로봇 vs 사람: 종업원의 서비스 성공과 실패가 고객행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 비교 연구 (Robot vs Human: Comparative Study on the Effect of Service Success and Failure on Customer Behavioral Intentions of Service Employees)

  • 서비스 현장에서 로봇의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 서비스 로봇의 종업원으로서의 역할에 주목하여, 로봇의 서비스가 고객행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 서비스 성공과 실패 상황에서 사람 종업원과 비교하여 살펴보았다. 바리스타로봇, 서빙로봇, 쉐프로봇을 대상으로 세 번의 실험을 통해 실증분석을 수행하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 서비스가 성공적인 경우, 사람들은 서비스를 제공한 종업원이 사람인지, 로봇인지에 관계없이 재방문 의도가 유사하게 나타났다. 반면, 서비스가 실패인 상황에서는 로봇 종업원으로부터 서비스를 받은 경우보다 사람 종업원으로부터 서비스를 받은 경우에 재방문 의도가 더 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 이유는 아직까지 서비스 로봇의 능력에 대한 고객들의 기대가 사람 종업원에 비해 낮기 때문인 것으로 파악되었다. 마지막으로 고객들은 로봇의 서비스가 사람의 서비스에 비해 더 안정적이라고 인식하는 것으로 나타나 서비스 로봇이 성공적인 서비스를 제공한다면 로봇으로부터 서비스를 제공받는 고객으로부터 긍정적인 반응과 행동을 이끌어낼 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • The efficient safety estimation for a business should analyze an accident data by considering every possible and potential factor. Thus, we consider several factors to build the safety estimation model to meet fairness and rationality. This paper present the yearly statistic data of accident from KOSHA analyze the data by industry, scale, year of service of a employee, age and other factors; build the safety estimation model for the business based on the accident report derived the analysis. The estimation model is established by the weights for accident type, degree, scale, industry, year of service, and age of the employee derived from ANP(Analytic Network Process).

The efforts always will get gains? Risk perception of turnover and cost of changing job affect employee turnover: Evidence from Korea

  • This present study investigatesed the impact of the team innovation-oriented human resource management (HRM) practices on employees' turnover intention among financial, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and manufacturing industries in Korea. Furthermore, we explored whether risk perception of turnover and the cost of changing job would mediate the relationship between team innovation-oriented human resource management practices with employees' turnover intention in different industries in Korea. To that end, PLS structural equation modeling was used to exam the research hypothesis. We have found that team innovation-oriented HRM practices have a significant impact on employees' turnover intention. Moreover, we have discovered risk perception of turnover and the switching cost of changing job playing mediating role in the relationship of team innovation-oriented HRM practices with turnover intention among different type of industries employee. Lastly, the theoretical implications were discussed based on these findings.

An Analysis on the Relationships between Professions in the Beauty Industry and Blood Type

  • This study was carried out after the author experienced different personalities according to blood type over many years and thus have attempted to find out the relationships between blood type and each occupation in the industry. This study aims to analyze employees in the beauty industry (hair design, skin care, nail art and makeup) in Seoul with regard to their blood types. The significance of this study is to provide baseline data for entrants and managers in the beauty industry in order to help them choose the right occupation and reduce turnover rates through analyzing employee personalities by blood type. Research topics include the following: first, to understand the characteristics of employees in the beauty industry; and second, to find out the relationships between blood types and types of professions. After conducting an inquiry into the relationships between blood type and profession in the industry, a significant portion of skin care (49.3%) and nail art (43.8%) professionals was blood type A; nail artists (43.8%), type AB; hair designers (54.7%), type B; and makeup artists (50.0%) and hair designers (29.2%), type O. In conclusion, these results reflect the personalities of people within the beauty industry by blood type. Skin care and nail art shops are quiet environments, whereas hair salons are relatively louder with contemporary music along with the sounds of various equipment.

  • 기업현장에서 현직교육훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 커지고 있고, 많은 기업들이 현직교육훈련을 실시하고 있거나 추진을 계획하고 있다. 더욱이 최근 기업은 우수인재를 확보 유지를 하기 위해서 기업차원에서 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 실제구성원들이 어떤 이유에서 현직교육훈련을 선택하고, 이를 시행하는데 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 성과에 대해서 어떻게 생각하고 있는지에 대한 정보는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 구성원의 관점에서 현직교육훈련 참여동기 요인을 찾아보고, 현직교육훈련을 선택하는데 영향을 주는 요인을 현직교육훈련 유형 및 통합적인 관점에서 밝히고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 구성원들이 현직교육훈련 참여강도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 OJET 유형 요인, 담당업무 요인, OJET 참여이유 요인, 기업환경 요인 그리고 개인특성 요인들이 이에 유의한 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 기초로 해서, 본 논문은 기업차원에서 현직교육훈련 참여를 활성화할 수 있는 정책적, 제도적 모색방안을 제시하였다.

의료보험가입군(醫療保險加入群)과 비가입군(非加入群)의 의료(醫療)에 관(關)한 조사(調査) -나주(羅州) 비료공장(肥料工場)의 경우(境遇)를 중심(中心)으로- (A Study on Sickness and Medical Care of Insured ana Non-insured Group -In Case of Naju Fertilizer Company-)

  • A study on the status of sickness and medical care of insured and non-insured groups of employee and his family in Naju fertilizer company, in the year of 1973, was carried out. The results obtained are as follows: 1. 66.8% of all employee was subscribed in this medical insurance program. No woman employee was subscribed and the rate of subscription was increased from 16.1% to 92.0% by age increases. 2. Also, as of period of service, the rate of subscription was increased from 11.3% to 89.4% by the period gets longer. 3. Employee who reside within boundary of the company (76.2%) subscribed more than that whom reside outside boundary (63.9%). 4. Rate of subscription was also indreased by family size becomes larger. In case of single, it was only 19.6% but in the case of family size became more than 6, it increased to 87.4%, 5. As of amount of monthly income, although no one had subscribed those who get less than 30,000 won a month. Subscriber, increased by monthly income get greater. 6. Subscribed family reside within company boundary utilized hospital 35.5 times a year whereas non-subscribed family reside within these utilized 12.5 times. And, subscribed family reside outside boundary utilized hospital 32.2 times a year and non-subscribed family utilized 9.6 times. Regardless of resident area, family who subscribed to this program utilized hospital more often than non-subscribed family. 7. The utilization of the hospital became gradually frequent from 15.6 times to 36.5 times per family by family size became larger. but in non-subscribed group, although it was increased from 8.3 times to 16.5 times per family, it was droped to the least 6.9 times at 2 person family. 8. 17,496 hospital visits were made by all employee and his family in the year 1973. 86.9% of them was made by subscribed group and the rest (13.1%) was made by non-subscribed group. Observing of the type of these sickness by the classification of WHO, only three types of VII (26.7%), XVII (25.0%) and IX(19.3%) were made more often by non-subscribed group while the others were made more by subscribed group. 9. Anual average medical expenditure per family was 13,098.9 won for subscribed family while it was 3,076.1 won for non-subscribed family. 10. Anual average hospital visits per capita was 6.5 times for subscribed groups and 3.4 times for non-subscribed group. Anual average medical expenditure per capita was 2,580.8 won for subscribed group while it was 1,061.0 won for non-subscribed one.

정보다양성 수용 정도가 종업원 태도에 미치는 영향 : 상사소통 및 동료소통의 조절효과 (The Effect of Informational Diversity-Sensitive Orientation on Employee Attitudes : The Moderating Effects of Supervisory Communication & Co-Worker Communication)

  • 본 연구는 정보다양성 수용 정도와 종업원 태도간의 관계에서 조직 내 대인간 소통의 긍정적인 조절효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 최근 전 세계적으로 조직 내 다양성이 증대되고 있는 상황에서 국내 조직에서도 인적구성의 다양성이 심화되고 있다. 따라서 조직 내 다양성 관리를 어떻게 하느냐에 따라 조직성과에 미치는 영향이 달라질 수 있다. 기존 다양성 연구들은 객관적인 다양성 특성의 분산에만 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 혼재된 연구결과들을 도출하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 다양성 연구들의 불일치된 연구결과들을 극복하기 위해 구성원들이 다양성을 어떻게 지각하는지에 대해 관심을 두고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 정보다양성 수용 정도라는 변수를 활용하였다. 분석을 위해 국내기업에 종사하는 301명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 정보다양성 수용 정도는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 소통의 조절효과에서는 동료와의 소통에서만 긍정적인 조절효과가 검증되어 소통 유형에 따라 변수들에 미치는 영향력이 다름을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

경기 안산지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 업무특성에 대한 만족도 (Job Satisfaction of School Food-Service Employee in Ansan Gyoeng-gi Do)

  • The objective of this study is to verify work satisfaction of school food-service employee, of their job characteristics. Subjects were comprised 9 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 3 high schools in Ansan city. Data were analyzed 203 questionnaires for frequency, means, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, t-test, and Pearson correlation using SPSS PC Package. Most of the respondents were high school graduate(91.1%), under one million won salary(41.9%), and non license holder(60.6%). Working conditions were part-time job(41.9%), unlimited contractors(51.2%), and 3-5 years of working experience(21.7%). Measure of overall job satisfaction by Likert-type 5 scale, satisfaction of work operation attitude was 3.55 points and work characteristic duty of 4.32 points. The certificate qualified and elementary school's working posture were more satisfied their work attitude than other groups(p<0.05). Salary satisfaction score showed 2.64 points, but the work esteem satisfaction showed 3.34 points. The factor of working circumstance and potentiality satisfaction was only 2.61 points, but interpersonal connection and communication satisfaction was 3.50 points. Between job satisfactions factors, they were highly correlated with each other. The pride and characteristic duty of the work showed the strongest correlated(p<0.001). The satisfaction score of work operation attitude were significantly correlated with characteristic duty(p<0.001), work esteem, interpersonal relationships and communication(p<0.01). With this results, work satisfaction of food service employees showed a relatively high to perform a job task characteristics and work attitudes. However, the working environment and growth in salaries satisfaction were low. A set of duties must be paid according to the labor intensity. As removing the disturbing factors, the improvement in the quality of the feed will be able to expect substantial effects.
