본 연구는 고용주의 장애인 고용에 대한 인식과 고용만족도 간의 관계와 이들 간의 관계에서 장애인 고용기업기여도 인식의 매개효과와 교육훈련지원 유무의 조절효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구 목적을 위하여 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 「2021년도 장애인고용실태조사」 자료 가운데 4,332업체를 대상으로 재구성하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하였으며, 변수 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 구조방정식모형 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 고용주의 장애인고용인식과 고용만족도 간에 유의미한 영향관계가 있으며 고용 기업기여도의 부분매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 교육훈련지원 유무에 따른 부분적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 장애인고용률을 높이기 위해 환경조성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인을 다각도로 고찰하였다는 데에 의의가 있으며, 이런 결과를 바탕으로 장애인고용률을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how children perceive their mothers' employment. The subjects were 471 elementary school children(4th. 5th. and 6th graders) of working mothers. The instrument used in the present study was a questionnaire consisting of sociodemographic variables and 5 indices. The data were analyzed with multiple regression and stepwise multiple regression. It was found that the child's knowledge about mothers employment, the child's perception of how he/she is affected by having a working mother, the child s perception of mothers feelings about her employment. and the child's perception of mother's interest in him/her predicted the child's attitude toward his/her mother's employment.

경체 침체와 고용 없는 성장 산업으로 인해 대학생의 실업 문제가 점차 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 특히 대학생의 취업률 문제가 대학의 평가로 이어질 정도로 정부가 관심을 갖고 대학생 취업률을 올리고자 노력하고 있다. 따라서 대학의 취업 정책은 졸업자의 취업지원을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 준비하여 대학생 취업을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 대학의 취업지원 활동의 의도, 추진 성과, 준비성 등과 대학생이 인지하는 만족도, 효용성 등 부문에서 일부 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 활동의 효과에도 문제가 있지만 프로그램 추진의 효율성도 떨어져 예산 낭비로 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 대학 취업 지원활동의 효율성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 대학의 지원활동에 대한 대학생의 인지도, 활용도, 만족도 등을 분석하여 대학의 취업 지원 프로그램 수정 제안과 함께 관련 주체들의 바람직한 태도와 정책을 제시하고 있다.

Objectives: This study investigated the perception on the effects of malocclusion on employment, and aimed to provide information to those who are seeking employment. Methods: The study examined 306 subjects aged 19 to 39 in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do during the month of December, 2016. The data obtained were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis among others. Results: The most important factors in job success were education (35.9%), followed by appearance (23.8%), and major (22.1%). On whether there is a correlation between social life and malocclusion, 49.0% and 51.0% of the subjects answered 'Yes' and 'No', respectively. When the factors influencing the perception of the effects of malocclusion on employment were reviewed, it was found that for female(p<0.01) subjects, the perceived effect of malocclusion on life and on employment (p<.001), and the perceived effect of malocclusion on employment were lower in 20-24 year olds and 25-29 year - olds (p<0.01). Conclusions: Many people believe that malocclusion affects employment and that it is necessary to provide information on orthodontic treatment to those who are preparing for employment and ordinary. However, it is important to provide correct information about orthodontic treatments, including functional improvement, rather than simply focusing too much on aesthetic effects alone.

In recent years, the competition for employment among college students has become more intense. It is also the time when strong personal beliefs and will to develop careers are required for successful employment through stable major study. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out the effect on major attitude and employment efficacy according to the level of aviation safety perception, which is an important issue in the aviation industry. For analysis, survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation service who are enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypotheses of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on questionnaires, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypotheses. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is found that safety knowledge and safety consciousness, which are sub-factors of aviation safety perception of college students majoring in aviation service, have a positive (+) effect on subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition of major recognition. Second, subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition, which are sub-factors of major recognition, are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Third, it is found that major commitment have a positive (+) effect on employment efficacy. Based on the research results, practical support plans and strategies for effective major study and successful employment are presented.

The purpose of this study was to investigate working wife's employment-related expenditures and perception of economic contribution to the family and to examine the effects of variables on them, The findings showed that household income had the largest effect on employment-related expenditures of working wives. Working wives perceived their economic contributions to the family positively and the economic situation of wives was important. And domestic and childcare service expenditures had effected on their perceptions.

Purpose: To investigate the satisfaction of students majoring in physiotherapy and to confirm a change of perception on employment decisions after clinical training. Methods: Structured questionnaires were distributed to 500 undergraduate physiotherapy students in 2014. Data from 462 respondents were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, Wilcoxon's signed-rank, stepwise regression, and independent samples t tests. Design: Cross-section study Results: The satisfaction and perceptions of employment decision increased post-clinical training among physiotherapy students who hoped to find employment. After clinical training, the desired employment venues also changed: fewer students desired to work in rehabilitation centers and secondary hospitals, and more desired to work in university hospitals, general hospitals, public welfare centers, and the industrial company health facilities. There were changes in the preferred fields of those who hoped to find employment in the field, as well. There was decreased interest in clinical electrophysiology, sports, and women's health, and increased interest in neurology, orthopedics, and pediatrics. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that clinical training changes student' employment decisions and affects their desire to enter specific fields.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of variables related to family and employment on work family spillover in working wives with children. Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families(KLoWF; 2008) of Korea Women's Development Institute was used in this study. The subjects of this study were 733 working wives with children. For data analysis Cronbach ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression were performed. The results show that, first, among variables related to family, family role awareness and marital satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and husband's weekends housework hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Second, among variables related to employment, career satisfaction, wife's weekly working hour, husband's perception on employment of wife and sexual discrimination influence on work-family negative spillover, and career satisfaction, husband's perception on employment of wife, employment stability, husband's monthly income and husband's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Third, among variables related to family and employment, wife's weekly working hour, family role awareness, marital satisfaction husband's perception on employment of wive, husband's weekly working hour, and career satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and wife's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children.

본 연구는 4년제 학제 치위생학과 졸업예정자의 취업선호도와 취업인식 및 직업의식에 관하여 조사하고자 수행되었다. 설문지는 일반적 사항, 취업선호도와 취업인식, 직업의식에 관한 문항으로 구성하였고, 강원도 W시 K대학교 치위생학과 졸업예정자에게 설문하여 111부 분석하였다. 통계분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0를 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계, Mann-Whitney U검정 혹은 Kruskal-Wallis검정, 그리고 Pearson's correlation coefficient을 시행하였다(p<0.05). 전공만족도에 따라서는 직업의식 항목 중 전문직종, 대인관계, 전체 직업의식이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 성적에 따라서는 대인관계 및 근로윤리, 취득 자격증수에 따라서는 학술관련, 대인관계, 전체 직업의식에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 직업의식 항목 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.01). 본 연구는 4년제 학제 졸업예정자의 직업의식 수준을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하는데 의미가 있으며, 차후 진로 및 취업지도에 활용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

본 연구는 지적장애 학생들의 취업 및 고용 유지를 위하여 필요한 기술들에 관한 지적장애 특수학교 교사들의 인식을 알아보기 위하여 설문조사와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 먼저 지적장애아교육 교사들을 대상으로 취업 및 고용유지를 위한 일상생활기술, 개인-사회적기술, 직업기술에 관한 인식을 알아보기 위한 설문조사를 실시하고, 양적 연구의 한계를 보완하기 위하여, 지적장애 학생들의 성공적인 취업 및 고용을 유지하기 위한 기술과 관련하여 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과에 따르면, 지적장애 학생들이 직업을 가지는 것이 성공적인 성인생활을 유지하기 위해 중요하다고 인식하고 있음에도 불구하고, 많은 지적장애학생들이 고용을 지속적으로 유지하지 못하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지적장애학생들의 취업 후 지속적인 고용 유지를 방해하는 많은 요인들이 있기 때문이다. 양적연구의 결과에 따르면, 취업 및 고용을 유지하기 위해서는 일상생활기술, 직업기술, 개인-사회적 기술이 모두 중요하지만, 학생들의 개인-사회적기술이 무엇보다 중요하다고 인식하고 있었으며, 이를 위한 교육에 많은 노력을 기울이는 것으로 나타났다. 질적 연구의 결과에서도, 지적장애를 가진 학생들이 성공적으로 취업을 하고, 고용을 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 직업 기술보다는 학생들의 성실성, 착한 인성, 사회성기술, 지시따르기 등의 태도 등이 더욱 중요하다고 인식하고 있고, 이를 교수하기 위해 노력하는 것으로 나타났다.
