융복합 감성지능(EI)과 일-가정 갈등(WFC)이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Emotional Intelligence Convergence and Work-Family Conflict on Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 광고 산업종사자들을 대상으로 감성지능(EI)과 일-가정 갈등(WFC)이 직무성과와 이직의도 등 조직효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 감성지능은 직무성과와 이직의도에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 감성 활용의 수준이 높은 직원일수록 직무성과가 높았으며, 감성조절 능력이 높은 직원일수록 이직의도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일-가정 갈등은 조직 효과성에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 특히 일로 인한 가정 갈등은 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과는 다른 산업에 비해 이직률이 높은 광고 산업 종사자들을 대상으로 조직의 성과와 인적자원 관리를 위해 감성지능을 높이고 일과 가정의 갈등을 줄일 수 있는 조직문화 형성 및 적절한 제도의 확립이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

항공교통관제사의 감정통제가 직무몰입과 조직충성도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Air Traffic Controllers' Emotional Regulation to Their Job Involvement and Organizational Loyalty)

  • Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) are also essential to the efficiency of airports and the airline industry. With the increasing volume of traffic, managing flights is a complex and sometimes very stressful job. ATC is using radar and other technology to track planes 'en route' between airports and keep in touch with pilots. Alternatively, ATCs are liaising with the planes on approach. However, ATC's working condition is getting more stressful, as the volume of air traffic increases. Thus this paper tried to research cognitive emotional regulation, job satisfaction, and job involvement and organizational committment of ATCs under the stressful work condition, taking care of safety of a couple of hundreds passengers per plane. Using CERQ survey sheet (Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire), it was found out that positive thinking and acceptance of self-blame have a significant impact on job satisfaction, work absorption and organizational Loyalty.

임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무 스트레스 정도 비교 (Comparison of Emotional Labor and Job Stress of Hospital Nursing Staff)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between the level of emotional labor and occupational job stress of hospital nursing staff. Methods: The survey was conducted from Mar. to Oct. 2009 to collect data from clinical nurses (N=496). Results: The study showed that nurses without religion and those working in big-sized hospitals had higher scores in emotional labor, and those of 26~30 years old felt the highest stress in the occupational role. The same applied to the married, more work experienced, atheist and those working in big-sized hospitals. Unmarried, under educated nurses with less work experience working in the big-sized hospitals showed higher scores in personal strain. The scores of the personal resources depended on religion, work experience, marital status and position of their jobs. Emotional labor was positively correlated with an occupational role and personal strain, respectively, but the emotional labor, occupational role and personal strain were negatively correlated with personal resources respectively. Conclusion: Intervention program is required to reduce overload of nurse's role and to relieve physical and psychological strains of the under-30-age-group. Also, social support and rational/cognitive coping must be reinforced.

A Study on the Impact of Emotional Labor of Sales and Service Workers

  • 본 연구는 판매서비스직 종사자를 대상으로 감정노동이 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 PASW 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, T-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 판매서비스직 종사자들은 감정노동의 표면행동보다 내면행동이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이타주의는 근무경력에 따라, 양심행동은 성별에 따라, 직장-가정 갈등은 연령, 결혼여부, 1일 평균 고객 응대시간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정노동의 표면행동이 높을수록 이타주의는 증가하였으며, 내면행동이 높을수록 직무소진과 직장-가정 갈등은 감소하였고, 이타주의와 양심행동은 증가하였다. 넷째, 감정노동과 관련된 변수들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수는 감정노동의 내면행동이었다.

임상간호사의 정서노동, 정서표현과 소진 (Emotional Labour, Emotional Expression and Burnout of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among emotional labour, emotional expression and burnout of clinical nurse. Method: Data was collected from convenient sample of 178 nurses in 4 cities. The questionnaire measured the level of emotional labour, emotional expression and burnout of clinical nurse. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of emotional labour was 3.34(${\pm}.41$), emotional expression was 3.49(${\pm}.51$), burnout was 2.94(${\pm}.58$). There were significant differences on burnout according to age, marital status, religion, clinical career, working unit, level of job satisfaction, satisfaction of work load, satisfaction of interpersonal relations. There was a significant positive correlation between emotional labour and emotional expression. The emotional expression was a significant negative correlation with burnout. Conclusions: From the studies reviewed, it can expect the positive effect to decrease the burnout of clinical nurses when the nurse administrators who have concern about nurses' emotional expression. These findings would be significant resource to promote understanding about emotional labour for nurses.

집단미술치료가 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진에 미치는 효과 (The Art Therapy in Groups' on the work Stresses and Emotional Burnouts of Social Workers for Diabled Facility)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 A시에 위치한 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사 8명으로 연구기간은 2016년 2월 16일부터 2016년 5월 31일까지 주 1회, 70분씩 총 13회기의 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 치료적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 프로그램 실시 전 후 그리고 4주 후에 직무스트레스와 심리적소진 검사를 실시하였다. 집단 간 동질성을 알아보기 위하여 맨 휘트니 U 검정(Mann Whitney U test)을 실시하였으며, 이후 사전 사후 추후 차이를 알아보기 위해 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon's signed ranks test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 집단미술치료 프로그램은 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진 감소에 효과가 있었고, 그 효과가 긍정적으로 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때 집단미술치료는 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진을 감소시켰으며 효과적인 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

Effects of Emotional Labor and Compassion Competence on Dental Hygiene Performance in Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This study examines the relationship between the emotional labor and compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists. It attempted to provide basic data to establish a plan to increase the dental hygiene performance of clinical dental hygienists in the future by identifying the factors influencing the dental hygiene work performance. Methods: This study is aimed at clinical dental hygienists working at the Jeollabuk-do Dental Clinic from April to June 2020 by the Convenience Sampling Method. An online survey site program was used to explain the purpose and purpose of the study on social media including the dental hygienist community, and distribute a URL that allows you to participate in the survey only if you agree to the study. Results: In emotional labor, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction and marital status, and in compassion competence, there were significant differences in job satisfaction, final education, and marital status by group. In dental hygiene work performance, compassion competency showed a statistically significant positive correlation. In other words, it was found that the higher the compassion competence, the higher the dental hygiene work performance. It was found that the total number of years worked and the compassion competence that influenced dental hygiene work performance were statistically significant. Conclusion: In summary, in order to improve the dental hygiene work performance of clinical dental hygienists, it is necessary to compassion competence with the subject. To this end, it is believed that various supports, measures, and systematic management should be implemented to compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists.

Predictors of Emotional and Behavioral Symptoms among 'Looked after Children' in England

  • This study identified the health, academic attainment, violence and abuse factors on predicting the conduct development and emotional symptoms in 'looked after children' placement. A sample of 1,543 children was interviewed regarding emotional and behavioral symptoms and risk factors. Logistic regression was used to assess whether selected variables predicted emotional and behavioral symptoms in 'looked after children'. All placement, health, academic, violence, and abuse factors differentiated behavioral and emotional symptom differences according to selected variables. Binary logistic regression indictors of conduct behavior symptom among 'looked after children', included gender, age, placement, health, violence, and abuse. Placement, health, reading ability, violence, and witnessing domestic violence further predicted emotional and behavioral symptoms. These findings highlight multidimensional approaches to address various vulnerability indicators that have a direct application to prevention and intervention efforts to designed for emotional and behavioral problems among children in public care.

콜센터 상담사의 감정노동이 직무소진, 조직시민행동 및 직장-가정갈등에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Labor on Job Burnout, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work-Family Conflict Among Call Center Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe work-related emotional consequences in call center employees. The data were collected from 434 employees in 3 call centers by way of a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS Win 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: first, job burnout proved to be significant, and demonstrated a positively correlation to surface acting and negatively correlation to deep acting. Second, altruism proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to deep acting, while also demonstrating a negatively correlation to both sex and surface acting. Third, conscientiousness proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both age and deep acting, as well as a negatively correlation to surface acting. Finally, work-family conflict proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both sex and workload in terms of hours per day.

직장-가정 갈등과 직무소진간 자기효능감의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy between Work-Family Conflict and Job Burnout)

  • 현재 기업들은 4차 산업혁명으로 대변되는 산업의 융복합화의 급격한 흐름 속에서 경제적 여건의 변화와 산업구조의 변경, 여성의 사회 진출이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 직장-가정갈등이 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과에 대해 검증하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 표본은 대전시, 세종시, 충청남북도 소재 병원의 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 360부의 유효설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구에서 얻은 구체적인 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일초래갈등(WIF)이 신체적 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정초래갈등(FIW)은 신체적 소진에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일초래갈등(WIF)이 정서적 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정초래갈등(FIW)이 정서적 소진에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 일초래갈등이 정서적 소진에 미치는 부정적 영향을 완충시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 가정초래갈등(FIW)과 정서적 소진의 관계에 있어 자기효능감의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 갈등시작 원인에 따라 일과 가정의 갈등을 낮추는 방안을 고려해야하며, 그에 따른 결과도 고려해야 한다.
