436명(63.4%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 해외 취업에 대해 관심 있는 국가는 '호주'가 247명(35.9%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 해외취업에 대한 인지정도가 낮은 반면에 관심, 필요성, 참여의향, 해외취업 희망 정도는 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 국제화 흐름에 본 대상자들도 동감하고 있으므로 이에 대한 교육프로그램을 전략적으로 구상할 필요가 있다고 본다.

취업주부와 비취업 주부의 삶의 질에 대한 인과모형분석 (The Analysis of Casual Model of Quality of Life for Employed Wives and Unemployed Wives)

  • This study present s and tests a casual model of cohesion adaptability the level of stress recognition coping starategies and quality of life for employed wives and unemployed wives. For the data set 205 employed wives and 200 unemployed wives living in Pusan were chosen. The data were analyzed using M, SD, t-test multiple regression and path analysis. The findings of this study are as follows; First There level of stress recognition and quality of life are higher for employes wives than unemployed wives. Cohesion is higher for employed wives. Whereas adaptability is higher for unemployed wives than employed wives. Employes wives are greater use of coping starategies than unemployed wives. Second For employes wives adaptability the level of stress recognition and coping starategies have significant direct effect on quality of life. Besides wife's level of education age of the youngest child working hours employment motivation and cohesion have significant indirect effect on quality of life. For unemployed wives cohesion adaptability and level of stress recognition have signficant direct effect on quality of life. Besides wife's level of education number of children religion and husband's housework participation are indirectly associated with quality of life. From these results the proposed model is generally supported by the data.

전자상거래 무역상 창업의도 결정요인 (The Antecedents of Entrepreneurial Intention for being E-commerce Trade)

  • There is a growing interest on entrepreneurship for undergraduate students to enhance their employment ratio because they have big difficulty in getting a job in Korea as well as Vietnam. Currently, on-line business is booming because customers feel convenience in approaching on-line store. Therefore, this study has explored identifying the factors to affect entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader for the undergraduates in Korean universities as well as Vietnam universities. In addition to this, the study has also investigated the difference of the results between Korea and Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows ; First, entrepreneurial knowledge affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Second, employment barrier also affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Third, social perception on entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between employment barrier and entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Lastly, the level of entrepreneurial intention for vietnam undergraduate students shows higher than that of Korean undergraduate students. Since there was lack of recognition as to the importance for entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader in Korea, Korean government can refer to the results of this survey and implement the related policies to enhance related entrepreneurial intention. This indicates that when it comes to the establishment of new ventures in Korea, entrepreneurial education has been the focus of interest such as making business plan, setting up strategy, marketing the products etc. In this regard, this research is expected to be used for the development for the future policies to boost youth entrepreneurship in Korea.

Extraction of User Preference for Video Stimuli Using EEG-Based User Responses

  • Owing to the large number of video programs available, a method for accessing preferred videos efficiently through personalized video summaries and clips is needed. The automatic recognition of user states when viewing a video is essential for extracting meaningful video segments. Although there have been many studies on emotion recognition using various user responses, electroencephalogram (EEG)-based research on preference recognition of videos is at its very early stages. This paper proposes classification models based on linear and nonlinear classifiers using EEG features of band power (BP) values and asymmetry scores for four preference classes. As a result, the quadratic-discriminant-analysis-based model using BP features achieves a classification accuracy of 97.39% (${\pm}0.73%$), and the models based on the other nonlinear classifiers using the BP features achieve an accuracy of over 96%, which is superior to that of previous work only for binary preference classification. The result proves that the proposed approach is sufficient for employment in personalized video segmentation with high accuracy and classification power.

물리치료 전공 대학생의 직업인식도와 진로선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Recognition and Career Preference of Physical Therapy Major College Students.)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to provide students with the opportunity to thing about the career of physical therapist and career after graduation through the survey on the perception and career preference of physical therapy service for college students majoring in physical therapy. and to provide guidance for employment guidance. Methods: A total of 271 students majoring in physical therapy at A University in Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. After the preliminary explanation of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed and prepared. of the 271 data, 270 were collected and used as the final analysis data. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1) The higher the age and the higher the grade, the higher the perceived job recognition rate of the agencies. (p<.05), respectively. In other occupational awareness surveys, there was no significant difference in gender, age, and grade (p>.05). 2) In the preference survey, men preferred orthopedic physical therapy and female preferred neurological physical therapy. The preference for the desired institution after graduation was highest for general hospitals by gender, age, and grade. Conclusion: In conclusion, the higher the age and grade, the higher was the physical therapy profession awareness and overall had a positive perception of physical therapy jobs.

문헌정보학 전공자의 선호 직업 및 준비성 실태 분석 연구 (An Analysis on Preferred Occupation and its Readiness to Students in Dept. of Library & Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공학생들의 취업가능 및 취업 희망직업에 대한 인식과 취업 요건 및 준비성 실태 등을 분석하고 문제점을 파악하여 개선방안을 제언하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학교의 문헌정보학과들에서 조사, 발표한직업분야와 취업률을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 K대학교 문헌정보학과 재학생 107명을 대상으로 문헌정보학 학부 학생들의 선호 직업군과 직업준비성 실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 문헌정보학과 학부 학생들이 진출가능하다고 한 직업은 49개 직업으로 나타났으며, 전체의 82.1%를 차지하는 (1)-(20) 순위 직업에서 사서직군은 29.2%로 낮은 반면, 여타의 직업은 52.9%로 높았다. 그러나 자신의 진출희망 직업에서는 전체의 96%를 차지하는 (1)-(20)순위 직업에서 사서직군 45.8%, 여타의 직업이 50.6%로 나타나 실제 진출희망 직업에서는 사서직군에 대한 선호가 다소 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 취업 요건을 종교, 어학, 학업성적, 자격증, 경력으로 구분, 취업공고에 나타난 지원요건과 준비성을 조사한 결과, 전체의 92%가 보통 또는 미흡한 것으로 파악되었다. 이를 토대로, 전공자의 사회적 역량확대와 취업률 향상을 위해 전공 관련 다양한 직업을 학생들에게 소개하고 지도할 것과 케이스 바이 케이스(case-by-case) 개념의 취업지도를 시행할 것 등을 제언하였다.

A Qualitative Study on Job Satisfaction of Dental Hygienists with Low Experience

  • Background: Job satisfaction of dental hygienists has been discussed continuously in dental hygiene research. It has been the most representative performance variable in dental and human resource management. However, in quantitative research, most of the studies have analyzed the causal relationship with variables related to dental hygienists' job satisfaction. The existing qualitative research contains only the studies that targeted dental hygienists with an experience of more than 10 years. The present study aimed to understand and to characterize the job satisfaction of dental hygienists with an experience of 2 to 10 years and to compare it with the qualitative research on dental hygienists with an experience of 10 or more years. Methods: An in-depth interview of dental hygienists with 2 to 10 years of experience working in 10 dental clinics was conducted. For data analysis, Giorgi's analysis method was used. Results: After analyzing the meaning of job satisfaction of dental hygienists, 180 semantic words and 19 subcategories were derived. The results of the interview were categorized into for central meanings: recognition and rewards, work experience and ability improvement, occupational characteristics, and work characteristics. Recognition and rewards included workplace recognition, patient recognition, self-effort and recognition, and the feeling of being rewarded. Work experience and ability improvement included various work experiences and factors relates to improving the work ability. Occupational characteristics included professional job, interest and persistence, job extensibility, and no burden of employment. Work characteristics included working conditions and separation of work and private life. Conclusion: The development of tools to measure the level of dental hygienists' job satisfaction after long-term service and to conduct follow-up research regarding ways and effects to improve job satisfaction is needed.

독일, 덴마크, 노르웨이의 해외자격 평가인정제도 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Evaluation and Recognition of Foreign Qualification in Germany, Denmark, and Norway)

  • 우수한 해외인적 자원의 확보와 활용은 저출산, 고령화로 인해 인구절벽 위기를 직면하고 있는 우리 사회의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 최근에 '외국인 고용허가, 귀화허가'와 관련된 규제들이 완화되고 있으나, 해외인재 유치에 필수적인 '해외자격 평가인정제도'의 도입에 관한 논의는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에 해외자격 평가인정제도 구축에 필요한 지식 토대를 마련하기 위해 글로벌 차원의 해외자격평가인정제도의 도입배경과 주요 이슈를 검토하고, 해외자격 평가인정 분야의 선도 국가라고 할 수 있는 "독일, 덴마크, 노르웨이" 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, '평가대상, 선행학습 경험인정, 고용허가와의 연계' 등의 면에서 국가간 차이가 있지만, 3개국 모두 1997년에 제정된 유럽 자격상호인정 협약(리스본 인정 협약)에 따라 2000년대부터 해외자격 평가인정체제를 구축하고 있었다. 특히 인구 규모가 작은 노르웨이와 덴마크의 경우 해외자격 평가인정과 외국인 고용허가를 적극적으로 연계하는 특징이 있었다. 이러한 점들은 국내에서 해외자격 평가인정제도를 도입하는 데 있어 고려해야 할 점들에 대해 시사하는 바가 크다.

THAMS Clinic Camp 운영을 통한 융합인재 양성 방안 연구 (A Study to Train Student with Interdisciplinary Abilities through THAMS Clinic Camp)

  • The aim of this study suggest the THAMS Clinic Camp program to train the interdisciplinary students with humanistic knowledge as well as the skills to perform the scientific and engineering works. Since the future of society is required students with the ability to elicit an emotional empathy, THAMS Clinic Camp program has been planed and performed from year 2012 based on the comprehensive liberal learning. The average employment rate over the past three years of the students who participated in THAMS Clinic Camp program showed 7% better than the overall average employment rate of Andong National University. The another visible educational outcomes of the THAMS Clinic Camp program are following; i) To take place the conversion of recognition for the interdisciplinary activity by breaking down the walls between fragmented disciplines to students and ii) To provide the opportunity that students will understand the past and refocus the current to have the idea to plan for the future in the right direction.
