Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework-distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

본 연구는 장애인고용패널조사 1차년부터 5차년도까지 자료를 사용하여 콕스비례위험모델을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구목적은 실업기간에 따른 장애인 실업자의 취업에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인을 분석하여 장애인의 취업지원에 필요한 정책적 제언을 하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 인구사회학적요인과 장애요인, 사회환경요인을 모두 고려한 모델이 검증되었으며, 장애인의 주관적 SES가 높을수록 장애인 실업자의 취업률이 높아지며, 중증장애인에 비해 경증장애인이 취업에 유리하였으며, 상대적으로 근로외 소득이 낮을수록 취업률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구의 제한점과 함의를 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the predictors of employment intention for mentally disabled persons. Methods: Mentally disabled persons who had participated in rehabilitation programs in one of 16 mental health centers and 9 community rehabilitation centers located in Seoul and Kyunggi province were recruited for this study. A random sampling method was used and 414 respondents were used for final analysis. Data was analyzed by Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS Win 14.0. Results: The predictors influencing employment intention of the mentally disabled person were observed as employment desire (${\beta}=.48$), guardian's expectation (${\beta}=.26$), professional's support (${\beta}=.23$), financial management (${\beta}=.10$), eating habits (${\beta}=.07$), and quality of life (${\beta}=-.01$). Six factors explained 61.1% of employment intention of mentally disabled persons. Conclusion: The employment intention of a mentally disabled person was influenced by employment desire, diet self-efficacy, guardian's expectation, professional's support, quality of life, financial management and eating habits.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence employer to rehire the mentally disabled. The participants of survey were 121 of employers' in Busan. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test and logistic regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 18.0. According to this analysis, the results show that employer's rehiring intentions for the mentally disabled is a significantly related to gender, relationship with mental disabled person, industrial classification, experience of disabled employees, period of employment with mentally disabled people, subsidy for employment promotion, employment quota system, benevolence, community mental health ideology. Logistic regression analysis showed that relationship with mental disabled person, industrial classification, experience of disabled employees, period of employment with mentally disabled people, subsidy for employment promotion, employment quota system and benevolence. On the basis of results, program for encouraging employer's intention of rehiring the mentally disabled should be development and establish mediate strategies.

2004년부터 실시되고 있는 고용지원을 위한 보조공학서비스를 제공하고 있는 센터는 중앙기관 1개와 그 외 18개지사의 한국장애인고용공단이다. 선행 연구에서 수요자의 만족도 조사를 통해 서비스의 필요성이 입증되었다. 그러나 센터의 전문성을 향상시키고, 양적 서비스에서 질적 서비스를 실시할 필요성이 나타나면서 수요분석을 통해 고용지원 보조공학 센터의 설립이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 2013년도 한국장애인고용공단의 보조공학기기지원사업의 성과의 분석 통해 보조공학기기 수용에 대한 추계율을 분석하였다. 국가 및 지자체에서 지원하고 관리하는 센터의 경우의 보조공학서비스가 필요한 장애인 수요자를 지원하기에 인력 및 지원이 부족하다고 나타났다. 이를 통해 증가하는 장애인 인구수와 그 들의 다양한 욕구를 해결 할 수 있는 고용지원 보조공학 센터는 설립이 필요하다고 조사되었다.

본 연구는 장애인 경제활동 분야에서 정형화된 데이터의 한계성을 극복하기 위해 데이터 수집과 분석이 용이한 미디어에서 수집한 비정형 텍스트 데이터를 활용하여 빅데이터의 통계적 유용성을 파악하고자 하였다. '우선구매'가 '장애인직업재활'과 '장애인고용'에 미치는 영향에 대해 통계분석을 실시함과 동시에 의미망 분석을 병행하여 통계분석으로 파악할 수 없는 시기별 주된 이슈도 함께 파악하여 종합적인 결론을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 텍스트 의미망 분석결과 정부, 지자체 등 공공부문의 강한 주도성을 확인하였고 반면, 민간부문에서의 소비 활성화 동향과 최근 코로나19에 환경에서의 직업재활시설의 생산활동의 변화도 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 상관분석 결과 우선구매와 장애인직업재활, 장애인 고용이 각각 유의미한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 회귀분석 결과도 마찬가지로 우선구매는 종속변수인 장애인직업재활, 장애인고용에 대해 각각 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 후속 연구들이 언론 빅데이터를 장애인 분야에서 이슈탐지를 위한 다양한 통계분석과 연구활동에 많이 활용될 것으로 전망하며 비정형 데이터의 접근성과 보편성이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.
