스마트온실 경영체의 경영 효율성 및 영향요인 분석 - 전라권 딸기 재배 경영체를 중심으로- (The Analysis of the Management Efficiency and Impact Factors of Smart Greenhouse Business Entities - Focusing on the Business Entities of Strawberry Cultivation in Jeolla-do -)

  • Purpose: This study intends to provide decision-making information to improve efficiency by analyzing the management efficiency of smart greenhouse business entities and identifying factors that affect the efficiency based on input and output. Methods: The subjects of analysis were business entities for cultivating strawberries in smart greenhouses in Jeolla region (northern and southern Jeolla provinces), and the analysis focused on the management performance of the 2019-2020 crop period (year). Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) was applied as an analysis method for efficiency analysis, Quantile Regression(QR) analysis was applied as a factor affecting the efficiency. Results: The reason for the efficiency gap between business entities was that there were many business entities that did not minimize the input cost at the current level of output, and the area where the variance among business entities was large was the fixed cost per 10a. In the results of the affecting factor analysis, it was found that the seed-seedlings cost, fertilizer cost, other material cost, and employment and labor cost had a negative (-) effect on the efficiency, and that the repair and maintenance cost had a positive (+) effect. Conclusion: Therefore, to achieve the efficiency of scale, it is necessary to reduce the input scale to an appropriate level. In the case of business entities with low efficiency by quartile, the seed-seedlings, fertilizer, and other material costs reduce expenditures, and repair maintenance costs can improve efficiency by increasing expenditures.

빅데이터 기반 대학생 학자금 대출 현황 분석 (Analysis of Current Situation of University Student Loans Based on Bigdata)

  • 한국장학재단에서 학자금 대출제도가 시행되기 전에는 은행 등 금융회사를 통해 학자금 대출제도가 시행되고 있었지만, 한국장학재단 설립된 이후는 재단이 직접 학자금을 대출함으로써 정부의 역할은 강화되었다. 하지만, 학자금 대출의 상환실적이 저조하여 향후 학자금 대출의 상당한 부실과 정부의 재정적 부담이 우려되고 있다. 더구나 학자금 대출은 저소득층 지원을 위하여 대학을 졸업한 이후에도 상환이 이루어지기 때문에 채무자의 향후 취업률과 소득수준이 개선되지 않는 한 학자금 대출의 상환율이 개선될 가능성은 매우 희박하다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 기반 시스템에서 수집, 저장, 처리, 분석 단계를 거쳐 학자금 대출의 상환 금액을 최종 시각화 그래프를 표현하였다. 이는 학자금 대출에 대한 금액을 눈으로 확인하여 현재 학자금 대출제도에 대한 부담을 줄일 방안을 다양하게 생각해 낼 수 있는 근거자료가 될 수 있다.

  • IFC 정보의 시멘틱 무결성 확보를 위해 BIM 부재와 IFC 엔티티 간 매핑 검증이 필요하다. 이와 관련된 기존 연구들은 기하정보 기반으로 학습시킨 기계학습 알고리즘을 활용하여 BIM 부재 인식 및 분류를 통해 매핑 검증을 실시하였으나, 유사한 기하특성을 가진 부재를 구분하지 못한다는 한계점이 존재하였다. 이에 본 연구는 BIM 모델의 주요 부재를 인공신경망 기반으로 자동 분류하되, 부재 간 관계정보를 삽입하여 분류성능을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 특성 외에 구조화된 신호를 함께 학습하는 NSL 프레임워크를 활용하여 8개의 BIM 부재를 분류하는 모델을 구축하였으며, 그 결과 기하정보 기반 인공신경망 모델과 대비하여 부재 간 관계정보를 삽입한 NSL 모델의 분류정확도가 현저히 상승한 것을 확인하였다.

공무원 대상 모의법정을 통한 갈등관리 상황학습 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Experience of Conflict Management Situation Learning Through Mock Court for Civil Servants)

  • 교육훈련은 전인적 차원에서의 교육과는 달리, 한정된 특정 영역에서의 지식, 기술 습득을 통해 개인차원에서의 지식·기술 등 업무역량의 잠재력 뿐만 아니라, 조직적 차원에서의 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 수원시 시민배심법정 모의상황학습에 참여한 공무원 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 효과성 검증은 CIPP모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 학습참여자는 교육프로그램에서 어떤 해결책을 도출하는 결과보다는 과정(process)에 대한 중요도를 높게 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사전·사후평가를 비교·분석한 결과, 모의법정 실습을 통한 교육효과 및 향후 업무활용도에 도움정도가 교육 전에 비해 높게 나타나 그 효과가 입증되었다. 학습기획자 평가 결과와 더불어 학습프로그램에 대한 함의점으로, 다양한 학습자 상호간의 학습 상호작용을 위한 성별, 근무기간 등을 고려한 참여자 구성이 필요하며, 다양한 지역문제와 갈등상황에 대한 정보습득 교육 및 숙의학습 병행이 필요하다. 또한 학습의 실효성을 위한 현안사업과 관련된 맞춤형 갈등관리 교육을 통해 보완할 수 있다.

코로나19 역학조사를 담당했던 간호사의 역학조사 업무 인식 (Awareness of the epidemiological investigation tasks of the nurse in charge of COVID-19 epidemiological investigations)

  • Purpose: This qualitative study was to understand the awareness of epidemiological investigation tasks for nurses who were in charge of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemiological investigations. Methods: Before data collection, written consent was obtained from 13 participants, and the data were then collected from September 1 to December 31, 2021. Individual interviews were conducted and recorded by video interview using Zoom, and data were transcribed verbatim. Four themes were derived by using the qualitative thematic analysis method. Results: The participants perceived that epidemiological investigations were burdensome but that the field work was important, and that expertise and collaboration were required. The participants started work without preparation due to the explosive increase in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, and they recognized work conflicts, unstable employment, and exhaustion as obstacles to their work performance. On the other hand, the participants took pride in contributing to the national epidemiological investigation and control and felt a sense of responsibility as nursing professionals. Finally, participants mentioned that the training of infectious disease practitioner was important for work improvement. Conclusion: Further research is needed on the development of standardized manuals for the training of nursing personnel as infectious disease specialists through the job analysis of epidemiological investigators.

치위생학과 학생의 직업인성역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Occupational Personality Competence of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Background: A study was conducted to check the occupational personality competency status of students enrolled in the three-year dental hygiene department and to understand the contents of vocational personality education to be prepared according to these results. Methods: For 240 students enrolled in the Department of Dental Hygiene in Area, Daegu, the College Student Occupational Personality Scale (OPSU) was administered. Results: The higher the major satisfaction (F=10.589, p<0.000) and the higher the major performance (F=3.704, p<0.01), the higher the vocational personality competency. The average occupational personality competency for job adaptation was 3.96±0.47 points (out of 5 points). As for the average for each sub-area, consideration was the highest at 4.51±0.42, and confidence was the lowest at 3.54±0.84. Among professional personality competencies, the average of each sub-area showed the highest positive correlation in the order of positivity (r=0.835, p<0.00), reliability (r=0.769, p<0.00), and community consciousness (r=0.767, p<0.00), and consideration (r=0.696, p<0.00) showed the lowest correlation. Conclusions: Personalized career and employment education should be provided in consideration of the individual occupational personality level of dental hygiene students considering the characteristics of the health and medical fields, and individual counseling should be provided in areas that are insufficient or supplemented. In addition, dental hygiene ethics education is necessary for the development of vocational personality competencies in the dental hygiene curriculum, and universities should spare no support for completing vocational personality education programs in preparation for the future society by using comparative programs.

Internal Service Recovery's Influence on Frontline Service Employees' Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • Relatively little studies have investigated employee recovery from internal service failure, especially from the employees' perspective. When handling customer complaints, employees must not only deal with legitimate customer demands after a service failure, such as providing an apology, rectifying the problem, and offering compensation, but they must also manage illegitimate dysfunctional customers, who may yell, threaten, and even physically harm the employee. These negative experiences can have strong effects, and employees can exhibit higher levels of stress such as burnout and emotional labor, which have been linked to dissatisfaction, tension and anxiety, reduced performance and effectiveness, and a greater propensity to leave the firm, ultimately leading to negative financial consequences for the firm. These conditions result in internal service failure and create the need to recover employees-in other words, internal service recovery. However, little research has examined this issue so far. The purpose of the current study, therefore, is to investigate the relationship between internal service recovery and employee outcomes. A pre-test, post-test between-subjects experimental design was developed. Participants were 166 part-time students who were working full-time. The average age of the participants was 36.74 years, and 57.50% of them were female. The average length of employment was 13 years. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four groups of approximately equal size. Three of the groups were subjected to an experimental situation involving an internal service failure, while one group was not exposed to failure, thereby acting as a control group. This study contributes to the service marketing literature in several ways. First, the study extends service failure and/or recovery research by examining recovery in an employee context. Second, this study attempts to measure internal service recovery and to empirically demonstrate its relationship to employee outcomes. Third, this investigation emphasizes the managerial importance of internal service recovery. For example, understanding the nature of the relationships between internal service recovery and its consequences can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managers' resource allocation decisions.

사회복지사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Empowerment of the Social Worker Effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose : Delegating authority to employees exerts a positive effect on the efficient operation and service of a company. In particular, investigating how the delegation of authority granted to social workers, who have a greater workload compared with those of other occupations, influences job satisfaction and commitment to the organization is meaningful. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of the empowerment of social workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods : Toward this end, surveys were distributed to social workers employed at social welfare facilities in Daegu metropolitan city. Prior to the study, the researcher visited the institutions in which the social workers were working, explained the content in person, and conducted the self-administered survey accompanied by two research assistants who received prior training. Out of the 233 collected responses, those with unreliable responses and missing data were excluded, which left a sample of 224 for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results : First, social workers who were older, had higher positions, and with longer years of service exhibited higher levels of empowerment in terms of differences in empowerment according to general characteristics. Second, for job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to general characteristics, the longer the period of employment, the higher the level of job satisfaction. Third, empowerment exerted an effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and a positive correlation was found. Conclusion : The empowerment of social workers exerted a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, to improve service quality and the efficient operation of social welfare organizations in this practice, improving the empowerment of social workers is necessary by providing appropriate treatments, improving working environments, and providing appropriate discretion and decision-making authorities that are considered necessary for work performance.

학습근로자의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 (Factors Influencing the Academic Achievement of Student Workers)

  • 본 연구는 학위연계형 일학습병행제를 통해 직업능력향상을 위한 교육훈련을 받고 있는 학습근로자의 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 대학 학위과정 입학과 선발 단계에서 고려할 수 있는 다양한 요인들과 입학 이후 대학의 평점평균점수와의 인과관계를 찾아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 K대학교의 학위연계형 일학습병행제의 모델인 일학습병행대학의 3개 학부과정생 976명의 역사적 입학자료와 평점평균자료를 통해 회귀분석과 분산분석을 진행했다. 분석의 질을 확보하기 위하여 추가로 공개된 기업정보 데이터베이스에서 학습근로자의 학점에 영향을 미칠 것으로 추정되는 기업정보를 포함했다. 분석 결과 출신고등학교의 분류, 성별, 가정환경요소, 고등학교 교과목별 등급, 회사의 재직기간, 입학당시의 연령 등 다양한 요소에서 유의미한 인과관계를 찾을 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 동일한 학위과정을 운용하는 대학에서는 학습근로자 선발절차의 업그레이드를 할 수 있으리라 기대한다. 추가로 본 연구결과는 향후 학위연계형 일학습병행제의 정책적 제언을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Current strategies using 3D organoids to establish in vitro maternal-embryonic interaction

  • Importance: The creation of robust maternal-embryonic interactions and implantation models is important for comprehending the early stages of embryonic development and reproductive disorders. Traditional two-dimensional (2D) cell culture systems often fail to accurately mimic the highly complex in vivo conditions. The employment of three-dimensional (3D) organoids has emerged as a promising strategy to overcome these limitations in recent years. The advancements in the field of organoid technology have opened new avenues for studying the physiology and diseases affecting female reproductive tract. Observations: This review summarizes the current strategies and advancements in the field of 3D organoids to establish maternal-embryonic interaction and implantation models for use in research and personalized medicine in assisted reproductive technology. The concepts of endometrial organoids, menstrual blood flow organoids, placental trophoblast organoids, stem cell-derived blastoids, and in vitro-generated embryo models are discussed in detail. We show the incorportaion of organoid systems and microfluidic technology to enhance tissue performance and precise management of the cellular surroundings. Conclusions and Relevance: This review provides insights into the future direction of modeling maternal-embryonic interaction research and its combination with other powerful technologies to interfere with this dialogue either by promoting or hindering it for improving fertility or methods for contraception, respectively. The merging of organoid systems with microfluidics facilitates the creation of sophisticated and functional organoid models, enhancing insights into organ development, disease mechanisms, and personalized medical investigations.
